I recently had a quality of life visit for my sweet Booboo she is a chihuahua. I decided to euthanize her due to her deteriorating health. Dr. Fiddler, the assistant and Mrs. Terry were so accommodating, friendly, kind and understanding. They professionally took care of us and my sweet girl. Thank you Paws! Best doggie daycare I have ever been to! Not over crowded and each dog has their own suite to rest in. My puppy Lola is shy and had a bad experience at another daycare previous to Paws. They worked hard building her confidence. Karen is a master at picking the right dogs to play with each other. I would recommend Paws Pet Resort to all!! Cannot say enough about how good they are.❤👍👍

Our dog enjoys going to Paws Pet Resort to day care or to board. They play with all the animals inside and outside. The staff is very friendly and cater to any special needs. It is a very clean and well run place. I highly recommend!

We had a family emergency and had to leave out of town in two hours. Paws Pet Resort stepped up and took cared of our little Molly so we could be with a family and know that she was in good hands. Thank you for being so flexible and taking care of our little Molly, we missed her so much.

My Jubilee came home a happy camper after her stay at Paws Pet Resort. The camping was more like ‘glam-ping’ as overnight guest accommodations replicate a cozy home environment with cushy slipcovered sofa and/or club chair and flat screens! Staff members are professional, nice people who shared lots of love with Jubilee. Felt good leaving Jubie here after scouring reviews, meeting members of the team, and touring the facility; and, Paws Resort proved me right.

Bag of mixed feelings here. Yes, it seems like my dog did well here. I am also glad they were able to fit me in on memorial weekend just a few days prior. However, the human to human service was awful. I came in to this business with my dog and there is this lady, one of the older ladies with white hair, who appears to be the owner or manager, who at first sight just oozes passive aggressiveness. Now all people make mistakes and I did not read the part where I had to have a collar on my dog, this lady starts harping over “it’s in the contract” and in a span of 1 minute reminding me about 4 times that my dog needs a collar. If you give me a chance I’ll go back and get one, I had barely just said hello. The rest of the checkin in process was exactly the same. It seems like she treats everyone the same because even her employees stayed quiet and somewhat submissive for example when she spoke to the younger lady at the front desk.Perhaps this line of work has her thinking everyone are dogs and they must be submissive? Maybe a hammer thinks everything is a nail situation? When I came to pick up my dog, which went much better, it was only slightly dampened when I saw the [owner/manager?] I respectfully said hello, and ignored me like I wasn’t there. Someone, if you’re reading this, give this lady back her cats. I won’t be coming back until you do

I live in the suburbs of D.C, but am from the 757, so I board my "yorkie daughter" with Paws at least 3 times a year. I'm very picky about who she stays with and though the drive can be up to 3-3.5 hours each way, it is well worth it. I don't have to worry about my baby girl and can vacation in peace either internationally or domestically because I know my sweet and sometimes timid or loud Valentine is in great hands, along with my "nephew Yorkie!" I love the owner so much and the desk assistant. They are very nice people! I also love getting birthday emails for my Valentine every February 15. Paws is really great!

I cannot say enough good things about Paws Pet Resort! Karen and her staff are amazing in every way! The attention and love they give to the animals is beyond compare in my opinion! The facility is extremely clean! My dog boards there as well as goes to Doggie Daycare and she loves it there and always is so happy to see the ladies and her doggie friends :-) I would highly recommend them and I'm so grateful for all they do :-)

It is too bad that we can only give a five star rating to the Paws Pet Resort ,as opposed to ten stars !!! Not only was the resort a "Resort" for my pet but I felt reassured and relaxed about her stay away from home. The staff was kind, courteous and concerned about her welfare. We were both treated like welcomed guests. SO, FOUR PAWS UP ! Thank you from us both.

