I have been coming here for 20 years with 3 different dogs during that time. I love seeing the pictures of the dogs on the Facebook page. The staff is friendly and always share something that happened during their play time that makes me smile.

Wonderful doggie day care. The inside is immaculate . The staff is caring and friendly. The inside store is well stocked for the dog owner's convenience.

This place is great. Very clean, organized and professional. The staff is wonderful and loves your dog like their own.

Awesome place! The dogs have a great time playing all day and come home tired. The staff loves the dogs and the dogs know it. They also had the patience to work with our rescue dog Libby, so she's happy and fun and calm, even though she was anxious being away from home at the beginning.

Hand's down the best place in my opinion for day camp, boarding,for any kind of dog. My dog's have been going there for over 3 year's. The owner's and staff are a huge part of what makes it so special to my family and my fur children.

I love the fact I can take my dog here to an actual dog washing area . They provide shampoo, conditioner, ear wash, towels and the doggy dryer. The price is very reasonable to use this facility. I can leave the entire mess there and come home with a clean dog. Staff are very friendly and willing to answer any questions.

We choose this spot for daycare as well as boarding when we're heading on a trip that the dog cannot come on. The staff is fantastic and remember every dog, it seems. Great service. The Cadillac of dog daycares with amazing employees who clearly love their jobs!

First time using doggy day care. I have 8 year old rottweiler. We dropped her off at 10 AM. Shot over to the state fair picked up at 8:30 PM. Gerda had a great day. And very reasonably Priced!

My husband and I recently visited Syracuse for a memorial service and called a handful of daycares in the area two days prior, but nobody could accommodate our dog. We needed someone to watch our senior rescue, Charcoal, for extended hours without boarding overnight, just so we could attend the service. Julie was so understanding of our issue and graciously offered to keep the daycare open for a few extra hours just for us. Having never met her or seen the facility, we relied solely on reviews and the first impression on the phone with her. When we dropped Charcoal off, one of the staff members took some info then whisked him away. We felt very comfortable based on the way the facility looked and the staff member handled our sweet boy. When picking him up later, Julie greeted us to tell us he just lied down and she was sitting there with him. She gave us a report for his stay and we chatted for a few minutes before we left. You can tell Julie loves what she does and really loves dogs. Had it not been for her kindness and understanding, I’m not sure how we would have made it to the memorial. I cannot say enough positive things about It's a Dog's Life Boarding. They are friendly, take care of the dogs amazingly, have a super clean establishment, and being able to set everything up online made it super simple and convenient.

Our dog loves her visits and it's great knowing she's at a place that takes wonderful care of her. We know she enjoys it because she comes home from every stay completely exhausted from playing with friends and enjoying the outdoor space.

My dog loves going to day care here every week. He gets out of the car and cant get into the building fast enough. Employees who are there when I drop him off are always so nice (even at 6:45 in the morning). My husband also has nice things to say when he picks him up. The pictures are a great addition. I love having the report card at the end of the day to see how my boy did that day with everyone. A face attribute for our boy is he is a very active social butterfly.

It was the first time we ever used a service for our 3 y/o dog. I was very anxious but Julie was such a pleasure to work with, incredibly professional and that gave us comfort and confidence throughout the process. Our dog seemed very happy and relaxed at pickup. Would highly recommend.

Very thankful for this daycare. We love how friendly and interactive the staff are. The facility is beautiful...tons of toys and room to play all day long! Our dog is safe during the day and comes home happy and tired. We love the cam which shows the whole play area. Thank you!

Absolutely the Best! All we have to say to our dog is "Do you want to go to Doggy Day Care? He goes crazy! When we arrive he is pulling just to get in the building! Now that in itself tells alot! The facility is clean, they have all kinds of toys and they even play with the pups! Our dog has made many new friends, and so have we!! The staff is always friendly, they treat my dog with so much kindness and love. Julie the owner is amazing. I was at work one night and lost track of time. She called me and brought my dog to me at work! Now if that isnt dedication and kindness!!!

