Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

Another amazing sit by Anna and her lovely family - our cocker spaniel Holly has had the best fortnight with these guys with lots of adventures and endless amounts of love and attention! Highly recommend as 5-star house and pet sitters - thank you Anna - hope to see you again!
Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.
Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)
Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.
Bard and Kim are amazing house sitters and pet care givers. I would recommend them over and over. I wish I could add numbers to the scale. They would get a 10+. Bard and Kim were super easy to work with, efficient, self-sufficient, and considerate. They took immaculate care of my home; it was definitely cleaner after they left! I would recommend them without hesitation over and over.
Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter. If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!
I have had 4 pet sitters this year so far. And Liz was the best! She was wonderful with cats. She has an easy going manner and is very comfortable to be around. Very smart and she is a great communicator. She followed all directions and left the house spotless. I highly, highly, highly recommend her! I would have her again anytime!
Elaine was a welcomed sitter for Cyrus and Purrelli. I returned from holiday to find a very content relaxed dog and a happy fat cat. Purrelli doesn’t eat when he is stressed so seeing a little meat on him let me know he was content and happy :) My condo was left clean and in order, all communications were smooth and there was zero issues. Thx for the great pet care Elaine.
If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. I can recommend her as a sitter without hesitation. Thank you Anna
Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

I just picked up my German Shepherd, Arlo, from his second experience here (11 days). He was happy as can be. I was so nervous at the first week-long drop off but the workers explained everything and made sure I knew they were going to take good care of my baby! When I dropped him off the second time, which was about 6 months after his first stay, he was a little hesitant but as soon as he saw one of ladies he recognized, he jumped up and gave her the biggest hug. I was thankful for all the photos and updates about Arlo during his stay --- I know there is no place like home, but I'd trust them to watch my furbaby again in a heartbeat.
Just sent my herd of dachshunds (4) there for 6 days. I was super nervous because it’s been a long time since they were boarded. B&R was great! They sent pic updates, replied to texts and everything. The dogs came home happy and smelling good. They even updated me before I had a chance to ask. Definitely will use in the future.
We absolutely love B&R! They always are so friendly and take such great care of our dog! We never worry about him being in any danger while we are gone and even better if our dog really gets excited when he gets to go there! Can't recommend them enough!
I recently boarded my 10 month old mastiff at B&R. The experience was much better than I was expecting. I had never boarded any of my dogs at a facility before and after using a pet sitter for my puppy while on set hundreds of miles away and not finding out things had gone terribly wrong until I got home. I was understandably very nervous to leave him again, so I knew I wanted to find a professional facility which didn't allow dogs to be alone together. I tried dozens of other kennels trying to find one within my budget, gave my dog their own private space and then the biggest hurdle getting the booking accepted, which proved incredibly difficult due to the fact Nemean is not neutered. I had started to lose hope when I got a call back from B&R, they said him being intact was no problem and he would have his own space with no intermingling with the other guests. The staff at B&R were very kind and answered all of my many many questions regardless of how silly they may have been. I was able to pay for everything in advance and knew what to bring and what to expect from the clear instructions on the website. The day of our stay it was a very quick exchange and the staff were very nice to me and Nemean. My boy stayed from Tuesday morning (I really appreciate the earlier hours for drop off) until that following Saturday morning. When I went and picked him up we was in good spirits and all the toys I brought were bagged up for me to take. He had received a bath and smelled clean. After returning home Nemean was a bit unsettled, I could tell he was been a bit stressed for his first time boarding (hes a real sensitive guy), he did regress in his potty training which of course is not the fault of B&R but something for other pet owners to keep in mind that depending on how your dog handles their time in boarding it can happen to the best of them. By the 4th day home Nemean was back to his usual self and back on track with his slight lapse in potty manners after a few days of refresher training. I'll definitely be using B&R again.
B & R Kennels really cares about my dog. We prefer to travel with our pup, but when we leave her behind, we know she's in great hands with our friends at B & R. They listen to our needs & requests carefully, and our dog really loves it there. They have sent us photos when we've been away so we can see what she's up to. This place is top-notch!
My husband and I day boarded our great dane Squirt at B&R Kennels. I can’t say enough praise about these guys. They treated her like a princess and as she got weaker in the end they were so gentle with her. We miss her and we miss them.
Denise is hands down one of the best breeders I’ve ever encountered. Her dedication to the breed and health preservation holds the highest standard. I’ve had the pleasure of having her dog OZZY in my therapy dog class which he excelled in with ease. Great boarding program as well!
We have taken our Labrador to B&R twice recently and we expect to do so many more times. The facilities are top-notch. Folks there are nice. Rates are fair. But, the most impressive thing just occurred yesterday (and prompted this ***** review.). We had a reservation for this weekend. We got a call yesterday explaining that a week ago a guest dog had gotten ill and a second dog had become infected. They called to let us know and to tell us that, while they had disinfected the kennel with bleach, they wanted to let us know so we could make the decision on whether to cancel our reservation. This sent the trust-meter off the charts! They did not have to do this. And, I had to wonder if other kennels are as forthright a week after an infection on-premises. After all, we've had Labradors since 1986 and have boarded them a hundred times but we've never experienced this level of transparency. B&R just became our go-to boarding kennel and our pooch's home-away-from-home!
Love this place! Easy to schedule, drop off and pickup. Always friendly and my two dogs love their mini vacations. Can’t say enough about B&R Kennels. Thank you all for what you do!
