Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.
Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.
Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. They had took great care of our dog and chickens and left the house and car in great shape. Plus, they’re just a really sweet young couple. We’d highly recommend them as house sitters.
Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Don't hesitate to book this family of three, your house and your pets will be well-looked after!
Initially, I was very nervous about finding my very first in-home pet sitter who could provide the level of care and attention our 3 beloved fur-kids required. From the moment Emily and Johnny stepped into our home, I knew they were going to be in good hands. Their gentle demeanor and genuine love for animals instantly put our dogs Gypsy & Johnny at ease. Emily and Johnny took the time to understand our pets’ unique personalities and preferences, ensuring that their every need would be met. During our absence, Emily provided us with regular updates and adorable photos. Their detailed communication gave me peace of mind, knowing that my fur babies were in the best possible hands. Upon our return, we were greeted by a happy and contented gang, who clearly had enjoyed their time with Emily and Johnny. Emily and Johnny are more than just pet sitters; they are true companions to our furry family. Their exceptional care, genuine love for animals, and unwavering dedication have earned them a permanent spot in our hearts. Without hesitation, we give Emily and Johnny a 5-star rating and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking trustworthy and loving caregivers for their beloved pets. THANK YOU Emily and Johnny!!! <3
Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. I honestly think she left it cleaner than I left it for her! We certainly hope she is around the next time our best friend needs a friend. If you're looking for a responsible caregiver for your pets and home - look no further!
I could not have asked for a better first time sitter experience! Terry & Vinnie were absolutely wonderful people. They took stellar care of my beloved pets and my home. Their communication with me was enough that I felt perfectly at ease during my time away and in turn, they were super responsive if I contacted them. My pets were relaxed and happy when I returned!
Deboraj took great care of the apartment and of our goofy unsociable cat. She went out of her way to bring catnip and make friends with Rowan. She communicated often and cared to be as good a house and pet sitter as could be. I can gladly recommend her highly to anyone else looking. Thank you Deborah.
Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Thank you for taking great care for the dogs and the house.
What an amazing couple we had as pet sitters for our two dogs! You can truly feel their love for animals. Nancy sent pictures a couple of times letting us know that they were having fun also with our Cody and Carson! Our home was perfect when we got home. They even left a beautiful potted flower and card on our island in our kitchen. We highly recommend this couple! Jim & Wanda

TWO PAWS UP! My Pups love Paws Inn the Woods! They were super accommodating and flexible with my vacation dates. The facility is very clean and well kept. I was nervous the first time but Kaylee and Rob made me feel like I was leaving the dogs with close friends. June was also super sweet and helpful. Going on trips is a reality again thanks to having a reliable/trustworthy place for Frank and Boo to relax at. Thank you to all of the amazing staff!!!
No hesitation to call Ms.June, Denise or Kyle to take care of my dog while I am away. I’ve called spur of the moment and they have extended their hours to care for Gia. They love her and she absolutely loves them. When I was diagnosed with cancer Ms. June told me “if I EVER needed them to care for her so I could get better they would take her for me”. Cane Corso breeds are hard to “rehome”, God forbid, something happens to me. Since that day, I have not worried about what would happen to my dog if something happened to me. I don’t k ow about other pet owners but, knowing my dog, whom I know they love, has a sanctuary to go to sure brought me peace of mind. They even took excellent care of her when I had to board her with a knee injury. Her “limp” was better when I picked her up.
My dogs stay here frequently. The attention given to them is wonderful. They follow any written requests and or instructions I have given. The owner has been a multiple dog owner for many many years and really pays attention to how dogs are cared for. Beautiful grounds as well. Would never go anywhere else.
DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG AT PAWS INN THE WOODS, GRAFTON OHIO My dog died because of the carelessness and complacency of the kennel staff at Paws Inn the Woods. My retired working dog has been boarded periodically at this kennel for years. He was never allowed to have blankets or toys in the kennel for his safety. This past stay, they put not one but multiple blankets in his kennel and admitted to having zero accountability of blankets or toys in general. They do not pay attention to how many blankets they put in and certainly do not pay attention if any become missing. Not even two days after having him home, I noticed he wasn't acting normal. He was trying to vomit and was struggling to poop. We took him to the Vet immediately, where they found he had a serious obstruction in his digestive tract. They performed emergency surgery and removed the material, which ended up being nearly a whole quilted blanket. Tragically, he ended up dying shortly after surgery due to the severity of the surgery's impact on his system. This was a healthy 8 year old GSD living out his retirement after years of service to this country which was tragically cut short due to a completely preventable incident. When I spoke to the owner of the kennel, she told me three things that broke our hearts even more. 1. She insisted this kind of thing has never happened before at her kennel. Which, after many years of working in pet and working dog kennels and professionally handling and training dogs, I know is not true. Dogs eating things is a very common thing in a kennel environment, which is why it is so important that the staff monitor and keep accountability of exactly what is put in each dog's kennel, if anything. 2. She said she had no idea how or when it happened. When I spoke to the kennel staff, they were immediately defensive and straight up told me they put not one, but multiple blankets in the kennel and had no idea one was missing because they don't count them. They said they don't have time for that. 3. The worst thing the owner told me was that she had no intentions of changing the way she ran her kennel and said she wouldn't lie to me and say she would, just to make us feel better. She was unbelievably unempathetic and offered us nothing in the way of an apology or anything. It is also important to note that while I had this conversation with the owner at the kennel just days after the loss of our dog, I witnessed another dog in an outside run tearing apart the stuffed dog bed that was in the kennel with him. When I pointed it out to her, she said "Oh he does that all the time, he doesn't eat it." She did NOTHING to stop the incident as I literally witnessed the dog pull mouthful after mouthful of stuffing out. For the safety and well-being of your beloved dog, I strongly discourage using this facility to board your pet. The owner and two staff members are lazy, and complacent. Keeping track of what goes in each kennel and making sure it comes out should be a priority at every kennel, among other important things that keep the dogs healthy and safe. For my dog, that lack of attention to detail cost him his life. I am speaking out to hopefully save other dogs from the same fate.
The staff here has become like family. I have used them for almost 7 years. Denise is in my phone as Aunt Denise because my two furry girls love her like family. The location is so peaceful and they staff goes out of their way to understand each dogs independent needs.
Take my 2 dogs to the "spa" all the time. Thats what we call paws in the woods. My 2 dogs love this place and come home tired and happy. Staff is awesome and take care of my 2 dogs like their own. Have a nice place to stay and have a patio and a play yard. Wouldn't take them anywhere else. I literally live next door to a very nice kennel but still drive 30 minutes to paws in the woods.
Paws Inn the Woods is an extraordinary place. I've been taking my dog, Sadie since she came to me. The boarding facilities are nice, and the critters are treated lovingly. She also gets groomed at Paws by Bruce Brehm. I am also delighted that Paws is a rescue facility.
Got to pick up my step doggy with my good friend. The place is so inviting and pristine. The dogs truly love the caregivers and they were very respectful. Only thing- bring cash or a check...no credit or debit taken.
This is where I adopted my Dobie from. She loves going back for grooming visits. Bruce is great with her! Looking forward to taking a vacation this year and trying out the boarding.
Such a wonderful, loving place for our puppy! He is always excited to stay there. Very clean and the staff is remarkable. There is no doubt that they enjoy working with the animals!
My dog loves the place and the owner is wonderful. Can recommend everything from the boarding to having your pup groomed. Safe and clean areas for the dogs Never have to worry about your dogs safety or comfort
Just used her for our 1 year old dog. It was her first boarding experience and she was so helpful and accommodating. The grounds are amazing and very very clean. She was able to accommodate us with only a few days notice and allowed us to pick up on Sunday. She communicates with you anytime you have a question or if you just want to check in. It was also very clear they she had an excellent rapport with animals and truly loves them. Take a tour of the place and I am sure you will never want to take your puppy anywhere else!
We now live 1 hour from Misty Meadows, but still use Jamie to board our dog anytime we go out of town. She truly treats our dog like he is her own, he is so well taken care of, is always happy to arrive at her home, and she offers grooming services before pick-up so the dogs are so soft and smell amazing when you pick them up! She has flexible hours and runs her business from her own property, so if your travel plans change or you need to pick-up on a Sunday it is no problem. 10/10 recommend!
