Juli and her team are fantastic! Not only do they treat our dogs like gold, but they are responsive, friendly, and trustworthy. There have been multiple times where they have even taken care of last minute emergency visits for us. Our dogs love them! We can't recommend them enough.

Juli and her team took great care of our "kids" while we were gone for almost a month. Healthy, happy and everything clean when we got home. We appreciated her answering our texts promptly while we were gone to reassure us all was fine (we had very limited cell coverage most of the time) . I like the website scheduling as a lot of information can be entered about each pet and if something changes, it is easy to let her know via the site.

Hampshire Pet Resort Is our go to place for boarding! Javi loves to go there! We have taken Javi for multiple boarding stays and all have been great! He gets to play and socialize all day with the other dogs.

Cindy stayed with our two kittens over a weekend while we were out of town. We had just recently acquired the kittens and were concerned about being away but, thank goodness, we discovered Cindy and knew they would be well taken care of. The best thing was that she frequently texted photos of them playing and looking well taken care of.

I had contacted Ann last minute as I needed her to petsit my 3 cats for 1 week. She was immediately accommodating with prompt, friendly availability. My cats amazingly warmed up to her, especially my feral Siamese who can be quite aloof and freaked out by strangers. She jokingly called herself " the cat whisperer" and she proved that! She provided daily video and pictures which I appreciated for ease of mind! Don't hesitate to use this lady! Rates are reasonable as well.

I’ve been using Ann’s services over the last few years and she has progressively gotten worse overtime. She failed to communicate with us when my dog suddenly passed out (never happened before) and didn’t tell us until 3 days later. She also thought she had cardiomyopathy - which after several tests from the vet, turned out to be false & a huge waste of money. This is one big event amongst many other small things. She has become increasingly difficult to work with & lacks communication amongst her staff and customers.

I was nervous leaving our babies with a pet service for the first time but had no reason to be. Pause 4 pets went above and beyond in the care they provided and exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed all the check ins with updates and pictures. We will definitely be using them again!

Pause for pets is incredible. They go above and beyond every time. The fact that all the employees have been with the company for multiple years is also a benefit as my kitties get to know and trust them.

I’ve been using Pause for Pets since my pup was 6months, she’s 2.5 now! I could not recommend them enough! Leigh, Amanda and Suzanne are PHENOMENAL. They give my dog plenty of love and attention, always go above and beyond my expectations. I have a random schedule, where at certain times of the year I need a weekly/bi-weekly walk, and other times I don’t. They’ve always been great at accommodating my schedule. You will not be disappointed with their service!

Sent my dog, Sparkle, there Saturday and when I got home the first thing I noticed was the nick so close to her eye. That made me check her ears one was clean and the other wasn’t. When I called them on Monday no let me make it right just a we don’t clean the ears unless asked. Well then why clean one and leave the other and since this was not her first trip her ears were always clean. I guess I need to find a more compassionate groomer for my sweet girl.

Updating our review: We hired Pause for Pets to care for our two dogs while we were away on vacation. They took care of all the walks, care and feeding, including overnight stays at our home. We have used Susanne’s dog walking service for several years, but this was the first time for extended stays, and they did a wonderful job. It was nice getting reports with photos throughout the day of what our pups were up to, including a final good night post. We returned home to find our girls happy (not having to be boarded in a strange environment), the house thoroughly neat and clean, and the yard free of poops. Not an easy task considering mild temps, rain, and a really muddy yard. We enthusiastically recommend Pause for Pets for any of the services they offer! Pause for Pets pet care has been a great blessing to us and our two dogs. Susanne and her team are consistent, reliable and allow us to go about our workdays without worrying about our dogs being cared for. The website is super easy to use for scheduling, payments and to access the daily reports with photos we love to get. We’ve been using Pause for Pets for quite some time now and give them our very highest recommendation!

Susanne, Leigh, and Cody really put my mind at ease while we were away. This was our first time using pet sitters - we usually board our dogs, but due to our place closing and one of our dog's requiring more TLC, we opted to find a pet sitting service. Right away when I spoke with Susanne, I felt Pause for Pets was professional and thorough. I met with a few other companies but ultimately chose Pause for Pets because of my initial conversation with Susanne and my gut feeling of their reliability and the level of care they'd be able to provide. My gut wasn't wrong! I love the portal Pause for Pets uses - it allowed me to enter in as much detail as I needed regarding our home and our pets. I was also able to see the daily journal entries with information about each visit, along with photos. Next time we need pet sitters, Pause for Pets will be my first call!

