Found LifeTime Pets to board my 3 dogs and 2 cats while I was in the process of moving to Europe. The price was great for me for the extended time of 3 months. They were always available by phone, sent pictures, and even made the time to Skype me so that I could see them. Everyone was super friendly, and the owner went above and beyond to help get my animals ready for transport, from vet visits to putting together crates. My dogs always looked happy and were given the attention they needed. I'm extremely happy that I chose LifeTime Pets!

I stay in Fayetteville often with family and anytime I need to board my 3 big dogs and my 1 handicapped dog (2 legs) I bring them here. They are the most invested boarding house I've had in a really long time. I get pictures anytime, I call often (I'm that dog mom), they're so transparent, organized, and genuinely love the animals. Drop off and pick up is a breeze, even on the weekends they make it work. I just couldn't say enough nice things!

My fur babies love this place! They're treated so well by all of the staff and make new friends everything they go. Crystal and all the staff are amazing! I will always board my pets here!

We have used this place seriously like 20 times to board our dogs and we love them. The guy who works here is super great with dogs and you can tell he takes good care of them when they’re there.

Our dog LOVES going here. The staff spends most of their time engaging with the animals and getting them in a routine which is super helpful. We have only boarded and used their grooming services, but I’m now considering taking our girl here once or twice a week for daycare. Great find!

I just called to see about boarding my dog, and couldn’t have been more pleased with how thorough and informative the gentleman on the phone was. I left my pet turtle with lifetime pets during the thanksgiving holiday while i was out of town. exceptional service! they called me to tell me how he was doing and even sent me photos of him! will be coming back again to board my dogs and cat. thank you so much! reasonable prices and very friendly!

When I was living in Fayettevile, I had to do a long term boarding because of the situation I had going on at the time. Krystal and her staff treated my cat Jessica like she was one of their own. Great price and all the staff are great.

This place is AMAZING! I was a little nervous leaving my leo in someone else’s care while I visited family for Thanksgiving. It’s hard even finding someone to board a more “exotic” animal, let alone one that knows what they’re doing. But Krystal and the staff at Lifetime helped ease my anxieties and took excellent care of him. Krystal even sent me a couple of photos during my trip so I knew he was safe and cared for while I was away. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need someone to watch him!

We started bringing our boys here when we returned to Fayetteville this past year and we have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Our boys used to be stressed and worked up when they got home from being away, but they come home happy and relaxed when they leave LifeTime pets! They’ve been wonderful for our family the past year and a half and we can’t recommend them more.

My wife found PetTastics while we were scrambling to find a new boarding kennel for our 3 dogs after our usual go-to was full. Peter immediately won our confidence and the adoration of our 3 dogs and 2 cats. Now Peter is our go-to for everything from day trips to week-long vacations. He is always very quick to confirm our requested schedule and goes above and beyond making sure all the animals are taken care of and stimulated while we’re away. My wife especially loves that he sends lots of pictures of their activities and walks. Since finding Peter and PetTastics we haven’t used a boarding kennel at all and the animals are much happier being able to stay at home and play with their new friend. I can’t recommend PetTastics enough!

I learned about PetTastics through a dear friend. It was our very first time using a pet sitter outside of us using family, I was a bit nervous. I met with Pete and Brady prior to our departure and by the time our meeting was complete, I knew I had made the right choice! While away I was updated each visit and was sent multiple pictures of our pup. We extended our trip and Pete was able to accommodate an extra day of pet sitting! What life savers and I wish I could give 10 stars! This is a phenomenal company!

We moved to Fayetteville in early 2022 and have used Peter for pet sitting on multiple occasions. He has been wonderful and our cats LOVE him! He is pleasant, easy to work with, provides a high level of service, and clearly is an animal person. He checks in with pics every day. Highly recommended!

We used PetTastics for 3 weeks for our senior cat while on vacation. Received texts and photos twice daily. Our baby was well taken care of and did not seem stressed out as we came back. Will definitely use them again. Peter and Alex are great.

I can’t recommend Pettastics enough. Peter takes such good care of our dogs when we are out of town and always communicates with us throughout the day about how they are doing and sends pictures. It is so nice to come home to our pets waiting on us rather than boarding them. Our babies love Peter!

