Noelene and Udo are exceptional house sitters and five stars is not enough. They looked after our border collie with love, care and affection. The house was impeccable and they mowed the lawn and weeded the garden! Tess, the border collie, had lots of walks and stick retrieving and was very relaxed when we got home. We cannot recommend Noelene and Udo highly enough.

Angela and Jim were terrific to have in the house with Alba. They really helped us out by changing their plans to arrive several days early and were extremely willing to be flexible throughout their stay. Alba took to them very easily and quickly and was sad to see them go. It was great to briefly get to know Angela and Jim, and we're delighted the house was tidier when we came back than when we left it!

Just amazing! I had to leave earlier than expected so didn't get a chance to meet Christina and Malcolm in person. But they looked after my animals amazingly and left the house cleaner than when I left! Highly recommend

Kathleen was a delight. She came a night early which gave us all the chance to get to know her, including Haali. I lent her the car and it came back clean and full of petrol. She also made a good connection with the dog walkers in the neighbourhood who all spoke highly of her. Haali was very content and obviously looked after well. I don’t think she’s as natural with plants, as we lost two indoor ones. I would have her again gratefully.

Delightful sitters, very capable of caring for my variety of pets. Sergei made a great friendship with Bella, and Bella adjusted quickly to their gentle child. The cats are very relaxed despite some stress of having new people in the home, and you could tell they felt the love from this family. The Guinea pig was clean and healthy; it’s a messy job keeping the cage so fresh. I appreciate their work! I would be very happy to have them back if they are in Brisbane again.

Mandy and Ben were the best pet / house sitters we could have asked for! They looked after our pooch Pilu, sent us lots of videos and photos, exercised her and even catered to her special dietary needs and made her fave doggy soup. They left our place in a clean and tidy condition just as when we left it. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy pet or house sitter. Communication was great and they assisted how they could when our doggy door malfunctioned. 10 out of 10!!

Lauren and her family were exceptional house sitters. Communication was excellent and Lauren was both diligent and dependable. Our dog had some minor health issues but Lauren took excellent care of her. I felt completely at ease leaving our beloved pooch in their care. I highly recommend Lauren and her family to look after your home and pets whilst you're away. Not only did they ensure our dog was happy and well cared for, but our house was left in immaculate condition, with all the bedding and towels laundered. Lauren also left a delicious freshly baked cake for us to enjoy on our return. Thank you Lauren, we hope to see you all again.

Honest and reliable professional couple.
Ellie has previously completed a house/pet sit in April with her husband at our home in Melbourne. This visit Ellie came on her own to care for Nelson our 6 year old Labrador and our very old cat Tiff and four egg producing chickens. Unfortunately for Ellie she arrived during a particularly wet and cold week in Melbourne. Despite this Ellie walked Nelson every day, and the chickens produced eggs! Maybe Tiff hibernated as she’s a cranky old thing! Despite finding a couple of our appliances complicated, a quick text resolved the issues. Our home was left tidy and Ellie even put linens on for washing when she was leaving very early on her final day. Ellie happily obliged us and arrived the evening before our departure so we could meet her and go over the routine in person. We appreciated this and we were pleased to finally meet her. She is a conscientious and considerate person and we both wish her all the very best with her work and studies and of course her future house sitting opportunities.

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!
