Dependable house sitter, dog lover and traveler.
I can’t say enough good things about Daniel. He is organized, communicative and a really nice person. My dog Max loves when Daniel comes to sit with him. Daniel sent some great pictures of Max on hikes they went on which I appreciated as I was missing seeing the fall leaves changing (as well as missing Max!). You would be lucky to have Daniel stay with your pet! Thank you Daniel!!

Michelle was great! House was taken care of while I was away and I returned to a very clean home with happy cats. Michelle was self-sufficient. Would love to have her again. Thanks!

Experienced sitter and resident optimist! Cared for 100+ cats, dogs, and more.
Nicholas was a wonderful pet sitter for our 3 cats - Tigger, Keiko and Sassy! He sent photos each night and a summary of the day's events. Our cats bonded with Nicholas, and we came home to stress free cats! The house was clean, he even stripped the bed and put the towels and bedding in basket! I would definitely call on him again to sit for our cats! Thank you, Nicholas!

Candice is truly one of the best! She’s communicative, sends sweet photos of our kitties, is clean, and I was so comfortable trusting her with our home and cats. This was Candice’s second time sitting for us and I hope she can sit for us again in the future! I’m so happy to provide a high recommendation for her :)

We would rate Laetitia with 5 stars! She was excellent in all respects. Our dog, Sparky loved her and misses her now. She did everything we asked and more. If we have an opportunity to use her again, we would certainly do so.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!
Leah was an excellent pet sitter and take care of our home when we were on vacation. Our dogs were sad when she left. She even made us some delicious tacos when we got home from the airport! We highly recommend her!
Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Don't hesitate to book this family of three, your house and your pets will be well-looked after!
Anna and Alan were absolutely brilliant. This was my first time using a sitter for our pup and from the start Anna was reassuring and put me at complete ease. They sent regular pictures while we were away and were incredibly easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend Anna and Alan for any pet sitting needs. Robyn
Bard and Kim are amazing house sitters and pet care givers. I would recommend them over and over. I wish I could add numbers to the scale. They would get a 10+. Bard and Kim were super easy to work with, efficient, self-sufficient, and considerate. They took immaculate care of my home; it was definitely cleaner after they left! I would recommend them without hesitation over and over.
Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)
Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Thank you for taking great care for the dogs and the house.
What an amazing couple we had as pet sitters for our two dogs! You can truly feel their love for animals. Nancy sent pictures a couple of times letting us know that they were having fun also with our Cody and Carson! Our home was perfect when we got home. They even left a beautiful potted flower and card on our island in our kitchen. We highly recommend this couple! Jim & Wanda
Heath spent a long weekend at my home taking great care of both dogs and the cat. He was able to help out on rather short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in his care. Heath is friendly and reliable and left my home neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend him as a house/pet sitter for future assignments!

The absolute best pet care service! They are so responsive, flexible, and love animals. My dog Sunnie looks forward to her visit everyday. I felt so guilty going to work knowing she'd be at home alone all day. I could have had a neighbor come to let her out to relieve herself but she's a young dog and loves people and going on walks. They send the best updates and pictures and are very thorough and reliable. I am so glad I found this company. The customer service is amazing. They always respond to me right away when I have an inquiry or a last minute request for pet sitting.
We used Paws at Home for an 11 day vacation and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided! The website was super easy to use and they asked a lot of really great questions about our 13 y/o lab and 2 y/o cat so as to try and stick with their routine. They did a meet and greet with the animals before the service and sent me updates and photos with every visit (we did 3 visits per day). Truly a wonderful service that we will be using again!
Paws At Home does a great job. They care deeply for our dog and keep us up to date at every visit. We are new to the area and are so thankful for this service!!
We couldn't have asked for more. Tremendous service. As they advertise, Paws At Home offered unlimited support. I think we couldn't have had more help with our cat from a family member. Paws obviously understands what it takes to care for pets and their staff clearly love animals. We will be using them again for sure.
We love Paws at Home! We’ve used them several times now for both short and longer vacations. I have a hard time leaving our cat but getting daily pictures and updates of her always takes my stress away and helps me enjoy vacation more. Our cat has some minor medical issues but we know she is always in good hands when we leave. Highly recommend this company!
We've been using Paws At Home to care for our kitties for almost a year now, and we can't say enough good things about this company and their service. Not only are they good with our girls Lucy and Lily, who seem to look forward to their visits, but they are very respectful of our home which we appreciate. Our animals are our kids, our family, so it's important that we have people we can trust to take care of them while we are away, and the Paws At Home team is the best! We have a few trips planned for the near future and will be calling on them again to not only care for the kitties but also to look after our dogs Tucker and Sadie. Thank you Dallas, Cole and Kiernan for the excellent care you give to our fur kids and, of course, the cute pictures of Lily and Lucy's shenanigans. We wish you continued success. Elizabeth and Stephen Kligge
Wonderful, loving, consistent care for our sweet Luna. Receiving care updates and photos from every visit was reassuring and meaningful. The care given our Luna was so comprehensive and thoughtful. Additional household tasks such as watering plants was helpful. Great value and highly recommended service.
As a first time pet parent, I was so nervous to fly home for the holidays and leave my cat, Bug at home. I found Paws At Home, and they took such good care of my girl. We started with a meet and greet so we could go over tasks needed, and introduce them to Bug. They sent notes after each visit, including pictures of her, services performed, and her overall mood. Bug is shy of strangers, but I was pleased to see that she spent some time playing with the sitters each time. The daily updates gave me great peace of mind while I was away, they took great care of her basic and emotional needs. We'll choose Paws at Home every time we travel!