B&R Kennels is amazing HANDS DOWN! The employees are extremely knowledgeable and handle dogs of all types and temperaments. The facility is very clean. B&R is my 'go to' when I need to leave my pups to go out of town. I know that they are safe and well cared for and I can enjoy my time away when they are taking care of them. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great place and staff that treats their client pups as their own
We had an amazing experience with The Ruff House! We needed a place to board our dog (Lincoln) over Thanksgiving and were fortunate to find an opening. The communication was excellent—we received daily report cards detailing our dog’s activities and even got pictures of him playing and enjoying his meals. It was so reassuring to see how well he was cared for. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using their services again in the future!
We LOVE The Ruff House!! Our pup gets so excited for daycare days ❤️ And the report cards and pics they share are adorable. We can tell she has a great time. They also do super cute theme days, including letting the dogs send valentines to each other! 💌 We love them!!! …
Pretty Sure Rex would also give a 5 star review! Great loving staff and a very reasonable cost. When we dropped him off for his first boarding there were other dogs arriving as well. They all looked super happy and excited to be there. When we picked him up it was obvious he felt at home at The Ruff House. I sure appreciated the daily pictures and the report cards.
We love The Ruff House so much. Our pups stayed here for 20 days in total so far and they were thriving! One of our pups gets very protective of our other pup in social settings and also gets very anxious when she sees her sister playing with other dogs. The staff patiently listened to our needs. As a solution, they made sure to separate the pups when they socialized with other dogs and they even made time for one-on-one play! The daily report cards were fantastic and were the highlights of our vacation (sad, I know). Our drive to The Ruff House was 1.5 hours from DC but we’d readily make the trek in the future. That’s how great this place is!
The Ruff House and its employees are the best of the best. Our 2 beagles have been frequent daycare and overnight boarders for several years. You know your dogs are happy when they run to the front door of the facility as if to say, let us in, let the party begin. Thank you Ruff House!!!
We left our yorkiepoo for a long weekend and she enjoyed her time at the Ruff House. We didn’t receive any issues about her and she’s very happy! She will probably miss her friends from the Ruff House! We are very pleased to leave our yorkiepoo at the Ruff House! She seems to really enjoy all the other dogs she plays with and the staff is wonderful with her! We bring her there whenever we leave town!
My husband and I are newer pet parents. We have an almost 2yo boxer mix and this was our first time having to board him. The Ruff House had great reviews so we took the leap and scheduled a week with them. I love that they have a meet and greet to evaluate the pup and see how they do with other dogs, especially since ours hasn’t been around dogs in that type of setting. Obviously we were nervous but the staff member that we handed our pup off too on 7/18 was wonderful. I also voiced my concerns about him being a pain to feed. Sometimes it sits out all day sometimes we sit down and spoon feed him. Obviously he’s spoiled rotten. They were happy to oblige!! Also the report cards and pictures were sent were comforting. To be able to see him having fun made us so happy! I highly recommend boarding your pup here.
We love The Ruff House! We recently boarded our dog here for 3 nights and we couldn’t have had a better experience! We looked forward to the daily photos and report cards! It gives us comfort to know our girl will be taken care of when we travel!
We LOVE the Ruff House! Our dog, Grohl, has the best time whenever he goes there, jumping to get out of the car. I love getting daily report cards with photos and updates on what he did all day. They do such a great job with the pups and I HIGHLY recommend them!
My husband & I felt very comfortable leaving our dog Kassie at the Ruff House for 2 weeks while on vacation. With daily report cards & pictures of her playing with her new friends, we felt like she was also on vacation & having the time of her life. The facility is very structured & the employees are very caring & nuturing. We will definitely consider using the Ruff House again in the future.
I have boarded my dog here and take him to doggy daycare a couple times a week. I believe he absolutely loves this place because he is sad when he doesn’t go, and when he does go he is extremely excited. Everyone there is really nice and care about the animals. I HIGHLY recommend this place due to the following: friendliness, cost, cleanliness, communication, staff, and the facility. I have absolutely no gripes about this place. I trust them with my baby.
Our dog loves this kennel. If you are not thrilled by the high prices and unnecessary frills of other kennels, Four Paws is just what you need. Our dog is always super happy when we pick her up. The staff are very friendly and you can tell they really love dogs.
First time at this location. Furbaby is a regular at Richmond and the care for him here for overnight was great and seamless given he is in the network already. This location is tucked away but is newer it appears and the staff is great just like in Richmond. Kudos to the social media posts.
I love the staff! My rescue dog was anxious and apprehensive around other dogs and unfamiliar people but with the time and attention she's received from their compassionate staff she's transformed into a happy outgoing dog.
Do not let your dogs board here! My husky stayed there from Sunday until Friday and when she was was picked up she had sores all on her nose and she is not acting like herself she seems very traumatized. I was informed the day before that she tried to get out of her cage breaking it in the process and that’s how she got the sores but when I asked for pictures of the cage I was told by amanda, the manager, that she would send them to me. 2 hours had passed and I called back to see what had happened and I was told she was in the bathroom but she would call me back and 30 mins passed and still no call and when I tried to call no one answers. For your dogs safety I REPEAT DO NOT LET YOUR DOG STAY HERE! How did she tear up a cage or even begin to tear up a cage without anyone noticing?
i've boarded my dog here for at least a year, perhaps coming up on two. he loves this place deeply, as soon as he sees the staff it's like his parents don't exist anymore with how excited he is to see them. my dog had a sudden, serious medical episode while being boarded. as terrifying as the ordeal was to deal with remotely, 4paws didn't just go above and beyond for me -- they moved mountains. amanda and camden, two employees, leapt into action and took care of my dog as if he were their own. they drove him to multiple vets looking for an opening, eventually going all the way to richmond's emergency vet because that was the only option with capacity that day. those two stayed with my dog in the emergency vet for well over 12 hours total (well into the next morning), with constant communication and photo updates of my dog the entire time. they both also had an impeccable positive attitude throughout the entire ordeal, which made me (and my dog too im sure) stay calm. even the vet commented on how comfortable my baby was to be with those two, which was great to hear even though i already knew he loves them. amanda and camden are the absolute peak of pet care professionalism, leadership, and most importantly, pet health. i will forever be grateful to amanda and camden for their dedication to making sure my dog was safe and healthy regardless of distance and time consumption. 4paws treats their clients' pets like their own children and i will always owe them more than i can ever repay for being there with my baby when i was states away and could not be there myself.