This was my first time ever having to leave my dog in the care of someone and I am so glad I found pause for pets!! It was pretty short notice but Susanne was able to accommodate my requests and went above and beyond. I never worried about being gone for the weekend after seeing the level of care she gave to my dog butters. The portal they have is amazing and you can see each visit along with pictures! My dog is the love of my life and this company understands that and is the best thing that has happened for my baby. They are reliable, loving, and trustworthy. They were kind, patient, observant & trustworthy. Being the first time I have used a pet sitter service - I was anxious. But on the first meet & greet, Anita & Nick immediately put me at ease. I met Karen on a second visit and knew that I could trust the Bright Star team with our cats. The website to set up our account, pet details, schedule visits & input our home info was easy to use and navigate. Payment methods were straightforward with competitive rates. I was provided with an app to download on my phone where I could communicate with the team and get updates, as well as manage my account. While we were away - one of our cats proved particularly difficult and the Bright Star team went above & beyond to ensure he was taken care of, as well as our other cat who was less shy & finicky. Each sitter provided a detailed report after each visit via the Time to Pet app letting us know how our cats were doing, complete with pictures. I asked A LOT of questions while we were away, and the team were patient & responsive to answer them all. I trusted Anita, Nick & Karen with my cats and our home and would 100% recommend them for pet sitting services.

Jessica has been taking care of our dog for over a year and a half. We interviewed several dog sitters in the area, none compared to Jessica! Our family suddenly had a great opportunity that would take us traveling almost every weekend for months! First thought was..."who is going to take care of our cats?". There are no words on how amazing and kind Peggy is! She took care of my fur child Luna (female cat, age 7.5 yrs) for 4 days and was the best. She understood that my gal can be a bit shy and timid around new people and was extremely patient with her. So patient that my cat warmed up to her and allowed Peggy to brush her. She has been the only person, outside of my husband and I, who has been able to accomplish that! We were even surprised to see cute little report cards about Luna. Excellent service! Peggy came to our rescue when our regular pet sitter suddenly went out of business AND right before a big holiday weekend - so it was hard to find someone fast! She was able to stop by the next day, meet our Muttley and learn his little tricks and took amazing care of him while we were away for a week. She texted photos and updates every day and wrote a report on him each day as well. Really great, affordable, RELIABLE and very great with communication. I highly recommend!

Our furry son loved Doggie Daycare Delight! We took a vacation and he took a vacation. He loves to play with other dogs and run, run, run. Lisa's huge backyard has separate, large play areas for different sizes/types of breeds...if necessary. Her house/property is a well run, clean, and thoughtful home where the dog's are the guests and allowed throughout. There is a doggie door for easy access to outside during the day. This is what happens at DDD! Thanks, Lisa! We will be back for the many play dates, and always for vacation!

Paula cut my fur babies nails free of charge! She was absolutely wonderful and very efficient! My dogs do not like nail trims so I was amazed at how calm they were with her. We were able to see the lovely facility for daycare and boarding. Will definitely be back!

Becky took great care of our dog and three cats. She even sent us pictures and texts while we were gone. It was nice "seeing" that our loved ones were doing just fine while we were gone. Using Fetch was a great decision. Pandora was the perfect fit for my dogs. I was able to take a vacation without worrying about my dogs being well taken care of. This was my first time using Fetch so I was interested to see how my dogs acted when I got home... they were happy and it was as if I was just at work. This is a much better solution than the stress of a kennel.

Fetch Pet Care provided excellent care for my 2 cats in late June of 2018. My pet sitter came every day at the time requested and texted me after every visit as to how the cats were doing. She obviously liked the cats and looked after them well, plus was careful of my house and brought in the mail. And Fetch was able to provide service on short notice. Five Stars.

Fetch! is a huge relief for my busy family. They are so flexible & helpful. We use their service on days we work long hours. Our sitter Becky is the best! She is so patient and good to our two young, crazy dogs. She lets them out for half an hour to go potty and wear off some energy. She has a lot of experience with dogs and it shows! She's worked for us for over a year and we are always so pleased. Becky & the fetch team are always willing to work with our sometimes changing schedules and making some last minute adjustments. Becky sends us updates on how our boys are doing and it was especially helpful in the beginning when we felt so guilty leaving them home. The boys really love her and we do too! I will always go to Fetch! Worth every penny! I was able to visit my son in California and not worry about my 2 kitties and 2 birds!!! Jill was my babysitter. She texted me every day and even sent a few pics! It was like having a good friend at my house!