Awesome and flexible services. Heidi is great! We always feel like our pets are in safe hands.
I've used Paws at home for over a year and I cannot say enough good things about them. They take amazing care of my senior rescue with behavioral issues. They are so patient and good to her. I can see from the pictures they send me of every visit that she's so happy and loves her walkers. I have a demanding schedule and they have never let me down. Highly recommend.
I moved to CO from CA in June 2023 and found Poochy Doo's even prior to my move and so glad I did! They are the only pet sitting service I've used here and the only one I will use. Ellie and Ozzy's established sitter is Janet and she is so sweet and thoughtful with me, as well as the dogs absolutely loving her, sending text updates and pictures with each visit. I never have to worry about my dogs (or my house) when Poochy Doo's is there. Since June 2023 I have used Poochy Doo's at least a dozen times and currently have several more dates on the schedule...the ease of scheduling services online is wonderful too. Their level of care and commitment is above and beyond!
We highly recommend Poochy Doos! Our dogs fell in love with them! Janet and Mary are amazing and super professional! We never worried while we were away because we knew they were safe and very happy! Wonderful people and a wonderful company!!
Poochy Doo's was professional and caring from start to finish. I have never felt so comfortable leaving the care of my cats to anyone, including friends and family. I received updates and pictures at every visit. I think that Charissa, who was my pet sitter, is a cat whisperer. She made my kitty who generally doesn't like strangers her good buddy. I would definitely use this service again and strongly recommend them to others.
We could not be happier with our experience with Poochy Doos! We called them super last minute for cat sitting before leaving town and Mary made sure she could fit us in. Ann, our pet sitter, is amazing! She is constantly updating us and making sure we know our two little ones are doing great! We are so grateful we can keep them in our home and know they are safe, well cared for, and comfortable. We look forward to having Ann watch our cats the next time we head out of town. Would absolutely recommend them for anyone wanting caring people to look after their pets!
Poochy are very professional, and we are delighted with their service. We had to go away for 3 days, and Mary who is one of the co-owners, sat for us -- including overnight visits and daytime drop-ins. Our two pups obviously had a great time, as we could see from the many photos and videos Mary texted to us. We will definitely be using them again when we need pup-sitting in future.
I normally don't do reviews but I had such a positive experience with Poochy Doos that I felt the need to let other pet owners know about them. I had to leave town unexpectedly due to a death in the family. Ann and Mary were able to put a plan in place for me on extremely short notice and removed my worry of having to somehow take care of my 2 dogs, cat, and rabbit. You receive continuous text updates during the process along with a detailed log of how each visit to the house went. The pricing is extremely reasonable in my opinion. Can't recommend this company enough.
I have always been skeptical about leaving my dogs in the care of other people. I travel a lot nationally and internationally for field work and conferences...Mary and her team have made my life so much easier! They are the best at what they do and extremely professional. Mary is in constant communication updating me on what the boys have been up to and if a medical issue arises she handles everything. I highly recommend Poochy Doos. The fact that my dogs barely even notice I've come home from a trip is proof enough that they are in the best care possible. Thanks to Mary and her stellar team!
Poochy Doos = amazing! We recently got a new puppy, and making sure he receives the care he needs (while we keep our own jobs!) is a lot of work. Fortunately, Poochy Doos has come to our rescue! They take him on walks during the days when we are away at the office. They also have stayed in our home twice for weekends/overnight care when we were out of town. They are careful and caring with our puppy and our home. We could not do this without them, and are so thankful for the prompt, professional, and loving service provided.
Because of uncooperative knees and a happy dog who needs regular exercise, Mary (co-owner), came into our lives after Poochy Doos was recommended to us by our vet. My husband and I have privately said more than once what a gift Mary is to our life...someone for whom we are deeply thankful. So, I decided to share publicly, which I don't normally do, our private words. Yes, being on a fixed income, we have had to juggle the budget, but the fees (because of the professionalism) are fair. For us, the benefits far out way any cost. We have and do highly recommend Mary, Ann, and their company.
Poochy Doos has been a wonderful service that we have used a few times for our two dogs. Our dogs would not do well being kenneled so I looked for a alternative option.I wish I started using them years ago! I love getting the text messages and notes while we are away which makes me know that my dogs are doing well. I love having the online account with them which makes it super easy to schedule pet sitting.
Worst place, I was actively going to another location and moved the ladies at the front desk a package would be fine since my dogs were approved at different location. So I bought the package, then they proceeded to say my dogs can’t come and not refund me. When I asked if they should do a single day first. Beyond disappointed in the company I would never taken that advice if the staff didn’t advise that option. I feel they lack large amounts of experience and canine behavior for working, herding, or sport breed dogs. They can’t manage or handle them which is disappointing. (I thought it was my dog, at first then got an approved at 4 other places not related to camp bow wow.) they just slow lazy calm dogs. Absolutely terrible, and not a well functioning company for the services they provide and offers.
We have been taking our husky to Camp Bow Wow for the last three years. Today, she not only enjoyed her time at daycare but also received grooming services. As a six-year-old husky, shedding is a common issue, but the de-shed bath at Camp Bow Wow is truly exceptional. Our husky's coat is now in excellent condition, all thanks to your amazing team. Aurora always leave with a tip towards your workers for all the amazing work they do . In addition, they also trimmed her nails today, and always go above and beyond taking care of her . We want to sincerely thank all of your staff for taking care of our beloved dog's happiness and well-being. We will definitely recommend your services to others.
