We love Heaven’s Heart Pet Care because they truly love and care about our dog Sammie. He is an older beagle and needs extra attention at times and they are amazing! We never have to worry about him when they are caring for him. Ross and Devena care about Sammie as if he was their own! They send pictures to update us of their visits and walks! We would recommend them to anyone looking for quality pet care, you won’t be disappointed!

Devena and Ross are AMAZING!! We needed someone on short notice to take care of our dog and they were able to step in and save the day! They kept in contact with us about any updates about our dog and provided him with such loving care. They really treat your pet as their own! So blessed to have found them and they will be the only people we go to in the future to care for any of our pets!!

Ross and Devena are totally awesome!! I have had a couple of family emergencies in the past year that have required me to be away from home for weeks at a time. My dog, Auggie, has stayed at Heaven's Heart in their home at least twice in the past year. Each visit was 2 weeks. I also just recently had Ross and Devena stay with Auggie in my home for another 10 days. All have been great experiences. They made sure that Auggie got his medicine and remained on his feeding and potty break schedules. Knowing that Auggie was being taken care of in a home environment instead of a kennel gave me peace of mind during a very stressful time. I highly recommend them!

We left our Ruby with Heaven's Heart Pet Care for 9 days while we traveled out of the country. We were so comfortable with her being there. They sent multiple pictures and and an update every day. Ruby seemed very happy and comfortable in their home. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them if you are looking for pet care.

Devena and Ross came over and took care of 8 of our cats while we were on vacation. They both were incredible to our cats and in their communications with us. We were close to boarding our cats before an issue came up at the place we were going to board them about a week before we were supposed to leave. I contacted Heavens Heart and it was no problem for them to come for 4 days. They have a portal where you can put your pets picture and all the information they would need to get to know your pets personality and routine. They send very detailed notes and pictures of their visit very soon after they leave your house. It provided such a great peace of mind to know that our cats got some play time and made sure their litter boxes, food and water dishes were good to go. The whole experience was way beyond our expectations. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent business! We hired them to stay at our home for over 2 weeks, looking after our three kitties. Heaven’s Heart did an outstanding job, including helping one of our cats when she developed an eye infection. Terrific owners! We highly recommend them.

Devena and Ross took great care of our 3 fur kitties. Each one of our cats throws out a unique personality. One kitty is special dietary needs who needs consistency for feedings. Normally our cats shy away from new people due to being rescues. However, Devena & Ross had wonderful encounters with all of them. The pictures and detailed updates daily said everything. My cats were happy and well cared for. I will sing their praises over and over. Thank you both for treating our fur children with love and patience. We greatly appreciate you ❤️

Heaven's Heart Pet Care came to our rescue when we had a family emergency and helped us out on short notice. Super professional and it is very apparent how good they are with animals. Even with the short notice they still gave my Beau a great afternoon while we took care of family matters. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a pet sitting service!

We brought our golden retriever/black lab mix to Ridgeside K9 with their all-inclusive puppy training and adult training program. He spent 10 days with them as a puppy to get some basic skills in, then he went back for 2 weeks several months later to build on those skills. He is a super energetic and smart lab that wants to please but also has issues with impulse control, boundaries, and focus and was basically running our house. Ridgeside has done an absolutely amazing job with him! The trainers are incredibly kind, treat the dogs with care and love, and address all our dog's behavioral concerns. The biggest thing that they do though, is teaching us as owners how to communicate with our dogs. When you pick up your dog after a board-and-train, they go over dog psychology and communication methods with you and that is a GAME CHANGER when it comes to continuing your dog's training at home. We definitely recommend Ridgeside K9 for all your pup training needs!

My dog, Brooklyn, took the 2-week daily training course at Ridgeside. I was highly impressed with the facility, the trainers, and the staff. Everyone was so professional and knowledgeable. EJ was her trainer and she just adored him. He taught her several new commands and then taught me how to keep the training going at home. She started off a very shy and scared pup, but this training helped to bring her out of her shell and she is doing wonderfully at home. I highly recommend this training facility. Very worthy investment!

The team here at Ridgeside is absolutely amazing. Emily was able to help my very reactive 3-year old goldendoodle become more confident. Lou went for the 5-week service dog prep course (board and train). Within one day of picking her up, and her confidence has significantly increased and she is able to stay on command. After a few more days of reinforcement training at home, she will go back for a public access test. I am very confident Emily has fully prepared Lou! Thank you to everyone there, especially Patrick, who spent a little extra time with her as this was her first time away. Iggy has a great team. Thank you all!

