I have two Boston terriers that go to daycare at Red Dog. They absolutely LOVE going to play with their friends, and I can’t get them in the door quick enough! With a very high energy puppy, daycare has helped us tremendously. Even my anxious older Boston enjoys the socialization. The staff is great as well!

I took my dog there today for the first time for grooming. Jane was his groomer she did am excellent job on my dog. I had been to several groomers and no one could handle him. But Jane was able to give him the best hair cut and trim that he has had in about 10 months. I will definitely bring him back for all his grooming appointments.

Jane is great! She is very thorough and has great suggestions for grooming our pet at home between grooming visits. People in the reception area, when we dropped off our dog, were very attentive. Thanks for such great care for our Fiona!

Our dogs absolutely love Red Dog Pet Resort. The staff is always so pleasant, the groomer is AMAZING and we love boarding our boys. We typically get the villa and it’s great to see the boys on camera. They are able to board together, making them feeling more at home. We also love that there is a TV and a small door for them to go outside from their room. Highly recommended!!

We are fairly new to the Pet Resort experience and have used the services for a second time just last week for a quick over night stay in the Villa for our 3 pups. We love being able to check in on them on the camera. The staff is always very friendly and makes us feel comfortable to leave our babies in their care.

This was our 1st time to visit and it was wonderful. Everyone is friendly, and professional. This was for grooming my Golden Retriever and Jane did a great job. I was able to speak with her before and explain specific things i wanted.

Our dog Phyllis always has a wonderful time at this dog playhouse (kennel). It’s very conveniently located just off 275 and Princeton Pike in Springdale. Excellent hours and the staff we have met so far are all great! I highly recommend Springdale Red Dog Inn.

We LOVE Red Dog! Our Cocoa (who's almost 11) only goes two days a week but she is always greeted warmly and we are constantly told how good she is. She gets some exercise and love during the day when we are at work. Would absolutely recommend the Springdale location over and over again!

I was nervous leaving my dogs for the first time. They answered all my questions and were so nice. I was able to log in and see my dogs at anytime. Very clean, and will definitely be using them again!

New customer at Red Dog and very impressed with our experience so far. I took a tour of the facility and it is super clean, the boarding room options are very nice as are the daycare playrooms, and the staff members are super friendly! I’ve taken my dog twice for daycare and at one drop-off, I asked to be shown the suites again because I need to decide which one I want for when he is boarded there soon, and they accommodated me with no hesitation. Just a really great place!

Fantastic staff that seem to genuinely love pets and love their jobs. Our two sausages love visiting their canine and human friends at PetSuites Sharonville for training, photo and event days, and pampered boarding and grooming. We love this place!

Hanna says, “Pick me, pick me”! Mom and Dad are fine, but represented by the second picture, they can be a little boring. I love going to PetSuites. I know we are close when we get to Reading and Hauk Rds. I get some one-on-one play time with the staff. They are my jam!! Sometimes I spend the night and sometimes I’m there just during the day, but either way I have my best time. I always go home totally exhausted!!💤🐶

I’ve taken my dog here twice and he is always so excited. This last boarding visit I decided to get him groomed upon leaving and it was the best decision. The groom was attentive an cut him exactly like the photo I gave her.

We have used PetSuites Sharonville specifically for many years because of the confidence we have in their staff to provide loving, patient care to our pets. The staff and offered services are amazing!! Our dogs are greeted by name and always welcomed warmly. They provide on-site training to reinforce what we do at home, which helps all of us! We get feedback about how our dogs do in playgroup and suggestions for making any stays easier for the dogs. When our boarding senior dog became ill (due to his genetic condition) they worked closely with us and our veterinarian to ensure our dog’s safe transport to the clinic and treatment. We HIGHLY recommend this site and LOVE the staff.