Best dog groomer in northeast ohio. She gives perfect haircuts and can even make your dog look cute if he needs to get shaved. She’s so friendly and reasonably priced and I feel comfortable leaving my dog alone with her. She also offers onsite pet sitting service though I’ve never utilized that. Overall this business is a gem in the community
There is no better Groomer in the area. Misty Meadows Farms is amazing all around. The service they provide and quality is great. The dogs love it there. As most immortally I trust to leave my dogs there knowing they are in great hands. I will always refer anyone to Mist Meadows Farms!
I boarded my 9 month old boxer puppy at Misty Meadows in June of 2021. The owner seemed very nice and knowledgeable on dogs. If you’ve never owned or know a boxer they are high energy. My puppy is all boxer, as sweet as can be but very attached to me and very energetic. We brought him to the barn with a harness on because he pulls. I was told to take the harness and leave him with a collar. Fast forward to picking him up 10 days later. We go into the barn to get him and she just lets him loose. Then continues to stand there as I try and get his harness on, on a very excited puppy!! I thought that was strange but ok. Well, we get him home and he’s coughing and gagging. I take him to the vet and they assumed he had kennel cough, I put him on antibiotics and after awhile his coughing went away but not completely. Two months later I brought him back for the day while we went somewhere. She has me bring him in her house this time and has me remove his harness. As I am leaving she grabs him by the collar and holds him up as he is trying to get to me!! Then she screams in his face that he’s hurting her!! As I left, I realized what I just saw it became clear. That is why he was coughing and gagging after the last time! I hated to leave him but I had somewhere I needed to be. When we picked him up she said he dragged her from the house to the barn and she tied him to a post for awhile. Needless to say he again was coughing and gagging for days. My opinion is she does well with calm well-trained dogs. If your dog is not she is a nasty person. Whenever I think about how my dog was treated I get so upset. I can’t imagine how much trauma she caused by pulling on his collar and probably holding him in the air. He stills coughs occasionally when his throat is pressed!
This has got to be one of the most beautiful pet grooming/day care facilities I have ever seen. It's a private residence that has acres of land that houses lots of animals. Extremely clean with the most friendly and caring operator. You can see and feel the love she puts into the care of each visitor she gets. She is knowledgeable in the care of the animals . I can honestly HIGHLY Recommend this facility. Located in Grafton she is reasonably priced and once you meet her and see the place, well....I don't think you will ever want to go anywhere else.
I was coming in from out of town and my original boarding plan cancelled on me two days before so I called here - she was so responsive and able to get me in last minute. She is so caring w the animals and took great care of my pup who is a very nervous and anxious boarder. Wish I lived closer to use her again, def recommend!
Jaime has been very accommodating with boarding our dogs on short notice. They love it there and always come back tired. Both are rescues and one has some anxiety when she goes to new places but that is not the case here. There is so much to smell that I don't think she even realized that I was gone!
My Toby's a feisty little guy and Jamie did a great job of being patient and helping him calm down and make it thru. He also came out looking so handsome! LOL! By the end she had won over a new friend!! Definitely planning to come back!
OMG I worried because my 120 lb Cane Corso mix rescue had fear aggression and insecurities around other people and dogs. She loves this place and they matched her personality so she is able to socialize with other dogs. They are very understanding and tolerant of phone checks. When I pick her up it's like "Oh... It's you ... Hi Mom, is it time to go home, already?"
My dog spent a week here while we were on vacation. She had the best time! The staff at Little River pet resort truly loves dogs and it shows. I felt at ease knowing my dog was outside playing and not cooped up in a kennel all day.
We loveeee little river! Our pups, Lionel and Daphne, are always so excited to go when I tell them where we are going. They take such good care of our pups and they are the only ones we trust when it comes to daycare and room/board. If I could give them 10 stars here I would!
Professional and well run. I don't feel comfortable leaving my dogs many places, but they are great with them! My dogs like different levels of activity, and they are accommodated well here. You can call to check on your furry friends if you want. There are any add ons to make your dogs stay extra special.
This was our senior dogs 2nd(much longer)visit, and she walked right in. Some places she walks in like she's going to the vet, but she loves it here! She got a lot of 1 on 1 attention from the staff because she's dog selective, and they didn't charge us extra for the seperate 'care' of having to keep her more seperate like the last place we'd take her did. Also they have tons of room for them to run and play, like acres of land with several play yards, if one group of dogs don't work together they work to find one's that do. They're separated by size too, so no worries there.
