Third sit for us from Craig and Lesley. Like the previous two, the sit was straightforward from organising the sit, to arrival and right through the sit until we came home. We were kept updated throughout and when one of our cats unusually stayed out all night, they kept looking for her until she showed up again which really put our minds at rest. Emma took excellent care of our dog and home while we were away. She communicated well in the lead up and during her stay, sending reassuring updates and lovely photos. Emma was flexible around arrival and departure time which was very much appreciated as we were travelling with a young baby. As soon as Emma entered our house she was fussing our dog and putting her at ease which was lovely to see. Emma clearly has a love of animals and we returned home to a very happy and relaxed dog. Linda & Tony were fabulous dogsitters and Tilly was very sad to see them go. They looked after the house and car immaculately and even cooked us a meal for when we returned. From the initial contact, through our video chats, our WhatsApp contacts prior to the sit, our 24 hr handover and then during the sit itself when for me the contact and updates from home were just right, Rose & Michael fully met and exceeded my expectations. Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

You can tell that a Kennels is good to your dog when you come to pick them up after a stay and they are affectionate to the staff. Left dog here for a day to attend our wedding at Loch Lomond and couldn’t be happier. Dog ate all his food which is a good sign he wasn’t stressed out too.
Very good and reliable staff on Sunday very pleasant. The kennels are very clean and both my dog's are very happy with there stay so big thumbs up and would highly recommend them. P.S the bill was not to heavy.
My dog loves this kennel. She is a very hyper 3 year old staffy and they are great with her she leaves here very happy! Always my first choice for Bella definitely highly recommended 10/10
First time being away from our dogs never mind putting them into Boarding kennels and we are happy to use Glendale kennels again..When we went to pick our dogs up they were running between us and the worker not able to make their mind up who to go with.. so we thought that was a good sign that they were being treated good when we were away and plan on using them again.

The fun she has with the other dogs makes her so happy and always tired out at the end of the day. We have used Doggy Carers for boarding on several occasions and its just like home from home for Roxy. A clean, safe, fun environment for dogs to have some great times and be looked after just as they would be at home.
I use Doggy Carers every day to walk and look after my dog while I work. He waits patiently at the window and is so excited to be picked up. He absolutely loves his time with the other dogs. The team are friendly, professional and great with the dogs. Highly recommend this service.
Boarded our 2 dogs for the first time when we recently went on a cruise.Very professional set up, dogs were introduced gradually to detect any signs of aggression. Videos were posted on Facebook daily so we could see them on their walks which they thoroughly enjoyed. Dogs appeared to have a great couple of weeks socialising with their doggy friends.

We have used Gio for over 6 years now and not only is he reliable, professional and experienced in what he does but he is also so passionate about the dogs. He has such a lovely relationship with them all and our big guy absolutely loves him. They have a special bond as he walked him from a puppy. Gio has a lot of experience when it comes to training and the recall on our dog was so much better after a couple of walks. Highly recommended.
5 stars is honestly not enough. Gio is super. Really professional, reliable and literally treats your dog like his own. He is so genuinely invested in the love, care and welfare of all his dogs. He walked our Vizsla from 4 months to just over a year (we moved out of area after this) and he really helped with his training over those tricky puppy and teenage months! You're not just getting a dog walker here - Gio always gave feedback and training suggestions too so we could holistically cater to our boy's needs depending on his development. He was also wrecked after his pack walks, which is saying a lot for a wildly energetic Vizsla!

Gio has walked my dog since she was a puppy. She just loves her walks and has so much fun with her doggie pals. My pup is quite nervous generally, however when she sees Gio and her pals she gains her confidence and has the best time. Gio has such an amazing way with the dogs he walks, people often think she’s his dog on walks such is the bond they have my Molly is beside herself when she sees him or hears the van ! Trina has been looking after my two 'boys' Alfie & Teddy for almost two years for both weekly walking and boarding during holidays. The dogs absolutely love Trina and get so excited when I mention her name and rush out the door when she comes to pick them up. My dogs are like my children and Trina treats them like that too and I can totally trust her to look after them. She is totally reliable, always accommodates last minutes requests for me and is great value especially having two dogs. The walks are varied and it's great for them out walking with other dogs. I'd highly recommend Trina if you're looking for someone to look after your dog. She's the best!
Trina from It’s a Dogs Life has been walking my dog for over 2 years now (since a puppy). I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her. Trina is professional & extremely accommodating and my dog absolutely loves his walks with her and the other pack dogs. She considers the dog’s confidence and behaviour before joining them into the most appropriate pack walk. What I also love, are the photos & videos she takes when on her walks so we as owners can see what our fur babies have been up to. Trina had been taking my dog for puppy club and now group walks this year. It has been great for his socialisation skills whilst he's still a puppy and young dog and he really enjoys it. He gets really excited when I mention her name and will wait at the door when he knows she's coming to take him out. I trust trina to look after him just as I would as she treats him as her own. Trina has been taking my staffy Luna for walks and boarding from summer 2019. Trina has helped us out with boarding and walks during some tricky times, often last minute too so she's been a god send at times. Luna absolutely loves going out on her pack walks, she loves it so much that when she hears Trina's van outside she goes crazy. Luna always arrives back from boarding knackered (which is lovely) I feel at complete ease leaving Luna with Trina overnight as she is spoiled and pampered just like at home. I highly recommend It's a Dogs Life for walking and boarding services, Trina is a gem.
We have used the services of Its a dogs life since June / July of this year, I can honestly say its the best thing we have done for our dog. He is really well looked after by Trina and gets some amazing walks / socialisation with other dogs. Trina treats Jura like her own dog and even on the most trying of days with Jura he still gets a cuddle. I trust her completely and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dog walker.
My cockerpoo Clio has been going to daycare with Trina and Greg for a couple of months now and she loves it! It has also really helped with her separation anxiety so that's an unexpected bonus.