My dog, Kiara absolutely loves this place. And the best part is she plays all day so when she gets home she is exhausted and knocks out so it's perfect. She has her bestie, skye, whom she loves. I am very particular when it comes to my baby and I would not trust another day care facility other than bay rivers. And can I just say, as careful and considerate that these staff memeber can be we all need to remember these are animals with whom they wrestle and play with each other. A few scratches and markings are literally no big deal that is how animals play. If you don't like it, keep your dog separate from other animals. All the employees are amazing and very friendly.

I cannot say enough good things about these folks. Our pug is in a wheelchair so there are some challenges in caring for him. But the staff at Bay Rivers were so wonderful and attentive to all of his needs. He didn't even want to leave when I picked him up. I cannot recommend this facility enough! We will absolutely be back.

I would never take my dog anywhere Elsa. The team truly puts passions and hard work into the care of the animals. I feel like when I leave my girl she is safe and well taken care of which is not how I have felt in other locations such as petsuites and care a lot. Don’t take our word just visit and you’ll see the true efforts that are put into the best pet care.

Bay Rivers is great, we love sending our puppy there! It makes him so happy to get to play with the other dogs and the staff takes good care of him. We will definitely be sending him back!

Under new management, Bay Rivers Boarding and Day Care is far above its competitors. I love the care and concern the staff shows the dogs. I love that my shy little girl now plays with the big boys and interacts as a dog. I love that I can trust my pup with Brandon, Alyssa, and all the staff. These people know and love dogs. If my dog could write this review, she would say this is "the bestest place ever." The staff is amazing and take amazing care of the dogs. They send the best report cards, which are very informative and thoughtful. They take the most awesome pictures and create a great atmosphere. In addition to the socialization my dog receives, she also benefits from the training they provide.

First day for my dog today. I have nothing but amazing things to say! Kylie (I believe that was her name) was super nice and helpful during check in! Explained stuff perfectly for me! The gentleman that called me at 11am was also super informative on how my baby’s evaluation for daycare went! They even let him stay the rest of the day! When pick up time rolled around, he was still outside. 💙 I could hear his little play barks! 🥰 I expected to be paying for a full day of daycare since he was there from 7am to 4:15pm but I was surprised that there was no charge since it was his eval day! They even told me that he would get a peanut butter kong over lunch for his first day and that made my heart and my husbands heart so happy! We will absolutely continue to use them for daycare and even boarding when it’s needed in the future! 💙

Wow I love these guys! From the moment I did a tour of the facility to the introductions with my pups. Their knowledge, friendliness, their interaction with our dogs has been unmatched. We have a very nervous rescue and this team took their time and allowed her to settle. Update Jan 2023: They are not at the same level as before after reopening. One of the reasons I brought my pups here is that their were knowledgeable trainers incorporated into the daycare. I mean they would take aggressive dogs. Now they can even handle my 2 boys that came for 2+ years for daycare & boarder. On evaluation they feel they can’t handle my dogs because one is missing an eye and the other is protective of his brother. They used to just separate them into different groups. They didn’t even attempt on the re-evaluation to keep them together. This only means staffing isn’t adequate and/or the training from off leash isn’t good. Either way if you used to bring your pup here know they can’t handle normal dog behavior. Disappointed they were wonderful sad to see there just no good places in the Hampton roads area. Only positive is the place is still nice & the staff were polite. I can’t say enough good things about Bay Rivers! I took my boys in for an evaluation & play day (and since have boarded them multiple nights)! The staff was knowledgeable about dogs and their interactions. They even took extra time to get my little guy settled in when he was being a little fiery and overprotective of his brother! I highly recommend them!

Bay Rivers Boarding & Daycare’s staff have done an amazing job with my dog Stella! She was very nervous and stand-offish her first few days, as she had previously been with unfamiliar dogs, but the staff were very accommodating and worked with her to help her make new furry friends. Stella now has a great time playing with other dogs of all ages and sizes. The transition I saw from the daily report cards over the course of a week of boarding and daycare was unbelievable! The daily report cards with cute pictures and videos of play time along with a description of how the day went are great! She went from trying to hide in the corner at first to now playing with the dogs while also begging for all of pets and belly rubs from the staff. The staff truly love all of the dogs there and work hard to make sure the dogs all have a good time. Stella now loves seeing all of her friends when she goes into daycare and comes home worn out ready to snuggle after a fun day of playing! Highly recommended Bay Rivers for both both Boarding and Daycare!