Normally my dog goes to Camp Bow Wow in Centennial and he has a great time and they always do a good job. This time he went to camp Bow on Fort Collins and I’m sure he would’ve had a great time and they would’ve done a great job but they never confirmed my reservation. I called them four times during the day and I made the reservation three days before I attempted to bring him and I told them that I was going to be getting his Bordetella shot the day of my reservation. I drove 2 1/2 hours and no one ever called me to tell me that they had to have the shot 24 hours before he could go to camp. So after a 2 Hour drive 4 phone calls, two messages and one online reservation and no one getting in touch with me. I was turned away and had to turn around and drive 2 1/2 hours home and missed the appointment that I drove up to Fort Collins for. I find it very hard to believe that they are so incredibly understaffed that they couldn’t have made a quick phone call and left me a message.
Everytime I walk in here, the staff are always friendly and easy to work with. They are always glad to see my dogs (who can be a bit much). Always happy to leave my pets somewhere I know they'll be happy.
They kept my dogs collar. My dog came in with an all the time comfy collar and one that went with his leash, including his tags. When I picked him up, they said it was in with his other things. It was not. I called. They have it. They said they would send it to me. They did not.
If you have dogs that are new to doggy day care, Camp Bow Wow might not be the place for you. The 30min initial interview felt rushed and impersonal. The interview was only 5 minutes of questions. I informed the staff conducting the interview that our dog had recently had knee replacement surgery but was recovered and cleared by her vet. I told them that she had not been boarded before and is prone to anxiety but has never had any aggressive behavior. She attends dog parks with no issue and often spends time with other dogs. I also mentioned that we were looking to board her the next day if she passed the trial. The staff member checked the availability and said that shouldn’t be a problem. As the interview continued, there was no attempt by staff to get to know our dog. They immediately took her on leash into the back to see how she would react on to being greeted one by one by rowdy dogs. She was a bit stressed out and fearful during this experience. After the initial 10min, despite already being told about her medical/behavioral history, they were concerned that she looked “stiff and slobbery” and that she growled at 2 staff members. They said that these were behavioral concerns and can indicate aggressive behavior. For these reasons they said she was a “tentative pass” and that they would continue to monitor her during the rest of her 3hr trial to look for improvement. I expected our dog to be continually observed to ensure the safety of her & other dogs. We monitored the live cam and watched our dog grow less anxious. She was playing with other dogs and staff with no issues and even laid down to relax. We were relieved to see it and fully expected their opinion to change after actually getting to know her. After about 3 hours and not receiving a call or update, we decided to pick her up. I was expecting comments on her improvement or any specific comments at all. From the manager, we received the same feedback that we were given earlier. She still “looked stiff and was slobbering”. There were no other observational notes taken during the rest of the 3+ hour test day that were not already mentioned. This left us questioning if our dog was even monitored during her test day at all. We were told by the manager that our dog received a “tentative pass” again. This was confusing because I received a text & email stating that she passed and that we could schedule daycare & boarding. After asking if there were any other notes from the 3+ hrs she was there, the manager got defensive and doubled down on her comments. I then asked if she could be boarded for the next day and the manager said it was “not recommended” due to her “behavioral concerns”. I explained that we had to leave town, and that we were told earlier that this should not be an issue. The manager then said that she “technically can’t say no” because our dog did in fact pass. In reality, the manager seemed to forget to monitor her. There was miscommunication amongst staff that our dog was there to be observed on a trial day. There were no new notes on how our dog did during the 3+ hrs that she was there. The manager seemed to be going off of the only notes on our dog which were done within the first 10mins. Instead of owning up, the manager came off as dishonest & unprofessional. Despite these red flags, we decided to board her the next day and she was there for 30+ hours. When we picked her up there were no reported issues. Although the staff still didn’t share with us any comments (positive or negative) about how she did. We are upset with the lack of transparency. Why did a dog that has “behavioral concerns” pass the interview to begin with? We would much rather have had a straight answer instead of wasting over 3 hrs to get an unclear maybe. While our dog had a great time, we will not be back, due to lack of communication, the manager’s unprofessionalism, & lack of observation. They were clearly having a busy day and our dog fell through the cracks, but instead of being clear & honest, we were greeted with unprofessionalism & no clear explanations.
My puppy and I had an amazing experience at this Camp Bow Wow. She had been to other similar style dog daycares before like Dogtopia. I would say all of them are comparable pricing wise. They all give you different coupons when you first sign up and overall the prices are pretty close. What I will say CBW beats out dogtopia on is the care the staff takes with your dogs. Not the dogtopia is bad by any stretch of the imagination, but our meet and greet was much longer and more structured. The stack of sign-on papers etc. they gave us was much more robust. And just overall, I got a slightly more professional feel from CBW versus dogtopia. I also prefer the CBW boarding experience to Dogtopia. At CBW they have individual like little rooms with a elevated bed for the dogs per their website anyway. At dogtopia everybody gets crated at night. My puppy is crated every night anyhow so that wasn't a huge deal, but if I could put her in a little room as opposed to that, I'm more interested in a small room versus a crate. Also, my dog comes home cleaner from CBW than they do from Dogtopia. I'm really not sure why because they both have all of the dogs just in large rooms. But she somehow is just less dirty coming home from CBW. I've now gone to three different CBW locations and they've all been excellent. Fort Collins is very busy with the college students spring break this week. They don't have any room at all but I was able to take her down to Loveland and Longmont without any issue. The other two locations just called Fort Collins and had her information brought over and it was easy peasy. I'll be traveling to Denver on Thursday and they told me I could just call a location in Denver and they would be able to get her and usually without any trouble. And I am not for seeing any trouble getting into a place in Denver either. So convenient. Great company.