They BUTCHERED my dog. He literally winces when I’m touching him right now because the RAZOR burn on my DOUBLE COATED Aussie hurts so bad. If you look at the pictures, I only show one side of his head, behind his ear where they shaved him with clippers. That is because he is only shaved on one side. Do you go to a hair salon and only cut one side of your hair and leave it at two levels? NO. His stomach has a hole in it from where I assume the blade they were using was too short and left red patches on him. I don’t care if you’re a new groomer or have 30 years experience, EVERYONE knows not to shave an Aussie. I am now having anxiety that my poor 2 year old aussie will never get his soft baby hairs back. You can’t tell me you thought this was okay enough to send home. Shame on you.

I was nervous about leaving our anxious dog while we were on vacation for a week, but the staff at PetSuites were great. They answered my questions via text, and I was able to check in on Alani on the cameras when she was in group playtime. They even sent me a couple pictures so I could see that she was doing well. She came home happy and tired. She will definitely stay there for our next vacation or if we ever need doggy daycare. Thanks, PetSuites!

Sharonville Pet Suites is fantastic! My dog Lucky highly recommends this place. Lucky has liver cancer and the staff their gave him the extra care that he required. What a class A operation. I would give them ten stars if I could.

Pet Suites Sharonville! DO NOT trust them. They had a table at an event on the loop in Sharonville giving out coupons for 30 days of play for $99 bucks. I take my dog down there and there testing him out. I get a call that he is in the corner crying? I asked please try again? I was told in a hour or so they would. So I wait a couple hours and I go back. They tell me they did not try again but will right now. I am watching on there camera system. They do not let him past the entrance to the play area. The girl brings him to me and says he is aggressive. I just watched them on camera. The 30 seconds the girl had him on leash at the entrance did not show him to be crying or aggressive. At American Care they have never reported him being aggressive or crying on the report cards they give. I believe at Pet Suites Sharonville they just out and out lied to me. I wanted to use there coupon because I had to have surgery and knew there would be Nurses and rehab staff coming in and out of the house for a couple weeks. So I was thinking I would have him taken to play for a few hours on busy days. Maybe they just would not honor the coupon. My dog is like one of my kids and I can not trust Pets Suites and there staff with my family members.

First grooming visit and very impressed with the facility but even more with the staff! outstanding and friendly service and demonstrated excellent care and concern for our elderly little Shi-Tzu. Thank you, we will be back.

Clean and reasonably priced. The nicest people work here. Took call-ins while we were traveling, so we could check on our pets!

A bit out of the way but worth the savings. Clean facilities and knowledgeable, caring staff. Daily walks or play time optional for the canines. If you don't want to pay for your dog to watch television and just need to board then this might be the place for you.

Town & Country is the best!!! My dogs came back happier than ever and their prices are so affordable compared to others. They took great care of my dogs for a week, I won't use anyone else now! Thank you so much!

We have an anxious pup who only likes his family, and acts nervous and seems scary/aggressive (he is a 75 lb lab/shepherd mix with issues) to anyone else (aka strangers). Town & Country is the ONLY kennel in the area who would take him. They are friendly, listen and he acts excited when entering and leaving. So grateful for them!!!

I had the best experience boarding my dog with T&C Kennel. They were so nice, accommodating, and my dog came back happy and healthy. I had to extend her stay by one day and had no trouble doing so with the staff. The facility was clean, check in was efficient and calm, and I felt the overall cost was very reasonable. Thanks again T&C!

I do not like kenneling my dogs but Town & Country is wonderful. Kind, caring staff. My dogs are so good when we pick them up so I know they also had a good experience. I wish I could find a similar business in our new location. Thanks Town & Country!

Boarded our cat, she can be a handful due to her separation anxiety. She came back with no issues, the staff was super friendly, on top of the great prices. They recently sent us a handwritten follow up card which was so nice. Definitely getting our business from here forward.

The owner will take your dog on a “vacation” in a different state without telling anyone and then try to hold them for ransom and refuse to bring the dog back. And then after police and local12news get involved finally decides to bring back the dog. 0/100000 do not recommend !!!!!