My pup Alex was in the 3 week training program and I am thoroughly impressed. He’s a happy, energetic and easily excited big guy. His main issues were impulse control and walking on a leash without dragging me all over the place and barking at anything and everything we passed. When I went in to pick him up the trainers did an in depth training for me which was great so I can continue on with his training and maintain what he had learned from them. His trainer was Kendall and she was great! Very professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. It was hard being away from him but they post pics of the pups and their progress every day on their facebook page. Since he’s been home we’ve gone to stores together with no issue, visited friends with small children and stayed calm the entire time, no more counter surfing at home, jumping on people coming over has stopped. We walked around downtown with minimal problems (he got scared when diesel trucks went by). I highly recommend Ridgeside K9 for training, boarding and grooming, it’s a pretty fantastic place.

Payton worked with our dog Bear for two weeks and did an amazing job! She is excellent. From the daily updates and pictures to all the answered questions, we felt so at ease with the entire process. After the training, she taught our family (even our three young children) how to implement these new skills. She was thorough and patient. We each feel so empowered. Simple things like taking family walks together with Bear into town have become a breeze! As a family of five, us all being on the same page with how we communicate with Bear is a game changer. We are so happy we choose Ridgeside K9 and it has made a huge difference in our day to day life with our pup. We highly recommend! :)

Molly just finished 3 weeks of Board & Train, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! She is an 8 y/o rescue with a sweet personality but poor manners. She needed to unlearn the unwanted habits and relearn basic obedience skills. Molly’s trainer, Sydney, was awesome with me on pick up day! I learned so much from her about the training process, and then I got to reunite and practice these skills with Molly!!! I deeply appreciate the intensive, methodical training techniques used with Molly and with ME! All of these new tools and skills will help me to keep her & I safe, and will enhance our bond. This training course was time and money well spent, and I would highly recommend Ridgeside K9 Winchester!!

We have a 9 month old lab/golden mix, Poppy, who completed the 2 week training at Ridgeside. We are completely satisfied with everything she learned in that time frame, and everything we have now learned on ways to continue her training and implement her new skills at home. We were most excited with how well she is able to walk on a leash, no longer jumps on guests or new people she meets, and is responsive to commands. Highly recommend this facility! They are so supportive and responsive throughout the program and even after your pup graduates. Poppy now attends the day care throughout the week to remain socialized with other dogs and to reinforce her training.

As a graduate of Ridgeside K9 Winchester's shadow program I cannot stress enough how great this place is. I went from no dog training experience to full confidence in my abilities to train. Everyone here was so quick to help guide me into becoming the trainer I am today. The program is comprehensive and thorough, with plenty of guidance, understanding, and real world experience. I could not have asked for a better learning environment or a better staff to work with. They clearly care about what they do and it is reflected in every dog that comes through. I will always remember the time I spent here and all the talented people I got to work with, they really deserve so much credit for all the amazing work they do! I cannot thank them enough!

If I could give them a rating over 5 stars I would! We rescued a 7 month old aussiedoodle from a neglectful situation and we were really struggling with training her. She has TONS of energy and had 0 listening skills. We called Ridgeside and got her set up for the 2 week board and train program and we are thrilled with all of the things she learned. She still has her goofy puppy personality but now we are able to use the tools Ridgeside taught us and our pup and help her live a successful life. I am so grateful for this team of trainers for helping our puppy and us! Now she is settled back in at home and doing great! Thank you Ridgeside for everything! We can’t wait to use the other services they offer and we will definitely be back for a group class!

My Shepherd underwent the two-week board and train and is doing SO good! The pick up day consisted of a 2-hr “train the human” as I’m calling it😆 and was VERY cool. The trainer with us was So knowledgeable and helpful and listened to concerns we had. Side note: I am SUPER upset a degree in psychology with a specialization in animal behavior was not given to ME as an option in college now! We talked about dog mentality and their purpose for not only being a companion but having a job. The last hour of the session was working with our individual pup on what WE too had learned. It was so easy to follow because my dog had already been conditioned and I was so excited to get him home and show him off to my husband. I very briefly explained how dogs think and create snapshots of experiences and went to show him a skill and immediately my dog was like huh? Nope!😂 I knew it was going to take my OWN perseverance at that point to create the same or similar environment at home. I’m happy to report that after a few 15min sessions a day, for the past few days, working with him he is back on track and “obedient!” I still have one big hurdle to overcome -the vets office, where he is MOST uncomfortable. I have spoken with the training manager since coming home and will be utilizing all the tips he gave me and know I can reach out for follow up if I fail! More to come! A friend of mine who has a K-9 dog with the police force laughed at me and said “it’s amazing what a well trained human is capable of!” 100% accurate. So with this I will say- Ridgeside I would like to learn more, do you offer more human training? 😂

BJ is wonderful. She is so great with the pets that are boarded or groomed at her Kennel. We wouldn't leave our dogs with anyone else. Our Lab Chloe loved her and was always excited to see her. She has taken care of us for years. Rates are great!