I engaged Mo to cat sit so long ago it was in a time pre Covid! It was obvious from the start her passion for cats and empathy for their owners. The feeling was mutual. The first time she cat sat she sent a pic of Felix on her chest. One of the last times she looked after them she spotted blood in the litter tray so inspected the cat and made an extra visit later to check there wasn't any more. I recommended her to a friend and she performed cat sitting duties and helped my mate out when a stray cat she fed was sick and later sadly passed away. Not technically part of the service. I should have written a review before now. Today personified her love for animals and care for owners when she helped me in a really compassionate way when my cat had just been run over. She was mid dog walking service but did not hesitate to take control, drove me to a vet and assured me he was unconscious and blissfully unaware which is what every owner needs to hear when their animal is dying. She even swept me up and took me home afterwards. All the while making sure the dogs were still getting what they needed. Like some of the other reviews have said I can't recommend highly enough for authentic client and animal focused service. If I could give 10 stars I would and hope to use her services again some day. Mo and Reno have looked after Willow for 2.5 years for daily walks, daycare and overnights when I have had to travel for work. Willow loved being part of the pack and always returned mud free, well exercised and happy! Their care and love for the animals they care for is clear. They are reliable and never let me or Willow down and I was very sad to have to separate Willow from the pack when we had to move from Scotland. I cannot recommend them enough and you should have no hesitation is trusting your pets, of any size to their care. This is a Completely positive review of Tails and Adventures! Their attitude to humans is totally professional and their attitude to the animals extremely kind and caring. We felt very safe to hand our pets (and the keys of our home) over - really appreciated the sensible questions (where's the pet carrier if there's an emergency etc) which put us at ease before we left and then appreciated the updates while we were away. Our cats brought a mouse home while we were away which shows how much they loved their new babysitter and it was dealt with easily and with an appropriate level of humour. When we got back all three cats were relaxed and had clearly been well looked after. Highly recommended if you need a pet-sitter while you are away. The only drawback is I'm not sure the cats missed us.
Mo and Reno have looked after Bella since we first adopted her. She absolutely loves her walks and we are so grateful that she's well looked after and cared for when she's out with Tails & Adventures. Wouldn't feel comfortable leaving her with anyone else.
Our dog, Peggy, has been going on weekly walks with Mo & Reno since she was a puppy - I think it's the highlight of her week! They take her on lovely and safe walks where she can run around happily with the other dogs. We're very thankful we came across Tails & Adventures as they provide such a fantastic service and are very trustworthy & reliable people.
Mo and Reno have looked after Holly for a number of years now and I can't recommend them highly enough. They have a great bond with her which is clear by the crazy welcome she gives them every day when they arrive to take her out! She always comes home from her walks tired, happy and content. This Dog Walking and Day Care business has recently changed ownership. I can't make any comment to the last owners as I never used the service. I have now used the service twice. I was initially filled with trepidation at the thought of leaving my 3 girls, esp Ruby with someone they didn't know. I needn't have worried, they were happy, happy, happy to be with Alan and I was absolutely delighted with the service he provided. If o could award more than 5 stars, I would. Without a doubt the best cattery I've ever used. Had my cat in a few which I was never that keen on and then I found Rowan Tree and wow, just lovely, rural, secure and so welcoming. My cat loved it and Anne and Jimmy are fantastic you get a great warm welcome from them and can tell that they just love and care for your cat in the way you would hope when ure not there. Fantastic
Put my cat in here for a week and was nervous as I had never left him before. Anne is wonderful, clearly loves cats and looked after him so well. The cattery is lovely clean and tidy and I will be definitely using the cattery again. Five stars!

First time I've ever used a cattery so a bit nervous. Absolutely no need. Anne is lovely, the cattery is clean and perfect size units. My 2 girls settled well and have been fine since they came home, not stressed or upset. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thanks Anne!!