Town & Country takes great care of my dogs. They’re well-organized for drop-off and pick-up. And I know my dogs are taken care of when I’m out of town. We highly recommend them!

The BEST Daycare for your loved ones. My boxer Queen Khaleesi loves it there. She gets to be part of the pack and has REAL friends. The staff knows ALL the dogs by name and they know when they’re not feeling well or having a good/bad day. They play the entire time they’re there and don’t get crated with scheduled play time like other places. I won’t take Queen Khaleesi anyplace else. They also have grooming services. My Queen gets her spa day with them monthly. You can try other places but you’ll end up at DogDayEveryDay where your loved one can be free to make friends and be a part of the pack.

Our dog loves it here and they do discounts the more days a week your dog goes! Great staff and awesome facility. On warmer days they have one of the doors up so the dogs have the option to go outside.

Love how the staff interacts with the dogs..especially Angela and Susanne. They make sure the dogs are safe and well taken care of.

I have been taking my dogs there for about 25 years so that I could work. Staff are kind and attentive. The space for dogs is ideal for the large pack, indoors and outside, super safe with high fence and roll bars on top. Dogs play all day except when they are napping. Never saw a dog not want to go there. Cost is reasonable.

They do an awesome job and take care of your pet as it was their own.

My little guy Bullet absolutely loves this place. He can't wait to see his buddies everyday. Every night on the way home, Bullet sleeps like a baby. The entire staff is extremely caring and treats each dog like it's their own. I think I just might love this place more than Bullet (for different reasons of course, lol).

I have been bringing our dogs here for years. They love it. Smaller dogs and puppies are separated from the bigger dogs. There are several play structures for the dogs and in warmer months they can play in pools. Lots of space to run around indoors, so bad weather isn't a problem. Plenty of workers with the dogs to keep them safe and clean up messes. The owner Suzanne is always there every afternoon to greet us as we pick up our dogs. They know each dog well even though there are so many. Even after I moved further away from the area I still take Gryffin to get some playtime at least once a week.

I can’t say enough great things about Dog Day Every Day! The staff is so helpful and Knowledgeable! Our puppers can’t get enough time here and comes home absolutely tuckered out. Thank you so much to the entire team for giving our girl a safe place to play and burn out that energy!

Dog Day Every Day treats our dog Pepper as if she was one of their own! She loves going there and spending pay time with her 4-legged friends and her human friends!

Our dog Oliver is always well taken care of are of while at Best Friends. He comes home well bathed and happy. Kudos to the ate staff! Thanks for providing a safe place for Oliver when we need him to be boarded.

Best Friends- Cincinnati has been great! Our Rottie is nervous, actually scared of new people, but he loves his visits to Best Friends! We used to have to drag him out of the car to go inside and he now jumps right out and heads straight to the door. They treat him with compassion and give him space when needed, which he doesn’t anymore. He loves his play time with the other dogs and comes home wiped out! We ask for a bath on his pick-up dates and he comes homes smelling great.

Our appreciation for Best Friends is next to impossible to overstate. We were apprehensive about how our 5yo rescue pup would do in dog daycare because he is not fond of other people or dogs when we are around. But, we were in need of help because we receive medical care out of town and had a need for extended care for our dog. The team at Best Friends reassured us, gave him time and got him expertly socialized and secure. We are so grateful to the whole wonderful team at Best Friends!

Abby did Amazing Job looking after Vader in Outdoor Camp with the big dogs. It was only his second day at dog daycare ever. Erica , Abby and the staff is very good and attentive with each dog and there needs at daycare. I'm glad that this daycare was recommended to us for him. They Are doing an Awesome Job.

My dogs Molly and Maggie love to come they get so excited! They are always taken good care Of and are happy when we pick them up. They do a great job!

