Sleepy Paws is the best! You can truly feel your dog is well-cared for and loved while you are away while they are in their care. We have been using them for several years and I can not recommend them enough!

I have been overly impressed with the amount of professionalism and care Kim and Dave from Sleepy Paws have given to me and my golden doodle. This is the first time I’ve tried a home sitting service, but my dog has so much anxiety going to anyplace but his own home, I thought I’d give them a try. The communication they would send me every time they visited my dog to let me know he was doing well and being well cared for was top notch! They were so flexible and when I texted late at night to say my plane was delayed and I didn’t make my connection, Kim immediately responded telling me not to worry and they would take care of my dog until I got home. They always went above and beyond my expectations and my dog absolutely loved them! On top of all of this, I felt that their pricing was very good. I traveled a lot, so having a company and people that I could trust and take great care of my dog was very important to me. I would highly recommend Sleepy Paws. They are great people and a great company.

Sleepy Paws has taken care of our 2 kitties for the last two years whenever we go out of town. They always can fit us in their schedule, even for last minute trips, and in a couple situations when trips were extended/flights canceled, Sleepy Paws was able to come for the extra days needed. They always leave detailed notes about each visit, so we know one of our kitties loves to play with them while the other is more shy, but we also know both are in great hands while we are way. Great service, highly recommended!

So glad that we found Sleepy Paws since we're new to the area and have 2 cats, one of whom is on medication. Dave was very flexible and worked around my last minute travel changes. Use them with confidence!

Our dog loves coming here and the staff love having him or at least they seem like they do! It took a few times of daycare to get him interacting with other dogs, but now he plays nonstop. We have also used boarding and even taken advantage of some one on one time while he was there for an extended stay and he loved it. We also occasionally use their spa services and they do a great job of trimming his nails especially since he is super squirmy and overly dramatic about getting them trimmed. The cameras are also a nice touch so we can see how he is getting along with other dogs and we don't have to worry about him. We highly recommend that you take your dog at least every other week so your dog gets used to the environment and builds relationships.

Great day-care for my pup. They provide a safe, clean environment for him. He comes home happy. Melissa and the staff answer any questions or concerns I might have. Being able to watch him on the provided app provides confidence my dog is enjoying his day.

We have been using Dogtopia of Chester Springs since we got our Labrador Retriever four years ago. They have always taken exceptional care of him and it is obvious that he loves it there. You can tell that the Staff cares about the dogs and they are all very good at their job. They not only keep the play fun and safe for all the dogs, but they also become so familiar with each one that they notice things that are out of the ordinary like a limp, favoring a part of their body, etc. and make the owner aware (immediately if it seems serious). I fully trust my dog in their care, and I highly recommend Dogtopia of Chester Springs.

We love Melissa and the team at Chester Springs Dogtopia. We joined early this summer and used boarding and daycare services often. I love how easy it is to arrange drop-offs and pick-ups. I love how welcoming and warm they are! We used to watch the webcams to check on him, but now we don't even think of it because we know he is happy. Alfie runs right in now! It is such a nice feeling to leave with ease and comfort knowing Alfie will be well cared for. Thank you, Melissa and team!

Dogtopia in Chester Springs is a wonderful place to take your dog for daycare. Our 3 year old goldendoodle dog is so happy going there playing with the other wonderful dogs. Melissa the manager and her staff are so friendly, kind, and go out of their way to make our dogs feel at home away from home. We are grateful we have found this special place! Highly recommend them

We have been bringing our sweet Marcus to Dogtopia for years and we BOTH absolutely love it!! When I bring Marcus to the door he can hardly contain his excitement! It's no wonder with such an amazing team- Michelle, Jackie and Sara have always gone above and beyond for my fur baby and me. From making sure Marcus is taken back quickly in the morning so I can rush to work to staying after hours just so I am able to pick up. I can't thank the crew enough for all their loving, attentiveness and care- to both of us!! Thank you!!

I accidentally edited my original review. I can’t remember exactly what it said, but probably something along the lines of THIS PLACE ROCKS! I can’t recommend Dogtopia enough. We started sending our aussie there when she was a puppy and she’s loved it since the beginning. Being a herding dog she has some unique tendencies but the team there helped us work through them early on to ensure her success at daycare. She gets soooo happy whenever she hears the word “daycare”. We love the different room sizes and the facility itself is always so clean. The team does such a great job making daycare extra fun by planning special days for the puppers (bacon bubbles, holiday parties, pool days, dog of the week, etc.). Whenever we pick her up from daycare she immediately falls asleep in the car. She’ll sleep almost nonstop for the next day. Daycare days (and the day after) are a favorite around our house. Worth every penny!

Not sure how I have never left a review for Erin and Bob!? They’ve been watching our pups for years and they’re the only two people we trust with our babies! While traveling we get endless photos of our babies and updates! Making traveling so much easier on us since I tend to worry! There’s no other people I could ever recommend more to someone if you’re looking for someone to watch your pets. They are literal rockstars!

Erin, Bob and the rest of the crew at Pawsitive Vibes Only are absolutely amazing! Although our dogs love us, I believe they love Erin and Bob even more. The dogs love their daily walks with Erin and Bob. Not only do Erin and Bob fill in taking care of the dogs when we’re gone, they make sure everything else is going smoothly, too. I couldn’t recommend Pawsitive Vibes Only more. They are the most wonderful people.

