We send our 5 month old GSD puppy here and he loves it. He always gets so excited to see the staff and they are very loving and caring people. I don't normally trust people in general but I trust dogs and these folks!

I used their cat boarding service. My cat was healthy when she was taken in. When I received her a month later, she had developed feline jaundice (a condition that does not develop overnight) and had to be put down the next day. When asked for a refund, they refused, stating they did the best they could when they clearly didn't. Steer clear of this place if you care for your pets.

Bronco loves coming here! Cameron and the crew do a great job. The facility is clean and very well maintained. I feel very secure having my dog stay there during the days and boarding overnight too.

You can look at my profile and see that I don’t usually give bad reviews, but I have to give an honest opinion of my experience in hopes that their customer service will improve for other customers in the future. I’m not from the area, but my dogs attend daycare regularly back home so I’m used to this process. The first day (Thursday) I checked in was for assessment for two days of daycare. I had all of their vaccination and medical paperwork with me but no registration forms as I thought these would be completed when I arrived. I was told that they were busy and I would have to go to a computer to print the forms. I didn’t have access to a computer and asked if they could be printed and she printed the forms and I signed them but only after asking. We then talked about food and she told me it was ok to bring food the next day and it wouldn’t be an issue. Friday I checked them in with a different lady other than the one who helped us one day prior. I handed her the dog food and she asked “What is this for?” I told her it was their food. She then asked me if they had eaten and told me they only feed puppies. I told her they had eaten early that morning and explained to her that both of my dogs are still puppies, and had to tell her their birthdates just for her to take the food. I completely understand rules and regulations. However, it would’ve been nice if all the staff were on the same page when it comes to policies as well as a little more polite and friendly. It also would’ve been nice to tour the facility, but it seems as if no one has time or it’s just not something they do here. A positive is that they seem to be very nice to dogs. It served its purpose for two days but to be honest if I was a resident here, I wouldn’t send my dogs back.

Excellent service and wonderful staff! Everyone is friendly and accomodating. Most importantly, my dogs come home super happy and exhausted. I use DogWatch for both boarding and daycare. Additionally, the online reservation tool is fantastic. I will not take my pets anywhere else :-). Keep up the fantastic work, DogWatch!

Our dog absolutely loves it here. He loves the people so much he whines with excitement every time we pull into the parking lot, jumps out of the car , runs to the door tail wagging. Highly recommend. The staff are fantastic.

We have been to other day areas in the area and Bella cried all day and sat in the corner. I brought her here and she loves it she plays all day and cant wait to go back!! The staff is loving and call her by name!! Thank you so much for a safe loving place to leave her. She also had issues eating and they helped us find a good nutritious meal and now she eats!! We love dogwatch! I brought River here when he was just puppy! He started out as such a shy puppy but the workers at dogwatch did an amazing job in helping with this! He has now been going over a year and he loves to go and gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. We are always welcomed when we enter the door and River gets so excited to see the employees there. This place is amazing!

JC is my cat. He stayed for 8 days while I was on a vacation. The care he received was great. They trimmed his nails and bathed him. JC was looking good when I picked him up. The cost was very reasonable. The employees seem to care a lot about the pets left in their care. This will be my go to place for pet products, vet care and boarding.

We were in town visiting and decided to give Hounds Hideaway a try so our pup could have some fun! The facility was nice and everyone was super friendly, our boy came home exhausted and happy 🙂 they have a FB group where they post pictures and even did a mid-day check in to let me know how he was doing. I would definitely bring my dog back here next time we’re in town!

We absolutely love Hounds Hideaway. We have never taken a dog to a daycare and were very nervous about taking our bulldog puppy. They are so loving and she has a blast every time she goes. We now book months in advance for boarding so we know she is able to stay somewhere we trust.

If you are looking for a clean, professional and dog loving boarding facility this is the place! Our dogs have attended daycare and boarding here several times. Including an extended almost 2 week stay. I cannot express how happy I am with all of our experiences with the facility and pack leaders! They have taken the time to get to know us and our dogs, have responded promptly to any questions, and are overall just great people! In the past we have had some very poor experiences at other boarding facilities We are thankful for Hounds Hideaway and know our pups will come home happy, healthy and hideawasted!! We LOVE Hounds Hideaway!!! Not only do my boys love daycare, but I love having a place to send them overnight when I’m out of town. The pack leaders take such good care of them and keep us helicopter dog mom’s satisfied with great pictures!