We having been sending our pets for boarding and care to Best Friends Pet Hotel for years now. The staff is awesome, our dog loves it there and we always have peace of mind when we can't take our four-legged roommate with us somewhere. I cannot recommend more highly their services!

My pup has been going to Best Friends since she was 4 months old in the midst of the 2020 pandemic. Four years later, she is a regular at camp. They truly care about all of the fur babies in their care. They are truly THE BEST EVER!!

I recently went on vacation and they kept my two dogs for about a week. My bully mix is very unsure and anxious around dogs. The staff at Best Friends Pet Hotel made sure that he was comfortable and he was even introduced to camp and loved it!! The were very understanding and took great care of my dogs very knowledgeable about dogs and helped me with some tips and tricks. 10/10 would 100% recommend it’s a wonderful boarding and day camp facility.

Absolutely love this place! The team is wonderful and spoil my kiddos just like I would at home. The boys especially enjoy having positive interactions with the other dogs. Best Friends has different daycare events and photo ops for the kids and there's grooming! BONUS points - you get a cool report card after boarding! Thanks for always loving my furbabies. My dog Brawndo LOVES Best Friends! I’ve never had a dog RUN into a boarding facility. I pass off the leash to an employee and he follows them in without looking back. I’m almost offended 😂 the people who work there are great. They’re so friendly, and they remember my dog. I also love being able to watch the live cams! This place is perfect for my dog because he needs a lot of exercise, and not all kennels provide that. Highly recommend.

We take our corgi Cash to daycare here for socialization with other dogs. They take amazing care of our boy. The place is clean, the animals are well supervised, and he always comes home worn out from a day of play! We also have him groomed here. He is a difficult guy to clip his nails (if you have a corgi, you know) and the groomers always do a fantastic job! When we went on our honeymoon, we boarded him for 8 days, and they took excellent care of him! They kept us constantly in the loop. When he did not want to eat, they tried different atmospheres until they found one that worked. Every single staff member is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly loves dogs with a passion. We especially love the text communication and Webcams to watch him play! It eases my anxiety so much knowing he is safe and well loved and cared for when I am not with him.

Truth be told, they don’t really deserve a star but they make you give at least one so it is what it is. I’ve known people who work at dog town present day and in the past and have never heard good reviews of the place. I personally have a dog that has gone to dog town and have seen first hand the way the business is ran and it’s sad to see. The management is beyond horrid, areal managers don’t care about the way operations run and the way the staff is treated. Lower management such as site managers don’t care for their staff. Communication is horrible and things need to change but due to who’s in charge, nothing will change. But what can you do. Soon there will be better options than dogtown. Wouldn’t recommend.

Dogtown is a blessing for us! Our dog gets so excited to go when we take him. He absolutely loves it! We take him for a play date rather than a sitting! The staff is amazing and always very nice! I also love how she always gives a report on how our dogs day was! I love hearing about it! You can take your pet day or night in case of emergency and the cost is manageable for the great care! There is live feed to check in on your loved one as well! Like I said a blessing! Thank you Dogtown! I will update with photos.

We love Dogtown. The employees are super awesome, and they treat my guy Copper like a king. He really enjoys going there even if he's just getting his nails trimmed. Every time we pull up in the lot, he can't contain his excitement. Dogtown has a customer for life. Great place right here.

We love the kennel free boarding and staff being there 24/7. The employees are all so nice and my dog is excited to go there!

We went on a family vacation to Arizona to see the grand canyon and could not take our newly adopted family member with us. By word of mouth I had heard about Dogtown and how it was cage free. After calling and talking to a staff member I was made aware that there is also cameras that are online 24hrs a day that you can view your best friend with. We had him do the temperament test, which is required, and upon acceptance we dropped him off on our way to the airport. While we are gone we were able to check in on him daily. He made so many friends and one of the staff members actually lays with them in one of the sleeping rooms so they don't miss the human interaction. Overall it was a great experience for all of us.

