I chose Mark and Sue because of their excellent recommendations from other sitters and I was not dissapointed. Everything was great from start to finish and Im embarassed that Mark ended up fixing my van. The weather was unusally hot while they were sitting for me, but they seemed to cope ok. I would happily have them back to sit again any time.

What a lovely couple Tara and Tyler are. They had been in Scottsdale about six weeks before the house sit. and can to meet us. Rusé, our Toy Fox Terrier, fell in love with them immediately, and was in Tara’s arms within two minutes. We always like our sitters to arrive the day before we leave, take them out to dinner and get to know them. It was quite apparent from the videos and photos we received, that Rusé did not miss us. Tara and Tyler’s three grown up children joined them before Xmas-to Rusé’s delight as these were additional hands to throw his rubber bones and balls. The house was all clean and tidy, when we returned.. There is a strong possibility that Tara and Tyler will move to Arizona from Montana, with two of their children, recently moved to the area. They have already offered to look after Rusé in the future. We know he would love it. We cannot recommend Tyler and Tara higher enough, they were perfect House and Pet sitters

Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. Our puppy absolutely loves going to the day care…the team are superb and treat him like he is their own puppy! You’ll get plenty of pictures showing you how the day is going! They also offer an excellent grooming service and in late July our puppy is going to stay in the hotel for two nights. Makes a real difference knowing that he’s safe and well looked after. I would highly recommend the Hamptons.
Cosmo my lab (and I) love The Hamptons, he goes to doggy daycare and has also stayed overnight lots of times. He has such a great time and it has been a wonderful way to socialise him with other dogs from an early age, he has lots of friends and is so excited to see them. About 5 months ago we picked up our new addition and first ever Black Labrador puppy girl called Shelby. She is adorable and very precious to us. We have no family who live nearby and therefore were looking for a place/person we could trust to look after Shelby on the odd day while we worked. A friend recommended The Hamptons Boutique Pet Hotel and we went to visit and met Emma the owner. Her passion and professionalism shone through and we knew instantly we would trust Emma and her team with our new pride and joy! Shelby has been going to the Hotel once a week for around 3 months now and she thrives there. She socialises with other dogs, gets a groom and a pamper and a bath, and has also had a sleepover there while we enjoyed a night away. As soon as we press the buzzer to enter the Hotel, Shelby becomes so excited as she is going to meet her friends and have a day playing. Shelby is a working black lab and therefore also requires discipline and we simply let Emma and team know what that discipline is and they make sure they consistently apply. I would recommend that you visit this Hotel and if need day or overnight care this is your place. Call Emma today!
We put our dog Hugo here for a weekend and had the best time ever! He didn’t want to come home he was having that much fun. We were sent regular updates of Hugo having fun with the other dogs. Hugo was sent home with a picture of him having fun and with some nice treats. As this was the first time going away since having Hugo i was quite nervous and wanted to make sure he was going to be looked after. Hugo had a trail run and we also got to have a look around and it’s beautiful and can tell the girls love dogs and care for them a lot. Thank you for having him on such short notice and taking such good care of him!
Our little yogi has been going to this place for few months now and it’s his favourite place. He recognises it as soon as we get to the gate and gets so excited. Love that dogs are treated like family and they have open fields to run around. One particular thing that we love as dog parent that yogi always comes back home nice and clean , even after playing in mud all day. Highly recommend this place to all dog parents.
