Pet Sitting in Haliburton

Lynette and Randy as well as Lynette's friend Janyce have house sat for us a number of times in the past, and once again they exceeded our expectations in every way. From the first communication with Lynette, it is clear that she is dedicated to the well being of your pet. Since she began sitting for us, we have added a new puppy to the mix and three dogs, one being a puppy, has not deterred her. In her mind - it adds to the fun of the stay. Lynette is well experienced with dogs and we never worry when she is at out home. Not only are our dogs well loved and cared for, the house is spotless and in perfect condition when we return. She communicates well and is self sufficient. She takes everything in stride and is truly excited to spend time with our dogs. They love it when she is at our place! This time she gave us a treasured keepsake by having each of the dogs create a lovely piece of art. The clever technique involved acrylic paint on canvas, a ziplock bag, peanut butter and dogs licking the peanut butter. lol The result was amazing and the video she sent was so fun to watch! If you get a chance to have Lynette and Randy or Lynette and Janyce come to stay at your place, do not hesitate. Lynette is a superstar sitter and we are fortunate to have her in our lives and the lives of our dogs! Thank you once again Lynette; you are a gem!

We couldn’t have asked for better care for our pup. Kelly and Patrick provided a video chat before the visit and came to meet us in person before we left for our trip. We felt very relaxed knowing our pup was in good hands. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Kim was a wonderful sitter for our cat, Bolt! She took such good care of her and gave her lots of love and cuddles. It was clear that Bolt felt comfortable and relaxed with Kim, which was a relief for us as she can be anxious around new people. Kim communicated regularly with photo and video updates about how Bolt was doing. Our house was clean and tidy upon arrival home, and Kim left some little treats for us as well as a handmade mat that she made for Bolt! We would definitely have Kim housesit for us again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable sitter!

I can't say enough positive things about Sara and I feel so lucky to have found her to watch our home and pets while we were away. She has Fantastic organization, loads of common sense, a can-do attitude and a genuine care of animals which made her the perfect choice for us.

Another fantastic pet sit!!

This was our second sit with Mary and Phil. As was the first, this was perfect. Our attention loving cats received plenty of TLC and our plants and house were well cared for. Communication was excellent, everything was left tidy, like no one had even been here! We are fortunate that they will be back in a few weeks for another sit!

We met Chris last year while he was sitting a neighbor’s home and dog, and we clicked straight away and even became friends. Chris is very interesting, responsive, and extremely reliable. So, at the first opportunity we had, we asked him if he would like to sit for us and fortunately, he did! Chris and Moxie got along so well!! He was very present for her, took her out for drives in the car and at the beach, and took care of her like his own dog. We were away in Europe for about 18 days, and Chris took the time to send us a quick message (and often a picture or video of Moxie) every day to reassure us! He was also very responsive to our messages! We had full confidence and peace of mind, and everything went smoothly. We came back to a clean home, a very relaxed & happy dog and on top of it, a homemade meal waiting for us after our long travel back home… We really hope Chris will sit for us again. We have nothing but praise for him and highly recommend him to look after your home and your pet.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Kyle’s cat sitting services. He did an outstanding job taking care of Mocha and Leo, ensuring they were well-fed and happy. Kyle kept me updated regularly, which was incredibly reassuring. When I returned, the house was spotless and he also took excellent care of my plants. I highly recommend Kyle for anyone needing a reliable and attentive pet sitter and would definitely use him again!