They rejected one of my dogs all because of her breed. She is a pit mix. But she is the sweetest dog ever. Wish people and places wouldn’t judge just by the breed🤦♀️ …
We needed 4Paws to give our dog meds at a certain time before our arrival to pick her up, so we called when on our way there. Had to leave a VM because there was no answer. Rather than having to wonder if they got the message and gave her the meds, Ashley (sp?) called us back within a cpl mins to confirm both receipt of the msg and the passing of said msg to those who give meds to the dogs. Thx, Ashley, for making it so that my wife didn’t stressbox, wondering if our dog got the meds she needed.
I have been taking my dogs there for boarding and daycare. Their staff is always welcoming very friendly They take care of my dogs like they were their own. I truly appreciate all their efforts and caring they put into what they do every day and for my dogs. I highly recommend this place.
We adopted a 10 month old Beagle who's energy was out of this world. The first day of Doggie Day Care was amazing The staff greeted him with love, checked on him when I called and gave me a report when I picked him up. He is happy to be there and it is because of the staff and his new dog friends. Even our new vet said this was a good place.
My husband and I have used Critter Sitter twice now for our four cats (including one cat who is blind and needs daily medication), and we are thrilled with the care our cats receive. Lisa and her team are professional and caring, and we especially like getting photos from their daily visits. The online portal makes it easy to schedule visits and update information. We will definitely continue to use Critter Sitter in the future, and we highly recommend them!
Best pet sitter you could ever ask for! This is the second year we have used Critter Sitter of VA and I don't think I can rave enough. Super impressed by their organization, professionalism, and genuine care for our pets. It's refreshing to be able to travel and not have to worry about your babies because they genuinely want what is best for you and your sweeties. We have hired them for home drop-in visits for our smaller pets that are sensitive with transport and boarding for our dogs. Both options worked out great. All services are tailored to your and your pet's needs. Your babies will be treated like family here. When we come back home everyone is happy and stress free-including me. So thankful to have found Lisa/Critter Sitter of VA.
Lisa's home was clean, warm, and friendly. She sent us photos of our babies while away. They were able to play and relax with her and her family. We will be using her again for future stays away from home!👍👍 …
Lisa and her team are the best and most reliable pet-sitting/walking service in town! We use her every day for a mid-day play session for our dogs while we’re at work. Her prices are reasonable and make this service possible for us. Our dogs love her and we couldn’t be more grateful! She’s also always been so flexible with our changing schedules and needs, and has never once cancelled on us. For nearly 2 years I think! We highly recommend Critter Sitter of VA for any sitting/walking/boarding needs, you will not be disappointed!
We are so lucky to have found Lisa. We have been able to travel more since finding them. We don’t have to worry about or four legged babies because I know that they are well cared for. We have a dog that needs daily medication and I don’t have to stress out about him getting them. They are truly the best and Toby, Waffles and Raven love them as much as we do.
Our first time leaving our 3 pups alone for an extended time and overnight with a professional dog sitter. In the past we have used boarding as our option but the pups would come back anxious, nervous, and it would take days to get them back to thier happy selves. We are beyond happy with Critter Sitters! We recieved updates and pictures with every visit that was made. Tiffany played with them and took such amazing care of our little loved ones. She really put our concerns to rest from the moment she came in the door. If there was a rating of more stars we would happily give it. Thank you CS for loving our little family in our absence!
I am so very disappointed in Critter Sitter of VA LLC. I entrusted them with boarding my two dogs, a 22lb Schnauzer mix and a 15lb Chihuahua/Dachshund mix (Chiweenie), for 12 days at owner Lisa Stacy’s home while I was out of town. Prior to this stay both pups had boarded at Lisa’s home for one trial overnight and it seemed to work out. But this second, extended stay, was considerably different. When I dropped the pups off I provided their bedding and blankets, some toys, food, water bowls, snacks, and a 15 day supply of soft/wet food and considerably more than 15 days’ dry kibble. During their stay I would text, or message using the Precise Petcare app, occasionally asking how the pups were doing and if I could get a picture or two of them. The responses were sporadic stating “the boys are doing good” and I did get pictures on 2 days of their 12 day stay. However what I was confronted with when I picked them up and brought them home was heartbreaking and brought me to tears. The Schnauzer mix had lost 1/2 lb which for an almost two week stay away from home I believe would normally be reasonable and understandable. But the Chiweenie had lost 1.25lbs – almost a 10% weight loss in 12 days – and his poor ribs were showing! I was not advised about their weight loss while I was away and it was pretty obvious Lisa was aware of it because she stated when I picked them up that the Chiweenie was getting pretty skinny. Also, the Schnauzer mix had some wounds under his right eye that were red, puffy and crusty, obviously infected, which required cleaning and antibiotic cream when I got him home. I was not told of this injury nor do I believe Lisa was even aware of it. In addition, based on the appearance and massive size of the bowel movements of the Schnauzer mix immediately upon arriving home, I believe he had not had a recent potty break and had possibly not been eating his own food. And finally, I expected to get a bit of their food supply back since I had provided more than was really needed. I did receive 3 days’ worth of wet food but to my surprise the dry kibble container was completely empty. There was absolutely no way those two pups ate all that kibble in 12 days! And if they did eat it all, why had they lost weight? I don’t believe my pups were eating their own food exclusively or fed appropriately, nor were they monitored and attended to humanely. I was never advised of their deteriorating conditions. Yes, I did notify Lisa via email and through the Precise Petcare app of these concerns the day after I returned – three days later I have yet to receive a reply but I did receive my invoice this morning which I have paid. Needless to say, I will never be using Critter Sitter of VA LLC again nor can I in good conscience recommend their services. [pictures attached]
We've been using Critter Sitter of VA for years now! We started out with Lisa visiting our cats during the day because we both worked long hours and knew our babies needed some love. She would come over and play with them and give them the love and attention they needed. <3 Since then, we've moved away to Culpeper, but we still bring our dog (Zeus) to her to board whenever we're going out of town for the day or on vacation. Zeus absolutely loves it there and doesn't even want to go home when we go to pick him up, haha!! He has so much fun over there and we know he's in great hands getting lots of play time with the other dogs. It also makes us feel great to know that Lisa has been doing this for so long and is licensed, so we know we can trust he is in good hands. :)
Lisa was very quick to respond to my initial request as well as answering all of my questions regarding how the process works. She sent several photos and updates. I would use her again and recommend her as well!