We’ve had our two Labs (one a puppy and one 10 year old) there for daycare and boarding and the puppy for the 3 week training course. Every experience has been awesome! Matt, the owner is super helpful and kind. He’s always willing to answer questions, provide advice, and go the extra mile to make sure it’s a great experience for dogs and their owners. The trainer (Ricky) who worked with our 6 month old puppy did an amazing job with him. Toby’s door manners and behavior in public spaces improved greatly, along with his ability to follow other commands. The best part was that we could tell he loved training with Ricky. He also got a ton of exercise during training and came back to us in great shape. The trainer also spent time at the end of training to go over everything with us and offered to help with any future training questions we might have. Now Ricky also works with him on occasion when Toby is in dog daycare to keep his skills sharp. All in all a fantastic place that we would recommend in a heartbeat.

I must say the staff was so friendly and helpful. Nothing like last minute planning for a doggie day care day so I could not be completely anxious while I went to a baseball game. Upon drop off nobody is in the lobby and the facility is not one you can tour, honestly I love that also that means only the staff there is handling my dog! You shoot them a text because guess what they are spending time with the babies! They respond so quick and let you know they will be out! Upon check in, that might be the fastest that my pup was willing to leave with someone else. Off he went! Upon pickup later they got my pup rather quickly and boy he makes crazy husky noises when he sees me from excitement but he was so happy and tired, it took approximately 1 minute in the car before he was passed out from the hours of socialization and play. He was such a happy pup and they took great care of him. I would recommend them for Day care and will not hesitate to consider them for boarding when I come to town.

Matt and Morgan were phenomenal the whole time our pug was in training. We were up-to-date every day with photos of his progress. I have had my dog back for three weeks now and he is a changed pup. The first two days were pretty tough because he was so different, but on day three, he was back to his cheerful playful self. My goal with the training was to be able to take Pug into public places and him be able to sit still and behave, Without trying to rip my arm off and smell other dogs, food, or people. They crate trained him which, I know was difficult to do, but now I am able to sleep throughout the night. I am also able to drive my vehicle without him, causing me to wreck because he is in the kennel at all times in the car. I highly recommend Ridgeside K9, as well as Morgan and Matt explicitly to train your dog. The outcome was worth all of the money and the time spent away from him. I am very thankful to have him back and very, very happy with the results. Thank you both very much for all the time and effort you put into Pugston.

Very pleasant and professional staff! My puppy can't wait to get there! He runs out of the car directly into the office, giving the staff hugs and kisses!!! He doesn't even say goodbye! I've seen other dogs do the same thing! This tells me my puppy is in the right place! Veteran and family owned, which is always a plus! Please keep in mind they value the animals, so no one is at the front desk full time. It is advisable to schedule drop-off and pick-up times for smooth transitions.

My german shepherd has been going to daycare here since he was just a tiny puppy! He absolutely loves it. He’s excited to go every morning and I swear he never wants to leave when I pick him up. I know he’s well taken care of and every staff member has always been friendly and ready to help.