Our super zoomie pup loves her days at Hounds Hideaway! She is trying to jump out of the car as soon as we pull in. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about dealing with a high energy dog. To say my dog flies out of the car when we pull up would be an understatement!!! The humans working here treat my dog as if she were their own. I love this place, my dog loves this place, and I cannot recommend taking your dog here enough! I take my dog here for both daycare and boarding. They also have picture days which to me are an added benefit. Enjoy this place does not disappoint.

We absolutely love Hounds Hideaway! They are the sweetest people and take such good care of my two boys every time they go. My two boys always come home hideawasted from their full days of play. Everytime I pick my pups up they don't want to leave since they have so much fun at Hounds Hideaway.

I absolutely LOVE sending my pup here for daycare and boarding. I love that when she is boarded that she is only for a kennel at night while she’s sleeping and she gets to run wild with her friends at daycare during the day. The pictures posted multiple times a day also help with my crazy dog mom anxiety 😂 I seriously can’t say a ouch good things about Hounds Hideaway!! The last time she stayed I did a bed time story and as you can see, she loved every minute of it!

This is a nice, big doggie daycare and kennel in Bentonville near Centerton. I like that they have live cameras online for all the rooms, so you can always check in on your dog. I have not done boarding or grooming here just day care with my basset hound. They charge around $30 for a full day and $23 for half day of daycare with a small discount for multiple dogs. They have packages too and themed days. Your dog's first day is a trial and they take their pic and have them test out how they are with other dogs then give you a report. That day is free. They have multiple play rooms and an outdoor area too. My dog was exhausted from play when he went but was stinky and had black dirty paws, which I guess was expected from playing all day. Overall, I think they are very expensive (but comparable to other locations in the area), but I would come occasionally for dog daycare b/c their location is convenient, and I like the cameras

I love camp bow wow and they take care of my puppies like nobody's business, the only negative would be the fact that I had my two dogs groomed and it was almost $300, $10 shy.... Daycare and boarding 100%, having your dogs groomed there, way too expensive.

Camp Bow Bow for Peaches & Twinkle! We board our dogs when travel requires us to be away overnight. Having the option of sharing a room helps keep our fur babies together and comfortable, especially since both my dogs are a bit on the anxious spectrum. One (Peaches) is an introvert and hesitant around dogs and humans, while the other (Twinkle) is a human-attention hog. I appreciate how the staff at Camp Bow Wow gets to know each pet and their personalities, likes, dislikes, etc. They are strict with vaccinations - which is a GREAT thing! I recall reading a review complaining about it. Last year, the canine flu epidemic resulted in pneumonia in one of my dogs and a $2k+ vet bill. So, yes I am thrilled CBB is so diligent about shots! It keeps ALL pets safe and healthy. Brandy the manager is a gem. She genuinely loves all the dogs who camp there. Dog lovers know that our babies can tell us if they don't like a place or person by their behavior. Peaches & Twinkle are as happy to walk into Camp Bow Wow as they are to come home! Great sign when our pups are excited about a particular environment. Having live streaming access, as well as calls from the staff just to keep us informed are all very reassuring practices standard to CBB. The staff are trained to be as helpful and as accommodating as possible. During one overnight trip for sport competition, we realized we would not be finished nor make the 3 hour drive back in time to pick up the fur-babies. I called as I was frantic. CBB worked with us - told us to concentrate on winning and driving back safely, because Peaches & Twinkle were in good hands. Recently we used them for daycare as we were having a garage sale. They came back both days exhausted from the Cinco de Mayo celebration! I have to frame the pics! No place is perfect, and there have been a few OOPS! But what makes this place 5 stars is how they handle mistakes. With compassion and with reason. I highly recommend!

I love camp bow wow! The staff is super friendly, they have a ton of enrichment options for your dog as well as full grooming services. They are a little on the pricey side but the care they give your furry friend is worth it.