This is a great kennel. Very clean and cute. She is really nice and patient. She explains everything up front and shows us around. Called to update us and we were also able to call and check in. You can tell she loves working with dogs. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was a horrible experience from the start. We had a 4pm appointment to drop off our dog. She was a no show. After leaving several messages, 2 hours later she returns the call and says that she forgot... Reluctantly we took the dog back to be boarded for two days, Saturday afternoon to Monday afternoon. When we picked the dog up Monday afternoon she tells us a different price. She has somehow determined that Saturday to Monday is actually 3 days, and we now owe her for 3 days boarding. A little confused, I said no it is only 2 days and in fact, it hasn't even been 48 hours since we dropped him off! Her response was that she charged 3 days because he got there on Saturday, he was there on Sunday and he was there on Monday. I said this is quite extraordinary, I mean my hotel doesn't charge like that, car rental companies don't charge like this and you never disclosed any of this when we dropped him off. Shady and deceptive to say the least. And she only accepts cash....

Shady and deceptive pricing. I was just alerted to the fact that country lane kennel is claiming that my review is fake. I assure you that it is not fake. She tried charging us for 3 Days of boarding when it had not even been 48 hours. And then this nice "Christian" lady got mad and started yelling at me and told me to never bring my dog there again. All because I questioned the price difference from her original quote. Real Jeckal and Hyde this one ...

The best groomer east of the Mississippi. She does a wonderful job. She loves the dogs and they love her. We have been taking our dog for over 3 years. We love the job she does and our dog loves her. I would not recommend any other groomer/boarder.

I have boarded my Olde English Bulldogge here on two separate occasions. Each time I have felt that I am leaving him in good hands. The animals are not socialized, but they get one in one time with the owner and time to roam free in her yard.

I'm not exactly sure how many years we have been taking our toy poodle to BJ, but she does an amazing job and her prices are very reasonable. You can tell that she genuinely loves animals <3. I highly recommend Country Lane Kennels!

Suzi is the best. Our three goldens adore her and she is so good with them and all their crazy. She gives some of the best (and funniest) daily updates and picks up on anything out of the norm. Our fur babies are our babies and I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else.

Suzi is fantastic. She is patient and kind. She won over my oldest cat which was no small feat! She's extremely dependable - especially important as I have a senior dog. I can leave the country for extended periods and never need to worry when Suzi is caring for my fur babies!

Suzi is BEST! She has been caring for my cat Drake for over a year when I need to be away. For health reasons he has to be an only cat so I worry about him being lonely. Drake considers Suzi his girlfriend. She loves him like her own pets. They chat, watch tv, and she gives him lots of fishy treats and love. As a matter of fact she is checking in on him tonight! I never worry when I travel. I recommend her highly for the professionalism she brings to her business. I have a happy😺Cat.

Suzi is just the best! We have a rescue doggie who has had unknown traumatic experiences. She’s a very skittish and fearful dog. Suzi made friends with Dolly and gained her trust before ever taking care of her for us. Suzi’s main priority is the pet’s comfort. She came to our home for an introductory visit and walks. When a long time had passed between us needing her, she came back to get reacquainted before we left town for an overnight. Dolly trusted Suzi and they had a great time together. I received several text updates and photos. We just found out that our dog has an illness that is going to require months long treatment. I’m so grateful that we know Suzi and feel completely comfortable trusting her to follow the medication and activity schedules required. You cannot do better than Harpers Ferry Tails!

