Heather was a pleasure to have in my home to care for my two dogs. She was interested in the fine points of their care, food, medicine, sleeping etc, with complete acceptance of their routine. Heather communicated with me daily about her day and her day with the pups, along with adorable photos so I knew what was going on at home. Before leaving, I went over a few household items, such as trash out days, yard clean up after the pups, etc. there was not an issue with following these directions. I travel alot for ski clinics, and there have been prior issues. But not at all with Heather. She was sweet and kind to me and the pups, let me know if there were food issues with the pups, if we were running low, or if one of my pups did not finish his food with medication. Also, Healther took immaculate care of my home. Sheets and towels were washed, kitchen and bathroom were cleaned. I appreciated her level of care, especially arriving home after a long travel day. I was able to come home to a perfect house, along with a thank you note from Heather. Also, Heather left me a de-brief text. Wonderful housesitter!!! I welcome Heather back next ski season....

Yuki and Zoey were not responsible for Karma, our Airedale up. They were to water plants indoor and out, feed the wild birds daily, and check for deliveries. They accomplished these tasks to expectation. I'm giving them a 4-star in the 'Clean and tidy' category because they left in the late afternoon and yet did not wash the bed linens (used two bedrooms) or towels upon leaving. Other than that all was satisfactory. I would recommend to clearly articulate what is expected in the way of cleaning after themselves to anybody using Yuki. Other than that I recommend his care for house sitting.

25 Year Dog Mom, now without my own fur children
Beth was absolutely amazing - from the moment she arrived I knew Gus would be in good hands. Beth offered to arrive a night early in order that she and Gus could get to know each other and he would be comfortable with her once we left. Gus was immediately at ease around Beth and we didn’t worry at all during our trip. Beth even made Gus’s meals extra special with a heart shaped ham garnish (his favorite!) on his food ❤️ The house was spotless when we arrived home - she had washed all of the sheets and towels and re-made the bed for us. Best of all, she left us a little piece of “artwork” that Gus made as a memento - we have it on display in our living room. Thank you Beth!!!

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

We went here for a semi-private puppy pool party and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Gretchen and all of the staff are so kind and helpful. They made sure we had everything ready to go so the day of the event went smoothly. It was gross weather and the people who booked after us cancelled, so they let us stay an extra hour for free! Very lovely people and awesome facility!
We visit the outdoor pool and agility area and love it! My pup is always exhausted after we leave… the pool and clean and limited number of pups. Great experience!!
We have been using Lucky Paws for over 12 years (2 different dogs) for boarding, grooming and daycare and I cannot speak highly enough about them in all three areas. The staff and facilities are unparalleled. I am super picky with the places I use when it comes to my dog. He is a part of our family after-all! Unlike dog daycares that just pen your dog in a small gravel-bottomed exposure, Lucky Paws has beautiful, clean and and large indoor and outdoor play yards (with grass!) that also includes a huge swimming pool! (Huge bonus in the summer.) The day care is very well staffed and they actually play with your dogs. Animals coming into their daycare are well vetted which gives me peace of mind that my dog will always be safe and surrounded by healthy and happy dogs. I love the groomers, especially Michelle. She is so good with my dog and does a great job with his haircuts. She is one of the nicest people and my little mini doodle loves her! As for boarding, it is the only place I will consider. Beyond being clean and well maintained they offer a lot of a la carte options that let you customize your pet's stay. I love this flexibility. The staff are all great and you can tell that they all put the animals first. Love, love, love this place! I cannot recommend it enough.
Great outdoor dog park with a lot of running space, an obstacle course and a perfect pool to swim and have a good time. The price is very reasonable and we’ll def be going back
10 out of 10 LOVED this place and my dogs loved it as well!! We went for play time outside in the pool and my dogs had a blast. They check vet records so you know your dog is safe around the other dogs and have a complete enclosed play area. It's only $10 a dog for the whole day!
I took my nervous dog with severe separation anxiety to lucky paws for daycare as I am no longer a remote worker and am required to be in office 3 days a week. Staff was so friendly and helpful on the phone. Very nice people. Also they were so sweet to my boy Manny. Everyone loved him there and I can tell they genuinely enjoy being around the dogs in their care. I can’t wait for manny to have a fun place to go to socialize and play. Other daycares in this area are just a small dark concrete room and a vey tiny area of fake grass. Lucky paws has a beautiful facility and outdoor park with acres of land. I can’t wait for the summer months so Manny can play in the pool. It looks amazing!! They get 5 stars from me, only downside is I do wish they had cameras but I believe the reason they don’t is because like I said they have acres of land with nowhere to really put cameras so it makes complete sense. I would say they are the best in the area. Trust me when I say I have done so much research on daycares and have already tried a couple. Where I send my dog is of utmost importance. My dog is my life and my light and he is what keeps me going. I feel at peace sending him to lucky paws and I know he will have fun and socialize. Thank you lucky paws for making me feel at peace while being away from my dog. I will be a repeat customer that sends my dog 3 days a week. I also would love to try some of their trainings and agility classes.
I really can't say enough great things about Lucky Paws. My wife and I adopted our dog, Dante, as we first moved to the area. We happened to live only a mile down the road, so trying it out was logical. Boy am I glad we did! They literally have it all - HUGE outside area with a seasonal incline pool, a separated astro turf section for when the weather is nice, but the outdoor area is muddy/closed for the winter, and even a huge indoor area for when it's just too damn cold outside! Wait though, there's more! They even have a groomer, boarding, training sessions, you name it! I think the greatest thing they had though, which wouldn't be normally mentioned, is a great community. You see the same people throughout the year and the same dogs. Dante had his own wolf pack to roll with every time we were there and the company shared amongst the humans was great! Luxury like this costs something, but I found the $175 price tag for the year to be more than reasonable. You get what you pay for! It took us moving to Virginia to finally realize how good we had it at Lucky Paws, which is what finally prompted me to sing their praise in this review. So with that said...Gracie, Inca, Remi, Rugby, Meg, Saida, Sophie, and whoever else I may have missed. Dante misses you guys!
Love talking our husky malamute mix here for the pool in summer. One a kind place! The pool is pretty big and the park even larger. Always seems to be a healthy load of tennis balls floating in the pool too.
Gem of a place! The team and facilities at Lucky Paw are fantastic! They look after our pup like she was their own and the variety of services cover everything from grooming, daycare, and boarding. Highly recommend!