I HIGHLY recommend Ridgeside-K9. My dog, a 3 year-old boxer/shiba inu mix was trained by trainer Andrew and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Before training, she was very reactivity just with the sight of another dog or person, especially with children, would not let anyone come up to her and she would bark/growl/be very reactive, was scared of all sudden movements and very skiddish, and would even attack our older dog we have at home. She did the 3 week board and train with trainer Andrew and we saw her progress daily through the pictures and videos he would sent me during her training sessions whether it was out in public or interacting with the other dogs in the training room. It has been a complete 180 flip with her when we got her back from training. She is such a good, well behaved dog that I no longer have to worry about her being nasty toward other people or animals. Since training, she has gone on walks with other dogs we’re friends with and has done amazing. She has been out to run errands with me in different stores or to the beach and has not had any issues with other dogs or people. She also has gone out of town with me to friends or family that have dogs and she has been able to be introduced to their dogs and has been able to be comfortable with their dogs and has been interacting with them and off leash with them in the house and has had no issues. She even will give her new doggie friends kisses after being with them for a little bit and becoming comfortable with them. She now makes sure everybody knows she’s in the room as she will make sure to go up to everyone and give them lovings and also make sure they all give her love as well. She really has become our loving, social butterfly that is a pleasure to take anywhere I go. This has been not only a pleasure to see my dogs change in behavior but has also helped my family so much by now having a good, well behaved dog that we no longer have to worry on whether or not she will be okay to take somewhere or not. Matt and his team at RidgesideK9 Tidewater are fantastic and I would highly recommend them for your training, boarding or daycare needs. My mini-Australian Shepard did the 3week board and train with Chris Martinese and it’s made a significant difference. Chris is an excellent trainer and I know how to better communicate with him and can now ensure his safety in all scenarios. He’s still my wonderful pup but now I enjoy our walks even more and he can heel, recall and it’s made our bond even stronger. Scheduling and pickup/drop off for board and daycare is also very easy and I love getting the daily updates on how he’s doing. It’s a huge bonus they continue to work on training at daycare too!!

My husband and I entrusted Michael and Sarah with our 8 month old labradoodle, Finn, to board and train over 4 weeks. What a great investment this training was! Michael and Sarah taught Finn discipline and, in turn, taught us how to enforce and expand on what Finn was taught. Even our neighbors remarked on what a positive difference they saw in Finn’s disposition upon his return to us. Finn had absolutely no recall and came back to us responding to his name! Additionally Finn stopped dragging me around and I was able to walk him with heel commands and a loose leash. Finn came back almost a new dog! Michael and Sarah worked a miracle! During the training period we got updates daily. While we missed Finn, the text and video updates helped and it was enjoyable to see how Finn was showing improvement. They also contacted us after returning Finn just to make sure every thing was still ok. My husband and I definitely recommend this program for your dog. The investment is well worth it! Michael and Sarah are AWESOME!!!

Ridgeside K9 Tidewater provides personalized, thorough and friendly dog training. My 3 year old male Irishdoodle recently finished the Ridgeside K9 Tidewater three week Board & Train program. Let me be clear, this was not your typical Board & Train as my dog had previously been a less reputable training organization in Hampton Roads, that charges several thousand dollars and ‘guaranteed’ results. For nearly two years after his first training, we still experienced MAJOR dog reactivity issues including pulling me to the ground on multiple occasions. After battling with our previous training organization and getting terrible customer service, I turned to Ridgeside K9 Tidewater. The owners, staff and trainers at Ridgeside K9 offer exemplary customer service. The MAJOR difference was that our previous training program was a one size fits all. Amanda, with Ridgeside K9, blew me away with her analysis and thorough understanding of my lovable, goofy and anxious pup. She described to me his behavior in behavioral terms which made so much more sense! Another important difference to note is that Amanda came to my house to pick up and deliver my pup. She understood his surroundings, and schedule and asked many questions to get to know us both. TO TOP IT OFF, less than a week after getting my pup back from Amanda and his Board & Train program, I broke my arm left arm in a bike accident. Yep, my heeling arm, so I could not keep my 70lb dog in a left side heel. Amanda stepped right in, came to my house with some additional training tools and spent the morning with my pup and me to make sure that we were comfortable with our morning and evening walks. It has been a month now since my Irishdoodle came home from his Board & Train with Amanda, and he is a perfect gentleman. He no longer gets on the furniture or bed (unless invited), he no longer drags me down the street during our walks and he rarely reacts to other dogs and only in a very minor way. When we walk, he goes into an automatic sit whenever we stop. Even with a broken arm, I feel completely confident and comfortable walking my big guy throughout town, taking him to kickball games, breweries and farmer’s markets. And more importantly, he is confident, chill and relaxed too! Without a doubt, Ridgeside K9 Tidewater Dog Training was well worth the money! I only wish I had found Ridgeside K9 Tidewater FIRST!

