Alyssa and Natisha have been walking my dog regularly since I moved here. Between 24 hour call shifts and switching between nights and days, they have worked above and beyond to accommodate for my hectic schedule. Even when asking for help with less than 24 hours notice, they always seem to pull through and show up for Koda. They are both so caring and so reliable. Even when I am away from home for longer than I'd like, I have no concerns or hesitations about Koda because I know she's in excellent hands. They have developed a relationship with my dog, and they are essentially family to her. I couldn't more highly recommend Alyssa and Natisha. Took excellent care of our dog Norbert. Sent daily updates with info on how Norbert was doing, really put us at ease that he was being well cared for. Highly recommend and would definitely use them for future dog sitting needs.

We've never used a pet sitter before but Robin was fantastic! She went out of her way to make time for us for an otherwise busy fourth of July week and worked with us on our preferred schedule. Our two cats can be a lot of work but Robin left us incredibly detailed messages of all she did, took lots of pictures, and even let us know we were almost out of something so we could pick it up before returning home! We're so thankful we can leave our pets without worry!

What a wonderful experience- Robin is amazing and after this week I think my cat might like her more than me! I was nervous to leave Juniper alone for so long but after the first update I knew there would be no issues. Robin made sure to send in depth notes about each visit and lots of photos (which always made my day). I’ve never come home from a trip away without June being sort of grumpy at me but this time she was relaxed and very happy, like we hadn’t left at all. I should also mention that the set up process was a breeze and we had a meet and greet beforehand just to get everyone acquainted. I can’t recccomend Robin and Pure Love enough!!

We have been using Pure Love Pet Sitting for the past two years and I can honestly say that our vacations and work trips are more relaxing knowing our pets are in good hands. Robin is the best! I have a senior dog with some behavior quirks and Robin worked with me to make sure my dog was comfortable with her before sitting for my 3 day trip. This was the first time I have tried in-home sitting and it was a great success! Robin is calm, confident and loving with my dog, which I think makes a huge difference in my dog being comfortable with her. All of my instructions were followed to a T. I received a detailed written report with pictures after every visit. I loved seeing the pictures of my dog playing and snuggling with Robin; happy as a clam at home vs stressed at a kennel. Robin is a cat whisperer! My cat is afraid of everyone….except Robin. He actually greets her at the door when she comes to feed him and lets her pet him. This was the best experience I’ve had with a pet sitter! My cats are messy eaters and worse with the litter box. Robin is amazing at cleaning up everything!! She communicates all details and sends great pictures!! I felt so relaxed knowing my cats were in great care! I would high recommend Pure Love Pet Sitting!

Robin and Jeremy are absolutely the best. Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you are in need of pet sitting. One of our pups was diagnosed with pancreatitis prior to leaving town. With the meds and strict food intake, and the idea of boarding them we almost canceled our trip. Instead, I reached out to the Pure love team and they scheduled a meet and greet to meet the dogs and come up with a scheduled plan. They exceeded our expectations and we will be a forever customer. The dogs loved Jeremy and he sent us updates and photos through the affiliate app they use. It's easy to access and message for updates and questions. We were fortunate to have such a kind and caring person as Jeremy taking care of our cat (Winslow) while we were away. Jeremy went the extra mile during each visit, including vacuuming around the litter box after scooping it out and cleaning up where he saw that Winslow had thrown up. My wife keeps marveling at how clean our house was when we returned! Jeremy also sent us lots of wonderful pictures of Winslow each day, including the three that are posted. It was clear from the pictures that Winslow was very comfortable with Jeremy and was enjoying his usual routines of drinking from the faucet and getting lots of attention. Jeremy may have taken better care of Winslow than we do! I’m sure Winslow is looking forward to the next time we leave town so that he can be completely spoiled again. We felt very comfortable with Pure Love Pet Sitting taking care of our cat and our house while we were away and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!

Robin is amazing!!! I reached out to her last minute within days of our trip and she was able to squeeze us in her schedule no problem. The app she uses to schedule the visits is easy to use and leaves no room for confusion. She went above and beyond during her visits, sent us a bunch of pictures and details of what the visit included. I love how detail oriented she is, she not only took care of our dog but made sure our home was safe too. We knew our dog was in good hands and we were able to relax and enjoy our trip 100%. I recently used Best In Show Pet Sitting to watch our two kitties while my family was traveling for a week, and it was such a great experience. When your cats don't look excited to see you when you get home from vacation, then you know they like the Pet sitter! I have 2 older cats, 15 and 17, both on medication. Hillary was great! Her online scheduling system used to set up meet-and-greets/visitations is convenient and easy to use. The daily pictures and videos that she sent of my cat melted my heart. I will definitely be going to Hillary for pet sitting in the future.