We have been super impressed with the Doggy Daycare at the Hamptons. We have a rescue dog, who finds it difficult meeting new people and being in new surroundings. However, he is absolutely thriving at the Hamptons. This is due to the incredible land available. Our dog loves going and the care provided by everyone who works with the dogs is outstanding. All of the dog handlers have been so understanding of our dogs individual needs and are extremely caring and patient. When our dog attends Daycare, we receive photo updates (thank you) and also verbal feedback at the end of each day. The feedback is always valuable and very interesting. Sometimes it’s linked to who our dog has played with or something particular he has enjoyed. I am so happy we have found the Hamptons. The ease of booking through the app and communication with everyone has been outstanding. We will 100% be continuing to use this service and thank everyone for their time, efforts and patience with our dog. You will certainly not regret picking this Daycare for your dog. And your dog will be eternally grateful. Our dog needs a VERY long sleep after having so much fun with his friends.
I had to drop my nearly 3 year old Frenchie with short notice to the Hamptons for a two night stay, and I was nervous about leaving him. As soon as we arrived both Emma and Helen made me feel totally at ease about leaving him, and he trotted off with the other pups without a care in the world. I was kept updated with photos of the dogs having fun together and out on walks which was such a lovely touch. When collecting him, he was so pleased to see me BUT stayed with Helen and Emma which was a sure sign to me that he was happy. I can't rate the team at Go Out Paws highly enough. We've always found them reliable and it's very clear that they have a passion for what they do. Buster has been with them at least one day a week for over two years now and he adores them all.
Bobby has been attending Go Out Paws for just under 4 years. Lisa and Angie are fantastic and we feel extremely confident that Bob is well cared for and in good hands. Bobby adores his walks with Lisa and goes banana's when her van pulls up to collect him. The service that is offered is second to none. I don't know of any other dog walking service that offers a walk play time/socialising and a wash. Great friendly service.
I would like to say that I use and totally trust Lisa and her team with any dog or puppy. I sometimes look after my sister in laws dog , so Lisa and I have a perfect arrangement where Lisa will pick the dog up from my house and after work, I will pick up the dog or whatever is convenient for both. Apart from the amazing walks she does which are totally safe for the dogs, the set up Lisa has for after the walks is excellent - from washing the dogs to playing and caring for them. The dogs have a great time there and you can tell. I don’t know anyone else who has so much knowledge, love and care for their dogs and I would never use any other company than Go out Paws. Our dog, Frank, has been going to Go Out Paws since he was 4 months old and it has done wonders for his confidence and social skills. He is such a sociable little thing now and loves nothing more than going to day care to play with his friends - he can hardly get out of the door quick enough when they come to pick him up! I love that Go Out Paws offers him, not only the physical and mental exercise of a good walk, but also gives him time to play enrichment games and have social time with the other dogs. Go Out Paws is by far the best dog walking company ever! My Schnapps has been going to Lisa and the gang for about a year now and I have seen a massive increase in his confidence and behaviour. Schnapps had always been hyper (he still is 🤣) but since joining the gang he has learnt how to deal with other dogs that aren’t as enthusiastic. Also he listens so much more, especially off lead and this is all thanks to Lisa and the team. I cannot thank Lisa enough for everything she has done for our little man and the incredible flexibility to be able to fit us in whenever. We don’t always have a regular schedule that Schnapps can go but Lisa always caters for us. Furthermore, a few months ago we went on holiday and asked Lisa to look after Schnapps for a week in home boarding. When he hears the Go Out Paws van pull up outside he gets so excited, and doesn’t look back. It’s lovely to know he’s happy while out on his walks, and he always comes back exhausted! I would highly recommend the service that Go Out Paws provide.
I started using Go Out Paws to walk my dog whilst I was recovering from a knee operation. However, it soon became clear that these two walks with GOP were the highlight of his week! I decided to continue with the walks after I had recovered. GOP are able to give him much longer and more interesting walking experiences than I can and because he is with other dogs it has helped him socially too. The walks are extremely good value and my dog is out of the house for four hours each time. He is so happy and excited when I tell him it's a "Lisa day"! I have no hesitation in recommending GOP.