We have been bringing our 5 month old Aruban rescue puppy to Ridgeside K-9 / Tidewater for daycare. Our goal was to get her some socialization and experience from being apart from my wife and I. Greatest thing we could have done! Matt (owner) keeps up informed of her daily activities with the other dogs. Matt has sent us pics of our pup playing with other dogs and advised she has become comfortable with walking with the other dogs in daycare. This was great to hear and see due to the fact she was very timid at first. We know she enjoys her stays due to the fact she comes home tired and has demonstrated her socialization away from the daycare. Thank you Matt and your team! We will see you again soon.

By far the best experience I've ever had boarding our dog. The private suites are perfect for our senior dog who isn't too keen on playing and has severe separation anxiety. The team has a perfect intake procedure and ask all the right questions. Their documentation of our pets routine and follow through are impeccable. If you want to board your pet and not have a worry while you're on vacation, look no further.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I’m happy others had a great experience with this pet lodge, but that is not the case for me. I picked my dog up in the morning after a weekend of boarding and she had literal poop on her mouth. My dogs temperament was entirely different. As soon as she entered my car, she began throwing up brown liquid, and had a long spell of diarrhea. Following our arrival at home, she wouldn’t eat, run, and I honestly thought she was going to die. I’m not sure if this is a one off experience, and I don’t know what may have occurred. I do know that my dog will not be returning to this boarding facility.

I am so happy with our boarding experience here. River came home happy. When i went and picked her up she actually turned back to the man to say goodbye. That is saying alot. She has never done that at our other place. Usually she bolts for the door and shes done. All my worries went out the door. Thank you pet lodge for taking care of our baby.

I have brought my dog here since he was a puppy and was ABLE to go into daycare and he has a blast!! He loves the staff and they give him the best care while he is there. Every time i say we are going to daycare he jumps right up and is ready to go. The staff is very trustworthy, extremely caring, and responsible. My dog loves The Pet Lodge at Yorktown and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR FUR FRIEND HERE !

I cannot speak better about Jen and all the staff that make this place amazing. They know each regular dog not just by name, but by temperament. They truly define the phrase above and beyond. Pricing is fair and better than competition for the quality they provide. Our dog recognized the street and was always eager to come back. This is the best dog daycare we have ever seen and we are incredibly thankful for everyone here and all they have done.

My dogs are older and weren’t really socialized with other dogs but the staff was still willing to give it a try! The staff is very friendly and never gave up on my dogs. They found ways to make daycare enjoyable without being overwhelming for them. I truly appreciate that about the lodge!

So very impressed with Yorktown Pet Lodge. I took my puppy, Elmer, there after he was fully vaccinated and he has loved every single day of daycare. They have socialized him with all sizes of dogs and even kitties. The staff is always polite and professional. I have attached a picture of Elmer after a bath they gave him after playing hard in the yard. I highly recommend YPL for daycare and/or boarding. They love the pets like their own 💞🐾🦴

I KNOW there won't be enough room to explain how absolutely life-saving, kind, loving, and just all around amazing Jen and the rest of the staff here are! We have an 8 yo Mastiff who is a rescue and was severely beaten the first 3 yrs of her life. My baby ADORES Jen and everyone here! That says A LOT!!!! We always board Cookie (Mastiff), Simba (Pit mix), Xoco (Xoloitzcuintli), and our kitty Lucky with them. I love how they always send us progress notes while we're out of the country; photos; and our precious fur baby's are NEVER stressed when they go, whether it's for boarding or just day camp. As soon as we pull up both Cookie and Simba go nuts with eagerness to get inside! These people are PET WHISPERERS!!!! They very obviously love their jobs and the furbabies they care for! I almost don't want to leave a review because I'm a little afraid more people will go to them and there won't be room for MY babies! LOL Seriously though, if you need daycare, boarding, etc. this is THE place to go!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!!!!