Not sure where these negative reviews come from - this place is awesome. My dog having been to several dog daycare's already, I feel I'm pretty keen as to the standards at these places, and It's a Dogs Life is far above the rest in their care and attentiveness. It's in the details, like having rubberized/soft floors (not concrete), staff take time to actually engage with your dog (play, show affection, etc), and their is full transparency from the cams you can access. Also a great touch is the online account you can have with them. They upload pics of your little pooch, and even offer a report card. This kind of attention makes all the difference. This isn't one of those crappy concrete dungeons, that is essentially just a place to bring your dog while they monitor them walk around in a pack all day long - this is a facility that provides real attention, and care to your dog... just as you would. You would be doing your dog a disservice bringing them anywhere else.

We are so excited to have such an amazing place to take our dogs for a fun afternoon! I never question that they are safe and well cared for. They both come home exhausted from all the fun they've had all day. Thank you so much for bringing It's A Dog's Life CNY to our community!

I have a precious 11-year old blind pug that is my everything. Many dog walkers don’t know how to handle my sweet poochie. However, she adores Ben and he treats her like the princess she is.

I’m happy to write a review for Ben! He has done an excellent job caring for our cat and 2 dogs on weekends this fall. Our pets love him and we love his professionalism and attention to detail when taking care for them. We really appreciate how flexible he has been on a number of occasions when we’ve needed a pet sitter on short notice.

Clean and spacious facility. Staff was super friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. They have plenty of options for your dog - whether they need a comfy raised bed or if you are inclined to spoil your dog to a log bed with their cozy sherpa blanket and a flat screen TV in a room with a view, they have the accommodation that your dog will love. Regardless of your option, your dog will be in great friendly hands and they will receive the love and care of great humans and great doggy companionship.

K9 kampground is amazing! They came highly recommended from a couple friends. They are the only ones I will trust with my dog! If they don’t have availability then we don’t go on vacation. They take pictures while you’re away so you can see your pup is happy :) they have an outdoor area for the dogs to play together and also have many rooms with outdoor porches and one even has a tv! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs to board their dogs. The staff is very friendly and I can tell they love and care for the dogs!

I love this place. I have been going here with my dogs for twenty years. I have know the owner Chad for 20 years. He is a man of integrity and his highest priority is the safety of his staff and the fur babies. I have had three dogs in that time span all attend here. They are safe, well cared for and the pack leaders all know my dogs so well 😄. I love that i can watch on the web cam anytime of day. I also love that the pups are on Facebook everyday from the awesome pictures that amber takes.

The girls here are fantastic with the dogs. We won't use anyone else. We had a to extend our dogs stay because of airline delays and cancelations. They were able to accommodate us with no problems. Dog rely loves to see them...

Could not have asked for a better place to leave my Dazey. We were visiting for the 4th from Florida and had to board our big old 70 lb AmBull with some special needs. They were super terrific to work with over the phone, the manager Heather expressed that they somewhat specialize in Pit/Bulls instilled confidence that she would be in good hands, and even though we were somewhat late in arrival they were able to accommodate us. I met the owner Lorraine who also was super friendly and helpful. During a very busy holiday weekend. The facility was clean, easy to find, and I could tell my Dazey was very well cared for when we picked her up. I would highly recommend anyone looking for either boarding in the Syracuse area or as a great place to take your pups for play date day care. Check out the K-9 Campground.

Heather and the staff here are outstanding, good people absolute dog lovers and I can't say enough good things about them here. When we came to pick up Apollo after a week of being boarded, he didn't want to leave. If that doesn't scream good staff here and good business then I don't know what does.

We brought our beagle brother pups..1year old..to them for 5 days and the dogs loved it,were taken care of great !!!A terriffic experience for them and relaxing for us knowing they were so good!!!

Owners are open, knowledgeable, & inviting. The inside & outside were clean & well maintained. Booked my 1st ever boarding for my beloved boxers....which I wouldn't have done if I sensed the slightest thing off.
