Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Our boy Vinz just had his first stay with Stacey and Steven. They were amazing! So patient with our boy since he is still a pup! Our miniature poodle stayed at Pawsome Pet Services while we went on vacation. I received daily text updates and pictures which was great. Pawsome Pets is awesome! Like many of us, my dogs are my babies and when they’re at Pawsome Pets, they’re treated like a member of their family! They have full run of the house and yard. My dog loves to go to auburn kennels. When I pick her up she always heads back to the door to go back in. She doesn’t want to leave. That makes me feel so good knowing she loves it. The staff is friendly, professional and they love dogs and cats. The kennel is in a beautiful area of auburn, hilly with lots of trees. I wouldn’t leave my pets anywhere else. I would chsnge my plans so my dog could stay there.

We have been boarding our 2 pointers at Auburn Kennels for 5-7 days at a time over the last several years and have never had a bad experience. The owners are incredibly responsible and easy to get ahold of. Our latest need involved a family emergency on Christmas day. They were willing to arrange a special drop off and accommodated our dogs with only a same day notice in an effort to help us out. So thankful for a place like this that we can rely on without worry.

We have been boarding our dog Boomer (my 4th child) with Auburn Kennels since he was about 8 months old and I can honestly say that when he is boarded there, with the amazing, caring staff and other dogs I do not worry about his welfare for one moment! The space is large, they have pools in warmer weather for the dogs to play in, the runs and kennel area are clean and big enough for our 100 lb pup to romp and sleep comfortably. Boomer is excited to go and visit everyone and he is excited to come home and sleep for a day or so after his play date! We highly recommend Auburn Kennels, amazing people and all of the dogs that Boomer plays with are wonderful with him.

My big boy Bengal, Dezi had a great time here. The facility was very nice and clean too. He got his own two room suite! The staff made him feel safe and loved and he wasn’t stressed when I picked him up. This was his first time away from home and I wasn’t sure how it would go. He will be coming back to visit again.
I have used Best Friends since 2002. All of my dogs have done great and I had a dog with some “issues” and she was handled well. There were never any problems after their visit at the “spa” as we referred to it. My two small dogs just returned from their spa visit and Max was on medication and he did great and our Gracie was happy too. Highly recommend!! 🐾🐾

We brought our Golden, Lola, here for the first time for a full grooming experience. She is terrified of loud noises--the girl who met us at check-in was extremely gentle with our dog, calming, and got her to settle down. We knew immediately that Lola was in good hands. They brought Lola out looking better than she ever has at any other grooming appointment--complete with a fresh bandana and bow. We loved our experience here!
First time with Best Friends over the Christmas holiday. She was pretty excited to go with the staff and seemed great when we picked up. We had a long delay on our return train ride and the staff was very understanding. I felt very comfortable with her accommodations and would definitely use them again next time we travel.

Rose has been our go-to pet sitter for three years now. We have two large male house cats. Rose provides peace of mind while we are gone, in part because she posts us by text early each morning with a short report on that morning's visit and how the cats are. She also makes written notes on each visit and leaves them for us. She is careful and conscientious and very easy to work with. I received photos of my kitty every day that I was gone & even came home to a very cute thank you card and notes from each day she visited with kitty. Excellent service. I will absolutely be working with Rose again. Highly recommend if you need to head out of town and can't bring your fur babies along for the trip.
Rose was amazing and easy to work with. We never tried pet sitting before so I would text her frequently but she was always so friendly and reassuring . She would send photos and updates. I recently had Rose watch my eight dogs (two large dogs and six small dogs) and my two cats. I was gone overnight and my pets are not used to this. However I am pleased to say that my pets have taken kindly to Rose and they were well taken care of when I was gone. Rose sent text pictures with each of her visits. Unfortunately she had to clean up after one of my dogs but the place was immaculate when I got home. I highly recommend rose for pet sitting and I plan on using her in the future.
We highly recommend Rose, Always Available Pet Sitting. Right from the beginning Rose was organized and business-like, taking note of the names of each pet, the amount of food, times of day to be fed, locations for food, treats, etc. Rose cared for our 4 dogs and cat for 9 days while we went on vacation. She did not hesitate to come an extra day when our flight was canceled last minute. Rose did a lot more than just feed our fur babies. She spent time playing with them as well as watching their behavior to make sure they got along and played together safely. (We have 3 large dogs and a small beagle.) She even called us to make sure we were comfortable with what she saw. She left notes from each day and also texted us notes and photos. It’s clear Rose loves animals and has experience with animal behavior. We felt so much more at ease on our vacation knowing Rose was watching our pets. We will be using Rose’s services again.