We have been taking our child here for about three months now. And this place has been incredibly helpful for us. Both my fiancé and I work full-time. And we didn’t want to leave our baby at home by himself. We felt like he needed some social interaction with other dogs. I am so grateful that we found Camp Bow Wow. Every single staff member of come into contact with has been so incredibly friendly and nice. And they seem to really adore Cooper. Overall I love knowing that he is in a safe place and is having fun with other dogs. The picture that I posted is from once he gets home from daycare. He’s all tuckered out and ready for bed.
Our dog (a Golden Wheaten, 45 lbs) loves this place. She literally starts to whine when we arrive in the parking lot and claws at the door to get inside. The staff is super friendly. Watching the dogs during the day on the video is too funny.
I bring my corgi here. The staff is always friendly and I love that you can check up on your pup via the camper cameras. The grooming staff is also great!
I can't say enough good things about Dogtopia! The experience has been fantastic from start to finish. One of my favorite features is the ability to watch my dog play with others on the webcams. It's so reassuring to see him having a blast and socializing with his furry friends. The canine coaches are great; they genuinely care about the dogs and engage with them. What really stood out during my recent visit was how one of the staff remembered my dog from when he was a pup. She shared some stories about his early days at Dogtopia, which melted my heart. I also like that they offer fun activities that you can opt into, adding even more excitement for me and my dog's day. Occasionally, they even send a recap email with a photo of my dog, which is such a nice touch and makes me feel even more connected. After a long day, the best part is bringing home a happily exhausted dog. I can’t recommend Dogtopia enough for anyone looking for a reliable and fun place for their dog to spend the day!
Had my dog here for two days. They kept him safe and alive, but that's about it. He was crated about 80% of the day. When I asked why they did give an appropriate reason and promised not to crate for more than 15 minutes, but he was left in his crate most of the afternoon following that promise. Asked for nail trims both days, this never happened. Overall just a very factory line feel lacking compassion. My dog is only 4 months old. Really wanted to like it here, but my dog came home very sad.
DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR DOGS. I had my pup stay there for about a week and we were checking on her often. During her time there, the "trainers" were emotionally abusing the dogs by slamming mops on the floor and not paying attention to what other dogs were doing to the pups. They would rarely break up any fights and conflicts. They completely LOST our directions on what our dog needed, so she did not recieve the care we paid for. Additionally, when we picked her up, SHE HAD POOP ALL OVER HER BOTTOM and they never gave her a bath. There was poop ALL OVER her doggy mat and blanket and all we got initially was an "I'm sorry". After calling the manager at the time, she reviewed the videos and agreed that she saw everything we did and offered to either comp us on a future stay or refund our remaining package. Well...that was a blatant lie too! The current manager refuses to issue the refund, failed to genuinely assist in any way, and ended up ROBBING ME OF MY MONEY. Please NEVER EVER use their services. Find a dog sitter that will genuinely care for your dog and actually have a passion for what they do. Dogtopia is a scam that abuses it's consumers and lies about what they offer and what they do. Absolutely DISGUSTING business practices and service from people are NEVER TRAINED PROPERLY. NEVER GO HERE!!!
Dogtopia is a very professionally run operation. The manager Kaya is fantastic … the facility is clean. The app is very user-friendly. The location is centrally located right off of college Avenue adjacent to Whole Foods strip mall in Fort Collins ….It’s competitively priced. The best part is that my dog absolutely loves it. I really like that they have different rooms for very specific k9 temperament and size. Every month offers special events that the dogs can partake in (which is always very fun.) Whenever I go to drop my dog off, the staff is happy to see her., and she greets them excitedly as a friend. I know she gets a lot of attention here . And I can always check in on her on the Doggy cam, accessible through the app..my dog is well cared for at this dog daycare, I trust Dogtopia and don’t worry about her from the minute, I drop her off to the minute I pick her up.
Had a great experience, they did a fantastic job grooming (wash & hair) on my dog Apollo! It was my dog’s first time ever getting a groom! Great staff and very resourceful! Highly recommend this place! -Anthony R.
Applesauce loves Dogtopia, and so do we! He always has the best time, and comes home a happy, tired pup. It's nice as a family with only one dog to give him a safe place to socialize with other pups since he craves that time. We recently had to leave the state abruptly for a funeral, and it was fantastic being able to board Sauce where we knew he was well cared for. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Dogtopia is a great place!
We have been @ Dogtopia since the doors opened & are huge fans. Buddha is always so excited to go, then comes home happy & tired from all the fun play. The staff are phenomenal - kind, attentive, professional. I've learned a lot from them about how to manage our big, goofy dog's energy.
I have been bringing my 1 1/2 year old dog to Dogtopia since he was a puppy. The staff are friendly and answer questions with patience and kindness. It’s great to be able to see what’s going on in the play rooms. I feel confident my dog is getting lots of active time and is safe while he is there. i recommend Dogtopia 100%.