What a relief to finally find a reliable and competent pet and house sitter! Tiffany did a great job with my cat while my dog and I went camping for 12 days. I had peace of mind and a smile from the photos she sent every day. She went above and beyond expectations when she watered my garden as well as my house plants.
I was a bit scared to leave my "velcro" dog with someone else....but since we moved away from the kids.....we had to use Lisa's Bed and Biscuit... Our first choice doesn't return phone calls or emails anymore....so we were stuck and our trip was coming up... Fortunately Lisa's came through for us.....and I think our craigs list Tea cup Chihuahua that weighs 50 lbs....I think she grew up a bit
Don't waste your time with this place, went a month ago for a pre visit with my dog, The lady approved the stay we just went to drop him off the night before we leave for vacation and she denies him. Guess ill see you in court someone is paying for this non refundable vacation and it’s not me.
She charged us for 3 days when we dropped our dog off at 7 pm Friday and picked up a 6 on Sunday. Very hard to get in contact of would not recommend!
Great experience with Lisa’s Bed & Biscuit. Left my dog there while out of town for the weekend. He usually comes home stressed from boarding but he seemed right at home at Lisa’s. Will be using again and would recommend to others!
We recently boarded our 15 year old pit bull with vestibular disease with Lisa. Initially, he was going to come with us, but we realized the ride to the Keys was just going to be too much for him. We met Lisa and her employee that I cannot remember the name of. I see some reviews on here say Lisa is rude, and I disagree. From my years of experience with digs, true dog people are a different kind of people. The impression that I was left with was that she (and her staff member) would take great care of my dog and loves dogs. Initially, Sammy was boarded in the kennel behind her house with another senior dog. Honestly, I see where someone complained about this too, but for Sam, this was perfect. A kennel is a high stress environment for most dogs. This was perfect in that it was a quieter set up-just because a dog is put here does not mean they are checked on any less. We were welcomed to leave him with home items (I am a ridiculous dog mom, so I brought his bed, blanket, raised food bowl, food, medications, and a dog ice cream for each day) and check in on him by phone (which I did). When we got back to pick him up, she had moved him closer to her (since he has a little anxiety about being by himself). For a young dog with a lot of energy, this may not be the place, but for a senior dog, Lisa’s is perfect.
I left my 2 dogs with Lisa for 5 days. My fur-babies are both seniors, one is almost 21 and the other is 14. I had never boarded them before so this was a new experience for them. I was especially nervous about leaving my older dog, as he is blind and deaf. I was able to tour her facility before making my decision. Lisa made me feel comfortable and I knew they would be very well taken care here.I was very pleased with the cleanliness and her true compassion and professionalism. She answered all my questions and I felt really good about it. I was able to call and check on them and she was always very nice and let me know how they were. Five days later, when I picked them up, I couldn’t be happier. They were given the utmost care and love, that was obvious. I definitely recommend Bed & Biscuit for quality dog boarding with someone who will most certainly care for your dogs as if they were her own.
Lisa is very nice and knowledgeable about dogs. She cared for our furchildren like they were her own. We have an anxious GSD and he went willing to Lisa and did not get scared. We worry because he feels like he has to guard everything but he was safe and comfortable at Lisa's Bed and Biscuit. Our pups shared a suite because they get along. The suit was clean, spacious, and even had a patio. 😃 We have already scheduled another stay for them!
My first experience boarding my dog, because my dog does not usually have exposure to many dogs. He dislikes large dogs due to being attacked. Lisa ensured he was not placed directly next to any larger dogs that would trigger him for the stay. I liked that she offered 1 on 1 play time as my dog is also a loner sometimes and does his own thing. Out many times a day in a spacious area of the property. We were able to bring any of his items to make him feel comfortable. Will use again.
I’ve been bringing my German Shepard here for over a year now. Lisa and her staff are great with him! I’m so grateful I found this kennel. Highly recommend Lisa’s!
My dogs been here few times now and I know I don't have to worry about them at all. Lisa is so nice with all pups. My dogs feel pretty comfortable with her. I couldn't have asked for a better place for them
I'm new to the Fredericksburg area and this was my first time using Peace of Mind Pet Services. I have kitties and was apprehensive leaving them with complete strangers for the very first time. I have to say that the name says it all!!! First I had communication with Janette who answered ALL of my many questions with patience and humor and she definitely laid my fears to rest. Then I met Wanda who was the person who actually took care of my kitties and boy oh boy, what a magnificent person she is. Wanda took care of my kitties, I feel, like they were her own. This was the first time that I came back from being away and didn't get that kitty attitude from them that how dare I leave them, so I know they were in very good hands with Wanda. I would highly recommend Peace of Mind Pet Services! As I said above, their name says it all.