Suzi is wonderful with pets, and Is a real pro with running her pet sitting service. She was referred by several neighbors on my street who have her watch their dogs. She cared for my 3 cats while I was on vacation and they were happy and chilled out when I came home. She even connected and cuddled the cat I said would probably hide from her all week - very impressed with her ability to sweet talk them!! She came over to meet the kitties ahead of time and learn about their routine and personalities, along with how I'd like to communicate with her. She was happy to send daily updates and pix or not, depending on what I preferred. She set specific visit times and honored those. My next door neighbor told me Suzi did a great job while I was away and said 'she's the best petsitter I've seen' which is high praise from a longtime local! I think Suzi has that special energy that some people just have around animals, and it makes you know your fluffy family members are in loving hands when you're away from them. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and 6 paws up for Suzi!!

Suzi is an amazing furry babysitter. She loves animals like children and she will love yours and treat them like her own. Reliable, caring and trustworthy. We love to have our babies stay with a buddy instead of a kennel. With Suzi in home stays or sitting with your pets they won't miss you near as much when you are away. She will gladly check in on your babies during the day for potty break or just alittle romp around the neighborhood.

Suzi at Harpers Ferry Tales is the best pet sitter in West Virginia she took care of my dogs while I went to Florida for a week and I had no worries once so ever I was able to call he, she sent me pictures of her having fun with my dogs which I really appreciated. She talks to them in there language she stays over the night and when I got home it wasn't even like they even missed me they wanted to see her so if you ever looking for a dog sitter or cat sitter or animal sitter Suzi is the best.

We had a family emergency and had to go out of town and we contacted Wendy to see if they any open kennels for Sophie and she stated bring her over we will make it work. We have been with Waggin Tails since they first opened and Wendy and her employees are great, they treat our fur babies as their own.

Wendy is awesome with Creek, our GSP. He actually gets excited when we pull into her driveway. He always gets the best of care and Wendy is always happy to see Creek. Found Wendy after several bad experiences with other kennels in the area.

Found Waggin Tails about 1 year ago from the recommendation of several neighbors. Wendy is the absolute best! She is very easy to work with, accommodating, and you can tell she absolutely loves dogs. Would never take my dog anywhere else!

Ya know how sometimes there is that feeling of regret or remorse when you take your beloved best friend to a kennel? You won't get that feeling at Waggin Tails! Wendy is absolutely amazing!! She is a huge dog lover, and treats every dog as if they are her own! We take our black lab to "Miss Wendy's". He knows when we pull in her driveway and always starts waggin' his tail. Once we get out, he trots right in as if it's his second home. I can always tell he's loved and spoiled, and I think he probably gets more attention and exercise with Wendy than he does at home! She always texts me updates on how he's doing or little pictures/videos of him playing with the other dogs. Not necessary at all, but definitely appreciated and so thoughtful! Also, the kennels are super clean! You can't even tell there's 1 dog there, let alone 8 or 10. No odor at all! Waggin' Tails is everything you're looking for in a kennel - loving staff, clean environment, lots of play and exercise, and cooperation and responsiveness from the owner. As long as Wendy is in business, I will never take my pup anywhere else!

This was the first time my Scout was ever boarded. He's a needy, lovable pain in the tail. Waggin Tails took such doooooood care of him. Sent me pics and messages to let me know he was ok. Took care of all of his needs, gave him some good exercise and dog socializing. I will ALWAYS take him here when I need to! Thank you, Wendy!!!

We used them for in home services, for our cat and two dogs who are rescues. I felt so comfortable being away knowing our fur babies were being well taken of. Also seeing their experience with handling nervous dogs put me at ease. I got updates and pictures. It made me so happy to see. I love the fact that they can take care of other animals, chickens, fish,ect as well as maintain things in the home upon request, such as watering plants and whatnot. It helps us make plans for future vacations or emergencies that may come up. 10 out of 10 we highly recommend them!

My wife and I are very satisfied with Fetch! We use Fetch so that our dogs do not have to be alone all day while we work! The company is very flexible with our schedule and easy to get in touch with. We have never felt more comfortable allowing someone to enter our home to care for our dogs as we are with Fetch. We aren’t sure what we would do without Fetch! We highly recommend this company.

Everything went great! I left my two doggies there for one week. She took great care of them and they were totally healthy and happy when I came to pick them up. Lindsay washed all my blankets, bathed them and had their report cards with lots of great information:-) I am very pleased!! She is super organized and was flexible with my schedule. We will use her in the future!

We boarded our sweet Darla for the very first time last weekend, for our Wedding. Lindsay was great to communicate with before, during and after the event. She seems to really love dogs and know a lot about them. Darla was healthy and clean when we picked her up. Drop your dog here for daycare while you enjoy a spa treatment at Capon Springs up the road. It will be a spa day for all!

