Kimberly and John were lovely house and dog sitters! They were communicative, friendly and asked great questions. It was clear that both she and John had spent time familiarizing themselves with our welcome guide before arriving. They are total pros and know what they are doing. Upon arriving, they were so sweet and gentle with our 2 girls and made sure that they and we were comfortable before we left. They were prompt and on time allowing us to sneak away to the airport without the stress of being late. While we were away, a cow got out from our neighbors yard and they informed the neighbor and called animal control for help. They also made sure to communicate with me about what was happening throughout the stay. They left the house sparkling clean and even did all the laundry they used before leaving. They washed the bedding and the duvet and remade the bed! I would absolutely recommend them and would love for them to return in the future. What fantastic humans!

This was only my second time using zeewoi, and both experiences have been fantastic, but Brian and Anna truly set the bar high. They took exceptional care of our pets and home, going above and beyond in every way. From the moment they arrived, they put me at ease with their excellent communication, sending updates and photos so we knew our pets were in the best hands. When we returned, the house was spotless, and it was obvious how much love and attention our pets had received. The pets seemed to miss them when they left, which speaks volumes about the bond they created. It's not easy to find people who care for your animals like you would, but Brian and Anna did just that—and more! They are genuinely kind and thoughtful people, and it was a wonderful experience working with them. I’ll never hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone seeking trustworthy, compassionate sitters. I’m so grateful to have found them!

Jessica and her husband were great. My very timid GSP, who has stayed outside with other sitter, was comfortable enough to stay inside, which is a huge relief for me. They let little sleep in th ebed with them, and the dogs seemed relaxed and calm when I got home. The house was left very clean and tidy. All and all, a very good experience.

Dakota was everything we hoped she would be as a pet sitter. She is very experienced with the zeewoi expectations and fulfilled them all. We have a neighborhood park where many families walk their pets each day. Our three dogs are well-known in the neighborhood. Numerous neighbors commented to us about how friendly, knowledgeable and loving Dakota was with our dogs. We got a couple pictures of the dogs enjoying their walks and park time. The dogs were not stressed when we returned and greeted us warmly. The house was clean and neat. Dakota even washed the sheets on the bed and remade it for us. In every possible way, we are very pleased with Dakota as our house sitter. We hope she will want to return to stay with our fur balls during our travels in the future.

Wow - Dawn and Mike were amazing house sitters! Not sure where to begin... Communication wise they were excellent even before arrival! They kept in touch with us regarding any potential changes in plans and delays. Knowing our flight was in the morning, they offered to come one night early so that we don't have to worry about a last minute scramble (and even dropped off us at the airport!). During the stay itself, they sent us pictures of our kiddos as requested and it was clear from the pictures that they enjoyed spending time with Dawn and Mike! After we came back, we were pleasantly surprised that the house was literally cleaner than we had left it. Sheets/towels were done, trash was taken out, they even wiped down all of our sinks downstairs. Best part - knowing that we were huge boardgame nerds, they left us a little gift (Wingspan Asia). I cannot express how great Dawn and Mike are! We'd love to have them house sit for us again! Don't hesitate to book with them.

Kei and Cleaf were fantastic! From the very start when we met virtually they were great communicators. They asked all the right questions to make sure this sit was a good fit for them and us. They were professional and personable. They took great care of our dogs, fish, plants and home while we were away. We appreciated the daily photo updates. Our dogs definitely looked like they enjoyed the hikes and attention they were given. Upon our return our home was nice and clean, with fresh flowers, dinner and treats waiting for us. Most importantly our dogs were happy, relaxed and well taken care of. Our plants looked better than ever too. If you are looking for phenomenal house sitters who will take excellent care of your pets, are organized, clean, good communicators, great photographers and horticulturists you can’t go wrong. We would be thrilled to have them stay at our home again.

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.