Without a doubt, the most wonderful place for a dog to be a dog. Happy to know our dog has been going there for over 2 yrs. Place to Run, Roam & engage in enrichment activities but always being cared for properly. Vince & Gina and staff run an amazing place 5 🌟 …
Check in was easy. Pick up was easy. One dog has kennel cough now with suspected bronchopneumonia and a couple small bite wounds from play time I assume. I’ll be leaving the ole emergency vet at 3am with a nice bill due to the concern I had for her obstructive sounding breathing while asleep..
Fantastic place! My dogs are always super happy to come here and are well tired out when I get them. Only ever used the day care. Absolutely loved it. Very reasonable prices.
They are very hands-on, lots of play time, and they take care to partner up compatible dogs. My dog is very nervous, so they partner him up with big, calm Labs or similar. He always comes home worn out from all the play.
I am sorry I did not have a good experience with this kennel. I am sure my pet was well taken care of, but I was not. I dropped my pet off and was asked to sign a contract, which I was not given a copy of. I explained that I was flying home, and it would be cutting it close to pick up on Sunday. I was advised that they would list pick up the following day. Unfortunately, they did not tell me that if I was able to pick up on Sunday, they would charge me the additional day, which is exactly what they did. I paid an additional day’s fee for absolutely nothing. I contacted the owner who compared the kennel to The Hilton, that also charges service fees. Really? Enjoy my money. You did not earn it.
Called to see about having my cat groomed. Read their add and previous reviews. Was told "I don't goom cats". When asked why it's an advertised service, I was told, "it's too much trouble to take it off the site". False advertisement?
We have used this place for years and the owner is always so nice and accommodating. Prices are great for kennel!
Took great care of my babies while I was on vacation! They even came home smelling so good! Will be using them anytime I need my dogs watched!
We've used A to Z for several years now. 110% recommend to anyone looking for pet boarding (or as we call it puppy hotel)
Been using a to z for our cat Loki for a few years. They do a great job. Treat him great. And very responsible. Highly recommended
We used this kennel when we had Flash, not very frequently but a couple times a year. We used them again on Thurs for the first time for Maisy...All I had to do was tell them our name and she brought up Flash's name. I was so impressed that they remember their boards, she even remembered a distinct marking he had and she was genuinely sad when I told her he had passed just over 2 yrs ago. That tells me that they really care about their animals and I recommend them 💯 Their rates are the cheapest around as well. Just wanted to give a shout out bc that really touched me and I know my dog is in great hands.
Our 9 year old dog Knuckles gets excited to go to the kennel. He is just as happy to return home. I cannot say enough positives about how satisfied we have been with the way our dog has been treated at A to Z.
We have never boarded our dog Albert before. We were concerned how it would go. Could not be happier with our choice of A to Z kennels. He was well cared for and a happy camper. They even gave him a Christmas bandana. Wonderful people and clean facility
My boys stayed last week for three days, very nice owners. They will be going back
Love this place! Super nice people and they take great care of our pup at great price, couldnt ask for more. Highly recomend!
Jenni has been outstanding in her care of our dog. We have a senior pup with diabetes and she takes such great care of her. Between all the meds and her dog issues, I am comfortable knowing she is with Jenni.
Jenni goes above and beyond to make sure all her canine guests feel comfortable and welcome at her home whether it be for just the day, 1 night or a longer stay. Puppies, adults, Senior dogs Jenni loves them all. She will give them lots of attention, give them plenty of exercise and even teach them a few manners if you want. If you want videos or picture updates while you're away, she will do that too. She likes cats too.
I just got a black lab and didn’t want to leave the poor guy in the house all day while at work. I found Jenni and have had her watching him since we’ve had him essentially and to say she is amazing is an understatement! She takes care of him like her own and when I left him for the weekend she made sure I knew what was going on and gave me lots of pictures of my baby playing!! She takes care of him just like I would and he has tons of room to run and play while there! Just taking him there in the few months I have, I can see a huge difference in his behavior (jumping, aggressiveness, basic manners).
Jen took great care of my 2 baby boys. We did a meet and greet. She answer all my questions. Then I drop my dogs off for just a few hours. I was so amazed how she took care of them. I have let her care for them over the long weekends, while I was on vacation and for my long day outings. My baby boys love going over to her house. I feel so comfortable with leaving them in her care. I know they are well taken care of and spoiled there.