My dogs stayed here over the summer and had a great playing. They can be hard to handle at times but Lindsey knew just what they needed to settle in. She sent me pictures during their stay which put my mind to ease. She also grooms my pom pom every couple months. She is great with dogs and very knowledgeable when it comes to their needs and wants.

After a bad boarding experience, we only left our dog with family, until now! Lindsey is amazing and I was confident our boy would be well-loved while we were away. It was great to get updates throughout the week and come home to a beautifully groomed and (most importantly) happy fella. Lindsay was awesome to work with from the minute we called her to inquire about our "Buddy's stay" this summer. Her communication was great and she enthusiastically welcomed us when we arrived. Buddy was well loved and had a great time. He was so clean and looked great when we picked him up and even his blanket had been washed! We have a 10 year old Lab and wanted to get a deep clean. This was our first time and I must say Lindsay put all our worries at ease. Not only were we pleased with the cleaning but it also made a difference in shedding she really got a lot of hair thinned out. Lindsay even touched bases with us to let us know he was doing well and sent a couple pictures which put us at ease. I would recommend her she is very caring and you can tell she likes what she is doing.

Lindsay made me feel at ease dropping my dog Lady off for grooming. She even sent pictures during the process and kept me updated the whole time. I warned her that Lady was temperamental around other dogs. She made sure she was kept from the other dogs to avoid a fight. She treated her as if she was her own and was very attentive. I will be returning to get Lady groomed again. Thank you Lindsay!

I boarded my one year old Ragdoll cat, Aidan, for a week while at the beach. Lindsey groomed Aidan during his stay and she did an awesome job! I am now going to have her groom him on a regular basis to prevent mats and keep him looking beautiful! I highly recommend boarding and grooming with Lindsey!

Needed someone last minute to care for our kitty during the holidays and Lindsay was awesome! She was very responsive and took true interest in him and his well-being, even giving his meds twice daily. Her updates during his stay helped us rest assured that he was in great hands!

I boarded my 3 dogs and 2 healthy Ragdoll cats for 6 days with Paw Spa and Retreat. When I picked up my animals the next day my female cat was already sneezing. I immediately took her to my vet and they started treating her for an upper respiratory infection. When I got home I called Paw Spa and Retreat to let them know my cat was very sick and to tell them they may need to contact the other family that boarded their cats during that time. I told them it was upsetting to me because my cats were very healthy and never go outside or leave my home. The person I spoke to acted like “oh well, you sign a waiver in case something like this would happen”. Three days later my male cat now has the URI and is very sick. I will never use this kennel ever again!!!

Just a heads up! If you board your dog here they are alone from 6:00 pm until 7:00 am the next morning. No one is in the building and no camera's set up to check on the animals.

I booked a two week stay for my dog because we were looking for a place closer to home for boarding. Mind you this stay was booked for my wedding and honeymoon in Mexico. We toured the facility and made the reservations along with providing the shot records at least a month in advance. I showed up with our dog early morning as scheduled and was told that they needed more info for the rabies vaccination. It was early morning and tractor supply vet where we take him didn’t open until noon. The girl at the front desk looked at me and said nothing even when I told her the horrible spot they just put me in. Luckily our previous borders in Winchester saved the day and took him last minute. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone with anything important to attend!

Spent 16 minutes on the phone with them as they needed to let me talk to their groomer because they “might not be able to provide services on my cat if he’s stressed” which is fine. But demanded at the end of the phone call to give them a $30 deposit even though they already said “you don’t have to put down a deposit if you don’t want to” then the last 30 seconds of the call “received a email from management” we can’t schedule an appointment with out deposit even though we already picked a date “May 22nd”. Seems like a company who keeps deposits from customers they know ahead of time they won’t be able to preform services on their pets. Then makes up excuses to why they have to keep deposit. Let me add I was only trying to schedule an appointment for my cat to be groomed. Not with the vet or for some expensive surgery.

We have a senior dog who has only ever been groomed at home. He had a wonderful experience here. They were very tender with him, and he smells FABULOUS. He even got a little bandana. The price is so cheap you expect a garbage experience, but the service and quality is awesome. Thank you all, from Caddo and his pawrents!

This place is the best. I love bringing my dogs here. The spa and retreat are fantastic. The groomers who work here do a fantastic job on my Lil Kids. They always look nice and are groomed well. I highly recommend bringing your pets here! You will definitely fall in love with the place.

