This is the 2nd time we have boarded out puppy Corazon. Everything we go there, our dog gets more and more active when it comes to being around other dogs. He used to be scared, but after going here, he wants to play with other dogs now.

Had to get some help/boarding for my cousins dogs because her mom (my aunt) just passed away..... I just wanted to say that Jill was SO helpful and friendly. They took her 4 dogs last minute and explained everything and were super sweet on the phone. It made a really difficult week a little bit easier with them not having to drive back from services to let out the dogs. I'm assuming the dogs had a good stay, but I'm thankful for this team who were really helpful on the phone.

Does your dog come home with poop all over your dogs feet and body. Mine did, after a 6 night stay 210 dollars later!! We did not notice until he was in the car. It seems like their paperwork is never in the system. The owner has never contacted us to resolve the issue or even or apologize. The workers even commented, the owner does not get back with them in a timely manner. We will never be back! Think about where you take your pup or loved one! We won't be back to Dirty Paws Pet Super 8. Next post will be to Facebook and Instagram. Update, it has been two months later. Still no phone call or apology. Think about where you take family member.

My daughter’s mini-schnauzer Loki is 8 months old now. He is very attached to her and vice versa! But when we turn onto the road, he starts getting so excited! He is going to play with friends! So glad someone from our dog park recommended you, it has been great for Loki (and for us)!

My dog Maggie has been going there for 4 years. She loves it! She gets so excited every morning. As soon as we turn on the road she barking and wagging her tail. The staff is so friendly and they take good care of her. We board Maggie there also if we go out of town. I know I don’t have to worry about her and be stress free while I’m gone. On top of all that, their prices are the most affordable in the area !

When your dog won’t get in the car to go to her daycare…there’s an issue. She always loved going to “school”. She absolutely hated this place. She wouldn’t get in the car!! It was filthy and obviously they just stick the dogs in a room with no interaction and NO WATER. We forfeited the $$ we paid cause we figured they needed it more than we did…Save your dog’s sanity and send them to a reputable daycare facility where they will enjoy themselves. It’s definitely not at this facility!! Very unfortunate. March 20, 2024 In response to your message below…I did let someone know! Obviously they didn’t let you know. I forfeited those visits due to you and your staff not being professional in running your facility not because I have money to throw around. Hopefully you used it to improve your staff and the care they are SUPPOSED to be providing to our pets. It’s a shame….

I was so nervous about leaving my puppy while going out of town because he is so rambunctious. This was his first time away from home. (Golden Retriever). He had such a good time there, he was happy when I picked him up. They spent time with him and even complimented him. I would use them again without question! Thanks to Kris Matson for the recommendation. This place is great!

They always take great care of our dogs, whether it's for daycare or overnight.

My dog Khaos goes to Happy Paws when we go out of town and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is nice and always accommodating. Holiday weekends are always a challenge but they never fail to put my family and I at ease. We moved out of the Akron area and I still travel 30 minutes to Happy Paws because of their customer service. I recommend them to anyone who cares about their furry friends staying in a safe and nice environment.

This was the first time I've had my 3 dogs stay here and I'm very happy with the service provided. My pug recently had surgery and needed medications, which they administered. They also gave my older puggle his daily joint supplements. And they made sure my pitty was good with joining the daycare group as he had never been with a larger play group before. My pups were all happy and healthy when we picked them up after six days.

So grateful to have a Fear Free Certified daycare for my dogs to go to! They go above and beyond, the staff is amazing, and you can really tell that they all genuinely LOVE your pets. My dogs have been to several other daycare facilities and On Cloud Canine is by far the best you'll ever experience.

I cannot say enough good things about On Cloud Canine! By understanding that all dogs are at different comfortability levels, they've helped my puppy blossom into a social butterfly. I cannot describe how amazing it is to have the peace of mind knowing that while she's at daycare, she is being taken care of & having so much fun! I love seeing the daily photos of all the dogs playing together. Jenna is also an amazing groomer that helped Blu look her absolute best! Cannot recommend On Cloud Canine enough!

I have used CloudCanine for doggie daycare and 1:1 in-home puppy training. Their services are incredible and their team takes such care and attention with everything to help pets be their best. Grooming for our pup at their location was also top notch and very reasonably priced. Such a positive experience - highly recommend!

