Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.
Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. They had took great care of our dog and chickens and left the house and car in great shape. Plus, they’re just a really sweet young couple. We’d highly recommend them as house sitters.
Lani is an excellent Pet Sitter and housesitter. Communication was easy, our pet Cleo appreciated her loving care. We came home to a relaxed and happy cat. I would happily ask Lani to housesit again.
I have nothing but great things to say about Jill! She’s a wonderful sitter and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog and cat in her capable hands while I was out of the country. She was thorough in making sure she knew exactly what each pet needed, had excellent communication, and provided me with daily updates. I came home to a house that was even tidier and more organized than when I left and two very loved pets. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for a kind, caring, consistent pet sitter. Thank you so much Jill!!!
Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.
BriAnna was our first pet sitter and we loved her :). She made every step very simple for us, communication was great, Pastis and Anubis seemed to be very happy with her, and the house was very clean when we came back. We highly recommend BriAnna to take care of your pets and we would love to have her back!
Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter. If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!
Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. As far as caring for my house - top notch.
Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Our home was immaculate when we arrived home and the dogs and cat were super happy !! I would recommend Debra as a wonderful, responsible and reliable pet and house sitter !
Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Our fur babies home away from home! Christin is such a wonderful trainer, her pawsitivity course is great and sets everyone up for success! Their boarding isn’t just drop and kennel, they give your dogs a stay vacation.
We have been taking our puppy Oreo to comfy critters since we brought her home. She is over a year old now and Christin's training is the very best. Any dog that she meets will be learning within minutes. Oreo has been to her puppy kindergarten class learning how to interact with other dogs and not be so influenced by out side distractions. Even the very basics seemed so easy for her to learn. Her positive reinforcement training make her so much more calm even though she is still going through her puppy age. She is learning to be a service dog for my wife and seems to be much more receptive and listening to her instructions. I would recommend anyone looking for training or boarding check out comfy critters pet services. We have boarded both Oreo and my daughters dog any there several times the kennels are the very best. Always clean and each dog has personal interaction and the best care. there are several outside activity areas the indoor areas are heated and air conditioned every pet there receives this very professional care
Comfy critters is the only place we will take our dogs for training. Christin is so patient with both the animals and handlers and is always willing to help and guide you in person, through phone call or messages. She does such an amazing job on educating you on the signs your dogs are giving, and what behaviors are being reflected. We can’t say enough about how amazing everyone is. You always feel welcomed and encouraged by everyone involved.
I think our dogs loved boarding here! I was a bit nervous since they’re older and this was their first boarding experience. But it was like a vacation for them ! I loved following along & seeing their experiences shared on Facebook. 🐶 Gave me great piece of mind to see them having so much fun. Thank you Comfy Critters team!! …
Ashley did my chocolate labrador, and my German Shepherd. My Shepherd is high energy, and not a fan of having her nails done. Also, she sheds like any other GSD. Both dogs came back happy and calm. Their coats were shiny and smelled wonderful, but only if I got close and sniffed. I love that the smell was light. Nails are perfect, and, unlike some other groomers, she did NOT cut the quik on ANY of their nails. My GSD had no loose hairs. She hasn't been shedding, so I know she got a very thorough brush out. Highly recommended!!!
As my daughter watched her whole life and my grandchildren’s lives, go up in flames! She ran head first into their burning home to try and save the two members of their family, who were still trapped inside! When I was able to get to her home, it was evident that their dog named D.O.G. Who was approaching almost twenty years old, was not doing well at all! The newest member, an Irish Setter named Loki was also showing signs of smoke inhalation and coughing a ton! As I called to try to get ANY Vet in town or the surrounding area, to look at and treat these animals, as my daughter was trying to deal with the over whelming feelings of loss! I soon found that unless you have $3000 in your pocket! You can not get emergency help for your “pet.” They are family to most people who have one! The next day as the one and only emergency vet in the southwest area, announced they would need another grand to keep the one dog another day! Unfortunately my daughter lost the eldest dog! I started calling around for alternatives. Christine Benoit ended up being a god send! Not only does she have some of the best boarding kennels I have seen! But the animals she takes on, all seem to be so happy and show their joy and instant connection with Chrissy! The animals seen to instinctively be drawn to her! Not only did Loki start learning from her almost the minute we arrived. But due to her trainings and certifications. She also had the necessary skills to know that Loki still had something wrong that the emergency vet did not even seem to treat! Due to his long hair, the family had not seen that he had actually suffered a burn on one of his hind quarters and the worthless vet had not even given it basic treatment! But due to Chrissy and her training, she again saved my family from ensuring another loss!
Had the best experience with our fur baby’s! It’s a full blown dog resort!!
Amazing dog care.