So has A dog Mama I am very overly protective and sorta crazy when it comes to my babies! Ive never used a day care service until my newly adopted loved other dogs so much and i had to board him when I went on vaca. This place may be very busy to answer phones an texts but that is because they give our babies so much love and protection. I want to thank all staff members for helping me become adjusted and for letting Max stay with yall today. Ralphie always leaves beyond happy and is worn out at home! I couldn’t recommend a better place! This warms me so much. See y’all next week! ❤️❤️❤️🐶🐶🐶🐶

Online reservation was easy. The property was great outside, cute and clean inside, and we got courteous reception. Rusty stayed for the day and seemed to enjoy his time. Thanks for taking good care of him! 😊 …

My experience has always been extreme positive. I bring my pup, Luke, here regularly for daycare and boarding and he just loves it. The staff is friendly and they treat your pet as one of their own. He is always happy when I pick him up and is excited when he knows we are going there to play with the other pups. The facility is extremely clean and the managers have always reached out immediately if I have had a question. I trust them implicitly with my Luke and highly recommend them!

I have a nervous Rat Terrier who also has separation anxiety. The first day that we tried daycare, she wouldn’t eat. The staff was so good to her, a couple of them actually took their breaks and sat in the room with her to give her some extra attention, and she ate her dinner! I really appreciate how nice they were and how happy Alice was when I picked her up. Such nice staff!

Very pet and people friendly staff and atmosphere there. As usual, they exceeded our expectations and our dog was very happy too. Thank you for helping make our time away from our boy much less stressful.

If you value the things you buy your dog. Don’t bring them here. I checked my dog in with his bed, food, treats, meds, and 1 toy. When I came to pick my dog up I was informed that they “lost” my dogs bed. What do you mean? And how long was my dog without his bed. I was told that they wash the beds and it was misplaced. Then I was told that they sent the bed home with another dog. How do you do that? I’m surprised his toy came back. What’s so crazy about this scenario is, my dog was having separation anxiety that was making him sick. They could text me every single day to tell me what’s going on with him and offering ways to help. But you all do not tell me that my dog has been without his bed for how many days?? And you sent it home with another dog???? Absolutely unacceptable service. Again how do you send my dogs bed home with a different dog? We pay for these things for our pets, we take pictures of our pets items and upload them to the website. Just for the staff to give our things away to other people.

I recently entrusted my beloved pets, Oreo and Coco, to the wonderful staff at Pet Suites Newport News, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making both me and my furry friends feel at ease. Throughout their stay, Oreo and Coco received exceptional care. The staff took the time to understand their individual personalities and needs, ensuring they were comfortable and happy. I loved receiving regular updates and photos, which showed how well they were being treated and having fun. The facilities are clean, spacious, and designed for pet comfort, with plenty of playtime and socialization opportunities. It’s clear that the team is passionate about animals, and their dedication truly shines through. PetSuites took great care of our 8 year old Shepherd mix. Our boy was very nervous, but by day 2 felt more relaxed. Logan was very well cared for, happy, and super clean from the bath he received. 100% recommend!

Do not take your pets to this place. I started doing daycare here for my older dog Ella during a difficult time when I was transitioning between jobs and couldn’t stay home with my girl. The first red flag should have been when they told me they wouldn’t accept my dog at daycare when she turned 10, and that she was too old to do anything other than sit in a kennel all day. Ella is a vibrant 9yr old dog, and no other daycare I have used has turned her away from the playground. The second is it’s all indoor facilities, so pups either pee on concrete or astroturf or not at all. Ella was trained to pee outside on grass. The fact that whenever she was picked up she immediately peed like a racehorse convinced me she never got bathroom breaks inside. Third and most egregious is the fact that they don’t care about your animals. They lost Ella one day. I came to pick her up and no one could tell me where she was. Sure she was inside the facility but for 20 very hard minutes for me they didn’t know where she was. They were barely apologetic for this nor for the fact that when found she came out limping. No one could tell me why she was limping or cowering through doors. I can’t rule out abuse. Their staff is perpetually short which I’m sure is hard for them but it’s no excuse for bad behavior towards pets or owners. Never take your pet here. They will come out scared. You will be anxious for your pets well-being.