I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone but Kaylin and the On Cloud Canine team! They are extremely educated on fear-free experiences for dogs. This is more than just a daycare facility where the dogs are just left to roam by themselves. They truly provide an enrichment experience. Every bit of their program is carefully thought through and intentional for giving every dog the best experience. My pup always comes home happy (and exhausted 😴) from daycare and is always excited to return!

Jenna, the groomer at On Cloud Canine, is the absolute best. I know my dog is going to be treated with the utmost care and respect. Jenna grooms my full coat havanese and makes her look ready to show. I can't say enough good things. I drove an hour to see her and it's worth it.

Fear free grooming should be the standard. Having read too many internet stories of dogs being mishandled i am very picky about who i trust my fur babies with. That being said I am blown away by the amazing work jenna does turning my little muppet into a real dog again. He not only comes home smelling great and looking adorable but i know he's safe in her care. Cannot recommend enough. (I also see the vaccine requirement as a plus. Why would i want to risk pricey vet bills for things easily preventable?)

The On Cloud Canine team is phenomenal! I am admittedly an overprotective fur baby momma and often worry about who I leave them with. All team members are extremely professional, caring, knowledgeable, and most importantly my fur babies adored them all. It was so wonderful to go on a trip and not worry about a single thing thanks to their after visit summaries, pictures, and convenient app. I truly cannot recommend the team enough. On Cloud Canine recently took care of my two kitties while I was out of town for a week and I will definitely use them for any future pet sitting needs, as well as recommend them to all of my friends with pets! The visits were split between Kaelyn, Ross, and Amanda. Each caregiver gave lots of love and attention to the cats during each visit and followed all instructions to the letter. I received a detailed report after each visit that also included fun pictures! We have used On Cloud Canine twice for long weekends when we have been away. I feel guilty leaving our dogs alone, but Kaelyn and Ross are so wonderful with every single pet (two dogs, two cats, two birds and a frog). We get detailed updates that describe our pets, the care they are given, what they eat or don't eat and what activity they had. And my kids love all of the pictures that show how obviously well-cared for the pets are! I highly recommend using On Cloud Canine for any in-home pet sitting needs!

Kelsey is absolutely amazing! We have 3 dachshunds, including one that is vision impaired. When we go out of town, I know we don't have to worry about them because Kelsey takes such good care of them. Not only does she handle their physical needs, but their emotional ones as well- cuddling and loving on them in our absence. She sends daily updates with pictures and the dogs always look so happy and relaxed with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs someone to take care of their dogs!

So I decided to look into finding a local dog walker that I can get to know my dog and be able to call on in a crunch. An internet search brought me to Peewee’s Play date. I was especially attracted by the fact that they worked within a 5 mile radius of my home. So I reached out! Not only did I come across a reputable dog walker, I found a serious business owner, pet lover, enthusiast and all around giver of care. My 7 year old maltipoo, Zebra, had never had anyone walk him other than me since he was 3 months old. So he was very reluctant (ok stubborn) to have Kelsey handle him - despite him seeming very excited whenever I’d say “Kelsey’s coming!” Nonetheless, Kelsey arrived on schedule every week as planned and sweetly coaxed Zebra out for his walking. He showed progress with each walk. KeIsey would give suggestions on how to make things a bit smoother and comfortable for this new experience for my pet, and they worked. She would also do extra things like fill his water bowl, give a snack, sit for hugs and give detailed reports afterwards. The billing via Venmo was super-efficient. I was so grateful for the patience and sincere kindness she showed to my dog. Because of that I will call on Peewee’s whenever needed and refer to others. In fact my neighbors who spotted her walking Zebra would later tell me how nice and personable she was. You never know who’s watching, lol, even they gave Kelsey a great review. Thank you!!!

Kelsey does a great job ensuring my dog's needs are met while we're gone. She communicates pre, during and post trip. She plays/walks with my dog for the whole duration of her visit. If you ask for something special like mail pickup, she's happy to help. It's comforting to know my dog is in great care with Kelsey. I can't recommend her high enough!