Bella has been coming here since she was 6 months old. To say that Dogtopia is her home away from home would be a huge understatement. The love she receives from the entire staff and healthy environment for her to play with her friends truly sets Dogtopia apart from other daycare and boarding facilities.
The staff here is AMAZING! They truly care about the animals in their care. When I ask about how my dog did that day, they always have nothing but kind things to say about my dog (even when giving me the news about play breaks or his separation anxiety issues). I use to work at a doggy daycare and know the red flags to look for in a facility like this, and NONE of them are present here!! They have also worked with me through boarding my sweet pup when I was having a personal emergency. My dog can hardly contain his excitement when we pull into the parking lot. It's so nice to bring your dog somewhere where they are so loved. Both Beans and I appreciate all the work the staff puts into the facility! Attached is a photo of Beans sharing his love with all of the dogtopia staff!!
The team at Come Play Stay and South Mesa Vet Hospital has gone above and beyond to provide amazing care for my sweet, baby Leo. Now, lovingly know as "Sir Leo" by the staff. Leo and I met the daycare staff two years ago. Within the last year, we transitioned care from Campus West Vets (another exceptional local vet team I highly recommend)-only because my gentle giant does better with larger exam rooms, requires multiple staff members for medical care, at times, and he loves their doggie daycare! It took a lot of trust for me switching to another provider for Leo, as I have gone to Campus west vets for many years. The staff rose to the challenge to provide exceptional care for Leo and I, during a difficult time for us. Dr. Mooney, Leo's new vet, and Jo, practice manager, along with many others (too many to name), have time and time again, surpassed and exceeded my expectations for vet care, day care, and boarding facility. On multiple occasions, Jo and the team have been outstanding, and accommodating to us! I have boarded my dog multiple times, and never had to worry about his care over the past year. I have seen Jo, and the team work very hard to address and improve the daycare program, since she became the new manager. The team is consistent with Leo's care, and their moral and support for one another, and their furry friends and clients is wonderful to witness! Leo's ears perk up every time he hears the word "daycare" and he looks forward to "happy visits" every week! Thanks guys, you rock! Much love, Jamie and "Sir Leo"
I haven’t taken my dog here but I live nearby and walk on Mason trail just behind this building a lot with my dog. I would never leave my dog in a boarding place and I certainly wouldn’t leave her here! Most of the times I walk past this building, I hear the dogs all barking and going crazy. Even if your dog doesn’t mind being cooped up in a cement box, I don’t know how any dog would be able to relax here on an extended stay. This past Thanksgiving (yesterday), I was walking by and heard what sounded like a very large dog moaning like it was in pain or going out of its mind with anxiety. I was horrified! It was hard to hear. Please consider finding a nice home on Rover to take your pets either in their home or house sit while you’re gone on vacation!
We've been bringing our dog here for 2 years for boarding, nail trims, and we also took a group training class as well. Our dog seems to really connect with the staff and is excited when we pull in the parking lot. We were really anxious to leave him for the first time, but the town and country boarding is a great fit for him and we love the add-on options for individual playtime and extra TLC. The groomer for nail trims is quick and professional. The cost for services is reasonable to us for the quality and peace of mind. We learned a lot in the training class and appreciated the positive reinforcement techniques and tools for continued training at home. If we call ahead, we know they will have great boarding availability, even around holidays. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, even at busy drop-off and pick-up times.
Boarded my dog here many times during the last 14 years. They always provided an excellent service. However, all of that has changed for the worse. My dog's last two boarding times ended in tragedy. The last time I had to take my dog to another hospital for medical emergency ending up paying almost $2,000 - on top of the fee for boarding here. The fact of the matter is that this provider has become careless and the level of service is poor. Better take your dog somewhere else for boarding!
We have been using the training classes here and have LOVED them. Very practical and very effective training using positive reinforcement. We have a pretty hyper puppy and have been able to effectively work with her using the training techniques we've learned. The pricing is very reasonable, we learn a significant amount from each hour long class. The trainer does a great job of answering questions and takes the time to talk with you about individual issues. Edited to add- went from 5 to 3 stars. Training has been wonderful so we were very excited to try their daycare. However, they were so rude to me when I called for details we have gone elsewhere for daycare. While the trainers here are great, my overall experience with the staff is that they are not customer friendly and are unable to assist you or answer basic questions.
I love Come-Play-Stay!! I have been taking my dog, Neville, here for two years and have enjoyed every part of my experience. Neville goes to daycare twice a week, stays here for boarding, does his training, and sees his vet here. The daycare staff are very polite and take care of Neville in such a loving way. They also write report cards for each day he spends in daycare so I can learn about what he did that day (what other dogs he played with, whether he needed a time out that day and for what, etc.). It is also convenient that a vet can visit with him or give him any needed shots while he is in daycare. I really enjoy the training classes Neville completed. The trainer was very professional and loving. It is also nice that the folks who take care of the dogs during daycare enforce the same training techniques we do. Lastly, the vet staff is also great. Our vet is gentle and informative, answers all of our questions, and calls us to follow up if needed. I would absolutely recommend Come-Play-Stay for anyone looking for daycare, boarding, training, or a vet!
