We love Jennifer and Steve, and our cats do so too. No kidding: these two are the perfect pet sitters. This was the second time they stayed in our flat and again it was just perfect. No problems whatsoever, every few days updates on our cats with pictures and videos, a totally clean flat when we came back after nearly 4 weeks and two happy and relaxed cats. And not to forget: Jennifer again welcomed us with a wonderful dinner. Jennifer and Steve have become friends, and we highly recommend them as house and pet sitters. Eli was exceptional caring for my two dogs during this two week stay. She managed some challenging issues with the house and upset stomachs with the dogs extremely well. She kept the house organized and clean and not only cared for the dogs but entertained them and engaged with them each day. I would recommend Eli without the slightest hesitation!

Erum was a fantastic sitter to my dog, Griz! I’m always worried when I leave him, but Erum put me at ease. She asked great questions during our initial visit, which showed her thoughtfulness and professionalism. Erum sent lots of photos, and gave me updates throughout the weekend. It was clear Griz was very comfortable during the stay! She also took care to leave the house clean, even washing the bedding. We recommend Erum for all house sitting needs, and would be happy to invite her back.

Ranai was a fantastic house sitter and cat whisper. Highly recommend. We have two cats with very different personalities and both of them warmed up to Ranai quickly and ease fully. She was great about sending lots of pictures, videos and updates on both of them, all of which made us smile while we were away. In addition to her love and skill with animals, Ranai was extremely communicative, easy to coordinate with and left the house tidy and in great care. We would welcome her back anytime that she's back in the Bay!

Priscilla sent video updates every day, so I could see with my own eyes how well everything was going. And, Priscilla left my house exquisitely tidy. I'm so glad we got to know one another!

Aurora and Elie arrived before I left for my business trip. And they were super nice and we got to chat together a bit. I got updates a few times during the weekend, with a few pictures and detailed updates of how my cats were doing. My place was very clean when I came back and the kittens were happy. Nicole was a delight! She's a very experienced sitter, loved our two kitties to bits, and took care of everythng on the home front. We were off the grid for most of the sit, but came back to photos and images that showed us two blissed-out cats! We can't recommend Nicole more.

Erin was a great pet sitter who took such good care of little Chino. She was very reliable, kept us up to date with videos/pictures, looked after our home and kept it neat and tidy. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. She sent photos and video every day, which delighted us, confident that they were getting next level care. Tom was the PERFECT pet and house sitter. I went out of town for a while after my dad passed, and I had a few pet sitters bail before he came in for the rescue. He cleaned up the messes and I came home to a clean house and VERY happy babies! My two dogs LOVED him. He is extremely reliable, clean, trustworthy and was incredibly caring to my dogs.