We used them for an afternoon of daycare services. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that were genuinely happy to meet our companions, Fiona and Seamus. I was impressed with the interview process with both dogs taken back to be analyzed for personality type and how to best deal with each pet. Facilities were clean and well organized. Checking in and out was efficient and easy. When we're in NW Arkansas, we'll be back.

Gibby attended day camp for 2 days while we visited Bentonville. I wanted him to have some play time while we biked and explored the area. The staff were all great with him, welcoming him each day and we could check on him through the web cams. We had an amazing experience and will be back when we return later this year!

Camp Bow Wow is wonderful! I love that they have cameras and we can spy on our little monsters while they are playing with their friends. Staff is always friendly.

We love Camp Bow Wow in Bentonville! It is our go to spot for doggie daycare while we hit the mountain bike trails. The staff is so kind and gives us updates on our pups and all of the friends they made. There is always something fun happening - like an Egg Hunt for Easter! Our dogs always leave tired and happy.

The team at Camp Bow Wow Bentonville are special humans! They take such great care of Krewe and Fuego on our frequent travels. It is the only place that Krewe feels comfortable going to for care; he is a very anxious old man. I appreciate the team there more than they will ever know!!

We have trusted our family with Jodi and The Pet Sitting Company since 2015. On the first meet and greet, Jodi knew the personality of my dogs within 5 minutes. The business uses a handy app that shares photos and videos we can see and the sitter adds comments. Very handy while traveling. They know my dogs are social and active and Jodi will bring other dogs out to run and play with them and keep them busy. Our three dogs are our besties and we would only entrust them to caregivers we trust.

My husband and I have recently changed jobs which require more travel/in office. The Pet Sitting Company have been fantastic at coming and taking care of our dog (baby), Biscuit. I love the app and all the pics, they are communicative and very reliable

The Pet Sitting Company is the best! My dog is a little nervous around new people, but she quickly took to her two dog walkers. Every day I get an update on how her walk went with photo evidence of my dog meeting cows, walking around lakes, or looking thoughtfully into the distance in the middle of a field of flowers. Seems like a great place! The staff is kind and helpful and listen to your grooming preferences. They return phone calls promptly. Boarding also goes well for us.

Often take my one year old doxie, Blinky here to get his nails done. He still gets anxious throughout it but I always appreciate how patient these people are with him. Thank you for your services I may board him there one day!

Highly recommend Marcy's. I had taken on a bernedoodle while its owner was finding a place to move. His hair was long and a mess. I was very unfamiliar with this breed. I took him in to Marcy's for help. He came out looking like a different dog. They did a wonderful job with him and now he is so much more comfortable and will be easier to manage his coat. Thank you all for your help and I will return for upkeep should he not go back home.

I took our dog Axel there for a wash and nail trim, they did a great job on him. Axel wasn't stressed when he came out, will take him back again.

Brenna grooms my 15 yr old Shitzu and he absolutely loves it here! Typically, he is anxious and will not willingly get a bath, but not at Marcy's. He prances in there like he owns the place and he is treated very well. The prices are reasonable & the service is great. The only reason they are rated 4 out of 5 stars is they are no longer open on weekends. This makes it more difficult to fit into schedules.

Marcy's is amazing! My dog, Primrose, gets so excited when we arrive each time. That does wonders for me - it makes me feel so much better know Primrose loves going there. They are very knowledgable and know exactly what my dog needs. We utilize boarding, grooming and day care. And ALL are amazing! I'm very happy with Marcy's and will continue to go there for all of our dog needs. :)

My dogs love the folks at Mary’s more than they love me. What else do you need to know? When we drop them off, they don’t look back, no glances of reassurance needed. They just run to one of the many kind humans with whom they cheat on me three days a week. It hurts my heart knowing how much they don’t miss me during the day. But the joy I feel when I reluctantly drag their butts home, knowing they’ve had a full day with their friends lets me rest easy at night. The humans at Mary’s are seriously the best. They all love animals and treat them like members of their own families. You couldn’t find a better place to take your fur baby.

Lambeau loves going to Mary's Menagerie. He knows when we are almost there and gets excited the closer we get. The staff at Mary's have always been friendly and caring and very nice to deal with. One thing I like about Mary's is how clean and orderly the facility is.