Janette and staff are amazing! We have a reactive dog and another dog that takes medications. I fully trust that my dogs are being taken care of with Janette. They send updates and pictures of my happy pups when they visit. I’ve been using them for several months now and do not have any complaints!
Such a great pet sitting company! Janette is incredibly responsive, reliable, and very caring. She has saved me numerous times with last minute requests. Her team is great too. My dogs love them and get so excited to see them. Jannette loves them almost as much as I do. Can’t recommend her and her team more highly!! You can trust them with your fur babies.
When a last minute travel opportunity came up, Janette was able to accommodate us. While away, she came in, fed our cat, spent time with him, and sent updates and photos. She also did us the service of bringing in mail and packages for our 2 days away. The descriptions of how our cat was doing were incredibly reassuring, and it was nice to see his face and how he was adapting to Janette. I look forward to using Peace of Mind Pet Services in the future, and not just because it means another vacation! :) I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
With my long commute, and impromptu traffic jams, I could not continue to have pets without "Peace of Mind" Pet Services. This business is very well named! Thank you!
I have known and used Janette Housley's pet services since 2010. She is an outstanding pet person. My pets adore her and I have never had a poor experience with her. She is brilliant, loving, kind, generous, and totally devoted to animals. Anyone who uses her services will never seek another. Congratulations on offering such outstanding services to the community of pet lovers.
Janette and her crew have provided excellent, loving care for our dogs. They work with the schedule we give them (i.e., 4 walks and feedings per day since one dog has trouble with less than that). The dogs LOVE everyone with Peace of Mind Pet Services! We enjoy the notes about many of the visits along with the current pictures of our boys eating, walking, or being loved. We have left our babies with Janette et al for a week at a time and shorter spells also.
I have used Peace of Mind for many years. I can be away from home knowing that my canine and feline pets are being well cared for. I receive daily updates . They even took care of a special fish my grandson gave me. I strongly recommend them as they are loving caregivers and wonderful people.
We highly recommend! We've been having Jeannette and her team sit our kitties for a few years now..... She uses a handy app for scheduling visits and making payments, but she's always a text or email away when plans change or status is requested. The app also allows sitters to send visit status posts and photos, which is nice when on the road away from home.
In the several years of using this business I have never had a single problem. The staff is very professional and quick to respond to requests. The attention to detail, including providing updates during longer out-of-town trips, is fantastic. It's not just the business, they truly care for the pets they watch. I couldn't be happier with this service and I would rate them as highly as possible to anyone looking for a dedicated pet sitting service.
Dexter is our 1 year old+ baby. He is a Mountain Curr Dalmatian mixed with high energy. The staff knows how to handle those particular breeds. He takes a 15 minute break every hour to calm him down, we use that same technique at home with great results.
I was so grateful for the staff (especially Rachel) that provided a personalized care for our dog and kept us up to date on everything with our dog. They were so accommodating when we ran into issues while on vacation and running late for pickup. It truly made me believe that the staff really cared about the dogs and their families and that they’re not just a business that only cares about the bottom line. We’ll definitely bring Milo back for boarding and daycare needs.
I am extremely disappointed with Dogtopia and feel compelled to share my experience. First and foremost, the way they treat their employees is appalling. The management is a complete mess—poorly organized and seemingly indifferent to both staff and dogs. The facility is overcrowded with dogs, far beyond what the space can accommodate safely. There aren't even enough crates, forcing them to improvise in ways that seem unsafe and uncomfortable for the dogs. The worst part is how they handle the dogs' basic needs. They allow the dogs to pee and poop inside the room rather than taking them outside for walks, leaving the employees to clean up the mess. This is not only unhealthy for the dogs but also unfair and unsanitary for the staff. It adds unnecessary extra work that could easily be avoided with proper care and attention. On top of all this, they are severely understaffed, which only exacerbates the problems. It’s clear that Dogtopia doesn't care about the safety or well-being of the dogs or their employees. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for dog care. This place is a disaster!
We just started coming to Dogtopia in Fredericksburg and you can tell the love right away. They are a franchise and this one is a cut above the rest. Our dog loves it and they have great structure set in place to keep the dogs safe, happy, and even have activities planned like the doggy art in which our pup did a painting by licking peanut butter off a ziplock which had a canvas with paint on it. He loves spending time with the dog coaches and his doggy friends.
We take our girl to dogtopia and she LOVES it there. She doesn't want to go home when I pick her up 🤣 I love that they have cameras for you to watch and they always doing a fun event. They have boarded my dog once, no problems. I would highly recommend this doggy daycare to anyone.
The staff are all so great and love my dog like their own. The prices are high but worth it every once in awhile
My four year mini schnauzer was well taken care of and happy while boarding at Dogtopia. He met other schnauzers and enjoyed playing with his new friends. I recommend Dogtopia in Fredericksburg, Virginia to all dog owners.
Treats employees badly as I have seen interactions with associates. The facility is often over extended and places employees in harms way as they are understaffed. I have witnessed that there is not enough space for dogs and often run out of crates. I would rather go to smaller facility where the dog is not just the almighty dollar... Addition: to response .... I didnt expect any less but snarky lack of accountability response . People are able to see with their eyes and hear interactions ... It is truly not a shocker that you brush off any unfavorable feedback! Try checking your database again ... As a business person maybe try being respectful and kind to others it goes along way to customers and associates. I provided honest feedback sorry it may have been a little too much for you :( I really dislike bullies and I think its important to highlight those experiences to improve .
