Blake went above and beyond with Chief. Unfortunately, Chief got very ill during Blake's stay and she provided me ample updates, picked up medicine, and took him to the vet. Linda was great with Pongo. She sent videos and pictures to update me of how he was warming up to her. The only issue was that she confirmed that she could stay at the sit until I arrived back in the evening but 2 days before I was supposed to come back told me she had to leave in the early hours of the morning which meant that pongo would have been alone for 12+ hours. I had to scramble to change travel plans, ask a friend to come let him out as I still wouldn’t have been able to be back in time. It was very inconvenient and a shame because I really thought she was doing a great job. She left the apt as I left it. Overall great.

Francine took care of our 2 Labradors for 2 weeks over the end of year holidays. She was accompanied by her grown-up son Valentin. I had made a point of meeting Francine a few weeks beforehand for a coffee so we would know each other by the time she came to our home. Francine will agree herself that she is quite a character but we got on quite well even though we come from very different worlds. She was very appreciative of our home and our swiss way of life which is always nice to hear. Francine took good care of our dogs who were in good shape when we got home. It was very clear that they had been well taken care of. She also kept us updated on a daily basis on how things were going which was appreciated. We did have our operational complications such as the dogs escaping the house once and issues with one of the dogs being ill in the house for a few days but we worked the issues out and things were ok in the end. Thank you Francine and all the best for the future.

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. I am very happy and satisfied with Emilie’s services. I left him looking after my 8 year old French bulldog for almost a month. There was a pre-visit to his home first to study his behavior in the presence of cats in order to find out if cohabitation could be done easily, and everything went very well. From our first contact, she was able to reassure me and organize a prior meeting, which allowed me to discover the environment in which my dog would live. The price is more than reasonable and the service was perfect (daily news with photos & videos, impeccable litter upon my return, any vomit is cleaned and the cats are pampered!) A friend recommended it to me and I recommend it too, Catsitters are truly cat lovers 🐱🐱

Florie is our favorite go-to dog walker! Our crazy dog Max is territorial and grumpy, and highly suspicious of everyone, but he loves Florie. She was so kind and patient in winning him over. And even invented a name for my dog for the sake of making an impression of big clients base… Decide yourself if you want to trust your fluffy friend to such a person. Florie is a qualified professional you can trust; she loves her work and the dogs she cares for. The best guarantee of quality: my dog Miumiu who is really crazy about her and who is very happy To find her every week (I no longer exist as soon as I pass the door). Finally, it is very pleasant to receive photos and videos tinged with humor of "dog dogs" living their lives without me!! A contact found by word of mouth that I also highly recommend!
Florie is passionate about animals. She is committed to doing her job well and does it perfectly. Florie was able to listen to the needs (both those of the master and those of the quadruped), she had excellent contact with the main interested party Meowington, who, let's face it, has his own little character. The short live photo and video reports are most reassuring and in the event of a problem, Florie knows how to take the lead: she was able to react very well when gastric problems arose, which she managed with responsiveness and availability. Florie takes care of the animal entrusted to her as if it were her own, and that's really great! It's a real relief to find his little companion happy so we won't hesitate to use his services again.
A huge thank you to Florie for her professionalism and kindness! She came to take care of my Charly for the first time twice during my absence, and everything went perfectly well. Charly was calm and cuddly when I returned, which is the best sign of a successful visit. But what really impressed me was that Florie came back to my house unexpectedly because I thought Charly didn't have enough kibble (I monitor her via a camera). Even though it was a false alarm on my part, Florie took the time to check, and took the opportunity to do the dishes, clean the litter box and, of course, shower Charly with kisses and cuddles.