I love Come Play Stay! I attend doggie day care here twice a week, and my Mom doesn't let me hang out just anywhere. I get so excited on days I get to visit all my best friends! I love the staff and especially all the puppy dog supervisors who make sure I am safe, and that all the puppies are well matched and polite when we play. I have a sensitive tummy and have some special needs, and Come Play Stay staff makes sure I get my lunch on time and only have special treats that are safe for me to eat. If you want your dog to be with people who know what they're doing and truly love puppy dogs, I give Come Play Stay the 5-Star Bark!
My boyfriend and I always take our dogs to Ashcroft when we leave town. However, Come Play Stay is quite a bit closer to us and comparable in price, so this last weekend, we dropped our dog off there. We had a terrible experience. When I dropped my dog off Saturday morning, I confirmed I would only be charged for a single day. However, when I picked my dog up on Sunday evening (during their extremely short pickup time window), the receptionist was incredibly rude, not understanding, and frankly could care less and had charged us double. Ashcroft Pet Resort is an amazing boarding place and I highly recommend going there over Come Play Stay.
I boarded my dog at come play stay for spring break, 4 nights total. The 2nd day they called to let me know he was vomiting and had diarrhea. Luckily they could take him next door to see the vet. After running tests they found he was just anxious. The doctor suggested treating him with prebiotics and a day later when i called to check in he was improving. When I showed to pick him up it seemed like the boarding staff didn't even know what had happened. They were unaware that he was seen by doctor and I was expecting a complete run down on how he had been since I last talked to doctor. The staff was oblivious! They didn't even seem to know he even had a problem during the stay. "He did great" they said. What?? He obviously did not do great or enjoy his stay. I won't be back nor would I recommend anyone else.
I've never had a bad experience here! The staff is so kind, and treat my furry family and I both well. I've only recently started using them (about two months ago), but I use them frequently! They quickly recognized my pet and I which feels great as a repeat client. The staff is kind with my pet and thurough about following the care instructions that I leave. Their prices are great too! I wouldn't want to leave my pets anywhere else!
Mark is an absolute lifesaver and helped us last minute by watching our rabbit for the past week. He was quick to respond and took great care of our little Rutabaga!
Mark took great care of my boys, Tim and Sam for two weeks! They were happy to be home but I can tell they were taken care of very well and they seemed like they had been happy for the whole time they were with Mark. Thank you Mark for caring for my boys and for being flexible with your time to make the visit work!!
Mark is great with my pup, and she fit in well with the other pups as well. I would highly recommend mark to anyone that needs help with their pets!
Mark was amazing and treated our pets like they were his own. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring pet sitter!
I met Mark back in NH and he has always taken such good care of Canela. I was super relieved when I relocated to CO and found out he had moved there a few years earlier. He is super responsive and easy to coordinate with. I know Canela will be in good hands and receive exceptional care, structure, and lots of love. Highly recommend!
Mark does a fabulous job taking care of my high-maintenance princess dog. I felt very comfortable being away knowing my pup was in very good hands, taken care of, and loved on! I'd recommend Mark to any of my friends and family looking for pet sitting.
Mark is awesome! Needed a pet sitter last minute and we came across his web page. Did a meet and greet the day before and everything went perfectly from there! We got lots of lovely pictures of our puppy which was very reassuring he was in good hands. We know who to send our pup to if needed in the future! Highly recommend :)
We left our two older dogs with Mark during a long trip, and we're thrilled with the results! Mark not only got them playing with other dogs but also improved their behavior on walks, a change we still see at home. He kept us updated with happy photos and videos, easing our worries. Mark's exceptional care and understanding of dogs is evident. Highly recommend for anyone needing a trustworthy, skilled dog sitter – he's so good, our dogs might start preferring him over us!
Mark watched our Great Dane puppy on short notice for us. Our puppy had tons of fun playing with other dogs and having fun! Mark sent us an update so we knew how our puppy was doing as well. I would recommend Mark to anyone that's looking at doggie daycare/boarding for their dog.
I have used Mark for dog daycare for my puppy and older dog. He has the perfect setup - the dogs can go in and out at their leisure and he has a big yard for them to play in. My work schedule is a little different every day, so I have really appreciated his availability and willingness to be so flexible on drop off and pick up times. Best of all, the pups have gotten to the point that they rush into his yard overjoyed to see him, so I know they must be happy and well taken care of.
Brittany is fabulous. Our 2 dogs have some quirks and medications, and Brittany has been great with fitting into their schedule and routines. And I love getting pics of the fun they are having together. On our last trip, our 16yo pup had a medical issue and Brittany handled it with grace and got her prompt emergency medical care. It was so reassuring knowing that she had everything under control when we couldn't be there ourselves.
Brittany has been watching my dogs, 4 horses and 5 chickens when I have had to go out town for the past 2 years. I don’t have to worry about their care. She does an excellent job. She has handled medicating my older horses and dealing with all their special dietary needs. She leaves the barn and paddocks spotless. I highly recommend her!
We have 4 large puppies with a lot of energy, definitely a handful to care for! Brittany was so friendly when she first met them, and knew how to handle their hyper introduction. She kept us updated with texts and pictures while we were gone. Brittany is thorough and trained, allowing us to leave town with no doubt our pups were in good hands. It is apparent she has a love for animals!
Brittany was so wonderful and communicative when it came to leaving our fur family! We have a wide variety of animals, from horses and chickens to exotic birds and tropical fish. She took care of every one of them thoroughly, and texted when anything seems out of the ordinary or had questions about anything. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and we will certainly use her services again and again.
