If zeewoi had a 10-star rating for exceptional sitters, Stephanie would get one for sure! When we invited Stephanie to sit for us again (first time was when we lived in Germany, in DEC 2021 - JAN 2022), we jumped for joy when she said she was able to come! We already felt as if she was part of our family...and so did all of our cats, it turned out - including the ''orphaned'' ones who are regulars in our yard (during Stephanie's first sit, we only had Tiggy - who, of course, fell in love with her!). Even those cats we considered to be stand-offish or shy became trusting cuddle bugs after spending time with Stephanie!!! We think she is a true ''cat whisperer!'' She sent regular caring updates with photos of all the happy cats, playing with her or with the toys she brought them from Germany! Not to mention that Stephanie took perfect care of our home again, as well as the plants and the entire yard while we were away. We were also delighted to learn that Stephanie enjoyed staying at our home and further exploring Istria, so we cannot wait to have her sit for us again!

Right from the first time we met Tanja, we had a great feeling about her. She was super interested, super organized and quick to communicate. She asked all the important questions straight away and was super attentive. We were able to enjoy our vacation from start to finish and Tanja always kept us up to date with pictures. Tanja not only took very good care of Leo and Luca, but also kept the house clean and made our return even easier. Tanja really is a warm person with a big heart for animals. We would let her look after our two cats again at any time :)

Sarina has been an excellent babysitter, when we arrived home our babies were very calm and happy, you can tell they have been very well with Sarina. The cleanliness of the house has not been as expected, in our notice we asked for it to be returned as it was and it has not happened. For the rest everything was fine.

The first contact with Eva was very easygoing. We got to know her via WhatsApp call and instantly had a good feeling. As she was visiting one of her sisters, we could arrange a handover of keys with the sister because we needed to leave earlier than it was possible for Eva to arrive. Generally everything was uncomplicated. She sent us daily updates of Chico and left the flat super tidy. She put down the beddings and prepared them to be washed. We can definitely recommend her for any other house sit.

Before the sit, we had a video call to get to know them better, and their warmth and professionalism put us immediately at ease. During the sit, they went above and beyond by sending us plenty of videos and photos of Tui, which completely reassured us that our pup was having the best time. When we returned home, the house was in perfect condition, exactly as we had left it. It was like we never even left! Sarah and Daniel were fantastic! Sarah was very communicative and sent plenty of good pictures and videos and I felt so comfortable knowing my cats were getting lots of pets and snuggles. They took great care of my cats and my apartment and left everything really clean.

Elke and Johannes were fantastic house guests. They looked after Fergie and Stripes so well. They sent regular updates and were very responsive throughout the housesit. They were particularly attentive to Fergie who is a slightly nervous rescue; she clearly had a great time. The house was exactly as I had left it on my return too. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own.
