Didn't get to meet Bob but seems to be a nice chap! Left the house clean and tidy and updated me about Gwyn if I needed him to. Gwyn did go missing to our old house whilst we were away, but she had done this on lead up to Bob's stay, hence us getting someone to sit just for few days (usually she'd be fine without sitter) but Bob helped go look for her. Favourite thing about Bob is he's an eco friendly traveller, so we're all supportive of that!

Marielle and Blanche are a guarantee. It was not the first time we had them and we cannot thank them enough again. They are very respectful, responsible and reliable sitters. Mila, despite her shyness, felt so relaxed and at ease that she was even laying down with M&B on the sofa, asking for caresses and being brushed. All this was documented with pictures and videos. Marielle has definitely an extra touch with animals and this helps a lot especially if you have shy mates. Our apartment was left perfectly clean, tidy and all the laundry done. Recommended 100%. Tamzin and Dan were great house sitters. Tamzin had an unexpected death in the family so she had to return to the UK early, but Dan was able to stay until we were able to find someone else so that he could also return to the UK to support Tamzin. Dan was more than willing to stay until we returned (which was only two more days) but we were very willing to work out other care for that short period of time. They were very communicative with us throughout this process which we greatly appreciated. We would welcome them back anytime.

My husband, Sugar, and I were so thrilled with Kay’s sit. She took excellent care of Sugar (who isn’t always the most straightforward dog!), sent us plenty of photos/videos, and communicated very well with us before & during the sit. Additionally, she took excellent care of our apartment. We came home to a very clean flat with cookies left out, cleaning supplies stocked, and a very happy dog. We can’t thank or recommend Kay enough. We feel lucky to have had a sitter like her!

Marie came to look after Bruno and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from her. She was very communicative, kind and trustworthy and I could tell that Bruno was very happy, loved and calm with her. Although I really missed Bruno I could rest assured knowing her was being well looked after. Marie left the apartment clean and fresh and I hope she felt at home here. Melanie took care of Lilli and Lulu, for a bit more than two weeks. While it was clear that Lilli and Lulu liked her and vice-versa, there were a few areas where our expectations weren’t fully met. She managed the dogs with more flexibility than I had anticipated, which resulted in them sometimes spending longer periods alone at home than I was comfortable with. Although our communication during this time wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, I appreciate her effort adjusting the path after feedbacks. I believe this experience was a good lesson learned in following guidelines, securing communication and ensuring the dogs receive the attention they are used

Tina was a wonderful pet sitter for our cats Cairo & Lua for 3 weeks. She was beyond caring, reliable and thoughtful, and even checked in with updates and regular pictures. Our cats were noticeably happy and relaxed when we returned. And she did a great job dealing with some unexpected messes from the cats. She also took the best care of our apartment and plants. Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. Not only did our pets enjoy meeting Kelly and Christopher, my husband and I enjoyed meeting them as well! They are personable and kind, organized and communicative, and most of all excellent pet sitters. Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. They went out of their way to connect with our dogs, especially Smitty, our rescue. The dogs were walked, brushed, and played with throughout the weeklong sit. They sent pics of how our fur babies were doing and truly seemed to enjoy their time with them. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Fantastic pension and daycare for dogs. I discovered them on Google, and being close to my office in Bellevue, I gave it a try one day (dropping my corgi before work, and picking him up after work). He is always happy, dirty (the dogs have a lot of space in the nature to play and run around) but happy to go back the next time. Vincent is very kind, responds quickly to all inquiries and loves dogs to bits 🥰 highly recommended!
A fantastic place, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dog creche or boarding near Geneva! My dog goes a few days every week and is always very excited to be there!

The doggie hostel is the ideal place to leave your four-legged friend for a day or vacation. Thor is always anxious when we have to leave him and barks a lot but never when we leave him at the inn. He always has a great time having fun with the other residents. We can only recommend
The Auberge Des Toutous is easily accessible, whether by public transport or by car. Reservations are made directly via the online calendar, dogs spend their days freely in the garden and have room to play/rest. It is a hostel on a human scale and above all, run by Vincent, who deeply loves dogs. Our Paddy, recovered from the SPA, did not have an easy start to life. He is anxious in enclosed environments (cages, etc.) and needs space as well as presence. He has everything he needs at the Auberge de Toutous. Paddy is happy to go to boarding school and has plenty to exercise with his friends! Vincent also takes the time to send photos and videos, which is very thoughtful of him! We highly recommend this hostel!
The doggie hostel is the ideal place for my beagle! As soon as he arrives in the alley that leads to the hostel, he is already excited at the idea of meeting his friends, and its wide open spaces where he can fully exercise. Vincent devotes a lot of time to the animals he cares for and regularly gives us news accompanied by photos! I can only recommend this pension 100%! My beagle is already looking forward to the next vacation!
I left my two dogs for almost three weeks at the doggie hostel. They were cuddled, pampered, walked there and I picked them up in great shape. Vincent loves dogs, spends a lot of time with them and makes sure everything is going well medically and emotionally. I will entrust my dogs to him again without any hesitation.
We discovered the Auberge des toutous a month ago and since then our dog has spent one day a week there. It’s not just a boarding house, it’s a place where you immediately feel that the doggies are at home and, above all, loved. The location, the welcome, the flexibility but also the rigor necessary for the safety of our faithful companions... all the ingredients are there for their well-being and for our serenity. I highly recommend.
First boarding experience for my 2 year old dog and for me. Rasta is extremely attached and Vincent was able to reassure him and stay by his side so that this day went well.