Our Daisy girl loves going to Mary’s Menagerie! I love that prior to having her stay with them, they matched her with other dogs that had a similar personality as her, and with the right size dogs that she was comfortable with! She is always so excited to go see all her friends (human & canine) & they make it so easy to make a reservation! I also love that they do such a great job posting photos frequently on Facebook so I can see her sweet face while we are away from her! We have nothing but praise for Mary’s Menagerie!

We are just thrilled to have found a warm and friendly place at Mary’s Managerie for our Leo! He is a senior dog and has adjusted well to the lifestyle at Mary’s. Whenever we pull in to the parking lot he immediately recognizes the building and can hardly wait to get inside with the other dogs! Our little guy Oscar likes the people at Mary’s Menagerie! They are gentle and caring with him. Oscar loves to play with the people and other dogs his size. We leave Oscar there for daycare and overnight. I don’t worry about him while he is there. Kaylee, Debra, Lorna, and the rest of the staff are always helpful.

Mary's Menagerie is very kind and loving to my dogs. My dogs are happy staying there, and treated as if they were their own dogs. They play with my dogs, love on them, and are always in the building, so they are never alone. I highly recommend Mary's, and I will never go anywhere else!

Our pet sitting experience was amazing! This was the first time we used a pet sitter for our 16 year old diabetic cat, Gilbert and we were nervous. My 40 year old parrot has never needed a pet sitter, as I have always lived near friends and family, but I recently moved to this area and don't know anybody. So when I suddenly needed a pet sitter, I was very very anxious! Parrots are not easy animals, and Gandolf is especially ornery. Lisa Hubble to the rescue! I immediately liked Lisa when I met her, and could tell she's had a lot of experience with animals. She texted me to let me know all was well when she was taking care of Gandolf, and sent me a video of him enjoying a snack. She went above my expectations by cleaning one of his food containers and had great attention to detail. Will definitely book again!

Angel Pet Sitters really lived up to their name! Our sitter, Vanessa, was amazing -- wonderful with our kitties. She took excellent care of them, spent time with them, and even made sure everything was tidied up in our home for our return. We have exotic pets that require special care, and our sitter has been able to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our pets. They have been courteous, responsive, and punctual. Lisa does a great job taking care of our kitties! They are old and grumpy and one of them needs several medications, but we never have to worry when we travel. Lisa always makes sure they get everything they need.

Highly recommend! My family and I have 3 cats, and we went on vacation for 10 days. We've never left the cats at home before, so I was very nervous and stressed about this. We hired this company and were assigned to Erika Reed, who came twice a day every day while we were gone to care for our kitties. She sent photos during every visit and took great care of them - all anxiety I had was gone because of her great communication and updates. Also, one of our cats was sick with an upper respiratory infection and required a 3-step medication process every day until we returned which, with cats, is no fun. Erika was on TOP of it and when we came home, our kitty was totally recovered!!! Also, the cats weren't standoffish at all (how cats can get if left alone too long) .. it was like we never left. Thanks to Erika! Really appreciate you!

Hounds Lounge Pet Resort and Spa is truly exceptional! They boarded my dog, Lena, for 8 nights and treated her like royalty. Lena is naturally reserved, but thanks to their genuine love for dogs, she quickly opened up and had the best vacation with new friends. The team sent numerous photos and updates, sharing what they loved about her and how she was doing. This made me feel so reassured about leaving her there, knowing she was in great hands and getting plenty of playtime. They even gave her an exit bath, and she smelled amazing when we picked her up. After horrible experiences with Rover sitters and struggling to find someone we trust to take care of our sons dog Moo, we decided to try Hounds Lounge. My son seemed pleased with his experience and said the employees were all super friendly. We are hopeful we have found a place we can trust to take good care of her and love on her.

Hound lounge was amazing. It was our first time using them. The groomer did an excellent job on our Alaskan malamute. The facility is so nice and spic and span. So many of the employees came out to greet us and ask everyone if they have been helped. There was literally no waiting time. We will always use them when in the Fayetteville area. Today was September’s first day at Hound’s Lounge, and the staff was amazing!! I was so worried about her as she is 12 and very timid. The staff understood and put her in with older dogs in a small group and lots of rest periods🙂. She did very well and I feel very comfortable and happy she has some friend time. The staff members are very attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you, Hound’s Lounge👍♥️

Henry had a great time! It’s a great feeling to know he is not stuck in a crate or kennel most the days. He gets to play and socialize with other dogs. Definitely recommend Fayetteville hounds lounge.