Peter deserves a 20 out of 5 stars rating! I'm in the Army and was frantically looking for a dog-sitter as I was gone for 50 days. What I like about this service is my dog can comfortably stay at home. Additionally, my dog does better when it's the same person around him. Although, the boarding places around here are nice, the one thing I was worried about is how my dog would conform to the change of environment. My dog is typically nervous around new settings and comes off aggressive (at the end of the day he loves everyone), therefore I was unsure how he would react to the workers at the boarding centers. Fortunately, I found Peter's service online. Called him, and he came to see the dog beforehand. My dog immediately took well to him, so I knew it would turn out well. However, because my dog stays in his kennel when home alone, he typically gets nervous if anyone other than myself walks through the door. The first day Peter started, my dog did the typical barking in his kennel as he was not used to seeing Peter open the door. However, Peter is VERY WELL with animals. He's almost like a dog whisperer! My dog was taken care of and I was glad that everything went extremely well! I highly recommend his service. Peter has a passion for taking care of animals. He knows how to read animals body language and figure out what they want! Another cool thing he does is take/sends pictures of the animals. I can definitely say my dog was happy, and will give trust Peter anytime!

Peter took excellent care of our furry children for a very reasonable price. His professionalism and dedication to the job and our animals allowed us to enjoy our vacation without worrying. I went out of town for the weekend and had recently gotten a NEW puppy just weeks before my trip! I was panicked because I didn’t want to bring her while she was so young and not yet completely house broken. So I called around to some of my pet loving friends and they told me about the services PetTastics provide!!! BEST DECISION EVER to have them care for my Bailey, they took pictures of her during the visits, sometimes videos, gave me updates, fed, and gave water to my baby while I was gone. I felt completely secure and had no worries while I was on my trip. Also, it was always a little “treat” for me every time I got to see her while I was away from her thanks to the updates! Maureen and Ron always take great care of my animals while I am away on holiday or even for short stop in visits when I can’t make it home. They go above and beyond and my dogs love them. Highly recommend and will continue using their services in the future!

It has always been hard for us to find someone to watch our dog that we feel comfortable with - until we met Maureen and Ron! They are the nicest people and treat our dog like he is their own child. Our dog has anxiety and some medical issues, but he has not once been anxious when they have watched him for us. He actually loves when they come to see him! They are meticulous with the care they give. They have reliably given our dog medication when needed, been patient with him around picky eating, always provide updates and pictures while we are away, and they have adjusted their schedules for us at times when we have had unexpected travel delays. We have complete peace of mind when Maureen and Ron watch our boy - we can't recommend them highly enough!

We were in need of a pet sitter to come several times of day while out of town and Maureen was prompt in answering my request, extremely professional, and cares for dogs like people! Maureen and Ron took great care of our dog and treats him like he is part of their family. Whenever we take him on walks and he sees them he pulls so hard to go visit them and his tail wags non-stop . Maureen and Ron are amazing! Not only are they amazing people but they are amazing pet sitters. They always show up on the prescribed and agreed times to feed, water, walk, play, etc the animals. Their experience has been very useful given the random animals our kids procure on top of taking care of our 2 labs. Was looking for someone to check in on my 2 cats while away for a few days. Luckily, I found Maureen and Ron! I got a great vibe off them. For quite some time Maureen has been caring for our adopted, anxious, reactive (esp towards men) Australian Cattle dog. He loves and trusts his Aunt Maureen and she is the only person outside immediate family that can take care of him. Without Maureen, we would not be able to go on any trips or work long days away from home, so we are beyond grateful for her services! Maureen‘s love and compassion for the pets she cares for is very evident and honestly remarkable. We have a multi pet home (dogs, cat, fish) and several of our pets are high maintenance and Maureen is always on top of things, shares adorable updates and pictures when we are away and puts our minds at total ease. She is also a strong supporter of pet rescue and fostering and gives much personal time and resources to help any animal in need. She never hesitates to help us when we are fostering and provides the same level of expert care and love.

We love Kelsey! But more importantly our pets love Kelsey!! We recently got married and were out of town and in need of a pet sitter for our dog, cat, and African Sulcata tortoise. My Furry Godmother Pet Sitting was very reliable and Kelsey kept us up to date daily with how are pets did at each visit and with photos! The owner responded quickly when I needed support for my dog, Tonka. The walkers met with me in person and virtually to meet Tonka and walk through the procedures for where to find everything for his walks. Pictures and notes are sent out during each walk to update me. Great experience overall. Tonka is happier and energized by the visits while we are at work. He is more relaxed when we walk him after work. So happy to have found My furry godmother pet sitting!