I used Faithful Friends for a weeklong cruise trip. I’m always nervous to leave my dog and cat behind when going on vacation but after initial conversations I knew that Faithful Friends is prepared and has my pets happiness and health in mind. We set up a little meet and greet before our trip to go over everything and was very happy with Julia. She had a lot of experience and our dog and cat were immediately comfortable with her. I knew they would be in good hands with her. During the cruise we received updates after every visit. Including lots of pictures and descriptions on how they were doing. I have an elderly dog who has never been kenneled and was I searching for a way to keep her in her normal environment during a 3 day absence. Julie and the team were outstanding. Great communication. We felt really good going out of the country just after meeting Julie and our sitter, who, by the way, did an excellent job handling our bully breed (Rott). Daily check-ins with a lot of photos. The photos were not necessary every day but I am sure there are some who would like that. Maybe every other just to save yourselves a lot of labor and effort, but it was appreciated.

I was in desperate need of their services. They were able to find care for my dog within a few hours. Easy to work with, and kind. Making payment is easy and they also leave a journal so you will be at ease and with pictures of your pet! They exceeded all of my expectations!

Wow, where to start and what to say about our incredible experience with Kate's for our kitty-care... Let's start with our two spoiled princesses, Mimi and Dora, one inside and one outside that we dote-on daily. As we had planned to fly out of town, their care was a huge stress-point for us, and we researched a service for weeks. Add to that is the home-security factor as well. Having Kate's team being so experienced, and secured, we've found that not only peace-of-mind, but an invaluable part of our support system for our kitty-girls. However, even more than that, is the incredible and amazing care and attention to detail they brought to the service, and... AND... connected us with Michelle who unbelieveably bonded instantly with our ultra spoiled indoor kitty Mimi (who warms up to noone). Not only did Mimi bond with her, she loved Michelle's coming over! We have the camera footage, plus Michelle's awesome daily photo's and video's too! It's almost impossible to convey our appreciation and happy stun-factor, but EPIC is probably the best word! 5 Platinum Stars Incredible!!!!!

We absolutely love Kate’s Critter Care. We’ve used them a few times now and they really give us peace of mind when leaving our 3 cats alone at home. We would like to give a shoutout to our most recent caregiver Jane, who responded extremely quickly for an emergency visit after we realized one of our cats was stuck behind our refrigerator (seriously, cats are troublesome as they are cute). It was after 8pm, but Jane was at our house in 10 minutes and with the help of some neighbors, our kitty was freed. Honestly, don’t know what we would have done without her!!

I hate leaving my dog, but Kate's Critter Care made it so much easier! Beth was amazing! She provided updates throughout the visit and so many adorable pictures of my dog. My dog is high anxiety, and Beth really took the time to work with her and get her trust. Our flight got delayed, and I texted Beth and she was able to add another visit on super short notice to check on my dog. Highly recommend!

We've been using Kate's Critter Care for a couple years now, and it gives us so much peace of mind. Mariana is a magical human that has completely won over our kitties. She is the only other person besides us that one of our cats will come out of hiding to spend time with. The sliding scale has also been helpful so we can adjust our rate a bit based on where we're at in life while still receiving such great care for our boys. While Mariana is our regular sitter and pretty much another family member to us at this point, we have also always received great care from the other folks with Kate's Critter Care (including some special on-call cat sitting when I went into labor!).

Kate's Critter Care is incredible. We have been using them for about five years to come to our house and watch our cats when we go out of town. I never write reviews but I have to express my infinite gratitude and appreciation for Kate’s Critter Care. I had a business trip scheduled, and then plans suddenly changed when a death occurred in the family unexpectedly. I was able to add and change services almost overnight, and my petsitter, Mariana, has been so excellent with my girls (they might like her more than me by the time I come back!). I feel so much more at ease knowing someone can look after my cats in another state while I try to figure things out. Thank you to everyone at Kate’s!! We had recently moved to Durham when we needed a weekend pet sitter. Setting up the pet services with Kate's Critter Care was very easy and meeting with Rachel was great as she was very warm and caring. She stayed with our dog for the weekend and helped relieve both our anxiety and his when we had to leave him behind to go on vacation. Kate's Critter Care offers great service and has taken great care of our 2 cats while we are away! Whether it is a long weekend away, or a two week vacation we can always rely on receiving a daily update. We are always able to book a sitter, even when we wait until the last minute. Although I recommend booking in advance, especially around the holidays to get the sitter of your choice. We have 3 sitters in rotation now and all of them have been wonderful to work with. MoPups NC has been such a great daycare for our new puppy, Elmer. With two working dog parents it’s great for him to be able to play with the MoPups dogs! They always send us updates on how our puppy is doing during the day, usually with cute pictures! Our pup loves going to daycare here and loves all of the dog friends he’s made along the way!

