We were gone for almost 2 months, so this was a long sit. He took care of our two cats and dog. Charlie sent us TONS of updates and photos and the animals always looked happy and well cared for. He left the house tidy and promptly brought up any concerns regarding the animals or household issues. We had a little health scare with one of the cats while we Charlie was there, and he handled the situation perfectly - he told us about it right away and brought the cat to the vet. Crazy dog couple, who also love cats!
Nathan and Linda are wonderful. You can tell they truly care about and love the animals they take care of, even if it’s for a short period of time. The house looked untouched and they kept everything very cleans. My pups were super happy & content boys. Shortly after their stay, one of my dogs had a medical emergency (nothing related to their care) and they were able to provide a very detailed history of his behavior and habits while we were away in a super timely manner. I would 100% trust them to care for your precious babies.

Hannah and Noel were great at looking after Orwell while we were away. We were away for 2 weeks, and over that time, we were filled with confidence that they could take care of anything that may arise at the house. Orwell had recently had a minor op, and they administered medication alongside his normal routine. We also had regular updates while we were away. Hannah and Noel also had to deal with an emergency locksmith situation due to a broken lock. We are really grateful they got this sorted while we were away without bothering us on our holiday. This was our first time using a house sitter and I think we have been spoiled. Norm and Nancy sat our place and animals, (4 dogs, 4 ducks, and 7 rabbits) During and arctic freeze and several heavy snowstorms. They took excellent care of our animals and home despite the severe winter conditions. They have a very professional approach and left our house as we left it if not better. Our Dogs missed them after they left and while we were away we enjoyed Nancy's daily blog about our animals. It gave us peace of mind knowing that our animals were being taking care of the way we would. Nancy, being a nurse practitioner, took special care of our old dog that required medicine and special treatment. We were nervous about leaving him until we met Norm and Nancy. We are interested in house sitting someday and they are perfect role models to follow.

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

Not only did they get me in at the busiest time of year, but when it was brought to my attention my cat didn't have the required shots, they did not refuse me but rather helped me and they referred me to a clinic who then got us in the very next day!!! Heidi took care of my cats for a week while I was out of town. She provides truly outstanding care! My cats were in a great mood when I came back. One of them is really shy and she managed to get along with him. She sent frequent updates, including videos and pictures. I will certainly ask Heidi to care for my cats again when I travel. I recently moved to the area and after trying another pet caregiver I would definitely say that Heidi has been the best for my kitty girls! Heidi is very professional; provides updates with pictures and/or videos every visit! Sometimes my cats can be a little finicky (hey they're cats) and we have to adjust something but Heidi handles every visit with ease. My girls are so relaxed when I come home from a trip because they've been well cared for! We're lucky we found her. I'd recommend her to anyone!
I use Heidi to cat-sit for my two indoor cats when I'm out of town. She is absolutely wonderful. She keeps in touch, is timely, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about my cats! Heidi is absolutely wonderful with our American Staffordshire Terrier. Heidi has taken care of our dog multiple times and I know every time that our dog will get the best care possible and be treated like a member of the family while we are away. Heidi is very good at giving updates on how my dog is doing at her home and has always made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog in her home. She is very organized. You can tell she has a great love for animals. She pays attention to the schedule we keep for our dog and replicates that in her home. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Our dog is definitely always happier & worn out after spending time with the Pet Sitters team. They do an excellent job understanding each dog's habits, personality, and what works best. We had a difficult dog prior to Trident, and I was so impressed with their procedures to handle him. I don't think there's any challenges they couldn't overcome. It's best to be ready to answer a number of thoughtful questions (we completed ours in essay format) before your first stay.
We have been boarding our 2 dogs with them for the last 2 years (ranging from a couple of days to 2 weeks). The best boarding services we found in the area. The two dogs have very different personalities, and they are both very happy to go there and get the love from the people (one of them isn't a fan of strangers but she doesn't hesitate to jump off the car and go say hello to whoever is coming to get her in). We are able to leave and travel knowing the dogs will be well cared for.
Our dogs stayed with the Petsitters for a week. The staff were so responsive, easily accessible, and took the time to really know our dogs and find different activities to match their different personalities. We got regular updates on how they both were doing and it made our trip all the more enjoyable to know our pups were safe and well cared for. Would highly recommend!

The best boarding, day boarding, and home services we have ever used for our dog Mia. Mia looked forward to her weekly walks with Lori and it greatly help her anxiety during the day. We boarded Mia many times here and every time we were so grateful for their care. Mia isn’t the easiest dog to board but they always tried to fit her in and make her comfortable. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Had to leave our dog at home for 1.5 weeks, twice, and we didn't want to board her. This company took care of our dog, watered plants, took in our mail, circulates the lights in your house so it seems someone is home and they even had to shovel our stairs when it snowed. This is a great company and I will be using them again and again. I believe all of their staff has first aid training, if not being vet techs, so we didn't have to worry if there was an emergency. Prices are reasonable for what you are getting. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I was able to book with relatively short notice. The staff was kind and quick to respond to my emails. I appreciate the extended hours they offer to pick up and drop off your dog. Other places I’ve used only offer small windows of time especially on Sunday. They took wonderful care of my 10 year old husky and gave him his medications during his stay. Every time I was in the kennel area it was spotless! Such a great clean facility. Not too expensive and I love that it’s a local business! Will definitely board my dog here again. 10/10 would recommend.

Very wonder experiences times two. I was significantly injured and was unable to take my 2 girls out for a couple of days. Not only were they responsive to my call, the greatest kindness was extended that they picked up my dogs! I live only down the street but they didn’t have to do this but the did! I am forever grateful to them for this.