Great place! Took my two pups Athena and Aries for their first time boarding and they had a great experience. The staff was friendly and was quick to respond when I inquired how they were doing. My dogs were happy and healthy when I picked them up and really seemed to love the staff there.

My boisterous hound dogs stayed in their boarding facility for about 4 or 5 days. They had a great time and were in good health when we picked them up. The staff didn’t even complain about their howling. We will definitely be back.

Could not be happier. Our cat came down with a skin condition on her neck a few weeks before vacation and we were on the verge of forfeiting the money we had put down on a beach house to stay home with her until we found Shenandoah Paw Spa and Retreat. They are very reasonably priced and weren't annoyed when my wife called daily to check on our pet. They even texted us and sent us a few photos while we were away to ease our mind. They went above and beyond when her medicine ran out mid-week. I would highly recommend them and if the situation arises again, we would not hesitate to use them. Thank you all very much.

Gilmore smelled great and looked so handsome. They seemed to do a really good job- he was happier when I picked him up than he ever came out at his last groomer. Will be back!

This boarding facility is very close to home for me so I thought it was a good pick. I booked online for my pets and accidentally got the dates wrong so I called to see if they could change it to the correct dates for me. The owner answered the phone and was nice enough to do so but she did come off a little rude. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked if I could visit the facility before boarding my dogs. It was the day before Thanksgiving and she warned me they may not have time. totally understandable. I let her know I’d still check in. It comes to the day of the visit and I also brought my wife to make sure she was also comfortable with our pets staying here. The facility is clean and looks great on the outside. We walk in and it is also clean inside. I let the older lady (assuming this is the owner) at the desk know I was wondering if we could get a walk through. She and the older man sitting next to her immediately shake their head saying today was not a good day and included that they were leaving soon. Mind you: We arrive shortly after opening and there wasn’t a lot going on from what we could see. The walk through took less than 5mins…… The facility is clean. The employee that gave us the tour was nice but the spaces for the animals are advertised as luxury and being from the city they resemble closer animal shelter kennels. The owners overall attitude is the reason we would not board here ever. Please go in and tour the facility. You’ll understand my review when you do.

I reached out regarding an online reservation on a holiday weekend, wanting to confirm if they actually had availability or not. I was immediately greeting with a young lady who was extremely unpleasant and seemed to lack customer service phone skills. She picked up the call and did not provide her name or any detail other than “Hello, Creature Comfort.” I processed to introduce myself and explain why I was calling. When I asked if they actually had space for my reservation that was booked online, she gave me a stern one worded “No.” She maybe said 3 words total on that call, I was extremely taken back by the lack of professionalism during that brief interaction. Not a very great first impression from a business stand point by any means. I would not feel comfortable leaving my pets at a facility where they are not able to answer a customer call with respect.

Creature Comfort is the ONLY place in VA that I will Let take care of my baby, Leo. Tammy and Terry are the absolute best and go above and beyond to ensure your baby is treated as theirs. Tammy does an amazing job training as well! You won’t be disappointed 💜 …

My dog stayed for four days. He seemed perfectly chilled coming back home not stressed or anxious to get out. This was his first kennel stay. He's 11 months. The owner gave me a tour and I paid for some extra play time. The facility looked and smelled clean. I'd return if required.👍 …

Great place to board pets. They took care of our cats and dogs like family. It is hard to find a place that takes such good care of the animals. Would recommend to anyone needing animal boarding.

If I could give Creature Comfort 6 stars I would! They take such good care of our two large dogs. We have been taking our dogs here for over 4 years. We pass a lot of other kennels along the way during our 60 mile drive to drop off our babies, but we know they are in the best hands while we are away.

Tammy and her team have been doing an amazing job of taking care of my 2 Rottweilers since they were puppies. One has developed epilepsy over the years. They have no problem caring for him and administering his meds. It means a lot to have a place we can trust to care for our pets when we are away. Thanks to you all.

Creature Comfort Inn is 1.5 hours away from us and WELL worth the trip to leave our dog. We have boarded our dog with them twice now. When we picked up our dog this time, the owner took the time to note minor behavior differences she saw in our pup between his first and second boarding. The Inn offers many services for the dogs each day for an additional fee (group play, snuggle time, extra walks, etc) that we plan to take advantage of next time! You can tell these folks love the pups they care for.

Large property in a country setting. great area for my dog to run! They took wonderful care of my dog during the week he was boarded there. they provide a lot of services. Kennels were clean, and a good size. Will be returning with Boo for daycare and training!