Our dog absolutely love MoPups! We've been using their services since she was 8 weeks and she is now 2.5 years old. A sorry excuse for a business. They kicked my dog out of daycare with 0 days notice because she was too energetic and showed “no signs of slowing down” (she had been with them almost 2 years and they had voiced zero concerns about this specific concern prior)

Our pups absolutely love Maura and Bryan! They're very responsive and available. We know the pups love them because they get excited when they come to the door. They will accommodate overnight trips or stop in and send us the cutest pics to let us know they were there. I would highly recommend MoPups!

Josie did a fantastic job with dog sitting our two dogs! We got regular updates and she followed all the feeding and medicine instructions that we had for our senior dog. They got regular exercise and got to play with her pets too! We absolutely recommend and will be using these services in the future.

We have only been in the area a short while so we hadn't been able to establish a pet sitter previously and our dog takes a while to warm up to new people. Edward from Lucy's Pet Care was a godsend. He was so patient with our dog while she warmed up to him and because of his patience she was so excited to see him and play with her new friend when he came to see her every day. We got daily updates and photos and you could tell our animals were very happy and well taken care of while we were away. We will definitely be using Lucy's again. On top of the great staff, booking is easy once your account is set up, and the company really works to find the perfect staff person to meet your needs. Lucy's Pet Care provides the BEST service and care for your pets while you are away! After knowing exactly who was coming to my home, I knew that my pets were in good hands. I was very impressed with Callie, who took care of my three dogs while I was away. She gave any medication that was needed and sent me an email update along with photos of the furry ones at the end of each day. It gave me much relief knowing that my dogs were well taken care of. When I needed additional pet sitting, it was easy to get in touch with Lucy and Callie. I came home to an incredibly clean house with very happy pups there to greet me. We recently moved to the area and had to take a short trip away. We were nervous about leaving our 3 little cats in the hands of strangers, but had to do it. When I first contacted Lucy, I left a message late in the evening, thinking that she would return the call the next day. I was so wrong - she returned it within 5 minutes! :) Needless to say, this was indicative of our entire experience was with Lucy's Pet Care service. Everyone is very friendly and very efficient AND, most importantly, very caring of our pets. Our cats were well cared for, had clearly been playing and enjoying the company of Daiane, who stayed overnight. What a wonderful gift to know that your pets are loved and receiving not only the food, water and litter changes, but also the attention, fun and love they all need. We continue to use them and will likely do so in the future, because we have always received the best care from Lucy and her staff. They are simply wonderful! :)

Lucy Moore has done two overnight stays (Dinner 'til Dawn package) with our two dogs and cat at our home in recent weeks. We have been very pleased and don't have a single complaint. Before the overnight visits, Lucy came to our home, spent some time with our animals, and talked through their whole routine with us to make sure she understood their needs. She also uses a full online profile to keep detailed records on the animals and their routines and requirements. Lucy was very prompt in all communications with us. She even arrived a bit early the first night she stayed at our home. She was great about keeping us up to date on how all three of our animals were doing, sending us pictures and text messages throughout her stay. She left our home in perfect condition, brought our mail in, and left us a detailed note about her visit. Most importantly, she took loving and thoughtful care of our animals while we were out of town. Our older dog needs medication and she was diligent about providing this to him right on schedule. We feel very comfortable having Lucy as a guest in our home. She is an excellent and trustworthy care giver and offers very affordable services. We will unquestionably use her service again in the future, in fact we already have two additional visits scheduled in the next month. Highly recommend Lucy's Pet Care!

We are new to Durham and have just discovered Lucy's Pet Care. We were matched with Callie, who recently took care of our two kitties while we were out of town for 4 days. The service was highly professional and well thought out. They went way beyond what we had expected when we first started looking for a pet care service. Callie came to our house prior to our leaving at no extra charge to meet our cats and to discuss their routines. We got daily texts- and pictures!- about how they were doing. Extras like bringing in mail, turning lights on/off, etc. were no extra charge. Both Lucy and Callie were delightful and I would highly recommend the service.

My wife and I were headed out of town and our house sitter backed out on us last minute. We googled “local Pet Sitting” and called 4 Paws and several others. Well let’s just say “these guys ROCKED!!” They responded quickly and were sympathetic. They sent someone out immediately to do a “meet and greet” with us and our dog. We were able to have them come 3 times a day while we were out of town and our dog did well remaining in the comfort of his own home.
