Joyful, "Can Do," Couple Who Find Beauty Wherever We Are
Wow! Tom and Kris are such a kind, thoughtful, and responsible couple. They lovingly cared for our pets (2 dogs, 1 cat, and a bird) for a month while we were out of the country. Kris takes beautiful photos, and sent us images of our pets while we were gone. One of our dogs required special attention because of a health issue, and they took really good care of her. All of the animals were healthy and happy when we returned. Tom and Kris took excellent care of our home as well. The whole house, lawn, and garden were in great shape when we returned. I would eagerly invite Tom and Kris to stay at our house again.

MaryAnn and Gary were great! We had a bit of a bumpy start and had to make other arrangements for most of the first day but they had a lot going on so it was understandable. The things that were important to us went really well -- Oreo & Cassie were both happy and safe and we got lots of photos of the cats toward the end of the sit -- and the house was in good condition when we returned. We checked in with MaryAnn & Gary regularly and they didn't need anything so they seemed to be very self-sufficient. We had mentioned in the house guide that they didn't need to do the tedious food tracking we usually do for Oreo's oncologist but they went above & beyond and jotted down feedings anyway. This couple is very kind and will take very good care of your home and fur kids so you can focus on being present and in the moment while you're away. Our hearts go out to them for everything they had going on when the sit was happening.

Young(ish) retired couple who love new experiences and pets
Karen and Robert were absolutely exceptional house sitters! Their care for our home and our goldendoodle, Finley, was beyond our expectations. They took the time to come over beforehand to meet Finley and familiarize themselves with our home, which put us at complete ease during our trip. Upon our return, our home was immaculate, as if we had never left. They had stripped the bed, trash was taken out, dishes cleaned. None of which I had asked them to do but was so appreciative they had done so. It was also very clear that Finley was showered with love and attention. Their regular updates and photos provided us with peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our time away. We cannot recommend Karen and Robert highly enough. They are truly wonderful people and we would love to have them back again anytime they are in Denver and looking for a place to stay. Thank you both again! :)

Jeff and Cynthia are great cat and house sitters! They were really easy and fun to communicate with and highly reliable at the same time – everything went smoothly as agreed. Our two cats are rather shy, but Jeff and Cynthia quickly found a way to their hearts. It was obvious that our sitters have a very special affinity with the animals and have an impressive way with them. They regularly kept us up to date on the welfare of our furry friends, supported by photos and videos. On our return we found our flat clean and in excellent condition. We can only recommend Jeff and Cynthia and would hire them again at any time!

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well.