I have been using Mollycoddles for a couple of years now. This is a very professional business that took time to match our dog with a sitter who had the perfect environment for her. Jessie now goes regularly to Karen and has a great time. She seems as happy with Karen and her family in their home as she is with us. She just walks in like she owns the place and doesn’t bat an eye when I go to leave. The process to book stays whether they are for a day or weeks is very straight forward via the website and billing and payment are just as simple.

We use this place all the time, whether it's just for a day or for a few weeks....our dog loves it and they really look after him with plenty of playtime and cuddles. You get loads of updates/photos throughout the day and they're very conscious about your dogs needs. For overnighters they really do live a life of luxury with their own room akin to a human hotel room😆 Honestly couldn't recommend this place enough.
What a fantastic sleepover our precious dog Monty had at ITDH. From the moment I enquired about him staying the staff were friendly, professional and thorough. He had a settling in session where I was updated how he was getting on and sent photos throughout the day for peace of mind. Monty looked so content and happy and the surroundings were perfect for him to be cosy and comfortable like a home from home. He had a doggo buddy who met all his needs and we know he received so much love and fuss while there. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to stay and will definitely be a returning customer.
We made an error booking our girl in too soon after being spaded. In the doghouse were super helpful in changing the date for her get to know us day (which we were very grateful for!) Today, Matilda went for the first time and had the best time ever. We were greeted by a lovely doggo buddy, Phoebe who put our minds at ease. We really loved seeing the various photos and videos of our girl throughout the day! We will definitely be booking Matilda in, in the near future! Thank you to in the doghouse! 🐶❤️
How anyone can give anything other than 5+ stars for this amazing place is beyond me!!! My dog loves this place, as in she tries to get out the car to go in before I've even stopped the car!!! Updates and photos during stays. She been for daily care and for long stays each time she gets nothing but 100% from the staff. Just knowing you can leave your doggy with them and not have to worry. Love this place ❤️
After a taster day last week we were looking forward to coming back lots of times. However after the groom yesterday we won’t be returning. Our puppy has been absolutely skinned of all her fur and has been cut terribly. Some parts of her legs are right down to the skin with big visible lines (bearing in mind she WAS a fluffy Cavapoo!). My partner came to speak to the groomer/owner who did not have any customer service skills. Referring to my partner as “pal”, saying we do not brush our dog when we brush her every day, saying she came in a "right state". Then saying we have had her groomed too many times! He told my partner that once we have taken her somewhere else to “be a man and come back and tell me I was right!”. Purely for his attitude we will not be returning as we do not want our puppy to be treated with this attitude either! I also recommend you change the name of a "welfare groom" This upset us no end as we love our puppy to bits and like i said brush her everyday.To be told she had to have a welfare groom was heartbreaking. I will let the photos do the talking. I would welcome the chance to see their grooming certificates.
My 3 dogs had a lovely time they had a few play days too get used to the surroundings leading up to a few night staying over in the dog hotel . all staff welcomed the dogs with love and kisses . i received many updated throughout the stay putting myself at ease definitely a place that I will recommend to other dog owners and return visits for my 3 dogs
Rio absolutely loves going to ITDH... he’s a pup so it’s been a really positive and great experience for him to socialise with the other dogs and makes lots of new friends. The staff are so amazing with our boy and I feel reassured that he is in the best hands whilst he is there. I would definitely recommend!
Spencer and willow have stayed here many times while we are on holiday or weekends away . They are always so happy to go in and we’ll looked after . We get lots of updates and photos which we love to receive . They both sulk when we get them home but we actually think it’s because they prefer it there than being at home ! Thankyou for looking after them so well ! X
We have used ITDH for almost 3 years for both daycare and holiday boarding. Dexter loves it - it’s his second home. They love your dogs like they love their own, and it really is a home from home when you’re away. You get updates and photos throughout the day. We both work in the NHS and couldn’t have survived this last year without their support. Couldn’t recommend enough. ❤️

Ralf has been with Happy Hounds since he was a puppy and he is nearly 4. He goes out 4 days a week and he is so well socialised and his recall is amazing due to the amount of time he spends out with this group of beautiful dogs and people. I even leave him alone the them boarding when I go on holiday and know he will be having a great holiday with them. We get videos posted daily and can see how much fun they are all having. Best thing we ever did !!!
Gigi has been going to Happy Hounds for a couple of years now and she LOVES IT! Emma, Duncan and Halima genuinely care about the dogs and really put their hearts on what they do 🩷 Gigi is always happy to see them and absolutely adores them. They are always so reliable, punctual, and communicative, sending us regular updates with photos and videos that show just how much fun Gigi’s having. It’s clear that they treat her like their own, and I love knowing that she is in a safe, loving environment when we’re away. I can rest easy knowing she is in the best hands, safe, being well taken care and having her best life. Also the professional photos are a plus! 😍😍 Highly recommend!
Our dog has such a wonderful time at happy hounds. She would rather be there than at home! Emma and Duncan go the extra mile to take the dogs on great adventures. And there's always videos and picture updates on Instagram. It's always fun to see what they're up to, for example a birthday party with treats or a trip to the beach. Our dog also has stayed over whilst we go away for a short break and she has settled there really well. Would highly recommend as a brilliant doggy day care choice 😀 👍
Bella loves Emma and Duncan, she sits waiting for the school bus every Thursday morning and when she comes home she tells me all about her adventures with the pals (lots of barking and tail wagging). She loves spending her holidays with Happy Hounds and I wouldn’t trust anyone to else to look after her. Thank you so much for looking after my fur baby so well ❤️
Margot can’t jump out of the car and hop towards Happy Hounds quick enough when she is dropped off! She has been attending daycare since she was a puppy which has been great for her. Emma and Duncan are friendly and knowledgeable and their training tips have been really helpful along the way. I have peace of mind when she goes to stay with them that she is being well looked after and I enjoy seeing all the dogs have a lot of fun on the videos and pictures that are posted.
The best day care you'd want for your dog! Bella has attended Happy Hounds for a couple of years and loves spending time with her doggy friends every week and seeing Emma and Duncan. She spends holidays with them and has been known to go off to the beach with them on her own little holiday. We couldn't be without them and its definitely a second home for our Bella.
Where do I start? Kenny is at his happiest waiting patiently at the window for the happy hounds bus to pick him up, that is of course until he sees it arrive then he goes absolutely wild jumping up and down barking to tell me to open the door so he can join the other happy doggies already aboard. The adventures and the fun Emma, Duncan and their team give the doggies is nothing short of brilliant, it isn’t just a job to them it is obvious they adore seeing the doggies enjoying themselves! Best doggie daycare and boarding team ever!
Our border terrier, Ralph, absolutely loves being picked up and heading off to his daycare. Emma and her team are truly fantastic! We enjoy seeing what he gets up to through the Instagram updates, which is especially comforting when we’re working away from home. Ralph has even stayed overnight when we’ve been on holiday, and he absolutely loves it. I can’t recommend Emma and the team at Happy Hounds Coventry enough. If you care about your dog and need reliable dog walking or care, they’re simply the best!
Our dog Minnie has the best time with Happy Hounds ! She loves being part of the pack and gets so excited to see Emma in the morning :) it has really helped with her recovery from a major operation, both physically and mentally. We couldn't recommend HH highly enough. The Coopers x