My 2 year old goldendoodle comes home relaxed and tuckered out and the staff is great at providing updates and I trust that they provide him with support and attention while he is in their care.
I have been to a few different dogtopia franchises and this is by far the best location I’ve been to. We moved here from CA and my boys love it! They are so caring and attentive, which is not always the case. I love that they have so many events through the week to tire the pups out. I have 2 very high energy boys (goldendoodle and lab) and there’s never a day they come home and are still insane lol. Pickups are VERY busy, but organized. Drop off is easy and fairly seamless. The team is communicative if anything happens.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! Why? How can I count the ways: 1. Cage Free daycare and boarding where the dogs are allowed to live the same way they do at home. It's clean, safe, and a healthy environment for dogs. 2. The King size bed that Dawn sleeps in with the dogs. I feel so much more at ease knowing that someone is there with the dogs every night. 3. The personalized care that is given to each and every dog based on their needs, personalities, and wants. Dawn gets all of the snuggles from Cassius. 4.The positive guidance provided by Dawn to ensure the dogs interact with each other properly. 5. The flexibility of the daycare scheduling, drop off and pick up and the affordable cost of daycare and boarding. I think you get more bang for your buck considering it's cage-free and she is with the dogs 24/7. 6. Dawn is also very knowledgeable and helpful. My fur baby is experiencing night anxiety, and she is very patient with him and informs me of his behaviors and activities. 7. LAST BUT NOT LEAST MY FUR BABY LOVES DAWN AND HER FUR BABIES, JASPER AND MILO. I feel like the cage free environment will help Cassius with his anxiety and help him build confidence which will also help me with the amount of anxiety I have leaving him with other people and dogs. Thank you for accepting us as part of your pack Dawn!!!!
Dawn is awesome! She is knowledgeable, professional, and she treats Libby, my crazy, energetic, one year old Black Lab like family. Dawn conducted a meet and greet to ensure that Libby was a good fit for Jasper's Fur Friends. I take LIbby 2-3 times a week and when I say, "Are you ready to go to see Japer?" she bounds to the door. She has been able to interact with other doggos, improve her social skills, and expel some Lab energy. She has fine-tuned some basic commands and I am overall elated with Libb'ys experience at Doggy Day Care (DDC) under Dawn's watch. I highly recommend Jasper's Fur Friends to anyone searching for safe and fun environment for their pup.
I highly recommend Jasper's Fur Friends to all pet parents. Dawn is amazing with my doodle Ibiza who has been coming here for 2 years. She’s completely cage free and has a deep love for dogs. I couldn’t imagine bringing Ibiza anywhere else.
Jasper’s Fur Friends is THE place to use for daycare and extended care for your pup! We have two pups, an 8 year old and a 1 year old and we are so pleased with Dawn and her natural ability to take great care of our babies. After being away for four days, I can honestly say I didn't have a care in the world about how our pups were being cared for. I knew Dawn was loving them, and nurturing them, and also giving them a great balance of discipline and snuggles, which is what a responsible dog owner does. Dawn is amazing and knows dogs and what they need to thrive and be happy. I would give her a million stars if I could for this review. If you need any dog care, at any point in time, do not call anyone or rely on anyone else. You don’t need to, because she’s always here for you and your pets. Dawn, you’re fantastic and thank you for all the love and care!
Thank goodness for Dawn and Jasper's Fur Friends!!! Our search for the perfect doggie daycare started 9 years ago when we adopted a Yorkie Mix, "Jinxy" and ended nearly a year ago when we adopted a Shih Tzu, "Panda." The pandemonium that ensued and life circumstances made daycare an absolute necessity. Dawn is a professional daycare owner who is passionate and proficient in managing the environment of her daycare as a home away from home for dogs. No cages! are #1 on my list of requirements and a high-quality meet and greet is #2. The meet and greet started with Dawn on the floor getting to know both babies. Jinxy stayed close to me, as usual, while Panda expended puppy energy with Dawn's two dogs. Jinxy and I visited and tried a variety of Daycare Facilities. He did not like them, and he let me know in his special way. (deposits in places he'd never left deposits before). Jinxy wanted a person to follow around, engage with, or a lap to sit on. I found the facilities lacking in one way or another. Examples include the use of cages, too many dogs, periods of no supervision, odors, etc. After a pleasant conversation about concerns and expectations, Dawn convinced me that Jinxy and Panda would be fine at Jasper’s Fur Friends. She recognized my anxiety about leaving them at daycare and assured me that I would be fine. For the last 10 months, Jinxy and Panda have been spending time with Dawn, her two dogs, and other dogs at Jasper's Fur Friends Daycare. Jinxy was not a very pleasant brother at home or daycare, but he has become more accepting of Panda as his brother and Panda has learned when to stop trying to play with Jinxy! This relationship would have happened eventually, but I believe Dawn's expertise, attention, care, and helpful suggestions for home helped move the bonding process along. Dawn is more than an owner of a doggie daycare, she is an additional parent for her clients, providing overall guidance beyond the family environment she maintains at Jasper’s Fur Friends in Fredericksburg.
Dawn treated my dog like her own. She worked with him to feel as comfortable as possible. With it being our first time boarding, she even sent us some videos and pictures, which made us feel so much better. Dawn truly is a blessing and we will certainly be back for boarding and daycare!