Kelsey is experienced, responsible and is great with our dogs and cats. One of the dogs, Lilah, is very shy but Kelsey's patient and calm demeanor won her over more quickly than we thought possible. Because Kelsey gives each animal individual attention, she was able to alert us to a potential problem with one of the cats. We we were able to get our boy into the Vet quickly and averted a bigger issue. We highly recommend Peewee's Playdates!!

Kelsey was terrific with my "little old man" (my 16 yo terrier mix)! She always took great care of him - loving and caring. He passed away recently from old age, but she was the ONLY sitter I trusted with him. (Thank you again for being my best buddy's second mom!)

I met Kelsey when she provided dog walking services/care for a dog of a resident at my workplace. Her love for the dog and attention to his needs were next to none, as well as her kindness and patience with his owner. Outside of that she always came with a smile and a warmth that made us all happy to have her working with us. She checked in with me and we always had the best chats. I HIGHLY recommend Kelsey and PeeWees for your fur babies!

Kelsey is terrific!!! She is very caring, reliable, trustworthy and flexible. We always feel our dog, Olive is in great care when Kelsey visits. Kelsey sends daily updates on how Olive is doing along with photos !!! I highly recommend Kelsey.

I have used PeeWee’s play dates for 4 years now. Kelsey is absolutely fabulous with my 2 cats Enzo&Luigi.You think cats are easy, but mine eat raw food which requires Kelsey to come twice daily when I’m out of town. Also they love to play so she is very active with them including laser lights and lots of toys to run them around! She has always taken the best care of them and when I’m out of town she always sends me pictures because I miss them so much. I never feel stressed about leaving them when they are in her hands, she goes above and beyond and my kitties are always well-adjusted when I return. If you are lucky enough to get Kelsey as a sitter then you are in awesome hands🤗😻😻

Kelsey is a fantastic pet sitter! I have used her for the last year to watch my cat when I travel. From my very first contact with her, she has been very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Kelsey is the person you can trust to take excellent care of your pet and in the meantime you can trust to have at your home just like a family. It was our first time to use this kind of service and I was concerned about who I can trust to have come to our home and take good care of our dog while we are gone. Kelsey shows a lot of professionalism and dedication to her business in the meantime she is a sweetheart and very personable. She made sure she met our dog and played with him. She texted me about the first visit and even sent a couple of pictures of our dog. She wrote notes and observations during all her visits so when we got home we knew what had happened. I love this place, but most importantly, so does my dog! The staff are fantastic, and the dog play area is just what my doggo needs during the day when I'm traveling and in the area for work. Thank you, Wag On Inn, for being so accommodating and awesome! You've earned Gracie Anne's seal of approval! This place has sadly gone downhill. We used to really like taking our girl here… however things have changed greatly. For one, the price has doubled.. 354 dollars for 6 nights this past time. Second, the dogs are not cared for at night. There is no one at the facility. Makes you wonder why such a high price? They do the absolute bare minimum here. We are starting our dog at a doggy daycare that is fully staffed at night, provides daily updates during boarding (and pictures) and is more affordable. Trust me, when it comes to your dog you can do so much better than wag on inn!!

We rescued our dog in April 2020. She was a very timed and nervous Anatolian Shepherd. Wag On Inn helped her with socialization of dogs and people during a very trying time. They have been so patient with Hera. She loves going there weekly and as soon as we say she is going to camp she starts running to the door!! This is a great place to take your fur babies. They truly care for them like it’s their own family. Highly Recommended!!!

We love bringing our dog for day care with this facility and staff! We have used other day cares in past and nothing beats Wag On Inn who allows and encourages a dog to be a dog. Tons of stimulating toys to play with throughout the yard, clean facility, personable, kind, friendly and responsive staff. Looking forward to continuing our future with Wag On Inn, would recommend to everyone!

LOVE This Place! So happy to bring my special needs dog (deaf) here. I brought my dogs here to be groomed for the first time a few weeks ago and I wish I would have came sooner! Very friendly staff that know what they're doing and treat your animals like their own. The facility is clean and well kept. Such a good place to bring your dogs not only for grooming, but for the day care as well! Highly recommend.

They all truely care about each dog and cat that comes in to their facility. They treat each one like it is their own. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make sure your animal is loved and cared for. 100% recommended for both the daycare and boarding side of the company.

