Rich took excellent care of our two pups while we were away for thanksgiving. He loved on the dogs, sent pictures daily, and sent messages about the status of the dogs. He socialized with our neighbors, took our big dog on long walks, and most importantly kept our house clean while we were gone. We couldn’t have had a better sitter for our dogs. We completely trusted him and our dogs seemed to be very happy when we returned and looked to have been in excellent hands.

This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Amanda was the perfect housesitter and pet sitter for our cat. She is organized and communicative, and took care to ensure she understood the guidelines for taking care of our home and our cat. Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. We have two dogs that stayed with them over Christmas and they absolutely loved it! I picked them up to find them cleaned and happy. They even washed the plush toys we sent with them. They are very responsive to all the questions I asked and text I sent. Even sent me pictures of the dogs while we were away. If you need to board your fur babies this is the place! Definitely will not use anyone else. I rate 100 out of 10!
Took our 8 month old Jack Russel for 8 nights and she seemed very well taken care of. She’s on a special diet and they had no issues following feeding instructions! Would definitely use them again.

Our dogs stayed a full week with Kuleana! We felt comfortable leaving them and got a few phone updates and pictures while we were away. They will be our boarders for all out of town vacations!!
Do not and will not ever deal with this company. I paid in full the first of June. Wanted to know bout Wednesday to drop of my cats called and texted Tuesday at around 8 am left voicemails and texts no response called Wednesday when I was off no response finally got a “buttdial” kids screaming in the background and I waited for a response got no response I hung up and called back went to voicemail left another voicemail still no response til today for them saying they can’t give me my money back because I didn’t give a 24 hr notice. Please be careful and keep records of your calls and texts like I have they have my money bad business for people specially when they give a deposit
We have had our Morticia there 2-3 times now and my favorite part is they post videos and sometimes text you and let you know how your pet is. You can tell that they honestly love all animals and I don’t think that they just throw them in a cage and ignore them. Plus the owner is involved with the care! Thanks for taking care of the Morty! We Highly recommend them!
I was very impressed with the inside of the facility and the amount of personal interaction and out-of-kennel time for the dogs. I love that they allowed my girl to have her own bed and toy from home. Other places tend to only allow cots due to stressed dogs’ tendencies to eat their beds, but my girl is older and I know she is more comfortable in her plush bed. I also seriously appreciate their attention to detail with giving her the “extras” that she normally gets at home but I usually don’t expect boarding places to remember, like giving her joint supplements and a dental chew at night. Definitely will be boarding with them again! We also got a cute little “report card” after my dog’s stay with a summary of her behavior.
First time leaving our rescue dog that we've only had for a couple of months. Our pooch is sweet as she can be, but extremely skittish. Kelsi went above and beyond to make her feel safe and was able to ease her anxiety. I HIGHLY recommend Kuleana and I'm so happy we have a quality and caring boarding company here in Eufaula.
Boarded a German Shepherd and Belgian Malinois for over a week and it went very well.
Both my girls were boarded for a few days, and everything turn out great..Kuleana pet texted me and updated me about my girls during there stay which I really liked... Definitely will go back ..☺️