We were so fortunate in finding such a caring compassionate animal lover to care for our sweet Molly while on vacation. Heather is amazing! She cares for our pet when we aren't able - and provides much needed in-home grooming for our sweet dog -- who isn't too happy getting a bath! Awesome service! We first boarded our puppy Romi with Heather when she was just a few months old and have been sending her to No Place Like Home Pet Sitting ever since. Heather sends daily updates and photos and I never have to worry about my girl when I’m away. She truly feels like she is at home and is always so excited when we drop her off. Heather is wonderful! My dog Murphy has special needs (back legs are paralyzed from intervertebral disc disease) so his bladder needs to be manually expressed. Heather is great with him. Our family used this service twice a day while we were on vacation. The sitters cared for our two cats, one of whom had health needs that required administering daily medication and lots of "accident" clean-up. The sitters kept in touch with us daily to update us and even included photos of the cats. It gave our family peace of mind to have such wonderful caregivers for our kitties. Top Notch with Loads of Love! Well, It’s been 1 full year that Laura and Keith have been petsitting and housesitting for us and we couldn’t be more satisfied!! They have come to our home and stayed with our 2 pups and bunny while we were away many times over the last year! We trust them wholeheartedly and at this point, consider them dear friends! They always have our furbabies’ best interest in the forefront of everything they do. Laura would make endless trips to our place, about 40 minutes away, to make sure the animals were taken care of, even on her busiest days, and through tumultuous weather. At night she stayed with them in the comfort of our home. After the very first visit, I never once worried whether they were in good hands, because I knew she loved and cared for them as much as we did – maybe even more with a few extra walks We have always enjoyed all of the fantastic photos that she takes. Our new young dog spent a week here is boarding and training because our usual pet sitter and the dog weren’t comfortable enough with each other for the sitter to get her into the crate or out for a walk. Dan, Amanda and Michael did amazing work teaching her “stay,” loose leash walking and “leave it.” Most importantly they and the kennel staff worked with our pup to make her comfortable and happy with handlers she didn’t know. They were also patient and supportive with me, the nervous owner who hadn’t kenneled a dog for at least 15 years. Anytime I called, they were knowledgeable about our dog’s progress. It’s clear to me that care a lot about their clients and their owners. We will definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends. Thanks to Dan, Amanda, and Michael, the trainers, and the kennel owners and staff who put our puppy at ease!
Was a last minute boarding and it couldn't have been better! Did an unannounced walk in tour of the facility and it was spotless... Loved the place and would definitely keep bringing my dog here for future boardings...

