After getting let down at the 11th hour by a confirmed sitter, I reached out to Ian and Tracey who had saved my sit previously to see if they could help. Tracey responded very quickly and following a call the next day, we were able to confirm that she would do the sit alone. Tracey was extremely organised and communicative throughout and arrived first thing in the morning to ensure that the cats were not on their own for too long. She sent regular updates about the cats and the fact that they were more focused on getting in the garden when we returned home rather than having a fuss was a sign that they were very relaxed. We arrived back to a spotless house and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea after our journey. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Tracey on this occasion however I hope in the future that she and Ian can be tempted to sit for us again. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracey to look after your home and pets.

Eleanor was just the best sitter and the loveliest person! A very interesting and intelligent woman, I would have happily chatted with her all night! (I’m quite a shy, solitary person so that says a lot about her warmth) It was all very last minute as Peggy was due to go and stay with a friend but she had an accident and had to have an operation so I thought it was better she stayed at home. Eleanor looked after her beautifully, followed all instructions diligently including giving medication. Peggy was very taken with her, Fiesta too who apparently brought her a delightful present of a mouse! (A good sign whether you like it or not!) Eleanor is the perfect balance of sensible, practical, caring and affectionate with the animals. She even comforted them both during a storm. The house was spotless and all the laundry done. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her wholeheartedly. Eleanor I so enjoyed meeting you and I hope you’ll come again. Thank you from all of us x

Our experience with Madelein was really positive and she went above and beyond as we had to contact her a couple of times in the week to ask her to do favours for us in the house. We really feel like we landed on our feet having Kimberley and Dean look after our ‘little boy’ Huw. We were newbies to having a house/pet sitter, but Kimberley really held our hand taking the initiative to set up an early meeting and responding quickly to messages. Meeting early really set our minds to rest. At handover we agreed every other day updates on progress which included a photo and a couple of sentences and this really helped us to feel much more comfortable that Huw was being well looked after. It was clear throughout that Kimberley and Dean had considered our profile details, taking Huw to some of his favourite places and also on some new adventures too … including introducing him to a Hollywood star! Their experience with animals, but especially dogs, shows and this helped hugely in understanding Huw’s personality leading to him having a great time - when they left it was clear that he was upset that his new friends were heading off. Kimberley and Dean took great care of our house which was left immaculately clean. Thank you both so much for befriending and looking after Huw.

Sabrina looked after my two cats and house for a week and was absolutely fantastic. She is very self-reliant and just arrived and got on with everything. One of my cats is quite needy and she took that completely in her stride. The house was left immaculately clean and tidy. Francesca and Jonathan were fantastic! Given their proximity they came to visit us and the cats before we went away to ensure the cats were comfortable around them. This allowed us an opportunity to walk them through the house and routine which amazing and a first for us. The house was immaculate when we returned home and the cats were so relaxed. We were also blessed with a lovely little gift from Francesca and Jonathan which was so generous. 10/10 sitters - we highly recommend.

Stella watched our two dogs and one cat in central London over the holidays and we are so grateful for her! She was very communicative, sending updates approximately every other day. Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. I highly recommend Elaine as a completely reliable pet and house sitter and she is a lovely lady to chat to. I was so pleased that I got to know her.

Bard and Kim are amazing house sitters and pet care givers. I would recommend them over and over. I wish I could add numbers to the scale. They would get a 10+. Bard and Kim were super easy to work with, efficient, self-sufficient, and considerate. They took immaculate care of my home; it was definitely cleaner after they left! 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. She sent photos and video every day, which delighted us, confident that they were getting next level care. Judith would take care of anyone's home and pets with as much care as she did at ours, and we highly recommend. Hope she can come back!!

Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.