Jasper’s Fur Friends has become my pup’s home away from home for the past two years. I truly appreciate how much effort, love, and dedication Dawn puts into keeping her pack happy, healthy, and safe. My pup is ALWAYS excited for daycare! Dawn keeps the lines of communication open and strives to meet each dog’s individual needs. Dawn treats my dog like she’s one of her own, and my dog has thrived in her care. Lastly, I truly appreciate Dawn’s dedication to cleanliness and pack health. My dog has NEVER brought home kennel cough, fleas, or any intestinal parasites.
Dawn at Jasper's Fur Friends truly treats our dog Piper like family! The interview process is very thorough to make sure that all of the dogs get along and that new additions are a good fit. She really does care about each and every dog there and takes such good care of them. She gave us updates daily when boarding and even attached pictures. If you're looking for a good kenneling alternative that's fairly priced, Jasper's Fur Friends is the way to go!
I’ve only been here for a short time but, My dog Gigi loves going to daycare! Along with this being a cage free facility, Dawn treats my dog like family! She always has the dogs best interest in mind, she’s also very upfront about any problems/situations/questions. You’ll always get a straight answer! I love that I can talk directly to her about any concerns or problems as she is the only one who handles the dogs! We already feel like family ! We love and appreciate ya! <3
My dog clover (11 month old boxer) has been coming here for a few weeks now and loves it! She is so excited to go and never wants to leave. She also sleeps at home now and gives me time to get things done around the house. Would definitely recommend ☺️
We recently had Pam take care of our 3 dogs, 2 horses, and chickens. I got updates everyday with pictures, all my boys were loved and taken care of as if they were hers. With her flexibility we were even able to extend our stay. I highly recommend this company. I’ll leave this review as many places as I can so everyone knows how truly wonderful she is. It’s such a relief knowing we can go away and not worry. Looking forward to her next visit.
Madison, Orange, Culpeper and surrounding areas, Two Sisters will be serving your Area's starting February 2025. Pam is the Best. She will always go above and beyond for her clients. Call today to schedule your meet and greet and get in Pam's client book. ********* Two Sisters Pet and Farm Sitting of Stafford, Virginia (Pam Talley) is without doubt the absolute best service of its kind available in the state of Virginia. Pam goes over and beyond to take care of her animal clients and their humans. I live 30+ miles away and way outside of Pam's usual area but she has always come and taken care of my animals at a moments notice, no easy feat as I have numerous fur babies comprising of horses, donkeys, cats and dogs. Absolutely deserves 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Best pet sitter experience ever! Seriously Pam was so professional and caring. She showed up in time and took excellent care of our menagerie, even the fishies were smiling when we got home. Look how happy all our “kids” are! Pam sent updates and photos throughout the week. She even called to alert me that someone was at the house and asked if that was okay. Turned out to be a surveyor, but I greatly appreciate her diligence and care. Prices are fare and visits flexible to fit any situation. Our little Roo needs 7 medications a day and I never worried once that he was at risk.
We were in town for a wedding and asked Pam to visit our small dog for dinner and a walk. She was great with communication and we were happy to receive photos of our little guy. If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to contact Two Sisters Pet Sitting. Thank you Pam!
Pam at Two Sisters Pet Sitting in Stafford, VA is awesome! We trust her to take care of our dogs when we’re away and she is amazing. She treats the boys as if they are her own as well as keeping an eye on the house, bringing in mail, etc. The dogs love being at home, love Pam and we avoid the hassle of putting them in a kennel. We trust her implicitly and consider her a family friend, We’ve referred her to several friends who she now counts as clients. If you’re looking for an awesome pet sitter, Pam at Two Sisters Pet Sitting, is it!!
Pam Talley is an absolute joy to have in our lives! We brought home a puppy several months ago and after reading reviews on a local Facebook page, contacted Pam immediately. She came out to our house to meet us and our puppy who loved her from day one! She was very patient with me as I asked a million questions on how she would care for my dog when we had to work outside of the home. She answered all of my questions with great thought and care and I could really tell that she loves what she does for a living. She told me on our first meeting that she would love my dog like he was her own and she has shown us that consistently. She provides references who all speak very highly of her and the services she provides. Pam is very easy to work with, very responsive when scheduling and even offers to help if I get stuck in DC commuter traffic. What really stands out to me is that she does care for every pet and animal that she serves. This was apparent when our puppy was sick recently and she helped us find a vet who could diagnose and treat him before our regular vet even had an opening. She teaches/reinforces puppy manners and helps us humans by giving us tips and showing us tricks to keep him on a consistent track. We get daily updates after his walks and pictures and videos which we LOVE. I DO NOT know what we would do without Pam (and Shelby). Our puppy loves them both and I am so glad that we met. We will be customers (and fur-family) for as long as we live in the Stafford area. 💙🐾
I am so thankful that I found Pam at Two Sisters Pet Sitting. We have a senior boy, so I was more nervous than normal about finding the right person. My nerves were put at ease because Pam is the absolute best! She is loving, caring, professional and attentive. She will do anything to treat your fur babies like one of her own. We recently went on vacation and requested 4 visits a day. She accommodated each visit, even having Catelyn (pet sitter) to handle a later evening visit so Max would not have such a long overnight. She puts the best interest of the animals above all else. Pam competently administers medication accurately and on time. Her communication is timely and non rushed. She takes her time to answer any question you may have. I love the pictures she texts daily with captions of "Hi mom," or "Had my dinner"....etc. However, the best determination of how loving Pam is, is by Max. When she stopped by to review house procedures, Max was so happy to see her and loved on her like he was with his very special person! I wholeheartedly recommend Two Sisters Pet Sitting. Your furry best friends will thank you!!
I had a great experience with Pam while we were gone on vacation! She was reliable, attentive, and our fur babies seemed content when we returned. She also sent photos everyday during check ins, which I appreciated. Highly recommended!