We couldn't be happier with our first experience at Wag On Inn!! I can see why they are so highly recommended. We love the vetting process to make sure our pup isn't exposed to anything contagious, and they made a point to note that our dog was initially a bit shy and so recommended a few half days until she gets fully comfortable. You can tell they honestly enjoy what they do. One of the staff even wrote us a love note, exclaiming how awesome and sweet our rescue pup is! We knew this, but corroboration is always nice (; We can't wait to let our Poppy pittie visit again (:

I wish I would have know about this place much sooner! We have a 1 year old Lab-mix, who requires much exercise and has endless amounts of energy. This place is perfect for her to socialize with other dogs and get all the exercise she needs in a day. She is so happy when we arrive to Wag On Inn and pulls me to the front door.

Easily the best doggy daycare in the area. Nobody can compete with this place. They’ve won best doggy daycare from 2014-2018 and just won again for 2020. If your dog doesn’t currently go here I would highly recommend you call immediately to schedule an evaluation. This place is always doing improvements and always adding new enrichment for the dogs.

We used this place to board our 2-3 year dog three separate times. The longest time was about 8 days. All three times she returned to us happy and healthy. The place does a good job of taking care of their pets. Their website is very informative with what they provide and all the different hours and times. I believe they charge about $32.50 per day. If you would like your dog to get a personal walk, it is about $6 per day. I believe a nail trim is about $6. You do provide your own food for the pet. We will definitely be returning!

Just an amazing and wonderful staff. My dog has stayed there a couple times, and nothing but great care. This last visit is why I'll always recommend this place. My dog fell ill about halfway through his stay. He was immediately taken to Metro by the care taker, who informed me and gave me her personal cell number. Other people from the place was calling her to check in on Hugo and what was going on while they waited to be seen. The diagnosis was not good. He was an older dog, and unfortunately was put down. I was not able to make it back home in time. So she (the caretaker) made sure not to let him be alone and stayed with him for the entirety of the process. She was there for close to 7 hours and never left his side. I cannot thank this entire staff enough. Simply put, great and caring people all around there.

Unseen I had double knee replacement surgery on June 13. I made preparations in advance. The most important was boarding my dog Kibou (pronounced key bow). Even at 11, he is still very active. I did a web search for a dog boarding facility. These items were on my criteria. *He would be walked every day *A place that had individual living areas for the dogs *Close to home I found Eastdale! I chose it without seeing the facility. It was based on the excellent reviews and pictures with descriptions. A little over 3 weeks before I took him, he tore his right ACL. The year before he tore his left ACL. I wasn’t sure Eastdale would take him, but they did. The day I took him, Erika told me all of the staff were aware of his condition. I was so impressed! Erika answered my questions and reassured me. While in the hospital and at rehab I corresponded with the staff at Eastdale. Kibou has behavioral issues. I wanted to make sure he hadn’t attempted to bite or had bitten someone that worked there. I was told he was a favorite, a doll and he was great with everyone. I was so relieved! Since returning home, I’ve seen him twice. He is great and I couldn’t be more pleased! Erika and her team are very knowledgeable and aware of how to care for pets. Kibou may not want to come home. The picture is Kibou at Eastdale. No matter how much it will cost me, having him there is worth every cent and more! August 1 Tomorrow, August 2, Kibou comes home! I received this picture a few moments ago. They bathed and groomed him for his homecoming! He is my family and Eastdale treated him and cared for him like he was a part of their family! I hope each person that reads this review, will have no doubt that boarding your pet at Eastdale is the best choice! I am grateful to Erika and everyone on her team for taking great care of Kibou! I can assure you, I will be a repeat customer! Thank you everyone!

Easdale is a fantastic place! My 11 yr old pup gets excited every time we get in their parking lot. I know my pets are well taken care of when I have to leave. I will never use another pet boarding service! You guys are amazing!! The two photos I attached are of my pups and the ones Easdale sends me while they are in their care!!

First time we used this place for our dog and it will be the last. Our dog will lay on the couch and not move when fireworks are going off and she loves people and we have had zero issues when kenneled at other places. We picked her up on 3/18/24 and since then it’s been a 190.00 for a be bill from five days of bloody diarrhea . We will NEVER use this place again.

