We were so happy to have Elisa stay at the house with Gus Gus and Chee Chee. Communication with Elisa was so easy and we had no troubles meeting eachother over a virtual call and then coordinating our schedules for arrival and departure days. Elisa sent me daily kitty updates as agreed and was very self sufficient during her entire stay so I was always feeling relaxed. Gus Gus was immediately attracted to Elisa when she arrived which is always a great sign. There was 1 night during my trip that I came back to stay at the apartment and Elisa was very accommodating to this interuption in her schedule. I also arrived back 1 day earlier than Elisa's departure and she was so gracious to switch our sleeping arrangements so I was back in my bed (after a long week of hiking in the mountains) and she took the couch (which I normally take when my schedule changes like that). And of course, the house was in a wonderful clean condition and everything organized exactly as how Elisa found it. We would be happy to welcome Elisa back again.

Nicholas was an ideal house sitter. He arrived promptly, made an instant connection with Chai and was over and above great at looking after him. He took Chai on a multitude of adventures, updated us with photos every couple of days and kept the house in perfect condition. He even loaded the washing-machine with sheets the morning he left! Tamzin and Dan were great house sitters. Tamzin had an unexpected death in the family so she had to return to the UK early, but Dan was able to stay until we were able to find someone else so that he could also return to the UK to support Tamzin. Dan was more than willing to stay until we returned (which was only two more days) but we were very willing to work out other care for that short period of time. They were very communicative with us throughout this process which we greatly appreciated. We would welcome them back anytime.

Joyful, peaceful and reliable house-sitter
This was our first experience of using zeewoi and we hit the jackpot first time! Noelle is kind, open-hearted and easy-going, in fact everything we could have wished for. She communicated very well, both before and during the house-sit, with regular (but not too many) updates and videos so we knew they were all getting on well and our cats were happy. Noelle even managed to win over our shy male cat so she definitely has a natural affinity with felines. The house and garden were well looked after and, as Noelle stayed another night after our return, she kindly made us a delicious supper. We feel very fortunate to have met her and had such a positive first experience with zeewoi. We have no hesitation in recommending Noelle highly and would certainly ask her to sit for us in the future if our plans coincide.

My husband, Sugar, and I were so thrilled with Kay’s sit. She took excellent care of Sugar (who isn’t always the most straightforward dog!), sent us plenty of photos/videos, and communicated very well with us before & during the sit. Additionally, she took excellent care of our apartment. We came home to a very clean flat with cookies left out, cleaning supplies stocked, and a very happy dog. We can’t thank or recommend Kay enough. We feel lucky to have had a sitter like her!

Mary was fantastic from start to finish and looked after our elderly dog with love and attention to her needs. She also looked after our home with respect and care. We couldn't have asked for a nicer sitter and would highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs.

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Anna was the perfect sitter for Tali, Mac and Sox. From the first moment we met Anna we all got on extremely well and we had no worries about leaving our pets in her safe hands. Anna gave them loads of fun time and company, lovely walks and snuggles in front of the TV. Thanks for all the fun we had before and after the sit too. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!
