Independent, professional, cat lover! Looking for new yards to meditate in :)
Koreena was a nice person and good house sitter. I appreciated the time she spent with the cqts they were happy upon my return and i got almost daily photos and check in which was great. The house was clean upon return and she even washed my towels and sheets which I didn’t expect and appreciated. She was able to give my cats medicine and monitor their health, which was great. She monitored the cats well and would update me. The only small thing is she saw improvement and made the decision to stop a medication my cat was getting without discussing it with me (because she saw improvement in his eating and stool). I expressed disappointment, and she apologized however my cat regressed in improvement as a result. I would have handled it differently and kept him on the med or alternated days and just wish she would have run it by me before making that decision for my cat. Besides that I would definitely use her again and feel overall very happy with her care.

Conscientious cat sitter eager to care for your home
Elizabeth is such an amenable and reliable housesotter - it’s a breeze to work with her. She is very organized, clear about arrivals and departures, attentive to our cats and very good about sending photos and updates every few days. She works from home so she spent more time with them than we sometimes do, and both parties seemed to relish each other’s company! Elizabeth is also smart, thoughtful and resourceful.

Responsible, experienced pet / house sitting couple
I would highly recommend Victoria and Dan as house sitters. They were very responsive and took the time before the sit to have a video call to get to know our home and dogs. They sent updates, were self sufficient, and we came home to clean home and happy dogs.

Gail and Michael were excellent pet sitters and very lovely people. We felt extremely comfortable leaving our cat and our home in their care. Gail did a great job of keeping us up to date on what we needed to know. We hope to have them return for another stay.

Frequent Petsitter Who Loves Travel Seeking Accommodation and Pets to Watch
Elizabeth was an excellent sitter. She is clearly an animal lover and was in tune with our cats, especially bonding with Daisy who loves company and cuddles and attention, but also winning over slightly more picky Saffy. Liz kept us informed throughout the sit with photos and news and we came home to two contented and calm cats. The house was neat and tidy, the sheets and towels in the wash, and everything clean. We are glad she liked our area and Bushy Park and made use of our bicycle to explore. We have no hesitation in recommenting Liz and hope to see her again in the future.

Chase and Blair really are fantastic sitters. This was the 2nd time they sat for us. Everything went perfectly, we came home to a clean flat and a happy cat. We’d love to have them back again!

Experienced, caring sitter and your pet's new best friend.
All expectations exceeded!!! Outstanding, Amazing.....I would give a ten star review if possible. Patricia was my first sitter off zeewoi and she was a dream come true. Patricia is an excellent communicator, is responsive, flexible, kind, thoughtful....you get the idea that I can't say enough!! Then there was the cat care. My cat Minnie has never before been so normal upon my return from travel. Typically Minnie would be a nervous wreck after my travel, have lost a ton of hair, be meowing constantly, etc. Not this time, it was as if I never went away, amazing!! Minnie was so well cared for! Patricia is a cat whisperer I am certain because my cat can be a paranoid freakazoid but she was normal with Patricia! Patricia also sent videos and pictures which was both very sweet and made me realize I needed to up my own game playing with my cat.... I'm sure she misses play time with Patricia. And like many other reviewers mentioned, Patricia even left gifts...wow, what!.... .I was the one who should be gifting Patricia!! Thank you Patricia, you are an amazing pet sitter!!

Mary was fantastic from start to finish and looked after our elderly dog with love and attention to her needs. She also looked after our home with respect and care. We couldn't have asked for a nicer sitter and would highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs.
Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.
Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!
Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.
Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.
Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Just a delightful person all around. I'd love to have her come again and if you have a chance to have her housesit, jump on it. She is a gem.
We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. It was a pleasure to get to know her. We would welcome her back to our house as a friend or a sitter anytime. Highly recommend!
Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. Our whole family hopes to see her again-either for a visit and/or for a sit :) Thank you, Thank you, Melissa!!!
Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.
5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade! Dean & Diana Smith