Amanda is amazing, I'm so thankful I found her! I have 3 dog.....the Border Collie can be a little anxious around new people but within a few minutes they were great friends. And my 2 little Chihuahua's love her too! She' very dependable and trustworthy and that is important to me.
We just got back from a trip and even though it was a short trip Amanda was amazing. She communicated each day. My house was left clean and my animals were happy and well taken care of. We have a senior horse who gets special feed and she did everything perfect. I am beyond impressed and recommend The Cointry Sitter 100%

Absolutely amazing place for your pup to get some zoomies out! I took my dog here years ago & now with our new pup we needed a place to take her while we are either working or just wanted her to make & play with new fur friends. The staff is awesome & super friendly. The place the dogs with like minded pups as to keep the energy levels even. You can drop off for short periods of time or all day if needed which is nice. After Gizmo's first two days there she was so tired she fell asleep immediately in the car haha My little tasmanian devil was beat! She was so happy an excited. So happy she has some new fur friends to play with there. Definitely recommend
They took good care of our 16 yr old poodle mix. We think they gave her a lot of attention and she loved it! They soiled her!! We will board her with them next time.
Our fur baby LOVES it here and it shows. The excitement she shows when pulling up is insane, they are great with the dogs.
We have a 11 month old berenese and she has been going to Linda, Beth and the staff at uppity ever since we got her. She loves to play with her friends and as sad as it sounds she never wants to leave 🤣 . My dog is well taken care of and loved and its a relief to not worry while I am at work.
My dog absolutely loves the day care. The first couple of visits she was iffy walking in but now she flies out of the car and is so excited to see her doggy and human friends. I don't worry about her at all while she's there.
There's an employee named Max that might look like an Alaskan Bushman somedays. But he's one of those people all dogs like they can tell who's good and who's evil. Plus he's my best friend so I know he's good. Anyway good place if you need dog baby sitter

Not recommend unless it’s your very last choice. For daycare: they use big area pens for bigger/smaller dogs which are good but the smell was HORRIBLE. Human can’t stand a second of that smell not to mention your pups. For boarding: the iron small cages they use it’s literally the same as PRISON. They claimed to put quiet dogs and louder dogs in two areas but the fact is the quiet areas are all crazily barking dogs (small&big). The iron cage is very small, and there’s no window, no air, no natural light, and also smell so bad. They are so short of staff. Two people in charge of ~10 daycare dogs, plus ~50 boarding dogs. If you can accept that, then you can choose their cheap price. If not, don’t go.
We boarded our dog here for 2 days/1 night while whitewater rafting in the area. We felt very misled. Our rescue pup is half pit bull and half other things. We had a long conversation with a worker guy here about her play style and told him her breed when we made the reservation. I also sent in the paperwork and her medical records in advance. We were assured that she would get to play with other dogs. We reiterated her play style when we dropped her off and were assured that all was good and the dogs' play was supervised. Then when we picked her up a different older woman told us that our dog didn't even get to play with other dogs at all b/c she was half partially pit bull. Apparently, she only got one-on-one time with humans but never got to play with anyone. If this is the place's policy, they should have told us that when we made the booking or dropped her off and continued to talk to them about play time. Not led us to believe she was getting play time or at least a chance to take a temperament test and see if she got along with the others in boarding. Yet another example of unfounded pit bull discrimination in California. It's fine if that's he facility's policy..that's their choice. But I just wished they would have told us and not made it a surprise at pick up. If we knew this policy, we would have looked for another boarding facility b/c our pup deserves at least a chance to play. A generous 3 stars only since it seems that she was fed properly and returned to us with no injuries and the price is good for the area .