My dog has a bit of anxiety. Jenni took the time to help him feel comfortable and calm. Compared to other dog day cares I really feel Jenni takes the time to make sure every dog is getting the comfort and care they need.
The only person I trust with my pets and my friend/family’s pets is Jenni’s Pet care! Not only does this service provide years of experience, a training background, a wonderful setting for pets to play, but also a lot of TLC an extra bonuses. Don’t send your dog to the kennel call Jenni first!!
I hate being away from my pup for to long and have a hard time trusting ppl with her. That's why I love jenni's pet care I'm never worried and my pup is always happy with her. I highly recommend using her
Jen does a wonderful job with all of our fur babies.
Thank you!
My blue heeler Bella loves going to the Krazydoglady house. I think she looks forward to us taking vacations just so she can be at the krazydogladys house. She is so smart and knows when we are most there. She gets so excited to get down and play. Bella hates when we pick her up. 😂 …
This was our first time ever boarding our frenchie. We were out of town and in a bind. Krazy Dog Lady LLC answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable leaving our baby for the first time! She kept in touch the entire time and sent us pictures/videos. She answered every text I sent when I was checking in while we were away. Pricing was super reasonable! I felt like I was leaving my frenchie with family. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be repeat customers.
Britanny was amazing with my dogs! They always had the best time while they were at doggy daycare. In the mornings, they’d cry (actually- my aussies love to talk) whenever they saw the street we were turning on and they came home ready for bed! She responded quickly every single time I’ve messaged her and sent me photos every single day! My pups always had so much fun! If I was in Cleveland again, I’d totally be taking them there every day! 10/10 recommend the Krazy dog lady!
Britanny was recommended to us by a friend that used her services for her dogs. She did an incredible job with our lab, Finley, and was so welcoming and accommodating. We really appreciated her communication and the meet/greet before Finley was ever in her care. She’s our go to provider whenever we go out of town. We highly recommend her services for daycare and boarding!!
I wouldn’t trust anyone else to watch my dog! Brittany and her husband are so kind and genuinely care about each dogs comfort! I’m pretty picky with who I trust my dog with because I’m a professional dog trainer so I am very cautious, however I truly trust them and can always tell my dogs happy and well exercised there. I also did training with some of Brittany’s dogs and I loved her and her husbands eagerness to learn more and apply it to their boarding business. Such great humans 🫶🏻
I was putting off writing a review until we were several months into the company’s services. I’ve been with them for four months, and don’t have a single bad thing to say. Britanny is always on time, quick to respond to texts, acknowledges any of my concerns or changes, and I can tell my dog is well taken care of. After every walk, she sends me detailed care information about their outing, with the cutest pictures of our dog. I definitely recommend Krazy Dog Lady for any dog walking needs!
Our little 3# Rita evidently fell in love with Brittany and family, since she barked at me when I picked her up. She defines covid pup, but upon meeting Brittany, allowed here to pick her up within a minute. I brought home a happy, healthy pup who in the end, was giving me lots of puppy kisses. A great experience for all!
Brittany is a wonderful person I trust with my dog. She is knowledgeable about dogs, kind, caring and my dog gets EXCITED to see her and her family (dog & humans)! She send photos when I’m away on vacation and for daycare. If I need her last minute she accommodates us. My dog Ash always has so much fun!
I’m pretty particular when it comes to the care and love of my Boss Hogg! You can say I AM THAT DOG MOM!! There are many details to not only my home but Boss himself (see he has mast cell tumors👎🏽👎🏽 so that complicates things)! Britanny comes over to hang with my guy, let him potty, play and give him lots of scritches and love! They play many games of hide and seek or “let’s spoil Boss Hogg today” as I like to call it! She has shown so much respect, love, kindness, silliness, compassion, care, attention and gone above and beyond for my big lug! I appreciate the daily updates and pictures! Thank you Britanny! I’ll recommend you always!
We came across this dog sitter on an app and are so happy! They are very responsive, caring, and our pups always come home exhausted! Whenever we are heading there our pups always know and get so excited. It’s so nice to know we have someone available to take care of our dogs so we can leave town. They even offer baths and send pictures ❤️I would recommend to anyone!