So I haven't been here for my dogs..... But I was going up a Hill That is right beside their kennel and was sliding off the road and pulled in the driveway. Erica came out to my car and was sooo very nice. She let me park there until the roads were clear and it quit snowing. The grounds are beautiful. I would totally recommend this place based on its looks and owner. Thank you again so much!!

Boarded my dog with Easdale a while back when I was unexpectedly called out of town for work. Pickup and drop off were easy. The staff was friendly, and prices were very reasonable. I even added on a nature walk for my pup so he got some additional stimulation. Most importantly, they really seem to care about the dogs. This place came highly recommended via word of mouth from a friend, and they were 100% right. Will be bringing my pups here again!

I love their products and they use to bathe with. My dog always comes home smelling & looking much better! I will continue to take her there to get groomed. The business recently changed owners & it's going to be great. I can't wait to see what these ladies do with the place. So many great upgrades already!

My pups had a great time! Brody is a pro! I was so worried about Cooper it was his first time being boarded. I called every day I was so annoying but they tolerated me! They also took the time to talk to me every time I called. When my husband and I picked the boys up they were so happy. But they were NOT stressed. They didn't look tired they looked like they just came back from their own vacation! Thank you guys for everything for taking care of my boys and me!

I have boarded my boy here approximately 5-6 times, starting from when he was five months -- he has always been treated wonderfully and with excellent care. The staff is familiar with his unique personality and take time out of their schedules to make sure he gets the most out of his one-on-one time with them. Lots of space on the property and with on-site grooming services, he always comes home clean and happy. Love this place!!

Wonderful care for my elderly dog. It was good that she could stay in her own environment. Very prompt service, trustworthy and kept us up to date with visit reports. Highly recommend.

Tailwaggers has been such a blessing to my dog and I. As a night shift worker, and with my school schedule, they have been unbelievably accommodating with my chaotic schedule. Tailwaggers was amazing! I was gone for a week and they checked on my cat everyday for me. Each day they left a note of what they did with him and texted me daily photos and videos. Shelley has been my go-to cat caretaker for my two adult male cats for several years. I just got back from a three day stay at my daughters. Both cats were fed, litter scooped, and well petted…even Subby who often hides from newcomers. Also I got on-the-scene photos of them. Highly recommend Shelley!

I highly recommend Shelly and Tailwaggers. Shelly took care of my kitty and my chickens while I was away on a family vacation. She met with me beforehand to go over everything that needed to be done. Amanda did a wonderful job caring for our three cats and bearded dragon while we were out of town for 18 days. She was completely reliable and thorough. We received daily pics of our babies with a text on how things were going. It was such a relief knowing they were in good hands! I hired Amanda to pet sit our 3 cats at the end of March as I was going away for a week on vacation. One of our cats recently had become ill and I needed extra care that could offer more of a routine other than our usual cat sitter (our friend's 11 year old daughter). During the 3ish weeks between hiring Amanda and us going away, I was still trying to determine what was wrong and let Amanda know upfront of the issues happening at home, also knowing I had some unknowns yet to figure out, including potentially having her administer medications. Unfortunately it did not come to that because when I finally received the diagnosis, I had to put my cat down, which was the day before we left on vacation. Amanda was so great and so understanding through the whole ordeal. Of course we still used Amanda for the week to sit the other two cats and I am so glad we did. I haven't been away from home for more than a few days at time since before the Pandemic so it was comforting knowing the furbabies were well taken care of and someone was routinely at the house, especially since I was out of the country. Amanda is extremely thorough and made recommendations I would not have thought of, making sure every aspect was covered, from emergency situations to knowing where their hiding places are. During our time away she sent daily updates through Facebook Messenger, which is something else she recommended given I was not in the states. She also recommended the emergency vet clinic that was finally able to give me a diagnosis after multiple vet visits and getting the runaround from other places. Shortly before my trip, one of my cats became ill and was prescribed supplements to be given with his food. Amanda handled everything easily and kept in close touch with me (sending pics and texts) about how both cats were doing. It really put my mind at ease knowing someone was providing such excellent care and checking on the house while I was away. I highly recommend Amanda and her company - give yourself the peace of mind that your pets are in good hands!