Pam and her team of pet sitters have been coming into my home for about 6 months now, at least once a day, some times twice a day. They have always been friendly and helpful and have gotten to know me and my babies to the point that my cat Sunny follows Pam around the house every time she's here and I'm convinced that she would probably follow her home if I let her. Pam and her team have helped out with cat litter cleaning, cat feeding, giving meds to cats, and many other misc. care needs. They're so great!
I have known Pam for a few years and have helped her out a few times. I always feel safe with her and the various fur babies she takes care of. Pam is so good with all types of pets - cats, horses, chickens, lizards, birds goats and particularly good with all breeds of dogs. Her varied skills are impressive! She is so kind and patient and tends to go above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend her to take care of your pets.
The staff is so friendly. I can tell the staff enjoys working there which in turn transfers to how well they take care of my pup. They are wonderful and my dog, Lilly, loves going to daycare. She is excited when I drop her off and tired when I pick her up (which is a good thing). They are diligent in ensuring the safety of the pups by enforcing the appropriate handler to dog ratio and ensuring vaccines are up to date. I highly recommend The Dog Eaze Inn for daycare. 10 Stars!
I cannot recommend Dog Eaze Inn highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease knowing my little dog was in such caring and professional hands. The staff is incredibly welcoming and genuinely loves animals, which shows in every interaction. The facility is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with dogs' comfort and safety in mind. My pup especially enjoyed the supervised playtime with other dogs—it's clear that the team takes great care in matching pets with compatible playmates. What stood out the most was the personalized attention my dog received. The staff made sure to follow his feeding schedule and provided plenty of cuddles and TLC, which is so important for a smaller, more sensitive pup like mine. I also loved the updates I received while my dog was there. The photos and notes about his activities put my mind at ease and reassured me that he was having the best time. Dog Eaze Inn truly goes above and beyond to make both pets and their owners feel cared for. If you're looking for a trustworthy, loving place for your dog, this is it. My little guy always comes home happy and tired from all the fun. Thank you, Dog Eaze Inn!
My dog is reactive and shy, but let me tell you... this place did a wonderful job working with my dog, Flaco, and getting him to not only open up but socialize with more than one person. They always take great care of him, and they were even able to give him a bath! Which is unheard of for my dog. I'd never thought it would be possible for him to even make friends, but I am grateful I found Dog Eaze Inn to not only treat my dog with love and care but to also have him open up. Thank you!!!!
Lola always loves staying at the Dog Eaze Inn. They always fuss all over her and make her feel loved & special! We love them! This last time her tail was wagging so hard when she saw where we were arriving to when we dropped her off! She couldn’t wait to see all her friends there (and meet lots of new ones!!!). When we picked her up, while she was happy to see us, she definitely was sad to go! Thanks, as always, to the staff there for taking such good care of our girl!
Dog Eaze Inn seems understaffed and unorganized. I have attempted to make boarding reservations on a couple occasions and reaching an employee was challenging. I had to play phone tag several times before reaching someone that could assist. I had scheduled a tour of the facility prior to finalizing reservations and was provided a time, only to show up and be told they didn’t have the staff available to accommodate the time they scheduled. There’s too many red flags regarding this business for me to entrust them with boarding my dog when they don’t seem capable of managing schedules or appropriately staffing enough personnel to assist customers and attend to the pets in their care. UPDATED REPLY(11/22/2024): Thank you for the explanation and I do understand the issue with limited personnel. Unfortunately, I believe that contributed to the communication problems as I tried to call to cancel my initial tour but there wasn’t an actual person to receive my call prior to your cut off time for tours. I called to reschedule at 3pm the next day. I was advised by your receptionist to arrive prior to 4:45pm. I explained I was on my way and arrived at 4:10pm, whereby she explained she could not accommodate me after telling me different just an hour ago. After driving an hour in traffic and then told otherwise is unacceptable. Also, I appreciate the booking information and completely understand being full, but my issue again is that prompt communication could have resolved the situation more amicably. If a situation were to occur whereby I needed to relay time sensitive information during boarding or daycare, I lack confidence in a timely response due to the communication shortfalls.
Nikko looked happy when we picked him up after 3 days and 3 nights. He seemed to have had a pleasant stay. The staff are very nice and caring.
My two dogs boarded with them for 8 days. Even though they shared a run, the bill was just shy of $1000. They offered outdoor playtime with other dogs and several grooming services, but my boys just got the basic bath and towel dry. It was pricey, but I knew my dogs were well taken care of.
I would personally stay there...lol...think I'd fit in a crate? I found everything very clean and different packages for boarding to meet your needs. We went with the middle one and when we picked our girl up, she was clean and happy. The Staff is totally awesome and even washed the containers we sent with Tootsie's food. I totally give them 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 and we will be back...Thank You! Tootsie is with our new rescue we adopted, so you'll get to meet her too!
The Dog Eaze does fantastic with handling reactive dogs. My dog does not play well with other dogs but every time I've boarded him here he was kept in his own private area to play and room to sleep. They make pick up and drop off safe for him by requesting visitors do not bring their dog into the office while other dogs are in there. He has also had many appointments for grooming and they have always been so quick and caring and I personally think the prices for this service for a Large Standard Poodle are very reasonable. We are moving away soon and I will miss having Dog Eaze just down the road. Thank you for all the love and care you have given to my dog throughout the years. I am so thankful for all of the employees who played, bathed, gave tuck ins, fed, and cuddled him while I was away.
I boarded my black Labrador at the Dog Eaze Inn for three nights. He was very calm when I picked him up. He ate his dry food and chewable Cosequin pill every night. I highly recommend The Dog Eaze Inn.
