I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. Laura is incredible! For starters, she is a clear and considerate communicator who is reliable and trustworthy while setting up details for a sit in advance. From there... where do we start?! Laura (and her sister Stephanie, for a few days) took care of our cat & dog for a week-long sit. We were immediately at ease with both of them, and it was clear that they were excited to meet our pets and love them, and relaxed and comfortable in this role. They asked informed and curious questions about our pets, routines, and the surrounding area to set up a successful sit. When we departed, our dog hardly seemed to notice, because she was getting to know her new people! The snuggle-fest and hiking adventures that took place while we were gone resulted in happy pets who were calm and content. We received daily photos, which were heart warming, and assured us that dog hugs and cat exercise were taking place. Our dog is very affectionate, and Laura made sure that she received plenty of love while we were gone. Upon return, our home was spotless - tidy and clean (possibly cleaner than when we left, and we tried really hard!) We are games people, and Laura left us some of her favorite games to play (yay), and gifts for our pets, which were so fun to open when we got home. Everything was so thoughtful and kind. Laura is absolutely one of the top sitters we've ever had, and we are so grateful for her care. She went above and beyond basic home/pet care, and her compassion shines through in all of her communications and actions. She (and Stephanie) are welcome anytime, and we (Zora and Morris especially) hope they will come stay again!

Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. Not only did they get me in at the busiest time of year, but when it was brought to my attention my cat didn't have the required shots, they did not refuse me but rather helped me and they referred me to a clinic who then got us in the very next day!!! Heidi took care of my cats for a week while I was out of town. She provides truly outstanding care! My cats were in a great mood when I came back. I recently moved to the area and after trying another pet caregiver I would definitely say that Heidi has been the best for my kitty girls! Heidi is very professional; provides updates with pictures and/or videos every visit! Sometimes my cats can be a little finicky (hey they're cats) and we have to adjust something but Heidi handles every visit with ease. My girls are so relaxed when I come home from a trip because they've been well cared for! We're lucky we found her. I'd recommend her to anyone!
I use Heidi to cat-sit for my two indoor cats when I'm out of town. She is absolutely wonderful. She keeps in touch, is timely, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about my cats! Heidi is absolutely wonderful with our American Staffordshire Terrier. Heidi has taken care of our dog multiple times and I know every time that our dog will get the best care possible and be treated like a member of the family while we are away. Heidi is very good at giving updates on how my dog is doing at her home and has always made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog in her home. She is very organized. You can tell she has a great love for animals. She pays attention to the schedule we keep for our dog and replicates that in her home. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Our dog is definitely always happier & worn out after spending time with the Pet Sitters team. They do an excellent job understanding each dog's habits, personality, and what works best. We had a difficult dog prior to Trident, and I was so impressed with their procedures to handle him. I don't think there's any challenges they couldn't overcome. It's best to be ready to answer a number of thoughtful questions (we completed ours in essay format) before your first stay.
We have been boarding our 2 dogs with them for the last 2 years (ranging from a couple of days to 2 weeks). The best boarding services we found in the area. The two dogs have very different personalities, and they are both very happy to go there and get the love from the people (one of them isn't a fan of strangers but she doesn't hesitate to jump off the car and go say hello to whoever is coming to get her in). We are able to leave and travel knowing the dogs will be well cared for.
Our dogs stayed with the Petsitters for a week. The staff were so responsive, easily accessible, and took the time to really know our dogs and find different activities to match their different personalities. We got regular updates on how they both were doing and it made our trip all the more enjoyable to know our pups were safe and well cared for. Would highly recommend!

The best boarding, day boarding, and home services we have ever used for our dog Mia. Mia looked forward to her weekly walks with Lori and it greatly help her anxiety during the day. We boarded Mia many times here and every time we were so grateful for their care. Mia isn’t the easiest dog to board but they always tried to fit her in and make her comfortable. She came to our home to meet our pup on her turf and intern gave us a tour of her top notch facility. It was warm, fun and most of all clean! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Had to leave our dog at home for 1.5 weeks, twice, and we didn't want to board her. This company took care of our dog, watered plants, took in our mail, circulates the lights in your house so it seems someone is home and they even had to shovel our stairs when it snowed. This is a great company and I will be using them again and again. I believe all of their staff has first aid training, if not being vet techs, so we didn't have to worry if there was an emergency. Prices are reasonable for what you are getting. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I was able to book with relatively short notice. The staff was kind and quick to respond to my emails. I appreciate the extended hours they offer to pick up and drop off your dog. Other places I’ve used only offer small windows of time especially on Sunday. They took wonderful care of my 10 year old husky and gave him his medications during his stay. Every time I was in the kennel area it was spotless! Such a great clean facility. Not too expensive and I love that it’s a local business! Will definitely board my dog here again. 10/10 would recommend.

Very wonder experiences times two. I was significantly injured and was unable to take my 2 girls out for a couple of days. Not only were they responsive to my call, the greatest kindness was extended that they picked up my dogs! I live only down the street but they didn’t have to do this but the did! I am forever grateful to them for this.
