Frankie and Tavin were fantastic pet/house sitters. They took very good care of our 3 bunnies and home. Frankie has a lot of experience with small pets so she knew how to engage them and get them to feel calm and safe while she and Tavin were at our home. One of our bunnies needs medicine and Frankie had no problem administering it. We came home to a spotlessly clean house and happy bunnies. I would definitely have Frankie and Tavin take care of our bunnies and home again and highly recommend them.

Claire and her family were here to the last two weeks and were an absolute pleasure to have. They looked after Milly and Poppy brilliantly. Poppy was on medication and Claire and Kris dealt with this brilliantly. We got regular updates which was so useful and when we got back the house was tidy, the washing done and there was even a blackberry and apple homemade crumble in the fridge! We really hope they'd like to come again as they would be very welcome at any tine!

Fátima and Miguel were amazing pet sitters to Gato, our special cat. They cared for him and fed him well and when we returned he had a glossy coat and was very happy. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. Home from Home dog boarding is a fantastic service. Our dogs love Karla and are always very happy to stay there. I’ve left them just for the day, but also just over 2 weeks. Last time, one of them had a deep cut that needed cleaning and she needed antibiotics. I trusted Karla 100% to look after her and, of course, she did! Karla is always responsive to messages too. My dogs are my babies and usually I’m a worrier, but not when I leave them with Karla!

We never have to worry about our dogs when they stay here with Karla and Alan. They love going for their mini breaks at their home from home hotel.Wish it was nearer us though, as Milly hates the journey.