Great!!! We have used them with Rudy. Great place. Not only you can you Check in on your dog day and night with with cam but you can see how much fun he is having. He always comes home to just relax from all the fun. The other thing that is just amazing. You can schedule is online and card on file. The Staff know each dog by name and the checkin and pickup is 5 mins so fast.

I don't recommend dogtown west chester, first they lost my dogs leash which was very special to me. Then I had to take him on a week day thati had to work, they locked him in a room with 2 other dogs and no humans for 1 hour while other dogs that came after him went straight to the play room. That same day I was watching the camera and he was barking at another dog trying to get the dog to play with him and the employee standing next to him, smacked him in the face. Very upsetting! He was also nowhere to be found for about 20 minutes on camera so not sure what was going on there, then he was acting strange with us that night and acting strange with his food...

I have been using their day care services for about 3 months now and have used their boarding services. My pup absolutely loves going to day care. In fact, he loves it so much there he tries to run back in every time I go to pick him up! The staff is very friendly and always greets my pup by name. The facility is very clean and never smells bad. The staff is very good about making sure dogs with the same activity level and size are kept together. Also, every time I have gone they have someone on the floor monitoring the dogs to make sure there is no issues. The daycare and boarding prices are fair and I think you get good value for your money. I suggest buying the packages and they are the best value for your money. If you want a happy and tired dog take you pup here for fun!

I love The Fetchington! The staff truly treat your pets as their own. When I’m traveling- in particular for an extended period of time- I know I can leave my pooches there and not worry! The photo updates help with missing them. Highly recommend!!

Whenever I say to my Goldendoogle, do you want to go to Fetchington, he gets so excited and is ready to go immediately. I often tell people it is like doggie Disney World. The Team at the Fetchington is outstanding; I know when I drop Herbie off he will be well taken care of and given an opportunity to interact and play with other dogs. I absolutely love the structure the team maintains as it is a great mix of play, rest, feeding & sleep. Finally, I don’t how the Fetch Team does it, but they get some awesome photos that can be reused in your Christmas cards 😊.

Our dogs had a wonderful stay at Fetchington. They are both small terriers that were rescued out of situations of abuse. The staff at Fetchington was wonderful. I had some strange instructions for them like never pick them up, etc. and they did everything I asked for and more. They updated me through texts and put my mind at ease. I could tell that they really enjoyed having the pups there as well. Usually when I get the dogs back from a boarding facility, they are nervous wrecks for the first couple of days, won’t eat, won’t sleep, etc. They came home so happy and healthy from Fetchington. we will be lifelong customers.

Love everything about The Fetchington for boarding our two spoiled pups! They post adorable daily pictures, accommodate our feeding and medication requirements, and best of all … they give a lot of love!

Our dog attends daycare at the Fetchington and when we are out of town she has extended stays here. We all love the Fetch! Our girl loves to play outside with all her friends and is exhausted at the end of her daycare day… just the way we like it!! All the workers are top-notch and love all the dogs in their care. We love it so much and trust the Fetchington to take care of our girl so much that we schedule our trips around the availability of a suite for our girl. I can’t imagine putting our girl anywhere else when we are out of town! They are the BEST!!

I have two older Havanese that were not socialized properly when they were younger. They are not the best around people they do not know. I was very nervous about taking them for the first time last year. I had never boarded them before. The staff was very helpful and informative, and took such great care of my babies! When I came to pick them up three days later, they did not want to come home with me! I wouldn’t consider taking my dogs anywhere else! They have since been overnight on one other occasion and have a couple reservations coming up. I don’t even hesitate anymore!