We asked Amanda to babysit our baby (cat) for almost 3 weeks and it was fabulous! Amanda set up an appointment before we left on vacay and explained everything to us about the process, our cat’s habits, her philosophy about caring for your pet. She was very clear and upfront about the cost and it cost $25 for each day (which included the $5 for any Med administration) and $30 for the weekends and holidays. It’s very convenient to pay Amanda as she accepts cash/check/Apple Pay. Amanda sent us pictures of our cat every single day and took care to administer her meds. She also played and showered her love on our pet. It was fabulous having Amanda and we will be asking her to watch our pet again!

Amanda is wonderful. Reliable is an accurate name!! She’s never not shown up for my kitties or cancelled on me. She sends me pictures and videos every time she visits them. She also waters plants, cleans up any pet messes, and plays with them. She’s available on weekends and holidays (when you really need a sitter!) for a small additional fee. She was also flexible and compassionate with me when I had to cancel a booking due to my cat’s terminal illness.

Amanda was GREAT at caring for my 3 kitties and my rabbit. She took lovely pictures during her visits and sent me daily updates. Grateful she was willing to care for my bunny. Many places don’t take on small pets. Will definitely use her again

We recently used Amanda to care for our cats while we were out of the country on vacation. Having always relied on family and friends ..I was hesitant to leave my pets (and our home) in someone's care I don't know. After meeting with Amanda I felt so comfortable. Amanda does such a great job pet sitting for my many animals! She’s skilled at taking care of cats and all of my small animals. She has taken care of my mail and trash while away. I’ve worked with Amanda on a few different occasions now and I trust her with my house and animals completely. I know she will do a great job while I’m away and it’s easy to relax.

The BEST. These are true animal lovers who assisted us through the adoption process of a large and challenging breed. Georgette and her team go at the dogs pace, and will be honest if you are a good fit or not. They have shown nothing but love and kindness towards our wonderful girl. Their intro, day care and boarding policy is as low stress as could be. Very very clean. I can't thank them enough. We drive 30 minutes each way to take our best girl here.

First I wanna say, Georgette you are an angel! I was a crying mess the night I frantically reached out to her organization. A friend of my 11yr old told me about it on our way to the ER with our dog, Yara. He text his grandma & got me a name so while I was in the waiting room of medvet crying, I messaged them. I honestly didn't expect to hear back from anyone because I'd never heard of this organization before & I belong to a lot of animal groups on Facebook. But I went ahead & explained my financial situation & the critical condition our 5yr old dog was in. I heard back from them in less than 24 hours! I had already shelled out $765 trying to find out what was wrong that night & went home with no answers & no more $. This organization, "Pay it Forward for Pets" sent me back to the ER the next day & paid for more testing & her medications! Yara is up eating & walking today when I thought she was going to die less than 24 hours ago!! I will forever support this organization cause never in my life have I ever gotten help like that for a pet from a complete stranger! NEVER! And to be doing this as long as they have truly says something. I'm so grateful to every one of you! Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🩷 Im saddened by the previous reviews. Please try & remember, she's not God or Elon Musk. She can't possibly help everyone, choices must be made. A true animal lover would never leave this organization a bad review after seeing how many animals they've helped. Even if not your own. I'll truly never understand humans.

So the picture is what the message I have received when trying to get help but this is my response I did not purchase the dog I took it from a family member that went to jail and once it was in my home I seen the dog was sick so you immediately took it to the vet and did have it treated. I used my children’s Christmas money to treat the dog because I did not want to see the dog suffer and i did not want to euthanize such a young dog that could possibly have so much life left to live. That if i knew the rescue were reaching out to for help was so judgmental and unwilling to help because they assumed the dog was bought and was sick because of my neglect without even knowing the details of the rescue dog and situation. That i will be posting the situation and the rescue response to the situation online for everyone to see. But thanks for their non willingness for assistance. That just because the dog is a certain breed it is not acceptable to ignore the fact that it was still a rescue and did need help. I’ve never been so hurt in my life

Don’t call here looking for vet assistance. I was very rudely told what I should be able to afford for my pet without any asking of my situation or why I was in need. I was judged heavily by the woman on the phone even though she understood my pets situation and the possible pain she is experiencing. I understand not receiving the help but I don’t understand why someone would treat another that way when they’re already in a bad spot. Truly unprofessional and uncalled for. A little empathy and respect for others isn’t much to ask for.

