Erum was a fantastic sitter to my dog, Griz! I’m always worried when I leave him, but Erum put me at ease. She asked great questions during our initial visit, which showed her thoughtfulness and professionalism. Erum sent lots of photos, and gave me updates throughout the weekend. It was clear Griz was very comfortable during the stay! She also took care to leave the house clean, even washing the bedding. The perfect combination - Pets and Travel
We are new to trusted sitters and boy did we get lucky to find Kim and Laine! They spoiled our cats so much! Even bought them a toy and send pics and updates regularly which was so sweet. I could tell they actually cared about our fur babies and with how on top of everything they were - and had such amazing communication - I never had a single concern. Then we got home and WOW! They cleaned the house top to bottom! We had cleaners come before we left for them of course - and Kim and Laine did a better job then my cleaners do! Lol Literally took care of every detail, the most amazing house sitters ever. And the most loving and attentive pet sitters as well. We could not be happier. Thank you Kim and Laine! Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change.
