Jenny organised her diary to accommodate me and did everything with a warm, generous heart. Archie had a stomach upset for a couple of days, so Jenny cooked chicken until my little boy was better. I'm delighted to have met Jenny. She went above and beyond.

This was the second time Aunt Edina and Uncle Casemiro came to visit, and we’re SO delighted they agreed to come back! As soon as they arrived our gang rushed out to greet them, they definitely remembered them from a previous visit and were over the moon to see them again! We left knowing we had nothing to worry about and that everything was in the best hands possible. Our travel times were tight, so we didn’t get to spend as much time handing over as we would have liked, but we were also 100% confident that our house and babies were in good hands. We’ve had one very poorly doggie awaiting surgery, and they handled him beautifully including medication and vet visits. It's only because we knew we could totally trust them that we didn't cancel the holiday completely - that's how much confidence we have in them. I have to say that Edina and Casemiro have become friends for us, they’re just two beautiful people and we really look forward to getting to know them more and nurturing a lasting friendship!

This was the first time we have used Zeewoi and I am very pleased to state that Gina was everything we had hoped. She looked after our dog Zephy with great care and warmth and I am sure he missed her after our two week holiday had finished. Gina also totally looked after our house and garden and even watered our children's many plants and cooked for us a lovely meal on our return, both of course totally not expected. We can only say very positive things and hope to see Gina again in 2025, if she wishes to house/pet sit for us.

We really could not have been more happy to have Sona come take care of Margot and our flat this summer. Sona was so easy to communicate with and so responsible. Not only was she just a kind and organized person, but she has clearly done this before and knows how to put pet owners at ease. She sent lots of photos of a variety of adventures she took with Margot and we knew she would be responsive if we ever needed to be in touch. Our flat was so clean and welcoming when we returned! It was very easy to plan with her and Margot absolutely adored her. We would be thrilled to have her back at any time! We fully recommend her.

Early retired couple wishing to make new (feline) friends all over the world
Irene and Mark were excellent house sitters for our cat Wazzy and our 3 guinea pigs when we were away for 2 weeks. They love cats and so gave Wazzy all the attention and love he wanted and took great care of him. They mentioned they had never looked after guinea pigs before, but listened to everything we told them about their care and did an amazing job, even cleaning their cage multiple times. They were very reliable and kept us up to date every day with how the pets were doing with pictures and updates which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax whilst we were away knowing our pets were in good hands. Irene and Mark were very lovely and kind and went above and beyond in looking after our home, our pets and in helping us.

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Purrelli doesn’t eat when he is stressed so seeing a little meat on him let me know he was content and happy :) My condo was left clean and in order, all communications were smooth and there was zero issues. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.
