Just very nice, caring, responsible people. Usually after a pet sit normally I expect to find sheets and towels in pile for me to launder - this time they were done and put away. Laura stepped in for us on short notice after another house sitter broke their agreement and cancelled a few days before our departure. She had provided excellent care before for us, and was excellent again! Our cat was incredibly happy and lets Laura rub his belly (we can't!), and she took care of the house immaculately. She also stayed in touch with us just the right amount to ease our mind without being intrusive while we were on our trip. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. Precious Heart Pet Sitting LLC is the BEST! We have known Krissy and her family for a few years now and they are such genuine and good people . We went away for vacation this summer and needed to know our 8 year old white Shepard was in good hands so we reached out to precious hearts. I felt at ease knowing they were taking care of him. I had picture updates. Our dog was spoiled with lots of treats and love. I cannot say ENOUGH positive things about them.