My dog came out clean and looking well, so very happy with that. The kennels are very clean and the staff are helpful.
Dogs are not taken out of their kennels for the duration of their stay. Yes they have their own pen but they could be walked individually. I was told this wasn’t safe. Our dog did not enjoy his stay. You are also charged for minimum of two days even though you have to pick your dog up by 11am. There are plenty of kennels that offer runs in fields or group/individual walks I would recommend them over here. Also I found the owner rude.
I dropped off Spot, and they took care of him really well, even though he can be a handful sometimes. At the pick up he looked like he was on a holiday himself🤣❤️ Also, when I got him back, he was super clean, and they even trimmed his nails – which was a nice surprise since I didn't ask for it or see it coming!
It's very hard to find good places for my pet to stay fir whatever reasons and I'm so lucky to have found Damson Kennels. I've been using them for years now abd my dogs have loved them, I know they're safe, happy and treated well. They don't mind me calling for an update on how they are doing and are the best I've dealt with to date. Definitely recommend.
Have used their services twice this year for our cat. Our Prince was well looked after and settled back home after each two week stay. Good customer service and very cooperative in taking on last minute bookings. Highly recommended and will definitely be using them again for our cat.
I had to put my dogs in as an emergency. Phoned late evening and managed to put them in for the following day. The day I was due to pick them up, I couldn't but I spoke to them about my situation and they were really good about it and kept them until I was able to collect them. Bathed both dogs for us too! I am extremely grateful for the support over this last week. Brilliant staff and team. Thank you 😁
Great staff and a very happy, clean and healthy pooch at the end of his stay. He was very calm when we picked him up and had been groomed whilest his stay there. Would not have any reservations in taking our dog back.
Really friendly, family run business. They look after and care for our dog so we'll. We have no issues or concerns with taking our girl in to them. Definitely recommend to others to use these kennels.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Picked our dog up after her being in their kennels since Friday morning. Due to poppy being a rescue dog, she can be a little nervous but we've used these kennels for day care several times, so was under the impression both poppy and the staff were comfortable. We've arrived this afternoon to find her coat still on, and hasn't been removed since we dropped her off on Friday morning! Only one member of the staff claim to be able to handle her, and the rest claim she "goes for them". We have told the staff her background and that she is nervous by nature, but you would assume they have experience dealing with dogs from all walks of life. Today we've been told our Jack Russell poppy is too much to handle and the staff are scared of her. To say we are disappointed and disgusted at how she's been treated over the last few days is an understatement. If your dog isn't completely placid and comfortable in every scenario then don't leave your dog here!! They had our contact details and made no effort to contact us and let us know there were any issues. A refund was requested and granted, and that was the only saving grace!

Once Brontë stopped bouncing around and sat still long enough for me to ask her about her stay at Pawsies she easily convinced me that she had a wonderful time and would love to go back! From my point of view, as her human, I can highly recommend Joolz, Ian and Boomer to mind your little prince or princess. I was constantly updated about Brontë’s location and activities and received many lovely photos documenting her stay. I think she had a better time away than I did! 😃

An excellent Meet and Greet. Jooles asked questions to make sure they have the best experience possible when they go to stay. Have booked doggy day care and a overnight stay. Also 3 longer stay's with them. Boomer, Jooles and Ian thank you for giving us such a positive experience.
Cannot thank them enough, I felt completely relaxed knowing they where in really good hands. Regular updates, photos and videos so I could see how happy they where meant so much. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will be using them again without a doubt.

The initial meetings were impressive and professional, ensuring all important details were covered so that our dog would be in the safest hands. We kept Toby with Joolz and Ian who were both brilliant with him. The initial meeting to understand everyone's requirements, getting to know eachother, Toby meeting Boomer was all fantastic. Joolz, Ian and Boomer are amazing! We left Elton for the first time and he was very well looked after. Joolz worked on his manners and lead training. We recieved updates everyday with photos. I would highly recommend Pawies, Elton was treated as one of the family.
Our dog Axel spent 2 weeks at Pawsies. He had an amazing time, I was sent regular updates with all the different experiences and places they were taking him. They treated him like family and I couldn’t ask for more. Would defo recommend and use again. Thank you Pawsies!