Brittany is awesome! Very conscientious, responsible, and can handle all the various needs of my dogs, cats and horses. Even better she takes the time to make sure they all get plenty of affection while I'm gone. I feel very confident in leaving all my fur babies in her capable care.
Brittney, is fantastic! My two girls love when she comes to visit and walk them. I know they are getting great care and a good walk. Brittney is always so great about sending me a text with how and what they have done on their walls. I feel very comfortable knowing my dogs are in good hands with her.
I have been taking western horse riding lessons from Brittany. She is the best instructor that I have ever had. She starts with the basics and makes sure you are doing things right before moving on to the next step. She has a great horse for taking lessons on. He is very smart and is well trained. Brittany works you as hard as you are willing to work and is so encouraging! I also have learned a-lot about taking care of a horse since I'm responsible for putting on the halter, taking him to the barn, tying him to the fence, curry combing and brushing, picking out his hooves, putting on his pad and saddling him up....
Brittany is such an amazing and very trustworthy pet sitter! She always treats our critters like they’re her own and will go the extra mile to ensure they are as comfortable as possible. Her rates are extremely fair considering the amount of work she does and the care she gives each of the pets under her care. Definitely the first person I go to and trust to care for my spoiled fur babies!!!!
Brittany has done an amazing job with our dogs. We have four dogs and Brittany is in tune with each of their special personalities. We have one dog that is extremely shy and she has done a great job walking her and improving her pulling on her leash. We've used other dog walkers in the past and by far Brittany is the best.
I was nervous leaving my dog with someone new, but I felt comfortable with Brittany almost instantly. I contacted Brittany on a referral from another happy customer. Sarge warmed up to Brittany quickly and I felt much less anxious about leaving him at home after receiving visit "pupdates." Best part was, Sarge did not give me the seemingly cold shoulder as he often does when I return after being away for a few days. I will highly recommend Scoobe Doo and Horses 2 to anyone looking for excellent, worry-free pet care.
We had a great experience boarding our two dogs at K9 Corral! They came home happy, healthy, and clean. I loved getting the daily report cards and pictures. Setting up the appointment, doing the intake interviews, checking in and checking out all went very smoothly. I highly recommend boarding your dogs here. Thank you K9 Corral!
Our dog Bronco is a nervous boy and wary in new environments. He is often reactive with other dogs. Bronco has been going to training and boarding at K9 Corral for over two years. The facility and staff at K9 Corral have consistently given Bronco a safe and loving place for his boarding and grooming needs. He is not judged for his anxious behaviors and he’s always given the one-on-one attention he prefers. He even has a special dog friend they sometimes bring in for him to play with!
We have used K9 Corral multiple times to board our two high energy dogs when we go out of town. The staff is always super friendly and excited to see our dogs when we drop them off. I love getting the daily report cards with photos showing our boys outside having fun with the other pups. It's nice to know they are well taken care of while we are gone. Highly recommend K9 Corral if you need dog boarding.
I've been using K9 corrall since moving to fort collins in May. We absolutely LOVE them. They treat my dog like family, every time I bring him in for daycare or boarding they tell me how much they love my dog and they're sad to see him go home. My dog can be timid at first and he failed his original interview with K9 Corral, they saw potential in him and gave him a 2nd interview after I assured them he is a good boy. He passed his 2nd interview with flying colors and they love him there so much now. I am so so grateful they gave him a 2nd chance and I don't know what I would do without their services every week. Every staff member is friendly and helpful, I can't think of a single bad thing to say about them. I love the report card that I get every day, I really appreciate that part the most, I love seeing little snippets of my boy having fun and interacting with other dogs in a safe environment.
Both of our dogs love daycare and boarding at K9 Corral. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, and the report cards with photos make our day.
Erica is the best groomer ever!!! Call ahead about 3 weeks. Alice are 20# golden-doodle is so clean and soft when we pick her up!!! Best place in Fort Collins!
Our dog, Flick, absolutely loves staying here. The staff is wonderful and they treat him like one of their own…and he is a handful. Overall, they do a fabulous job of getting to know your dog so they can be sure they put “compatible” dogs together. This gives us some comfort as we know he is safe yet still has fun! We, and Flick, highly recommend K9 corral!
We use K9 corral for both daycare and boarding services! They've always been super helpful in answering questions and making sure everything is squared away for your pup. They also do report cards with pictures that make you giggle every time! Our pitty mix KNOWS when it's a daycare day.❤️
Professional and very friendly staff. My pup kush has been loving day care, always comes home happy and tired :) This has been perfect for his socialization. I love the pictures throughout the day and the little report cards. Highly recommend!
Everyone at the K9 Korral is amazing! They make check-in so easy by taking your puppers to their room so you can fill out the kennel cards. And when we pick them up, they are clean and happy, and their belongings are on the table and easy to grab. Highly recommend K9 Korral!!!
Four Paws is still our only choice for our dogs. We've been using them since 2017. Never an issue with our dog. She never gets sick or has been injured. They have an actual Vet right next door. People there are wonderful. Our dog actually pulls to go into the building when we arrive. You get what you pay for and they treat our dog as we would. That peace of mind is worth it.
I LOVE that they have cameras everywhere so I can see what my senior dog is doing at day care and when boarding. I can see 24/7 that he is in good hands, and there is no "filtering" of the images and video. That's a bold statement that the owners are willing to show off the quality of their care and their personnel. Both our dogs are over the top excited to go to Four Paws Day Care. Brenda and her husband Mike are kind, professional and dedicated to quality pet care. We’ve only had positive experiences over the last nine years, and my fourteen year old Aussie will be going there until he can’t walk anymore.
