Pet Sitting in Gernsbach

Mel, Rolf and their son Samuel looked after our 2 dogs, 2 cats and small flock of chickens for 10 days this July. As you'll see they have many great reveiws on TH and we can only join in by saying that they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They're a very organised family, who clearly have a lot of experience of house and animal-sitting. The handover was quick and easy - much faster than is usually the case, as Mel immediately understood what was needed and didn't have to ask twice. They are great communicators and we were sent picture updates of the family out on walks with the dogs and cats. They managed Bonny, our new goofy rescue Golden Retriever, who can be a bit of a handful, without complaint. We even came home to a loaf of delicious, freshly baked bread. What more can you ask! :) Thanks Mel, Rolf and Samuel, we'd happily host you again!

Tanja is one of the best sitters we have had. She was clean, reliable, and very easy to communicate with. She sent pictures and videos of the kids regularly and left our home in perfect condition. We loved having her over and highly recommend her as a sitter!

Took great care of pet and we appreciated the receipt of a photo and confirmation of our pets wellbeing. She would be a good pet carer for anyone.

Yaline is very organized and reliable person. She asked many questions which were related to our cat: like her habits, character, favorite toys etc. This behavior gave us feeling of confidence and trust. She is also a great communicator and during our holidays gave us truthful and detailed feedback about how things are going. So we were up to date with all the affairs. Yaline is very caring, attentive and sensitive who is thinking about pet comfort and calming. The apartment had a sense of purity and was even cleaner than we left it ourselves. Highly recommend this person and hope to see her again

I don´t think that anyone could ask for better housesitters than Nathalie and Hanspeter. They are simple the best. While I was away we were in contact every day and they would send me photos of their walks and cuddles with my pets. Both are just so easygoing, uncomplicated, life loving, nature loving, animal loving, grateful and simply wonderful & lovely people. My house was spotless clean when I got back from my travels, my animals were happy and in fantastic condition and they had surprised me with the fixing of some things. Not only the animals were really sad seeing them go...it was the same for me. This was the second summer that Nathalie and Hanspeter were housesitting my home and I hope there will be many more. If sitters could get 10 stars instead of 5, these two would deserve them all.

Franziska took care of my dog Jasper during winter. She is the kind of person who radiates confidence, a personality trait that is important when handling my reactive dog. From the first moment we met I felt at ease and knew she would be an amazing housesitter. She went above and beyond to inform me about the well-being of Jasper. When I came back he was relaxed and the apartment was immaculately clean. I would welcome Franziska back without a moment of hesitation. Consider yourself lucky if she applies to housesit for you!

This is the second time we invited Anna to visit our cats and home. We were very happy after the first time and luckily she was able to come back. Anna took great care of the cats and house again. She adores cats, is curious to really get to know them, pays close attention and showers them with love. We got a lot of updates with cute photos and videos, so we had a 100% trust on our holiday that the cats were having a good time. She is easy to communicate with, very organized, took good care of the plants and left the place super clean. I will definitely recommend Anna and Philipp as your housesitters. After 2 times here I can very surely say, it will not disappoint!

Birgitta and Holger sat our house for the fourth time for 8 nights in a row. Please read our previous reviews about them as well. We are always very happy, reassured and relaxed when the two sit our house and cat. We know that everything works 100% in accordance with our ideas. They always are extremely reliable, uncomplicated and leave the house in an extremely tidy and clean condition, which we greatly appreciate. Our cat also loves them very much and is therefore always visibly happy. We thank Birgitta & Holger again from the bottom of our hearts and hope, that they come back many times.

Ulla and John did a fantastic job of looking after our elderly 15 year old collie whilst we were away. From the first contact we had I got a sense of confidence that they would put Holly first above everything else. They did a great job administering her medication and encouraging her to eat when she lost her appetite. They followed all instructions left and were very self sufficient during their stay. We got lots of photos and updates whist we were away which I really appreciated. House was left clean and tidy on our return. I would welcome them both back anytime.

Simply the best. Karin and Ben are just so caring and responsible with my cat Charley and my home. The relationship with the couple, me, Charley and my home is excellent on every front and I know I leave all in the best possible hands. Thank you Karin and Ben.