Amazing agency and caring owner. She helped my dog recieve the care she needed after a bad injury, and metro hospital wanted over 500$ just for my dog to be seen. I reached out to this agency and she was quick to help get my dog the care she needed! It’s amazing that these places exist. I’ve never been in a situation where my animals needed emergency vet care so I was lost on what to do and shocked at how expensive it costs. It’s unfortunate that places over charge but it’s a blessing places like this exist for families to get their fur babies the care they need with no judgement. 💓 our dog Jackie is now almost fully recovered ! This is the greatest organization I've ever worked with and I owe my dogs life to them!!! I called their number and they helped me right away with where to go after my dog had accidentally swallowed 5 motrin pills causing him to be poisoned. I had no money to pay for the immediate care he required to avoid kidney failure and death. They helped me so that my kids and I didn't have to watch the dog we had just adopted from summit county animal shelter 2 months ago die a slow and miserable death and I will forever be thankful.

We have been taking our dog Payton there, for a couple of years now. Recently we have called on several occasions. To Borad him. With no returned call. We feel very disrespected by being ignored, by your staff. Mr & Mrs Williams

Very pleased with the level of care for our dog. They are strict with the rules as far as shots and health records, and they keep the place clean. I have taken my dog to other places and he came back with a stomach bug more than once. I have used Pay it Forward Pets several times now with no issues.

After being referred I googled and see how many people they helped. I basically just need a loan or someone that would set up a payment plan with a contract. I have a job. Instead I got screamed at for letting my dog suffer and lectured about not being prepared for expenses that might b 5K. According to them sell your pet if you are going thru a rough patch and don’t have a savings

I call about finding homes for these cats I understand it was a shot long about them knowing what I do about finding a home for them but she was so rude about it she acted as if I was retarded for even calling them when I was hoping they would know who I'd go to something but no very rude attitude and told me we gotta figure it out ourselves and make calls and then hangs up immediately very rude I wouldn't want to deal with anyone like that I hope she don't talk to her mother like that

The new client set up is a bit intimidating at first, but once you see how comprehensive it all is you will be amazed. Leigh has thought of everything, no more trying to remember every single detail – Leigh’s forms prompt everything you could think of, from emergency vet consents to where the water shut off valve is located! Everything is customizable, including how much time you want the Paw Sitter to spend with your pet and what you want done during that time period. A visit report is posted after every visit – it included everything so I didn’t even feel the need to call and “check in”. The best indicator of their level of care was my cat. Upon our return Midi acted like we had only been gone for the afternoon – not 8 days!! The Paw Sitter is WONDERFUL and now I will have one less thing to worry about when I travel – I know Leigh has all of Midi’s needs covered!

Leigh was great with our cats! They warmed up to her right away, and Leigh sent us great pictures of our cats playing while we were away. I felt comfortable that our pets were in good hands! She even sent us a daily update with pictures.

I can't say enough good about Leigh and her staff. My wife and I both work. Doggie Daycare was too much stress on our dog because of how crowded it was. A mid day walk is the perfect solution and it's so easy to schedule additional visits if we need one in the evening or on a weekend. Along with the great attention our dog gets, I feel good knowing that I am dealing with an organization that is professionally run.

Khala has done a wonderful job taking care of our cats, including one who is diabetic and needs insulin twice a day. She is very reliable and always sends photos. We feel very lucky to have found such a great petsitter.

We receive detailed updates with photos throughout the day, which gives us piece of mind and allows us to help make any adjustments if needed. From the beginning working with Khala was wonderful! We spoke over the phone, and had a meet and greet so that she had all the information she needed to meet our needs while we were away. During each scheduled visit, I received a notification through her app letting me know when she arrived to care for my pets and a full detail communication of her visit at departure. Including pictures! She also stayed in the evening for extra care. She truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

My first experience with a pet care company and they did not disappoint. High 5 pet care was very thorough. She took the time to do a consult so we could make sure it was the right fit. We set up a meet and greet as well. Of course, My dog loved them right away and I got updates at each visit. I felt very comfortable and I am very happy customer!