I started with Cuddles and Care a couple of years ago. They are the best that ive experienced. Diana is great! They have really helped me out in a couple of emergencies. I highly recommend.
Diane was excellent. Kept me in the loop while I was gone. Took great pics. Went above and beyond to clean up messes. I was so at ease while I was out of town knowing my animals were getting the best care. I would highly recommend Cuddles. Best pet sitter I have ever used
Diana is absolutely wonderful and puts our minds at ease. Working full time and having a brand new puppy we were fearful to leave her so young. Diana has consistently ensured us that our Honey girl is well taken care of, loved, and has everything she needs during the day while we are not home. We receive happy puppy pictures and know our golden LOVES her visits with Diana. We are so grateful to have found such a great company that we can trust our furry family member with. I cannot recommend her enough! You will not regret it
It has been fantastic to have someone willing to learn how to care for chinchillas for me. To have someone check in on my fuzzy potatoes and make sure they are okay. Diana has been the absolute best in letting me know that the boys are okay. I will be turning to Cuddles & Care anytime I need a sitter for my chinchillas.
I love Cuddles and Care. My pup adores her girl. They are incredibly reliable and trust worthy. Not only do they care for my pup on days I am in the office, they also made sure she got her walks after I had surgery and wasn't able to do it myself. The reports and photos that accompany the visits make my day!
Diana is absolutely wonderful! She’s so genuine and it’s easy to see that she loves what she does! I feel so much better on days that i know she’s coming. I look forward to getting the most adorable updates about what she and my kitten did during the visit! Cuddles & Care came highly recommended to me and in turn I recommend their services to anyone looking
I highly recommend Cuddles & Care Pet Sitting Service, LLC they took such good care of dog Sophie while we were on a recent trip. You get a detailed report every visit with photos. It definitively put my mind to ease knowing she was being taken care of so well. Diana the owner is great with my pup. I’ve used cuddles and care pet sitting service several times, and will continue .🐶😊
Cuddles & Care have been GREAT! They're very accommodating and reliable! My animals (2 dogs and a kitty) are always in good hands. I love receiving pictures of them, when I'm at work I can take a moment to see how much fun they're having!
Coleen is so wonderful and kind to our old boy. He loves spending time with her and we enjoy the notes and photos we receive from each visit. Cuddles and Care has been a fantastic fit for us. We would highly recommend them.
Diana takes great care of our cats any time we are away! She really gets to know their personalities and routine. Her updates after each visit are very thorough and our boys love to read them. We completely trust her and highly recommend her business!
Our dog loves to swim, we are always looking for safe places for him to swim. We found Doggie Inn & Lisa last year but it was too late in the season. I made a private play swim with this year and was not disappointed. Lisa explained everything to us and we enjoyed ourself. Admire had a blast swimming, running, playing in the yard and in the pond. Very relaxing and sounded by nature. We will be back.
What a wonderful experience! Our dogs (Gunner and Anna) had a blast swimming then air drying in the play area. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the amazing experience!
Awesome place to bring your pup!!! We booked the pond for 2 hours and it was so much fun. The water is clean and the property is beautiful ❤️. Thank you so much for a wonderful day!!!
The staff and facility at The Doggie Inn are awesome! Our dog can't wait to go there and is reluctant to leave. The staff lavish her with love and affection and we know we never have to worry about her health and safety. Communication with the staff is prompt and easy; they go the extra mile when emergencies arise (like a COVID travel delay). It's worth the drive for us to have such a wonderful place for our dog to stay.
The staff at the Doggie Inn is nothing short of fantastic! They are attentive and focused on the needs of my pups. My dogs love staying there, and I feel comfortable traveling knowing that they are being well cared for and staying somewhere that is both safe and fun for them. I have been boarding here for several years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Lisa and her staff at the Doggie Inn.
Lisa is an amazing person and trainer. She keeps her visitors happy and comfortable and gives them room to run and be safe
Lisa, Gabby and the team are the best. We have three dogs and were having dog aggression issues with one of them. Lisa put a plan in place and improved things to the point where we did not have re-home one of our pets. When we go out of town, The Doggie Inn is the only place our dogs stay. It's like a home away from home for them....and a vacation! As a trainer Lisa is the best. She has a common sense plan and shows you how to communicate with your dogs, in a way that is easy for you and easy for the dog. It just take repetition. Great people!