Rae does an awesome job. I have a Keeshond/Husky mix that she grooms and even after someone else really butchered his cut, she absolutely fixed him. There were spots on his head that I honestly did not think she would be able to correct due to the chopped up job the "fill in" groomer did. My dog looks fabulous today. She is great!!!!

Amazing! Great care and attention to detail. All staff obviously love dogs, which is THE most important thing for a doggie day care/over-night business. It was a first for our 5 month old puppy who spent two nights at HL. He obviously loved his experience. When we called to check on him a couple of times staff members always gave us an up-to-date review of his experience. Great place!

This is the one place I can take out rescue, velcro labradoodle that he does not worry where I am. He loves it, and it gives me peace of mind that he’s in good hands having fun with his furiends. Due to his past, he is generally nervous around new people, but he sees the Hounds Lounge staff like family members. The staff is friendly, genuinely loves dogs, and always communicates important information. Thank you for being so good with him! We are so thankful to have you in the area!

Every time we drop our dog Tupelo off at HL, she immediately forgets about us and wants to go back to the group play area asap so she can start having fun! 😂 Our last Australian Shepherd always seemed traumatized by overnight stays away from home so we were worried we would have the same issue with Tupelo. It was such a relief when we found HL! After her first overnight stay, our Tupelo came back completely worry free and happy as ever! Thanks HL for helping these parents feel good about leaving our doggo with an awesome team that cares for her as much as we do! 💖 Oh, and having a location in NLR that we can bring her to is so helpful when we travel down to visit family!

I think I've had my rough collie done twice so far here and I've enjoyed the outcome each time. Not to mention she's helped me find some good oil to help out with my girls pain. She will most likely be my dogs groomer from now on

Kim groomed one of our fosters at 4 The Love of Rescue and removed all the mattes that she came in with. She looked beautiful 😍 They also have an awesome set up for boarding and grooming. I don't want to forget to mention that she groomed her free for our rescue. Thanks you Kim!

I’ve been taking my dogs here for a couple years. Sharon does a good job and prices are reasonable. She loves the animals and they love her. We just went on vacation and she is boarding my two dogs right now. I’ll pick them nice and clean and happy . They have plenty of room to play and she even has dog movies for them to watch ,

Her kennel and facilities are absolutely spotless and smell great. Its very spacious and comfortable. She even made time to give him a bath! All this for very reasonable prices.

Sharon is an absolute Gem when it comes to caring for your dogs, I have one super annoying one and she always loves him the same. So sweet. Sends Christmas cards every year, had a calendar. Really loves and takes pride in her work. We LOVE this place. 100000% recommended.

My Rooster boy absolutely loves going to daycare. The staff truly treats him as their own and he's always so excited to attend. Definitely will be using for overnight stays as well when needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a true 5 star experience

My dog seemed so happy to have a play date with other dogs while we were out of town. They even sent us pictures of him interacting and playing with others. Will be my go to if we need to go out of town / over night stays again.

We’re so happy that Libbie (French Bulldog) loves going to K9 Resorts for daycare. We were a little stressed out that she wouldn’t pass the personality assessment due to her being in a daycare with 4 to 6 other dogs, no large groups. But Ray and the team introduced her slowly to the large group to help her adapt and make friends. While we appreciate the daycare hours, and availability on weekends, we really appreciate the staff and their friendliness.

K9 Resorts is fantastic! The staff was welcoming and attentive to my dog's needs. The facility is very clean, spacious, and well-organized, with plenty of room for dogs to play and relax. The level of care and attention my dog received was spectacular! The staff took the time to get to know my dog’s personality and preferences, ensuring he felt safe and happy during his stay. My dog was very timid at first and now he looks forward to doggie day care and runs in to meet the staff. K9 Resorts is amazing.the staff is wonderful and they do an awesome job. I was a little nervous at first but the staff ease my nerves with updates and pictures.Nola loves going and is so tired at the end of the day. That we don't do our normal 2 miles walk and just do 1. Can't thanks k9 resorts enough.