They took great care of Ecto! We feel better knowing someone is there later in the day if needed. Most facilities will leave after 6pm and not come back for 12 hours. We loved that they offer tours without notice so you can see how they actually run the facility.
This place has really grown. The grounds are clean and well kept. Our dog does not go or come home very happy from here, which is concerning. But he seems cared for.
Just Phenomenal. This was Max’s first time at a kennel and I was worried sick he’d be unhappy. Let’s just say- he was far from unhappy! I loved hearing how his day went and getting happy pictures of him every afternoon! I will 100% be using parkway lodge again! Knowing my pup was in great hands made our vacation the best it could be. We took our rescue puppy Penny here for training. She was a difficult student, but the staff was exceptionally patient and kind. The format is great for puppies (and come on, it's also so cute!!) Highly recommend!
At other boarding facilities, my dog would put up a fight when getting out of the car, but with Parkway, he jumps out with no issue. This tells me they are doing things right for him, and I am so thankful I found this place!

Erica Fox is great and worth the time/cost as a dog trainer! She is helpful for correcting mistakes by consistently communicating commands, patient and incredibly knowledgeable educating me as a dog owner on training techniques. Erica’s expertise training in our home has been incredibly helpful — from how to handle answering the door when guests arrive to counter surfing. Highly recommend! Even our dachshund loves her and tries to sneak into trainings!
Erica Fox has been the Canine Kingdom trainer for our two shi-tzu babies since they were only about three months old. They absolutely adore her and it has been amazing to see how they've progressed this year. She's been fantastic at teaching them basic obedience, walking on leash, and behavior modification. I honestly don't know how they would have gotten this far without her!
I started taking my puppy “Stella” to training last year with Erica the trainer at Canine Kingdom. It did not disappoint! I saw instant results and it really helped with Stella’s listening and behavior. Erica is very hands on with training, provides updates throughout the day and sends videos of each training session. Erica was an excellent trainer for our dog Addie. She was able to get her more comfortable walking on a leash passing other dogs and people. We have definitely seen an improvement in her over all behavior.

I cannot express how much my partner and I absolutely ADORE Canine Kingdom! They are always so friendly and respectful not just to us but to our girl Dixie too. They handle our anxious pup so well, it's why we travel as far as we do to keep going to Canine Kingdom. It's what's best for us, and for our dog! The energy of the staff is always top tier! And if something happens while we are away they make a point to calmly address it with us and not make us feel embarrassed. Seriously, this place is #1 for a reason!

Dayton was very helpful with my spirited shephard Baloo . Dayton is very adept as a trainer and he personalizes the training to my smart and very energetic shephard’s needs. I will continue to see Dayton with Baloo for tune ups throughout Baloo’s life. The dog owner needs to be trained first and foremost and Dayton has shown me exactly what to do . He uses local dog friendly places like Rural King, Beaver Park and Brady’s Run for training. This helps to generalize skills. He really connects with both dog and owner. Five stars!

My rescue Charlie has become such a well behaved dog as a result of Dayton’s training. He used to bark a lot, attack me with excitement when I came home and pull me along as we walked. Dayton patiently taught me how to curb these habits successfully. The best thing is how much Charlie adores Dayton. Whatever Dayton tells him to do he obeys. Pup and owner are very happy with the results.
I have been training with Kilted K9 for 6 years. When I first started training with him my goal was to be able to take my dogs anywhere especially my shepherd Noah. He was a reactive teenager that I swear I cried more times than I can even count the first year with him. At some point during this time I was stressed about something Noah was doing and he looked me square in the face and told me to stop worrying that that was his job and then that’s when the real training began. From then he got all of his obedience down was off leash trained and Dayton even checked us on our first vacation together making sure I was ok handling Noah. The during the years I got a cattle dog and a Pomeranian and he helped me train both of them. I have also added a working shepherd to my family and he is dedicated to helping me accomplish my goals with him. I have confidence now to do protection work with my new shepherd and I am able to take my dogs anywhere all because of Dayton. No matter what I dream up that I want my dogs to do Dayton always helps me train toward my goals. When you train with Dayton he makes you his family and for sure makes himself available to train with you. I would never hesitate to recommend Dayton to anyone and everyone. First and foremost, Dayton is a really good good person! Honestly...I think he'd give you the shirt off his back if he knew you needed it! Second, he is a superb human trainer...while he is absolutely wonderful with all dogs and all aspects of various dog temperaments, disciplines and sports...he is also a kind, patient and professional person when it comes to different and sometimes difficult personalities at the other end if the leash. Last of all, he is super funny, and in the 2 years I have been training with him has become someone I consider a good friend. In the 26 years that I have been training, showing and working with dogs at different levels through various disciplines, I have spent time with many dog trainers...believe me when I say Dayton is the best!
Dayton of Kilted K-9 is a great trainer in all aspects of dog training. I wanted specialized training for my German Shepard, Ruger, and he was able to provide the foundation and train him into a very good search and rescue dog. It always amazes me to see Ruger lead us multiple miles through creeks, woods, hills, urban environments, etc. to find the lost person. Dayton knows how to build a dog's skills and confidence over time to achieve success. Fetch! Pet Care was everything we were looking for in a cat sitting service. Laura Y was fantastic while we were gone for 18 days this May. We have absolutely no issues with the portal, the schedule or the service. One of our cats took a while to warm up, but that had nothing to do with Laura or Fetch! He is just cranky. When we came home, everything was as it should be and the cats were well taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. We were a bit apprehensive as we are extremely reluctant to leave our animals in the care of a stranger. However, after our experience with this company in October 2023, our expectations were far exceeded. In particular, our pet carer, Jody, was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely meticulous and her correspondence with us was prompt and informative. I felt as if a family member were caring for our animals. We were deeply touched and appreciative of the love and attention Jody showed towards our pets. We cannot recommend her enough!
Fetch! Pet Care was fast and easy! I've used Rover and other online pet sitting services before. What makes Fetch! better is that they find the sitter for you and arrange introductory meetings. I had a hard time connecting with sitters with other services....they said they would get back to me with a date and time they could have a meet and greet and then would never contact me. I did not want to follow up with them because I figured if they couldn't schedule a meet and greet, how were they going to be at caring for my pets?! Fetch! finds the caregiver for you, there is a meet and greet, then you let Fetch! know if you would like to proceed with the sitter. Fetch! gives you a detailed invoice listing each date the sitter will visit your pet, the length of time each visit would be, and the cost of each visit. I appreciated having that invoice. Pam watched our cat and dog for 10 days and we were very happy with their care. Our dog got a long walk every morning and then a midday visit and end-of-day visit. Well worth the peace of mind.

