I can’t say enough good things about Daniel. He is organized, communicative and a really nice person. My dog Max loves when Daniel comes to sit with him. Daniel sent some great pictures of Max on hikes they went on which I appreciated as I was missing seeing the fall leaves changing (as well as missing Max!). You would be lucky to have Daniel stay with your pet! Thank you Daniel!!

Michelle was great! House was taken care of while I was away and I returned to a very clean home with happy cats. Michelle was self-sufficient. Would love to have her again. Thanks!

Karen was awesome and cared for our fur babies like they were her own! My older dog was not feeling well and she communicated about what was happening and cleaned up after her when she got sick! She is very caring and extremely reliable!

Helpful, kind, considerate! Erin listened to the details, kept my critters safe and healthy for my return. I had a full body exhale seeing how clean my space was when I returned home late last night. She even put clean sheets on my bed. An absolute delight - I hope our paths cross again!

Dave and Kathleen are fantastic sitters. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them during their stay. They took wonderful care of our pets, ensuring the dogs were walked and everyone got lots of love every day. They took great care of our house and hot tub and left the house in spectacular condition. We cannot thank them enough for staying with us and we would not hesitate having them come back for another visit.

Candice is truly one of the best! She’s communicative, sends sweet photos of our kitties, is clean, and I was so comfortable trusting her with our home and cats. If you are fortunate enough to have Nan and Sandy as your sitters, you will be able to fully exhale and relax on your trip. They are extremely organized, wholehearted, reliable, and thoroughly experienced. The moment they entered our home for a walk-through, our senior cat Poseidon instantly felt comfortable. They were wonderful about sending daily pictures, often with a dash of humor, and they even created a new cat toy for him, which continues to be a wild success. Our home was also just as clean as when we had left, which is of course a huge bonus. I hope we’ll be able to book them again in the future.

This was the only difficult sit we have had in several years and 17 different sitters with TH. It was originally planned for 6 weeks and we always meet our sitters for an orientation and to get a "vibe". She could not meet us ahead of time. However, since she had a five star rating, we took a risk and left without waiting for her arrival which was much later than expected. By the end of the first week we were frustrated with her irregular and snarky communications. (She was often too "ill" or "tired" to give us updates on our aged kitty.) At one point we were afraid she might need medical attention since we were unable to reach her for almost 24 hours so we asked a neighbor to check on her which she found very upsetting. Later, when the neighbors complained that a man who appeared to be living out of his car was parking at different places in our neighborhood and going to our home to stay the night we'd had enough. Since we were 2000 miles away, we contacted TH and our neighbors for help and ultimately told her to leave. After our neighbors escorted her off the property we discovered the kitty box was overflowing and his fresh water dish was empty. Our closed off master bedroom was being used as a storage facility for her/their personal items. To her credit however, she did take the time to vacuum and straighten while the neighbors waited to ensure a smooth exit. A neighbor immediately changed the locks and the garage door code. A troubling experience.