The Fetchington Pet Hotel is the perfect home away from home for you dog! Our dog Chevy goes to doggie daycare there twice a month and he is a guest at the hotel when we go out of town. The owners (Tonia and Josh) are incredible. They are welcoming, accommodating and have put their heart and soul into making the Fetchington the premier place for dogs! The staff treats your pets like their own, they always have smiles on the faces and you can tell they love what they do. Follow them on Facebook and you will see that they capture all their guests daily with fun pics so when you are away from your pet, you get to see all the fun! I highly recommend The Fetchington!

Fetchington watched my 2 dogs for 11 days. My dogs have never been boarded or went to a dog park as they have always been watched in my home. I’d give them a 10 rating if possible! From working with me and them on a few day stays to get them used to it to making sure they could stay in a suite the entire time, their focus was to make sure the dogs were happy and comfortable! I have nothing but high praise for how they run the business and keep us informed. And if you’re worried about not having live feeds to your pups, don’t worry at all! They post daily pictures of the dogs and available any time I’d you have questions! My dogs came home healthy and happy! Highly recommend!

Red Dog is simple to work with and straight forward. They care for my 🐶 dog as I can tell by the way everyone knows her when she walks in the door. I also like that I can view the room she plays in on camera. I like Red Dog a lot! …

They were so good with my dog. She is usually nervous around new places but she warmed up to the groomer right away and when I picked her up she was happy as a clam. Will definitely return.

It’s hard to review because I didn’t see anything. I was not allowed to go back and see his room when I dropped him off, so I just hoped he got what I paid for. There are no email, no updates, no pictures given during his stay which is hard. I had no cell service where I was vacationing so I never heard how he was getting along. I watched quite closely when he was brought up front when I went to pick him up and he was wagging his tail, and appeared perfectly happy even before he saw me so that was a huge relief. This “spa” is a giant business above all else but do appear to care for their guests.

The facilities are excellent, but it’s truly the staff that makes this place exceptional for us when leaving our dog while we travel. We’ve used both the daycare and overnight services, and the experience has been outstanding every time. Being able to check in on our dog through their 24-hour webcam on the app was incredibly reassuring, and the staff was very helpful in getting it set up for us. The communication was excellent, and we got daily updates. Special thanks to Ashley, Annie, Becky, and the entire team—everyone was professional, kind, and took great care of our dog. We couldn’t be more grateful!

My dog, Maggie Mae, LOVES going to Red Dog for daycare; her tail never wags harder. The staff smiles when she walks in and they greet her by name. I love having the option to view the daycare camera to see what she is up to during the day. We're very happy to have found such a professional, clean, and friendly daycare/boarding facility that we can trust to take care of Maggie in the same way we would.

I booked a 24 hr stay for my dog for the very first time. Since it was her first visit some things could not be scheduled which I understood since it was a last minute booking too. She was well taken care of and it is a beautiful facility. I will definitely use them again when staying in the Cincy area❤️

Our pup stayed there for the first time for two nights. We have always had a care giver in our house. This was the first time we boarded him and I was very anxious but he loved it there. He loved playing with the other dogs and was happy and full of energy when we picked him up. Would definitely recommend

This was Gunner's first time boarding at Red Dog, and he came out a very happy dog! We were very impressed with the quality of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. The best part of the experience was the excellent communication throughout Gunner's stay. We received detailed instructions on how to view the cameras online, a reservation confirmation phone call, a call after he passed the daycare evaluation, and another call to follow up on a few items regarding Gunner's paperwork. When we picked him up, we received a report card along with an online evaluation of his stay. We highly recommend Red Dog!

Grooming - Mixed results, but I think it's over priced for the results. I have 2 great pyrenees mixes, one has longer hair and we asked them trim up his butt fur, tail, and feet. They completely hacked up his tail and butt fur and they left him damp and his fur easily mats, and did not trim all of his nails, not too happy with this. He was also really stressed when leaving, he does have separation anxiety so not completely their fault, but it seems this groomer may have been inexperienced. My other dog has shorter hair and they did an amazing job! She seemed happy when leaving, looks great, so if i return will stick with her groomer as they did have different groomers.
