Ed and Laura were great pet-/housesitters! They were organized and communicative. We returned home to a spotless house, thriving plants, and a happy cat.

Dean did an excellent job taking care of the house and three cats. We felt confident that we could relax and focus on the retreat we were on, not worrying about anything back home. I would definitely recommend Dean to sit for you and your pets.

Brittany was great! I was gone for about a month which is the longest I have been away from my pets. She asked minimal questions and sent me picture updates of the pets throughout my trip which was appreciated. I would certainly welcome her back into my home again to care for my pets.

Lover of travel and animals is ready to get back out into the world
Stacy and Chris were the best house/dog sitters we could have hoped for. When we first met via video chat Stacy was very thorough in asking questions and it was clear she really prioritized the health and safety of our dogs. She immediately put me at ease for my first experience using this platform. While we were away, Stacy and Chris were wonderful with our dogs and taking care of our house, as well as very accommodating of our travel plans when it came to arrival and departure times. They made friends with our dogs right away (including the skittish one who usually takes a few days) and were great about walking them and letting them out at regular intervals. The dogs didn't even have any indoor accidents, which doesn't always happen even when we are home. Stacy also sent us pictures and updates about the dogs each day we were gone. It was the perfect amount of contact to let us know that our dogs and house were well taken care of. We knew we didn't have to worry about anything while we were away. In terms of the house, they were more than willing to help with maintenance, like bringing in packages, taking out the trash, and even sending me a picture of a recipe I forgot to bring with me. Our trip was so much more relaxing knowing that Stacy and Chris were taking such good care of things. When we returned home our house was spotless and the dogs seemed very happy. The only problem is that I think the dogs might miss them! I would absolutely recommend Stacy & Chris as sitters. We've had many different experiences with sitters in the past and this has been one of the best. Stacy and Chris proved themselves to be extremely reliable and trustworthy, as well as people who really care for and treat animals right.

