Well what can I say....... This is the fourth time Jackie & Brian have been to look after Cookie & Cracker - need I say more?? Jackie & Brian saved the day for us because we had booked a two week holiday but had only managed to get a sitter for the first week. Lucky for us they got back from their mega cruise a few days after we left, so they agreed to come & take over from the first sitter. Not only that but they had already made arrangements for Hogmanay so I had arranged for a friend in the village to look after the boys for that one night at her house. Unfortunately she forgot all about it & Jackie & Brian cancelled their plans so that the boys were not left on their own. How dedicated was that - we were gobsmacked & so very very grateful!! Cookie & Cracker must have been absolutely beside themselves when Jackie & Brian arrived - so very very excited to see them again. As always we received lots of photos while we were away. I think it was pretty hard going because the weather was atrocious while we were away but Jackie & Brian just take it in their stride & bath the boys in the outdoor sink after their very muddy walks. We were so pleased to see them again when we got back as we consider them as friends now & are looking forward to seeing them next week for lunch! Thank you again from us all xx🐾🐾

I didn’t actually meet Paul and Jan except via FaceTime. However, I needn’t have worried. They kept me fully informed about their arrival and departure - as well as some of the places they were able to visit during their week’s stay. I returned home to a beautifully clean house and a very contented cat. Communication was good and it’s great to know they would be happy to stay again. I was able to relax totally on my break with friends in Spain, confident both my home and my elderly cat were in safe hands. Thank you Paul and Jan!

Martin arrived the previous night due to a long drive to ours which was agreed on both parts. This allowed us to start our holiday a day earlier. Martin kept in touch everyday. Videos pictures and updates on their walks; forever grateful for these. Frank has become a fussy eater recently. Martin changed his daily allowance to twice a day which Frank has enjoyed; will continue to do so hopefully. House was immaculate on return. Bedding washed and hung on the line. Puppies walked prior to his departure. A true gent. Thank you for looking after our siblings with such care, passion and devotion. Safe journey ahead to you. It was a pleasure meeting you.

This was my first house sit with Zeewoi and I was nervous about lending the van among other things. I chose Mark and Sue because of their excellent recommendations from other sitters and I was not dissapointed. Everything was great from start to finish and Im embarassed that Mark ended up fixing my van. The weather was unusally hot while they were sitting for me, but they seemed to cope ok. I would happily have them back to sit again any time.

Stef and Alex were my first Zeewois and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to start. They took such great care of Chilli and Rocket, sending regular updates with photos of them out and about having a wonderful time on their walks or at home enjoying lots of cuddles. They both clearly really care about the dogs and quickly made me feel very confident that the dogs and the house were in safe hands. They left the house spotless and the dogs were sad to see them leave. Thank you Stef and Alex and I hope we have another opportunity to see you again.

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. If you are privileged enough to ever have Janis sit we are certain that you will be as delighted and happy as we are.

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