Nicole did an amazing job with our cat. Took great care of her, including administering daily medication. Every day I received a detailed report through the app+email with a status update and several photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. so this is a roxborough RAVE. i was looking for a dog walker/sitter that could handle my reactive crazy boy, Bane (75 pound lab-hound) + my reactive/anxious girl, Leia (60 pound cattle dog-pittie mix). the universe connected me with this amazing team. I have been working exclusively with Bob and he even created a special hike add on for Bane. At least once a week, Bob comes and takes Bane on an actual 3+ mile hike! I, myself, hike with Bane 3-6 miles M-F so it is such a blessing having someone being able to do that through all weather challenges on the Wiss. Bob handles their reactiveness like a champ and i quickly distracts and redirects Bane so he can settle and they can continue their adventure. He even lets Bane swim like I do! I am a world-wife wedding photographer and travel so much for work that meeting Bob + Erin has completely changed my life as well as my dog’s. i am confident of their care while i am away working. plus, look how happy Bane is on their walk! forever using, forever recommending.

Would recommend Pawsitive vibes only to anyone! Mr. Bob is amazing with our very stranger wary shepherd. Bob really understands him really well and even does training games on their walks together. Our dog gets soooo happy to see him and he doesn’t act that way with anyone else!

Erin is extremely reliable. We set the calendar each week and visits are made without worry. She always provides a comprehensive update after each walk via a very friendly app as well as pictures that I really appreciate. Highly recommend.

One of my clients uses and loves their services, so much so that I refer them to all of my clients in their area now! Every interaction I've had with Erin has been absolutely lovely, she is such a genuine person with a true passion for her job and clients (both pup and human! ) I have complete trust referring her to my clients who are fearful, in works for socialization, or have any kind of reactivity, as I know they will be in good hands.

Erin and her team are the best pet sitters in the area, hands down. I can finally relax when we go on vacation because I know my fur babies are in excellent hands. Erin makes sure to not only locate all of our 3 cats each visit (which can sometimes be a challenge, as other cat owners can surely attest) but monitors that they are eating, drinking, and using the litterbox as expected. She takes insanely professional looking photos of them (just look at their Instagram account!) and sends notes after each visit so I feel reassured when we're away on the other side of the planet. This was really taken to the next level when we landed in Qatar on a recent trip and found that our home security alarm had been triggered while we were in transit. Erin truly went above and beyond by doing a full walkthrough of the house when she arrived and taking a ton of pictures, really easing our minds that it was indeed a false alarm. The Pawsitive Vibes family will treat your pets with so much love and care, and I cannot sing their praises enough!

I have been working with Pawsitive Vibes Only since July 2023 after finding them through a local FB community group. I was looking to create a relationship with a local petting sitting business vs someone for whom it is a side hustle and I really value that PVO is insured for my safety and theirs. Erin met me at my home before scheduling to greet my pets (4 cats) and ensure that PVO would be a good fit for my needs. They use the Time to Pet app which makes requesting visits and scheduling very easy. The app notifies me when visits begin and end, I can communicate with Erin via the messaging system and easily access her reports about the visit. She ALWAYS includes a detailed reports and photos. Erin always leaves my home looking better than I did! I feel confident leaving my pets in PVO's care and it is a relief to know that they are also capable of administering meds and caring for special needs animals since I have 2 senior kitties. The rates are exceedingly reasonable and I feel that most families will find the service affordable considering the high quality care provided.

Erin is the most thoughtful, thorough, and kind pet sitter I've ever worked with. From our initial meet and greet, I felt totally confident leaving my motley crew of cats in her care. Use of the Time to Pet app to schedule, pay invoices, provide care info, and communicate was easy and convenient. While we were gone for over two weeks, Erin sent lengthy daily updates with TONS of photos that really kept our minds at ease. She handled any tomfoolery from our cats with patience and understanding. Her visits were not just in and out/task oriented, but included lots of social time with our cats, which is so much better for the well-being and happiness. Erin was also helpful with non-pet things like retrieving mail, keeping an eye on a leaky window, etc. Her prices are VERY reasonable and time-based rather than number of pets, medication administration, etc. We will use Pawsitive Vibes Only for as long as we live in the area, and I have already recommended them to several friends and neighbors.

This place is just great. Treats our pup like their own. They are keepers.

We've been sending our pups here nearly daily for over 3 years. Every morning when told "time to go to school", our pup jumps out of bed and races to the door - he can't wait to go play with his friends! The staff is so nice and caring... Recently I had a back injury that made it extremely painful to get in/out of my car; when the staff sees me arrive they will meet me at my car to pick up my pup!! We're so grateful for Dawg Day to give our pup a nice routine even when things at home are changing. Would be great if they had cameras for puppy parents to check in on their babies, but I know the staff tries to do live Facebook videos most days as a substitute to live cameras.

I guess I should have read the reviews before trying to get my dog in for daycare!! The woman who runs this place -Kathy- has absolutely zero customer service skills!!!! They have to do a 10 minute Evaluation on your dog before allowing them to come to their facility- completely understandable BUT they will not work with you on a time!! It’s between 10-11 ONLY! NO it’s ands or buts about it!! They will not try to accommodate people who are single and work full time and have zero family. Not all all! I could see if the eval was an hour but 10 minutes seriously!!!! If this woman who is running the place treats me this way making remarks like “don’t you have a husband or family that could help you” treats me like this how on earth would she treat my dog behind closed doors!!!!! No Kathy I don’t have a husband or family that could help. My two brothers died and my husband cheated so I divorced him and my two sons are serving in the Military currently in Japan and the other in Hawaii. Does that answer your question Kathy??????? Absolutely, the Best place to take your pup when your not with them. A very caring staff and clean facility make it my pups favorite place to visit when her mama is busy. I dont worry and know she is well taken care of.