LBBI is amazing! Their staff are amazing! My husband and I were so blessed to bring a unique pet, our pet rat, Sumo 🐁, to LBBI for daycare during several hot summer days in August and September. The staff were very accepting of Sumo and were genuinely happy when he was dropped off in the morning. Sumo actually became a little less shy due to his time at LBBI, where I know he was taken care of and paid attention to. Other wonderful things about LBBI: the drop-off and pick-up times. I also very much appreciated the email reminders. I can’t recommend this business highly enough! I would give more than 5 ⭐️ if I could!!!
We love Loomis Bed and Biscuit. I appreciate that they require a meet & greet, evaluation, and (complimentary) half day before accepting your dog to the LBB family. My dog Turkey can a bit nervous and sometimes needs a slower introduction to warm up to high energy dogs or strangers. But LBB not only separates dogs based on size, but also energy level. Although my dog was nervous entering the facility his first time, he instantly loved all the staff. And now he happily enters the building and is a happy pup when I pick him up. I also genuinely appreciate that they accept dogs based on their behavior, and not just their breed 💙
My dog always comes home happily exhausted from playing all day at daycare. I've only used their boarding option once, and it was so wonderful to have my mind at ease. They sent me photos and told me how my dog was doing. Every time I drop him off, the staff is so sweet, and my dog is so excited to be there! We love the biscuit so much that we make sure it's part of our household budget.
I’ve been taking Addie (my Australian Shepherd) to Bed and Biscuit for several months. Jason, Logan and the other team members at B&B are absolutely the best. They provide dog daycare services and Addie is so happy playing there 3/4 days a week. I trust them 100% with Addie.
My Golden Retreiver LOVES coming to Loomis Bed & Biscuit! He gets to play with dogs his size all day while I'm at work. This facility is set up well! Big dogs with big dogs and small dogs with small dogs. They have a great outdoor area for them to run and play and inside is a big open area where he plays as well! I Like the fact that they screen every animal before they are accepted, so my sweet Golden Retreiver doesn't have to deal with aggressive dogs! The staff greets me with a smile everytime I come in. I occationally have him boarded overnight and its really comforting to know someone is there overnight with him. He doesn't have to be in a kennel overnight until someone gets there in the morning like alot of other boarding facilities do. I can't say enough good things about this place or the staff! My dog comes home "happy tired" and can't wait to go back the next day! From one picky dog owner to the next I highly recommend this place!

Aunt Cynthia's was a godsend when I needed them most. I had looked at various kennels for my two large dogs (50 and 75 lbs), but did not like the idea of them being kept in a small room or worse, a cage, for my 2-week vacation. Instead, I had a relative come stay at my house. That didn't turn out well when the AC broke in 109F heat and the relative was called into work for the entire 2 weeks. My pups had to sit in blistering heat in their kennels for 9 hours a day until the AC was fixed - which took nearly a week (but that's another review). To top it all off, we had a medical emergency while on vacation and no one could pet-sit for the extra 3 weeks we spent in the hospital. Enter Aunt Cynthia's. I called and let Aunt Cynthia's know my situation and that I was flying home for 1 day, then turning around and flying back to be at the hospital. They were able to get me an evaluation appointment during my availability window and we were set. I was unsure how long I would be gone, so I paid for 2 weeks. It turned out to be 3 - and the staff at Aunt Cynthia's was understanding and made sure I knew how the dogs were doing. When I picked up my dogs, they were excited to see me, but they really just wanted to go back and play with their new "friends". For them, it was like having the comfort of home combined with the fun of a dog park. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. I feel comfortable leaving my fur children in the care of Aunt Cynthia and her team.

No crating. They have rooms for the dogs to play in bSe on there size and energy. Someone is there 24hrs a day. I feel my dogs are well taken care of at bed and biscuit. They have grooming too!