Your dog is won’t want to come home.
Absolutely love The Doggie Inn!!! It’s my Molly’s home away from home. She is so comfortable and happy there. She goes for day play once a week and also boards there. My only complaint is that I think she likes being there at day play more than she likes being home with me!
Lisa and Gabby are absolutely amazing people, and even better trainers. They are patient, realistic, and really take the time to listen to what issues you’re having with your pup. I never had the pleasure of having them work with my pups due to some unforeseen circumstances but Lisa and her team were more than accommodating in aiding with finding another trainer that utilizes the same type of training in my area (long story short, I’m from Alabama). I highly recommend Lisa and her team.
I will never bring my dogs here again! We booked a reservation for our dogs back in July for Labor Day weekend. We called today to see what time we can drop the dogs off and they told us one of our dogs rabies vaccination expired in July and they couldn’t take the dogs!! Why didn't they call us to let us know ahead of time!? We could have taken care of that a while ago! The girl that we talked to was rude! It’s like .. well too bad! We had referred people to this place but after this, I will never again! I wish there’s an option for 0 star!!
I love this place When I visit Wendy Watts and wonder They Act as if they are leaving their family for a few They are always excited to see me although they absolutely love the staff here. Definitely recommend them. And the staff falls in love with the dogs as if they are their own. Hands down the best place to keep your animal safe and feeling like the right at home. The prices are a little pricey If your doing it long term but they are really not that bad. I had to use their services for 2 months so that's why I feel it was pricey. They keep your dog fed and on the same schedule as you have it on. But you will be a 100% satisfied guaranteed in my opinion anyway.
I hate to be writing this because I rarely write reviews, let alone poor ones. I was grateful that Memory Lane was able to accommodate both of my pups on short notice, however our experience there was far from pleasant. Both of our pups came back with completely different temperaments. Our 1 1/2 year old has been to numerous pet hotels, as well as attends daycare regularly and we have never seen her act the way she did when we picked her up. Both her and our 6 month old pup stayed for 3 nights at Memory Lane. They both came back anxious and afraid, alone with hacking nonstop. It turns out they both caught kennel cough. It took almost a week before their behavior was semi back to normal and they stopped acting so anxious. They now both have to be on meds for kennel cough and have been miserably coughing and vomiting for almost a week straight. I am disappointed that there are no cameras at this facility whatsoever. I am scared to think about how my pups were treated. While yes, it is on the cheaper side as far as pet kennels, it is in no way worth compromising my puppies’s well-being. We will NOT be returning to this kennel and based on my experience I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone else.
TAKING DOWN REVIEWS. We will be contacting the local news. This place is removing honest reviews. They run a disgusting facility and almost killed our three dogs. They gave our dogs Clostridium and cost us $2000 in vet bills. Our dogs were temporarily paralyzed from the bacteria they got here. Then they took down our reviews. Good luck with the news team!
Memory Lane is the best place for boarding your fur family:) Our dog always recognizes the girls who work here when we walk in and she hands out kisses to everyone. They are so kind to her. We can tell the difference in her demeanor when we pick her up from here, vs anywhere else. I couldn't enjoy a vacation if I didn't have confidence she was being taken care of. Thank you memory lane for loving animals as much as we do!!!!! You are the best!
Took good care of our dogs while we were on a week long trip.
Memory lane took great care of our lab puppy while we were out of town. Ended up needing to stay an extra day and they were very easy to work with. Prices are great too!
Great place to board your pet. Nice facility, wonderful employees and good pricing. I have used them every time we have boarded our dogs, always a great experience. I highly recommend.
My fur child has been going here for a few years and they are great. Lindsey is my pups favorite, she is the best.
After using many other places with doggie daycare and boarding, I would always end up with 2 dogs that exhibited serve separation anxiety and depression . Then a friend told me about Memory Lane Pet Resort. I wish I would have found this place sooner. My dogs love the staff as if they were family. I love all the attention and affection they receive while in their care. When I say we are going to doggie daycare or your going on a doggie vacation they run outside and jump right into my car.. My babies are always smiling from ear to ear to and from their second home! Thank you memory lane for keeping my babies safe and making them feel loved when I'm away!!