We started bringing our dog, Koda, here to swim when he needed TPLO surgery since he couldn't get his exercise while running. Two years later, post surgery, and he's still got a swimming appointment once a week. He just loves it!! Have never borded or groomed with Four Paws, but family and friends have and they all have glowing recommendations for those services.
User beware if you like your privacy. If you book a private swim, it is not private. They have a pool rules agreement to sign and if you agree you are agreeing to allow access to anyone who has the camera access regardless if it is your paid private time or not. If this was only done during public play time I would have no issue as that would be just like going out in public or to a park. But to pay for a private session and to give other video access is not private. This is accessible by anyone not just staff (if it was staff only and for safety or something like that I would also understand). They even offered me the access to log in even though I was not an established client. They also have a section on the form that says "I authorize Four Paws to use and publish those photographs in print and/or electronically with or without my name/pets names for any lawful purpose including such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content" . Response to owner: I called before I cancelled my appointment and made this review. I was basically told that a private session is still viewed by others and there is nothing that can be done. As I like my privacy I will not utilize your services until you allow complete private sessions (active on the clock staff excepted).
They do a great job here! Our cat had a room with a view (of a bird feeder). We could check in on him anytime with a video feed. The prices are very good also. 10/10 will use again. And they sent us a cute text with photos to let us know how he was
We brought our 2 year old husky mix who was afraid to swim for an introduction to the pool with a swim instructor. Emma was fantastic . She was so kind and patient with our girl. They provided a swim vest and after 15 minutes she was swimming . We are so happy and will recommend this wonderful pet resort to all our friends!
Best place to leave your pet. My little kitten was living the good life here. She was probably sad to come home to our little hovel after the amazing care she received here. I highly recommend this place. Ultra clean, great facilities, wonderful staff.
Love this place for our two dogs! Will never take them anywhere else for boarding. One of our dogs gets separation anxiety, and the fact that they staff someone 24hrs/day has made a world of difference when boarding him. The staff is very friendly and they are always so accommodating. Twice now, we have had flights cancelled or delayed and they have scrambled to keep our dogs safe and make sure they have a kennel to sleep in until we could make it back. 10/10 recommend this place for your pet boarding needs.
The facilities for cats appeared to be quite nice. However, the customer service is below average. Trying to get a live person on the phone is a real issue. When I asked about this, all I received were excuses. The scheduled tour I took was given in a very brusque manner, as though the tour guide was being put out somehow. General atmosphere of disorganization and lack of professionalism. A fly by the seat of your pants business.
My standard poodle has never looked so good after a groom! Alea was so great with him and paid attention to the details I asked for. All of the staff I've met have been friendly, professional, and so helpful, and they seem to genuinely care for the animals at their facility.
These guys are fantastic and made my pup so happy on his adventures! He’s a little too old for the hikes now but I will always cherish the fact that he had such fun experiences with other dogs in a way I couldn’t possibly give him myself! Will definitely use again for future generations of furbabies ❤️
I had a really wonderful experience with this company where they use very smart techniques to introduce new dogs into the pack of dogs they have, and my dog had the time of his life on the hike. They also make sure to pair dogs up with other dogs that have similar energy and temperaments to reduce the likelihood of fights breaking out. They sent these fun pictures of my dog, and he is the red American Staffordshire Terrier, and he looks absolutely stoked! When Mia, the walker, dropped him off, he waited by the door wanting to go on another adventure with his friends. Thank you so much for allowing my dog to have safe socialization with other dogs and providing this awesome service. I will certainly use this company again!!
Our kids, Harper and Willie, love Katie and Paw Play Date! We have used many Paw Play Date services, Hike and Trail Adventures, Special off-leash adventures (splash and swim is one of Harper’s favorites!), Outdoor education-Hike and Train and highly recommend them for their quality pet care. Katie and her staff are great to work with; They are all professional, kind, caring and very attentive to your pet’s needs. Our kids have so much fun getting to explore, go out on new adventures with the Paw Play Date pack. They get so excited to see them when they come to pick them up and return always happy and exhausted. Go check them out!
Katie and her staff were key to help us socialize and train our very loving yet over active and leash aggressive Belgian Malinois rescue pup, Lupa. Our then 3 year old Lupa had been surrendered twice before we adopted her and we were not going to allow her to experience abandonment a 3rd time. Katie and her staff really took the time to engage and understand Lupa to help us train her to respond to voice recall consistently and to enjoy hikes and walks on busy trails safely. Lupa enjoys the socialization with the paw play-date pack. She returns from her play dates happy and ready for a nap after getting the exercise and stimulation she needs. Highly recommend Katie and her Paw-Play-Date crew to any family who is looking to give their furry family member extra care, training, stimulating exercise and socialization .
Paw Play Date were so loving and caring for my old English Bulldog Ziggy. I had no doubt they would take special care of my girl💜 Thanks for loving Ziggy as much as I do! …
Katie and her team are amazing, even with my stubborn 185lbs scared Great Dane. I’ve never seen him hop in anyone’s van like he does when Katie or her team arrives!
Our dogs love the Paw Play Dates. They are always treated so well and we love the picture updates!
My pups love the hikes, it wears them out so that we can have a quiet evening.