Absolutely the best! Our cat sitter was so professional and so loving towards our two cats. By the end of our vacation, I was convinced they wanted her to be their new mom! Our sitter sent us updates and pictures for every visit. I felt so relieved to have someone looking after our cats that took such great care of them. I was anxious about leaving my two cats but the sitters Liz and Alexis were wonderful during the meet and greet and I knew I’d be leaving them in good hands. Outstanding service!!! We’ve been using Furry Godmother for 3 years to care for our 2 cats whenever we travel. Our trips can vary in length from 2 to 10 days, and I always opt for 30-min visits. I never worry about my kitties because the Furry Godmother service is so professional, punctual, and sends me full reports with pictures for each visit! When we return home, packages that arrived are on our counter, nothing is out of place, the cats are happy, and any little hairball accidents have been cleaned up. Moreover, each caregiver with the service is super friendly, and I can tell from their reports that they really care about our cats and really spend time playing with them and observing their personalities. They’ll say “when I arrived today, Liam was napping in X spot and then did this and that” — and I’ll think “yep, that sounds *exactly* like what Liam does when I’m home!” so I feel confident that my cats are happy & comfortable and that the sitter is really taking their time with them. I’ve been one million percent happy trusting my home and my two sweet furry babies to Furry Godmother these last three years! Looking forward to many more years! :)

We recently took a short trip to visit family out of state. My furry Godmother Pet sitting has been the only pet sitters we have called anytime we need help with our dogs. They have been reliable and we have always been happy with their services. Thayer made the visits to our two dogs during our latest trip. She kept us updated with photos and texts- letting us know how the dogs were doing. She took such good care of them and that made us feel so much better about them being home. It’s obvious how much she loves working with animals, and we are hoping she can come back to visit them the next time we are out of town.

My Furry Godmother came to the rescue! We were traveling to Holly Springs with our 4 mo old French bulldog and needed pet care 2 days we were there. I reached out very last minute and luckily they were able to squeeze me in for an hour 2 times each day. Heather was wonderful with our puppy and sent pictures and an update on what they did while she was there each time! Even the lady that worked in our hotel lobby mentioned to me how much Heather loved our baby! Super thankful and will definitely use them again if we are back in the area!

Our experience was so great! Our pup hurt her paw right before we left out of town and Samantha and Alexis did such a great job of taking care of her and our other pup while we were away! They sent photos and regular updates, we added more visits and they were able to accommodate. It was so clear how much they cared about our dogs and we were so impressed by the service. Samantha even carried our pup downstairs/out the door when needed since she was limping!! Definitely using them again!! This service will now be our go-to service.

As a proud owner of a newly adopted puppy named Teddy, I was amazed by Vince's expertise in making sure Teddy, felt safe and secure during his 1st grooming session. Teddy came out looking beautiful, soft and FLUFFY! Vince also came up with a training routine using a variety of techniques tailored specifically for Teddy's needs and after a few days I can already see a drastic improvement with Teddy's training. Vince is an absolute gem! I was hesitant to write a review because I am not sure I want to share! Haha. Seriously, I’ve never seen my dogs so relaxed upon my return home. All of my pups are 8 years or older, so the first win was not having to load them in the car to go to the kennel. Staying in their own environment was a major win! My anxiety pup who does not warm up to anyone when I leave even warmed up to Vince immediately! All of my dogs and cat were extremely happy and Vince sent pictures, helped me when I needed it, and was very reliable. He even left us printed pictures of our animals! Vince not only responded to my short notice request for three drop in visits over a weekend for my dog Lucy Belle, He really connected with Lucy, and she looked forward to her visits with him. He was timely sent me detailed updates of their visits while I was away and was very thorough about making sure she got what she needed. I also hired him To do some grooming for Lucy, which she sorely needed. She came back, smelling great, and with her coat shiny. I think the price was also very reasonable for the services provided. Just had our first in-home training session with Vince and our puppy. The experience was so satisfying! Now, we’re wondering why we waited so long to book time with a trainer. The progress we all made in an hour session is remarkable! Vince is very calm and confident, which are great traits to have when helping an excitable year-old puppy and anxious dog parents. In our first hour-long training session, we learned a couple of commands that address some of our biggest issues with our puppy…leaving things alone that aren’t hers and getting her attention. Needless to say, we booked a second hour next week. Can’t wait to see what else we learn from Vince!