We have used their boarding services several times. Our dog is generally nervous when going to boarding or the vet, but she is always at ease when we drop her off there and seems happy when we pick her back up. Their prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for. They can be hard to get on the phone the majority of the time, so communicating through the app is the easiest way to contact them for scheduling a visit or to speak with them about your pet.

My puppy is excited to come to PetSuites. The staff takes really good care of him! They know Harold by name. Molly, the trainer, is the best. Harold attended summer camp and got all of his badges. I also like that they post the pets on FaceBook. My family is tagged in any post that Harold appears in. Love PetSuites!!

This is the best doggie daycare, grooming and training business in Hampton Roads area. The daycare employee definitely wear out my dog with playtime and are very knowledgeable about caring for the different breeds. The grooming is excellent! Your dog is never crated while waiting to be groomed or drying and they smell so good after with their bows or bandanna! Training is so laid back, calm and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about Pawsitive Vibes!

Best decision my husband and I have made for our dog! Between our busy schedules it is so worth it to pay to take him here to get him out of the house and more social around people and other dogs! Even with doing online schooling at home he needs more time out of the house and this is perfect for him.. He has grown so much since he started going here and I trust them so much with him. They offer so many different services and the owner is very personable and flexible. THEY also have very good groomers there as well and good prices! Would highly recommend for any dog owner. 👍♥️🐕🐶 One picture is him after his first grooming and they did awesome!

Erica is THE. BEST. We’ve been taking our Henry there for a few months for daycare days, and he LOVES it. We get updates throughout the day and she’s always posting on her social media in her stories of the pups having a blast. Couldn’t recommend a better place and someone who truly cares for your pup when they are with her. Love Pawsitive Vibes!

Excellent dog trainer. We have gone through basic training with one dog and she is now enrolled in intermediate. Another dog has just begun the new anxious dog class and loved her first experience. The trainers take a lot of care to make sure dogs and owners are as comfortable as possible and don't rush through the training. They also provide a lot of "why's" for dog behavior that has been helpful as we try to counter condition and teach good behavior and good decision making. An excellent value for money. used their dog grooming services which were quick and easy.

We started bringing our dog here to help him get more exercise and socialize more having moved to a townhouse from a house with a yard. He comes home happily tired. We also get him groomed here and their groomer does an amazing job. He is a malamute so his fur can be difficult and plentiful, but he always comes back looking and smelling amazing. They also well send random pictures they snag of him which I love!

My dog Fungus loves Pawsitive Vibes so much that his behavior improves when we say "daycare". He loves Val, who is always at the front desk. He loves every person who works there, and so do I. They are in tune with doggy behavior and put the health and wellbeing of the pups first. I've worked at doggy daycares in the past and I was truly impressed with Pawsitive Vibes' transparency and commitment to safety. Every dog I see there is relaxed and happy, having a great time. I can't recommend this place enough!

Kayla, the groomer is terrific! She takes care of our 2 basset hounds and 2 of our chihuahuas. The last time she groomed Chiquita, our blind special little chihuahua, she even dyed her little spots on her back to make it look like she has flowers!

Our Labrador who does not enjoy grooming or nail trims always is happy to visit Pawsitive Vibes. She is not dog friendly, and they always make accommodations for me to drop her off and pick her up without interactions with other dogs. The staff is super friendly.

We boarded our 2 dogs for 9 days. This place was amazing with them. The place is clean, the staff was kind with great customer service. Our dogs are high maintenance with some anxiety and allergy issues. They had no problems and were completely taken care of! I would recommend this place 1000 times over!