We just had our first stay here. Our dog has sensitive skin and developed a hot spot that became infected, but the team here was on top of everything. They knew when to seek care, they gave us updates, and even checked up on our boy a week after our stay. We truly felt like they cared and that they did everything to help him out. Definitely recommend. All the staff was great! We will definitely be back!
We had a great grooming experience with Sam! I had a full groom done on my senior Golden Retriever, and our puppy got his first nail trim. Communication was great, and the boys came out looking amazing and so very happy! Highly recommended! ❤️

Finally a doggy daycare that my dog likes. She's excited to get out of the car (instead of trying to get back in like she does at other popular daycares). The staff is super friendly. Knew which one was my dog from the first visit.
My girl, Molly doesn’t travel well in the car & I had to board her while on vacation. It broke my heart. She’s 3 & the 1st time we’ve left her. The staff was great with her. I checked in several times that week & they gave me honest feedback. (She was a bit upset we left her.) They helped Molly adjust without having her family & gave her extra attention to ease her transition. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my baby! I highly recommend Friendly Paws & will def use them in the future.

Our 4 year old Huskypoo, DEUCE, has been coming here for daycare for about 3 years now. He is always happy to come and comes home tired from a day full of play. The staff is always professional and polite. You can tell they care for the dogs by the way they speak to them and how excited our guy is to see the staff! They do a great job communicating with us whenever there are any issues etc… HIGHLY recommend!
I found 5th Avenue Fido thru a FaceBook group in 2022. We recently moved to the area and had to find a new groomer for the first time in 10 years. Experience was good, overall. The staff is very nice, the dogs look adorable, and the owner, Taylor, is a doll! Docking a point for long wait times with scheduling.
My little boy Rocco loves to play with his friends at 5th Avenue Fido! He boards with our Fido friends too whenever we go on vacation or away on business and he always comes home tired, happy and oh so loved!
My Pitbull has been in their care 1 day a week for over 6 month and I can not be more pleased. Everyone of the staff are ALWAYS welcoming, pleasant, professional and loving. My other dog gets groomed and she has never enjoyed being groomed. She would shake profusely, now she gets excited to get groomed. I could not be more pleased with all 9f their services. If you are on the fence do it. You will not regret it.
Mr. Michael Patrick has been seeing Taylor since he was a pup. This almost 4 year old absolutely loves going to the spa to see all the girls. Mike has an autoimmune disorder which causing havoc on his poor nails. Taylor and the whole staff has gone above and beyond to make sure he looks absolutely stunning but also taking it an extra step making sure everything looks good when he is visiting. They truly care about all the pups and as a dog mom, that’s all I could ask for! Michael always leaves looking handsome as ever and that is thanks to Taylor and the whole staff! They make my life a million times easier by being able to trust them with my baby! I can’t rave enough about them!