I was returning to this family operation for a second time, I felt I should say why. The place is calm, clean and I know the dogs caretakers because I met them! The Mom of this “Mom and Pop” is just charming, btw, and Pop and Teen Daughter are great too. They are flexible and have several levels of accommodation should you want/need extra TLC for your pet. The welcome questions. But fair warning book ahead to extent you can, they stay fully occupied- I guess the secret is out about the gem. Oh,,, and go figure they are reasonable cost wise too! Bruno was cared for so well, when I returned he wasn’t quite sure he wanted to leave, ok, that’s an exaggeration but he was so happy I knew he had a good stay.
We recently left our 2.5 year old dog while we went camping for 4 days. It was the first time we had left him in the 2 years we have had him. Hickory hills was very accommodating and made both us and our pup feel comfortable during our time apart. We originally had some guilt leaving our dog in a kennel when we are used to being active with him every day, but we would use Hickory Hill again without a doubt.
We have been using for a few years now for weeks at a time and have never had bad experience, very reasonable on their prices with multiple options for your dog or cat. Kennels and surrounding areas always kept clean. Couldn't ask for a better place for you pets.
My Charlie loves to go here. They are wonderful and loving to the pets. Even with anxiety, Charlie just walks away to get to his temp home happy.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend Hickory Hill, although they did come highly recommended to us by two separate people. Our lab came home with a significant skin infection on his face which required shaving, steroids, 21 days of antibiotics, a topical soap, and a cream. This is a dog who has never had a skin issue and whose coat and skin were fine when we dropped him off. Upon arrival home after a 6 day board with our other dog, we noticed right away he had an issue. Initially we thought it was a simple hot spot, however our vet shaved his head, face, and neck which revealed the extent. I received a text message a few days into their stay letting me know that they were both doing well. No mention of any skin issue at that time, nor when they were picked up to go home. When I inquired about whether the staff had noticed any issues, I was informed that they did notice his skin was less than “pristine” however gave me no timeline for when this occurred. I have been asked to chalk it up to the bad weather that occurred during their stay including heat and humidity- although I was also assured they had air conditioning, so I’m not sure which to believe. For a total of nearly $1,000 -$735 for boarding, plus $250 in vet bills (so far), and not to mention the healing process for our dog- I do not feel comfortable recommending their services at this time.
We always trust the folks at Hickory Hill to take great care of our three pups. We love that they can all be together while we are away with a discounted rate for additional dogs in the same kennel. They’ve walked our very difficult dog who pulls a lot and didn’t complain one bit. I’ve always been anxious about my pups when I travel, but now I don’t worry because I know they’re in great hands in a very secure facility. The staff here also couldn’t be nicer!
Actually we use the grooming services here which are wonderful. Shauna the groomer is as sweet and kind as ever and our pups are happy to go see her! It’s clean and comfortable! As far as the kennel the current owners are very welcoming and have done lots of improvements and it just feels warmer and friendlier than ever!
Love the owners. Very well kept and neat. All dogs are wonderful.
We were so worried about our 6 year old, rescue, reactive, Red Heeler/Cattle Dog, Auggie. In the 4 years he’s been with Elizabeth and me, although very loving with us, he has been extremely protective when around other people. Stu, Noreen, and staff members did a fantastic job with him, including taking him for walks, with no incidents. It is a well run facility, reasonable prices, and very nice people. Auggie seems quite content and happy. We’ll be back!
Strongly recommend you leaving your dog here, that is if you love your dog very much. The owners have such amazing attention to detail and truly care about your dog having a good time as much as you do. They offer many additional services, like 2-mile dog walks, play times, and many more. They do such an amazing job with grooming as well and take great pride in what they do. They have years of experience with any type of dog and can really go above and beyond to take care of even the most difficult of dogs. I was also able to get my dog groomed while I was away and he looked absolutely fabulous when I came to pick him up. My dog loves the place so much, he didn't even want to leave!! such an Absolutely amazing place, and you would be silly to go anywhere else to leave your dogs. I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their dogs and want to feel safe and assured that their dogs will be taken care with love and care that can only come from the best. Hickory Hill Kennel is by far the best dog kennel in Western Massachusetts. My dog looks forward towards going there as much as I look forward towards going on my vacations!!! Their attention to you and your dog is astounding.
When I was planning to adopt a dog, I knew I needed a sitter because I travel frequently. Lynne's Luv-A-Pup Petsitting was the perfect answer. Lily, my beloved Yorkie, stays with Lynne when I'm away and I'm 100% confident that she's getting great care. I highly recommend Luv-A-Pup and so does Lily who's always happy and healthy when I come to pick her up. Five Stars!