Love this kennel and doggy daycare! The owners are the kindest caring people I know. Darius and Jamie really love what they do! Our border collie Patrick has been going there for many years. He is always well loved, exercised, cared for and all his basic needs are met. We have a difficult time getting him to go home when we pick him up. Thanks you for being such a great place to board my dog.

The owners and staff at Dobe Run are awesome! They have always taken excellent care of our dogs and were extra helpful and flexible during a recent extended stay of a sick family member's dog. The facility is very clean with plenty of room for dogs to get outdoor exercise during their stay. I highly recommend Dobe Run Kennel and appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the owners and staff!

The staff is amazing and my dogs love them. They no longer offer full grooming , but still do baths. Their daycare options are great if you don't need overnight.

We take our fur baby to Dobe Run at least 3 times a year! He gets so excited when we pull in and when we walk in they know him and his tail wags and he runs to the staff! I would recommend them to every pet owner!!!!

We couldn't have been happier with Dobe Run and their daycare services! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating for our dog Hank while were on vacation in Gloucester, VA. He must of had a great time too because on the second day he jumped out of the truck and dragged me inside... I'd say that's doggy language for "this place is great!" :) Thank you for taking such good care of him!!

Love these guys. Our high strung cocker always runs right in. They seem to spend plenty of time with the dogs and our dog never seems to mind being left, even tho he is quite happy when he gets picked up.

Generally, my dogs are anxious creatures but they always leave Dobe Run happy! I love how many "layers" of fencing they have, the facility is clean and safe, and the staff is great with my pets. I definitely recommend trusting Dobe Run with your pets!

They pay close attention to my pups and have no problem calling me when there's a problem. Really like home

Our dog stayed there one night and everyone and everything seemed great. Our dog goes back for a week's stay soon, we'll see how that goes. I'm hoping I will be "upgrading" my review to 5 stars after that. Very clean facility.

I absolutely love F&F! The staff is so caring and kind, I completely trust that my pup is taken care of well while she’s there. They are always friendly, they take the time to let you know if they noticed something about your pup that you want to keep an eye on and communicate well when there’s a closing. I always enjoy the random photos and holiday photo shoots they do, I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!

We’ve been bringing our pup to Femmes and Fidos for daycare/boarding for 2 years now. The team here is always so easy to work with and caring towards our dog. Could not recommend them enough. The attached grooming service is also super convenient and more great folks.

Love!! I have a mini bernedoodle and have tried quite a few grooming places as he needs it often. Femmes & Fidos was by far the nicest to my dog and made sure he was comfortable through the experience. They also did exactly what I asked for with the cut and made sure I knew everything they would do before!

We’ve been using Femmes & Fidos for years and our dogs are always happy there! They love it and we love how easy the entire process of dropping off & picking up is.

This place is so great. Our puppy loves it and all the workers are very nice and love all the puppies so much. I definitely wish there were more locations but so happy to find this place.

They did such an awesome job saving my bernedoodle boy, Roscoe, from all his matting. I knew he was going to have to be shaved down, but they did such a smooth job of the cutting that he didn't look butchered like he has from other places. They also were able to leave enough fur on his face, and did such a good job shaping it, that he still looks adorable. I'll definitely be sticking with them. Thank you!

Friendly enough, but it seemed overbooked. Took 3+ hours for my toy schnauzer for routine groom (no matting) on our 2nd visit. First visit, he was ready in about an hour (which I was used to).

Femmes & Fidos does such a wondeful job with my senior Labradoodle, Ginger. Rissa is terrific! Ginger always looks - and smells - great!! 😊 …

I can’t begin to describe the wonderful care our fur baby has received at Femmes and Fidos. As a longtime customer our dog has utilized their daycare, boarding and grooming services. All of which have been superb! I wouldn’t trust the care of our dog to anyone else but Femmes and Fidos!
