From the initial contact all the way throughout the sit, Marie was great. She communicated effectively, was prompt, and was just the sweetest person you hope to meet. The animals took right to her. In fact, I think our Molly was a bit sad to see us arrive home and missed Marie. Marie did an excellent job dealing with a few issues that popped up. The fridge began acting up and ahe notified me promptly. I was able to get a repairman out, and it was fixed. Then there was a little leak under the sink, and thankfully, Marie caught it. My son was able to come over and fix that. Then there was the issue of Rascal wanting to take walks with Marie and the dogs. Our cats try and follow us on walks. Anyhow, Rascal walked along a little farther than normal and did not return with the group. Marie notified me right away, and I posted his pic on Nextdoor with the situation. A neighbor reported seeing him in the bushes and gave the address. I notified Marie, and she and the dogs walked over and retrieved him. He came out to her and stayed close to her and the dogs as they walked home. She is quick to notice situations and handle them efficiently. We arrived home happy healthy pets and a garden bursting with veggies. Marie kept everything alive and thriving. Our home was clean when we arrived and let me tell you, after being in an rv for 6 weeks, that is such a comfort to come home to a clean house. We hope to be able to have Marie sit for us again, she is one of the best.

Thomas and Annie were over-the-top reliable, proactive, professional and personable. Willy took to them immediately which is unusual and great to have such dear people taking care of our cat. Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter. If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!