Leo and Sadie had a great time at K9 Resorts. I am not surprised at all at how happy they both were when I picked them up. What a beautiful facility and the staff are friendly and love on the fur babies!

What a great and professional group. Aspen had a great time at day care and boarding. This team handled everything! We did get Aspen his own private room since it was his first over night stay. Next time will probably just to the kennel since he is used to sleeping in his crate. They gave him a bath and he was ready to go when we picked him up. Be prepared for them to get caught up on their sleep after you pick them up! He had just to much fun!!

We had the best experience at K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel in Rogers. From the first interaction with the staff to pick up from boarding, the staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent, which is very important to us. We received a phone call on the first day to let us know how our dog was doing, received daily report cards, and received a Thank-You post card in the mail. Their facility is clean and organized and they clearly have great processes in place. We will definitely use K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel for boarding again!

We have used Canine Cabins for 3 Christmases now when we travel. They are so easy to contact and communicate with when booking. We have not typically gotten updates on our pup while we are gone, but we are not the kind of dog parents that need it to feel comfortable so it doesn’t matter to us like it might to others. We have been perfectly happy with everything they have provided! It’s very simple to drop him and a great nightly rate for low maintenance dog parents like us. We do typically bathe when we get home since it’s a natural yard in the back and our pup LOVES to play outside and tumble with other dogs, but also because we don’t want to pay extra to have them bathe him. Our pup has never come home sick and always seems very happy when we pick him up! We plan to continue using Canine Cabins when we need them.

Our two dogs absolutely love Canine Cabins! Their excitement when we turn on the driveway is insane. They are so happy to see Jennifer and Tim every time! The affordability and proximity to home is also a big plus :)

Nola and Sosa absolutely love canine cabins! Nola is timid around people and used to tuck her tail when she arrived at other boarding places but she runs right into canine cabins and clearly loves Jennifer/her time there. The owners are very accommodating towards our two dogs certain needs and are wonderful! Could not recommend more!

If your dog doesn't have fleas, but you've always wanted your dog to have fleas; well boy do I have the spot for you! I wouldn't let will Levis sleep here and that boy has all the mange, fleas, and ticks that a body can handle. Absolutely not. Just dig a hole and throw your pup in it, you'd be better off.

Super-friendly folks who clearly are dog lovers. Easy drop-off and pick up hours. Really great pricing. Our Coco came home happy and exhausted. Perfect (indicates play and exercise)! She even seems more well-behaved somehow. Best nap in ages. Thank you! We’ll be back.

We have do older digs that we only trust canine cabins to watch they have been watching our dogs for years now. Great people.

I have been using canine cabins for over two years. They took AMAZING care of my husky I was fostering at the time and even helped me get him into an amazing rescue when it came time for him to move on to his forever home. I have continued to not only have my dog MJ boarded there or attend daycare there but highly recommend them to everyone! I’ve never really felt comfortable previously going away and having someone watch my dogs- (I’m a helicopter dog mom) and you just can’t trust some people & places to care for your dog correctly. Jen & Tim have always been easily reachable and we’ve never had any issues or concerns during my dogs stay with them. As long as canine cabins is business (hopefully for a LONG time) they will be my go to always!

The BEST boarding facility in NWA. I have been taking my 2 dogs there for the past 4 months, for long term stays, as our travel schedule has increased. I am very pleased with the cleanliness, the care & activities my dogs receive. Jennifer & Tim are very accommodating, friendly & the dogs LOVE it when I pull into the driveway… ready to see some other dogs & play. I can’t recommend this place enough. Please give them a try.

Absolutely love this place. I board my dog Gordon there and he is always very well taken care of. Always happy and healthy when he comes home. The owners are always very accommodating and it seems like they take great pride in their facility. Highly recommend

This was my 1st time having Canine Cabins Resort watch my 2 German Shepherds. It was over Memorial weekend. I was very pleased with the care and attention they received. When I picked them up they were happy and well behaved. The owners told me that they played alot and they were given a large bowl of water to make sure they were hydrated. I would recommend them for a half day to a week long stay. Hopefully they'll install a Webcam so I can watch my dogs play from time to time.
