Karen was one of the most organized sitters. She communicated regularly and did not hesitate to ask questions which we appreciated as it showed her concern for all of our animals. It was a lengthy sit of two weeks and she took amazing care of our home and animals. She was dedicated to making sure the dogs all had exercise and attention and successfully wrangled the goats even though she was sitting solo and had never tended to goats before. TH members would be very fortunate if Karen chooses their sits in the future, she is highly recommended!

Mac, Nala and I were so lucky to have Bill & Stacy come and housesit for us. I had a lovely initial video call with them, followed by them coming round for an orientation visit the day before the sit started and they then took wonderful care of Mac and Nala. I had picture, video and message updates every day and they left the place spotless. I think what I particularly loved was that they knew cats and cat behavior very well and I felt like they cared so much about Mac and Nala. This gave me great peace of mind while I was away. This is a really lovely couple and I’m very grateful to them for being here. I hope there will be another chance for them to come again before long!

Did you know that amazing and perfection have 2 new synonyms? Yes, Erika Lynn and Manny are them! This was my first sit experience with zeewoi, and I was absolutely thrilled! My house was immaculate! I am embarrassed to say, I thought it was even cleaner than I left it! However, most importantly, their care for Phoebe was clearly evident!!! When I arrived home, I expected her to run to me with joy.... She didn't even care that I was home! It was like I never left, which was exactly what made the sit so perfect!!! I chose zeewoi to save Phoebe from the stress of boarding and travel, and I thought my only concern would be her anxiety over my being gone. Erika Lynn and Manny removed that worry ENTIRELY!! Phoebe is a dog who does not quickly or easily trust strangers and can be anxious in new situations. I was concerned how she would adjust to the transition of strangers in the house caring for her. Phoebe was so relaxed at my return! She was treated so well and so loved by them, that my absence was not noticed. Phoebe treated me as if I just returned from a quick trip to the store. No anxiety. No stress. They provided updates and stayed in touch. I would highly recommend them for any sit. zeewoi is blessed to have them as a part of this community. I am truly grateful for the love and care they gave to Phoebe and to my home!

Myse and Albie are a wonderful couple from Brazil, who will take special care of your pet and your home. I highly recommend them as zeewoi. What struck me the most about both Myse and Albie are their enthusiasm, kindness, intelligence, and reliability. They enthusiastically embraced our city, Buffalo, NY, and made the most out of their stay here -- touring area sites, checking out authentic Buffalo food, and exploring the neighborhood. It made us happy that they were really enjoying themselves. They both are excellent communicators, even though English is not their first language. They answered texts and phone calls in a timely fashion and were careful to make sure they understood all the house and kitty details. We got regular, entertaining videos filmed from our cat's perspective, which were adorable. Our elderly cat seemed very happy and relaxed in the photos and videos, and she was well-adjusted when we got back from our 4-week holiday. We felt confident and secure that our cat and home were in good hands. While living in our home for several weeks, Myse and Albie did an amazing job to staying tidy, keeping the house clean, and taking care of the small flower garden while we were gone. And they did an excellent job of following my instructions on what to do to prepare the house for our arrival back home. They went above and beyond what I asked them to do, including adding decorative touches (like a special way to fold the towels) that I will now incorporate myself. The house looked like it had been professionally cleaned. They even left a special treat for us -- a homemade Brazilian stew that we love. I highly recommend Myse and Albie as zeewoi. They are a delightful couple, who will give excellent care to your home and your pets. I hope that they will be return housesitters if our calendars match up again.