I needed a rambunctious young Husky (Sasha) boarded with some light training that was giving family members problems for a long time (Huskys are just very sassy). I was pleasantly surprised at the progress Sasha made during the several days I had her boarded. As a husky I'm sure she should be getting 25 hours of walks a day to tire her out, but she was legitimately happy after picking her up and clearly very satisfied overall. Although she is still a very sassy Husky, she has been a bit easier to train with some basic commands, listens a lot more, and has mellowed out a lot after the training and visits. I do my best to walk her as often as possible as well to maintain a good healthy life balance, but the services of Vince have been an absolute blessing with Sasha's overall behavior and I absolutely plan to utilize his pet care services any time I'll need such services in the future. Big thank you to Dog Trotters LLC. We kenneled with them for about a week and a half including occasional day camps. Ya'll simply did a wonderful job and truly gave my husband and I peace of mind. Our huskies (as anyone who owns one can attest) are escape artists and have anxiety. Jacquie did an amazing job observing the dogs and diligently keeping them safe and happy during their stay (and called me keeping me in the loop!). She did a great job remembering our information and patiently answering our questions. The exit bath made them smell very nice and even completely dried them...not an easy thing with how dense their coats are! Just a big hug and thank you for tending to our girls! For sure coming back!

I 100% recommend My Furry Godmother. We are somewhat new to the area and were very unfamiliar with who we could trust with our fur babies. We were assigned Laurie and we were impressed! We felt at ease with updates on visits, check lists on what was done, and our dogs seemed happy! Our dogs felt comfort being at home, they ate just fine and didn't tear anything up. Not to mention Laurie was a pro in the meet n greet, my dogs obeyed and she had a very confident demeanor. I would say if your in between people this is your sign, you won't regret it. Also, the owner Jordan was very organized and diligent. Great pricing as well.

My husband and I had an unexpected need to be gone from our dog last minute. My Furry Godmother who came highly recommended was able to work with us in making sure our pet was care for! They came daily has agreed upon, and sent photos of our sweet girl which eased my mind that she was happy and having fun! Even made sure we were back home and that she was being care for! We LOVE My Furry Godmother! Jordan and her team are very professional and our pets love their visits. It has been a life-saver to have someone able to walk our dogs during COVID and makes me feel comfortable that they will be well taken care of if/when I go back to the office. Our cat, who isn't the most friendly of the bunch, has even warmed up to the sitter and comes out to say hello and get some snuggles when our sitter comes to walk our dogs and play with the pups. The two most precious and valuable things in my life are my cat and my home. Jordan and her team of walkers are great. They are always flexible to accommodate any last minute walk requests. The walkers are reliable and will always go the extra mile to care for your fur babies! I also love that I have one primary walker and a back-up walker that I have met in person to give them the rundown on where to find care items, they are both familiar with my expectations, as well as my dog's habits. I appreciate the notes taken on how their visit went that day too!

I never write google reviews, but I had such a good experience I felt inclined. My sister and I were in a rush to look for a dog sitter (procrastination at its finest) and My Furry Godmother was more than happy to help! I had never left my dog with someone I didn’t know before and was extremely nervous until we met Heather. As soon as we opened the door our dog, Mochi, was so excited that not only did his tail wag-his whole body wagged! Heather was awesome with Mochi. We thoroughly enjoyed the pictures and updates she sent us throughout our trip. Not only are they great with pets, they are very accommodating. They were very patient and helpful since we were having trouble getting our paperwork filled out. Heather even offered to come by and pick it up if we weren’t able to get it done on the computer! Thankfully my sister was finally able to fill it out (I’m not very computer savvy). But my point being is that I don’t think many other businesses would be as considerate.

I had a sitter from My Furry Godmother Petsitting come and walk my mini beagle Oliver. Oliver is adorable but has a reputation for being a a pain to walk. His sitter was so great with him! I recently used Best In Show Pet Sitting to watch our two kitties while my family was traveling for a week, and it was such a great experience. Hillary made the process so easy, and the cats loved her. She kept us updated via text including adorable pics and videos of our babies every single day while we were gone. When your cats don't look excited to see you when you get home from vacation, then you know they like the Pet sitter! I have 2 older cats, 15 and 17, both on medication. Hillary was great! Her online scheduling system used to set up meet-and-greets/visitations is convenient and easy to use. The daily pictures and videos that she sent of my cat melted my heart. I will definitely be going to Hillary for pet sitting in the future.