Andrea and Lily were so great to have looking after Murray. They were really good checking in with us as needed, sent cute pictures, and were very understanding when Murray left them an embarrassing surprise. We felt super comfortable and confident with them and would welcome them back in a heartbeat
Kelly and Pat arrived the evening before I left on my trip so we were able to have a nice visit and get to know each other a bit. They asked many questions about the dogs and the house so that they would feel comfortable with the pet sit. Piper and Zuria were very comfortable with them. They sent pictures from dog walks, kept me informed and promptly notified me when there was one simple issue that they handled very well. I’m not able to speak to the condition of the house on my return because a second sitter came right after Kelly and Pat and before I came home. They spent time with the new sitter so that she would know how to take care of the dogs and negotiated the transfer time. Kelly and Pat are a lovely couple and very interesting to talk with. I feel lucky that they were able to take care of Piper and Zuria and would love to have them back again.
Anant was a great sitter and a friendly guy. Kept me up to date re his arrival and with Marie & Toulouse during the sit. Found my house exactly as I had left it. Would highly recommend Anant to other pet parents.
Meg was a dream pet sitter for my three year old labradoodle. She gave him nice long walks and was very organized, communicative and tidy. I look forward to another opportunity to have Meg in my home!
Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! The house was left in good shape and it's clear that Angela is organized and reliable and clearly loves her pet charges. I'd recommend Angela and will definitely include her as one of our top sitter choices in the future! Thanks again, Angela!
Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Don't hesitate to book this family of three, your house and your pets will be well-looked after!
Rachel was an excellent pet sitter for my cat. She was a good communicator and also kept my place very tidy. She even left me a gift of a bar of chocolate upon her departure! Highly recommend.
We had the pleasure of having Tara as our house sitter while we were away, and we can't praise her enough for the fantastic job she did. Not only did she take excellent care of our home, but she also showed tremendous love and attention to our beloved dogs. From the moment Tara walked through the door, we could tell she had a genuine passion for animals. She immediately bonded with our dogs, and they seemed completely at ease with her. Throughout our trip, she provided us with regular updates and photos, which truly put our minds at ease knowing our boys were in great hands. Tara took great care of our home as well. It was evident that she respected our space and coming back home, we found everything just as we left it, if not even better! We highly recommend Tara to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy, and caring house sitter. Her communication was excellent, and she proved herself to be a responsible and dedicated individual. If you want to ensure your pets and home are in the best hands while you're away, Tara is the perfect choice. Thank you, Tara, for taking such incredible care of our dogs and home. You made our trip stress-free, and we're truly grateful.
Deboraj took great care of the apartment and of our goofy unsociable cat. She went out of her way to bring catnip and make friends with Rowan. She communicated often and cared to be as good a house and pet sitter as could be. I can gladly recommend her highly to anyone else looking. Thank you Deborah.
Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)
Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Jill did a fabulous job with my 13 yr old and my snotty 8 yr old. She kept in touch if problems arose and dealt with them in a kindly manner. My vacation was worry free . I would highly recommend Critter Sitters for your pet sitting needs. I will use her services again.
Great service and Jill really seems to enjoy taking care of our cat. We're so glad we found her rather than having to board.
I have taken my dog to Kaybees for almost 2 years now. First for basic obedience and now for daycare. The facility regularly updates and keeps owner's informed on their dogs day activities through their website/facebook page. Mine had issues with calming down as a young, very energetic lab. I have noticed the difference it has made to him. He's always happy when I drop him off in the morning and exhausted when I pick him up.
We completed our Therapy Dog International testing and certification at Kaybee's last weekend and we had a blast. The training facility was great and the host was wonderful. Thank you for your hospitality and all of the help. We had a wonderful time.
I had never boarded a dog before, and was unsure about it. It turned out to be the best experience for him!! Alecia keeps a beautiful home for the animals. Thank You 👏❤️👍 …
Please do not take your dog here. I signed my dog up for classes here and pulled him out after week three. What is marketed as a positive reinforcement class is anything but. I witnessed several dogs who were punished during class, dogs that she labeled aggressive or breeds that she thought could take it. Classes felt largely unprepared and I felt as though we wasted a lot of time. Instructors/aids did not adequately help instruct students or work one on one/provide feedback. I would save your money and take it somewhere that actually backs the message they say. ** update — As Kaybee’s has now replied, I would like to clarify that I did eventually take classes at Petsmart. I had a very positive experience, and we had several dogs in my class that were reactive (growling, snapping, excessive jumping, over heightened excitement behaviors, etc). Their reactivity was managed in ways tailored to each dog. Dogs were given space and were not punished for any reactive behavior. I feel that those dogs and their handlers saw great growth in that class. While most dogs respond well to leadership, clear communication, and assertive handling, I do not believe it to be true that certain breeds (GSDs, bully breeds, dobermans, etc.) need to receive overtly harsh and harmful treatment to respond well to handling. Forming a bond with your dog will do more for your relationship and handling than that kind of “training” ever will.
I take my dog here for training, he's been going since he was a tiny pup. Kristine is great at addressing issues an even in a class with 10 dogs can spot behaviors that need to be corrected. My rotti love her and is always so excited to go to class
We had to quit going to Kaybees. While there are a couple exceptional people there that truly cared about our dog, the majority of the others did not. We chose to come here so that our dog would have a place to play, burn off energy, and learn a few things along the way after the loss of our home and fenced in yard (which we were clear about during our orientation). We essentially paid for our dog to be locked in a crate for the majority of the day and also be put into a crate in a separate room by himself as punishment (his crate is a safe place, not a punishment). It’s been over a year since he had an accident indoors, yet I was told on multiple occasions that he pooped and marked indoors. He free roams all day when we are not home for 8+ hours and has never ruined anything or had an accident. I’ve never seen my dog so happy to leave a place at the end of the day or so nervous to enter a building. He also smelled terrible every time we picked him up. My husband and I were made to feel like we had an unmanageable dog when I truly believe (biased opinion aside) that our dog was very uncomfortable there and acted out because of it. So incredibly disappointed.
I suggest finding a different training facility. During the beginner's training course, the instructor regularly yelled at dogs. At one point she put a dog in a crate for having reactive behaviors and she proceeded to spray him with a squirt bottle. This is not "positive reinforcement" which they market themselves as. While introducing a large stuffed dog, one of the reactive dogs responded negatively to the interaction. This resulted in the trainer throwing a chair and charging at the dog. When another dog bit onto the foot of the stuffed dog she kicked his head and made a remark that it hurt her foot. I decided to stop bringing my dog to class.
Calypso cannot wait for her weekly day-long playdate at doggie daycare. Staff is great! Our tired husky pup is even greater. Check them out!
This place has done so much to help my dog and me. I never believed he would be able to be loose with other dogs at daycare, and I’ve seen him play nicely with others. He’s a 90 pound German Shepherd and has pulled me off my feet before trying to go after another dog. This week at a park (not a dog park) people had their dogs off leash. A big friendly lab came up to mine, who was sitting at heel, on leash. The lab sniffed Logan, including walking around to sniff his butt, and Logan just sat there, no growling or anything. I was so proud of him! But the owner came up and never put her dog on leash! I love their training classes too. I was at about 4 other places in the tri-cities before I found KayBees, and Logan has made the most progress here.
I have been going to Kaybees for about 8 years and loved them but I boarded them for 6 days and when I picked my 2 dogs up they both had poop on their butt and their bedding was totally wet. I was verydisappointed because they were always so great before UPDATE!!! I should have updated this after I was contacted by the owner shortly after I posted my review. She made everything right and she gave some free daycare day's. Sometimes you just don't get good help and you can't always control that. Like I said previously no problem in the eight before was great!!