The day I meet with Scott and Belinda, I knew straight away that they were the perfect sitters for my girls Pixie & Scout. Pixie is a rescue pup and a good judge of character and immediately she was comfortable around them. Scout loves everybody. While I was away Pixie had her birthday, they went to the pet shop to buy a toy and they had a pup party at home with party hats, tiaras and special treats for the birthday girl. I got photos from them regularly. The love they both showed towards the girls was beautiful. I would have them every time as my sitters if they lived that little bit closer. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. They went out of their way to connect with our dogs, especially Smitty, our rescue. The dogs were walked, brushed, and played with throughout the weeklong sit. They sent pics of how our fur babies were doing and truly seemed to enjoy their time with them. We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. Though we have had many dogs over the years, we have never needed to us a kennel until Mr. Bo Duke came along. Bo is what I call high maintenance, he’s reactive to some people, some dogs, and is on three different medications for epilepsy. Our oldest daughter who usually watched him when we traveled for my husband’s job was leaving for graduate school so we needed to figure something out. We asked our amazing trainer for a recommendation, for someone who would “get” Bo and see him for who his is underneath all his issues. Without reservation she recommended Jenn. Leaving him the first time was SO hard, but not only did she take amazing care of Bo, she calmed our anxiety! She kept in touch and let us know he was doing fine. He has now stayed several times. We love that he gets the same kennel each time, his home away from home. She has a large yard that he can safely be in to run and play. We look forward to the picture she posts every day on Facebook. Bo doesn’t love a lot of people, but Jenn is now one of his people! When we ask if he wants to go to “camp” and see Jenn he runs to where his harness is! Jenn, you’re a lifesaver. We are so grateful for you!!
Our two dogs stayed at Zen Dog Inn with Jenn for a long weekend. Jenn kept us updated with pictures and was so responsive to emails to coordinate pick up timing. She seemed to know them both so well, even after just a short trip, and puts the dogs she watches first in her work. We have another stay at Zen Dog booked and trust that they will be comfortable, safe, and loved while we’re away!
Bane has his first weekend visit at ZenDog Inn this weekend and loved it! Jen was great and Bane had such a fun time!
Our two dogs are 8 and 9 years old and have never been boarded, prior to staying at ZenDog. They stayed at ZenDog for a little over two weeks and had a great experience. I would not trust or recommend anyone but ZenDog and would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks for keeping the girls safe and happy!!
I just finished boarding my dog at ZenDog Inn for the first time and we are already booking more dates next month. The Kennels were warm and clean and the large backyard was perfect for running and exploring. My dog is fearful of new things and people, so it is important to me that he has a safe place to stay when I am out of town. Jenn did a great job of making him feel comfortable and he warmed up to her immediately! I can't say enough good things about ZenDog!
We highly recommend Zen Dog Inn to anyone looking for a place to board their dog. Jenn was great, you can tell she really loves all dogs and Scout immediatly loved her. We had never left our dog somewhere before and we were so relieved that she was going to such a clean and taken care of facility. We LOVED the pictures of Scout playing that Jenn posted each day. This place is totally worth it even if you have to go out of your way to get there!! Next time we go on vacation we can be comfortable knowing that Scout is enjoying her own vacation at ZenDog Inn!
I cannot say enough good things about Zen Dog Inn. Jenn's extensive experience with dogs is obvious, as she takes every measure to keep dogs happy, comfortable, and safe. The kennels are clean and well-kept, with soothing music to calm dogs' nerves while away from home. Each dog gets plenty of personalized play time in a clean, grassy fenced in yard with a variety of toys to play with. My dog returned home happy and relaxed, a true sign that she enjoyed her time away. I think it was as much of a vacation for her as it was for me!
I have boarded my dogs at ZenDog Inn quite a few times. I know that Jenn has many years of experience with dogs and she is very knowledgeable in dog behavior. She understands what a dog is going through when it has to be boarded. The kennel building is right in Jenn’s backyard, so she can keep a close eye on things, even overnight. The dogs are taken outside 3-4 times a day into a large grass yard surrounded by a 6ft high stockade fence, so they can stretch their legs and go potty on the grass, instead of in their kennel. The building where all the kennels are has its own heating system which keeps the dogs toasty during the winter and an air conditioner keeps it nice and cool for hot summer days. The kennels are very clean and the building is well kept. Jenn has aromatherapy diffusers going to help the dogs relax and each kennel has its own comfy canopy bed. At night the dogs enjoy stuffed Kongs before bedtime. You can see all this for yourself as Jenn has no problem showing you exactly where your dog will be staying. She also text messages you updates throughout your dog’s stay so that you know how your dog is doing. The daily boarding rate is very reasonable considering all the attention that your dog gets that you would have to pay extra for at other kennels. Jenn really cares for your dog while you are gone so you don’t have to worry. I’m really happy that I found ZenDog Inn and I highly recommend boarding your dog there!
My husband and I recently boarded our two rescue pups, Shea and Otto for the Christmas holiday as we were out of town. Our two "fur babies" have some anxiety challenges and Jenn's ZenDog Inn was a perfect fit for them. They received personalized attention to make sure that they adjusted well. Jenn sent daily updates to us about how they were doing, including pictures so that we could see their faces too! Jenn was professional, her Inn is clean and relaxed and you can truly tell she enjoys caring for her boarders. Shea and Otto will definitely be back!