I picked my dogs up this morning and they’ve got two really nice Yeti bowls - one white and one black. This place stole them and then insisted that I’d never dropped them off. I’m furious - they didn’t even look, they just blamed me. I’ll change my review when you give me my belongings back. I’ve been a customer since I joined the army in 2010 and came to Bragg. I don’t know who is running this place now, but the lackadaisical attitude is a real downturn.

This is me after another day at the spa Urban Dog. Where the staff gives me the royalty treatment. My daddy takes me every 2 weeks. My new designer scarf just adds to my collection, my stylist Kim is amazing.. a definite must go. -Chewy

Update: We used to take our dog here for boarding and grooming and they were great. However, we boarded our dogs for a trip this summer and had a poor experience. They were given specific instruction to feed our dogs separately because one is food aggressive, and they called us first day saying they got into a fight because they were fed together and they recommended they be fed separately, even though we told them initially. Thankfully our dogs were ok but it could have ended badly. They also called us once they ran out of food even though we asked them to let us know prior to it running completely out so we could have a family member take them more. Of course, by the time they called we had no choice but to pay extra for their food and our dogs had to eat a food they weren’t used to. We also paid them to give our dogs a bath and when we went to pick them up they both had their nails trimmed and they were brushed but only one had a bath. They said they were afraid to give the one dog a bath, not sure how they weren’t afraid to trim his nails but couldn’t give him a bath. Not to mention if you’re afraid of dogs why are you working in a facility with all different kinds of dogs? On top of everything they tried to charge us for more nights than they stayed. Thankfully we double checked before swiping the card. They just seem to have gone downhill or need to get a bit more organized. Either way, I would not trust my dogs here again.

Love the friendliness and convenience of Urban Dog! I was in a pinch with boarding my dogs for a weekend out of town. The staff was very professional and patient with same day boarding and host of services that I know my Border Jacks enjoyed. I will definitely recommend and will definitely visit again in the future!

Many pet sitters and boarding facilities CLAIM to love and care for your dogs like you would. Very seldom do you actually see it for yourself. My dog barely wants to go home at the end of the day. The employees know how to pair dogs together according to their personalities vs their sizes. They take pics and always make suggestions for boarding based on your budget. Convenient to Fort Bragg and is my go-to place when i need to leave my little guy somewhere for vacation or during the day when i have a unit-level exercise that drains my energy. I bring my dog home so tired that he snores loudly like an old man. I love Urban Dog and recommend them to everyone i know bc they really are top-notch. Dont believe me?? Well look at the pic of my smiling--yes smiling--dog that they sent me. I know he is in great hands.

Urban dog posts plenty of pics of our dog playing outside with other pups and he comes back smelling great when we request the grooming service. We've taken him places where he comes back home a little sad, but every time we've dropped him off here, he's super happy.

We love Urban Dog! This is the only dog boarding service we use in Fayetteville. My 12lb Shih Tzu loves playing here, and the staff takes great care of him. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. At check-in, you have the option of buying treats for your pet during their stay, and I always get a little something for him to make his stay even more exciting! I wish they were able to send picture updates during his stay, but I'm hoping that they build that service in soon!

Keightlyn the groomer is absolutely amazing . I got my little Leo from the animal shelter, and he really needed a makeover . When I seen him , I almost cried . She’s loving , kind , patient and thorough . Her communication and responses are always on time and professional . I would recommend her every single time . Thanks

Keightlyn is the absolute best groomer I’ve ever encountered. My dog bounced around to several groomers that tried to crate him despite my requests not to, but that is absolutely not a problem with Keightlyn! She is so kind and considerate! All my dogs go here now and I will continue to bring them here. The prices are very reasonable too! I cannot praise her enough and you will not regret your choice in coming here for your pet grooming needs. 🐾

Don't even bother, booked them two weeks in advance.. got 2 out of 3 dogs fixed as well as all up to date shots (influenza too! 🤣) just to get told our dogs weren't up to date because they needed the boosters as well. Actually got a call the day before CONFIRMING our reservation! Mind you we were leaving the next day at 5am out of state for 7 days.. either way we called a handful of other kennels and we actually got told they had made up some lie to people because they overbooked. Smelled so bad too! Just don't even try with them. We found a way better area, cheaper, and nicer owner. DOGS BEST FRIEND in Southern Pines!