Lynne has been our dog walker for as long as we have had our rescue dog, Prince Hairy. When we were working, she would take him out for long walks a few times a week. Now that we are retired, she is available for overnights in her dog friendly home. Prince Hairy came to us at approximately 1.5 years of age. He was very anxious and insecure. She worked with him intensely to gain his trust. That was more than 11 years ago. She is reliable and observant. She has pointed out concerns that we were not aware of. Most importantly, we leave with total trust that he is in good hands.
Lynne is a wonderful, caring sitter. The animals love her. We had to leave our dog for a few days soon after we got her, and Lynne’s calm energy (and Tiny) helped her feel right at home. Even the cat likes getting his medicine when she gives it to him. Highly recommend her!
Lynne is very flexible with scheduling and a wonderful home based dog boarding experience. Lynne takes my dog on hikes with her dog and my dog comes home happy and calm! Highly recommend Lynne’s care!
Luv-a-Pet couldn't be a better title for Lynne and her service. She has cared for our dog, Sachi, for going on 3 years and has been fabulous. Her little dog, Tiny, is a bonus and fun for Sachi to hang out with. Lynne walks the dogs she cares for and plays with them. This past year Sachi had surgery and was ill this spring. We had a weekend trip scheduled and Lynne took care of Sachi - she is the only person we would trust Sachi with under the circumstances. She even took her to the vet while we were gone. Couldn't ask for a more caring and concerned pet-sitter. Highly recommend!!!!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lynne and the care she has given to my dog Rosie, and now our newer dog. From weekly walks to overnite stays I always have peace of mind that my dogs are safe and having way more fun with Lynne than if with me. Highly recommend!!
Lynne does a great job!
My little Lucia loves it there. Not only does she get to see her friends, but she participates in all of the great and creative activities that Happy Tails offers (who knew there was a national whip cream day?). I am forever. Grateful for their support and creating happy happy dogs.
My Ollie loves going to daycare on Mondays and goes to the Happy Campers enrichment camp on Wednesdays. I work from home but he has a lot of energy and I just don't have the time to give to him while working. He always comes home happy and tired after his classes and I love that they send me updates on what he is working on and pictures and sometimes cute art projects. I don't know what I would do without them. They are lifesavers and I know without a doubt that he is in good care and I don't have to worry. Thanks to all of you and especially Rachael for providing this amazing doggie daycare and day camp!!!!!
When I leave my dog at Happy Tails I not only know she will have fun, I also know that she will be safe. Everything about Happy Tails is built out of love for the dogs and you can see that! It is an extremely clean environment and the staff is extremely knowledgeable.
Happy Tails is such an amazing concept and so well executed. My dogs love going to play with their friends! The space is clean and their process for pick-up is organized. I also love their cute photos and event days. I think their pricing is reasonable and they are easy to communicate with. I will be sending my ladies there for a long time.
Dior loves going to Happy Tails Greenfield. She was a bit nervous her first few times, but she loves her new friends and all the staff that has become like Dior's family. They take such great care of her and we love how they post pictures of her every time she is at Happy Tails. We cannot say enough great things about Happy Tails and we cannot thank them enough for taking amazing care of Dior.
Happy Tails , This place is the best! They are so friendly, and they truly love your dog! They pay attention to all of the important details. When you walk in the door, they are excited to see you and they know exactly who you are picking up to take home from the daycare. I love going to camp I get to see my friends . I also love all the humans. I love Rachael
Max loves Happy Tails!! Everyone who works there is awesome! Thanks Rachael and the staff for taking care of Max and all the dogs that come here.
Two generations of our dogs have loved Happy Tails! They come home happily exhausted and are always so thrilled to go. The staff is wonderful and super knowledgeable about dog behavior.
Our dog makes this hysterical noise when we're in the car and she knows we're on our way to Happy Tails. It's like this crazy chittering squirrel noise that I've never heard her make under any other circumstances. It's clearly her "I am so excited I am going to absolutely lose my mind" noise. And Happy Tails is the MOST exciting thing. She loves her dog and human friends there so much. When she comes home, she doesn't make a peep, because she's so content and worn out and sleepy. Cannot possibly recommend them highly enough!
My shih tzu Mookie has been going to Happy Tails since 2020. Every Monday morning he wakes me up and waits to be told that it's "Daycare day!" He gets so excited to go he tries to skip breakfast and potty time and waits by the front door to leave. He knows the route we take to drive there, and his whines of excitement get louder the closer we get. When we arrive, he runs right in to see his friends and never looks back. He always comes home happy and tired. All of the staff that I've interacted with at Happy Tails have been amazing. He wags his tail and is excited to see them no matter who is greeting us at the door. The themed days they put on like spirit week and dressing the dogs up for Halloween are always fun. I have absolutely no reservations leaving my dog in their hands and highly recommend them!