I love this place! Lucy has been going to daycare for a little bit now and she loves it. But they went above and beyond last weekend when we boarded her. A cold front came in and I when I looked at the pictures they post daily to FB, low and behold there is my baby in a sweater that they had put on her! I guess they have sweaters there for the dogs! Just amazing. They really cared about her comfort. And when I went to pick her up, they had washed the blanket I left with her! I HIGHLY recommend Dog Days Inn if you love your fur babies!!

Cookie LOVES pooch pad!!!! We actually can’t say the word “daycare” around her unless we’re really going or she’ll get SO excited and run to the door. As soon as we pull up to Pooch Pad she bolts for the front door and wants to go back to the play area!! When she comes home, she is POOPED. I know she has so much fun and everyone seems to enjoy having her there. I also love that they post pictures so we can see them having fun. Thank you Pooch Pad for taking care of my Cookie!!!

My babies love it here. My oldest has been to multiple different daycare and I've never seen him so excited to go before! My youngest always gets excited and gets us tangled up when we go. Both my pups take naps afterwords, which, if you're like me and have high energy dogs with energy to spare, that's a rare occurrence. I enjoy that they also do grooming. It's a one stop shop to drop scarlet off for daycare and pick her up fresh, clean and shedding less 😂. Only reason I haven't signed Leo up to be groomed here as well is he has anxiety so we keep him with his old groomer who knows what makes him tick. I definitely recommend!

Goldie has been going to Pooch Pad since she was a baby. She is almost 2 now. Her favorite things are - playing and swimming with her friends, training both agility and obedience, the field trips like nature walks, trips to Petsmart, city walks and so much more. I would be at a loss if it were not for Pooch Pad! It is a full service place, grooming, boarding, day care, training and just plain FUN! They care so much about the dogs, making sure they are very well cared for, loved and safe. Each staff member is awesome and Goldie loves them all. Highly recommend!

My moose man LOVES going here. He goes twice a week for daycare and the staff are super friendly and love on him when we arrive. I do wish I could see where he spends his days and more importantly his nights when he boards, but he always comes home happy and is always bounding in the door when we get there.

We've been sending our Jersey to Pooch Pad multiple times a week since we got her as a puppy last year, and they've been nothing but outstanding with her. The staff is friendly, efficient, and treats Jersey like family. We paid for training for Jersey early on and the difference in her behavior was amazing. When we get in the car and we get close to Pooch Pad, the excitement on her face is a sight to behold. I'd absolutely recommend Pooch Pad as a daycare, groomer, or overnight boarder for anyone's dog!

After being disappointed in the grooming my dog received from another establishment, I decided to give Pooch Pad a go. I read the reviews, talked it over with Sadie (my dog), and we decided we would give it a try. Well, I made the appointment, got to the salon and her appointment wasn't in the system. So in my mind, I was already saying, "here we go". LOL The staff was very accommodating, apologetic, and fit her in. Let me just say....... when I picked my baby up, I almost cried. She was ABSOLUTELY beautiful! Just beautiful! Her groomer was Brittney and she was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of quality grooming services. Thank you Pooch Pad! Just as a reference, look where she was to what she BECAME! LOL. Brittney was/is a miracle worker :)

We have been taking our pup to Pooch Pad for over a year - both daycare and boarding. She always comes back happy and tired. The staff is friendly and seems genuinely excited to see your pet when they arrive. We feel comfortable leaving her there for multiple nights, knowing she’s getting the best care. I can't say enough good things about this place, how they care for your pet and the staff. I get a little report on my very anxious dog every time I get her. We have used their day care services and added pool time and nail trims intermittently. The staff are always smiling and answering all my anxious dog mom questions. They seem to have play groups where they match dogs based on personality. I've had two incidents and the staff went above and beyond to help. Once, my dog was brought out still bleeding from a nail trim. The staff came out to my car, gave her some quickstop for her nail and cleaned off her paw and apologized a bunch. They even comforted her. She's had her nails done there over ten times and this was the only incident we ever had. The second incident was when i got her from daycare she was super excited when she got in my car and she threw up all over. She must have just drank some water or something before coming out. The staff were so helpful and two people came out to my car to help me try to clean up the vomit AND they took my dog back inside to rest while we cleaned. I just cannot say enough about how great this place is.
