Kato and her team did a very thorough job learning about our cat's needs and preferences before our trip. This attention to detail paid off, as our pet sitters Ginny and Becca both went above and beyond in taking care of our little Hazel. They sent us a detailed summary of their visits twice daily, including several photos and amusing anecdotes. In addition, they took care of our home while we were away, took out trash, collected mail, etc. We would not hesitate in recommending Bone-A-Fide to any pet owner!

If I could give them ten stars, I would! Kato and the team helped take care of my cat during many trips over a span of three years, and I can say with confidence they are the best of the best! From the start, the team has always had excellent communication, and really helped ease my mind. I had never used pet sitting services, so their thorough interview and information gathering process was eye opening as to the level of detail and care they put into each pet sitting job. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly pet lovers! Each visit was always accompanied by a detailed explanation of the visit - the good, the bad, and everything in between! I was never left wondering how my cat was doing or if she was okay, I knew the Bone-A-Fide Team would take care of her. Each visit also featured plenty of photos, I could make a whole album! I've always told anyone who would listen to try out their services. I moved out of their current service range, which was a tough choice to make. Staying close by so I could continue to enjoy their services was part of my moving considerations, and I'm sad to say goodbye to the wonderful Bone-A-Fide Team! We have been using Bone-A-Fide Pet Care for overnight pet sitting and daily care for over a year now. Our fur baby, Lucy, is 14 years old and the care given to her has far exceeded our expectations. Kato, Laura, Marisa and Hillary are professional, quick to respond and caring. Communication is top notch and Hillary, who has been providing sleep over care for Lucy is beyond awesome. She always leaves our house neat and tidy, is kind and caring to our old girl’s special needs, and Lucy loves her. We are so grateful we found Bone-A-Fide Pet Care!

We have used Bone-A-Fide for bi-weekly dog walks for 7+ years. First for one dog, then with several fosters, and finally with the addition of our 2nd dog. They have always been very responsive and attentive to our dogs’ needs. They have worked with us through training challenges, occasional illness, extreme weather and even the pandemic! After each walk, we always get a full report – with photos, and it’s obvious that the dog walkers really care. Our dogs LOVE their dog walker – and we trust her implicitly. Highly recommend!

I am new to BoneAFide and a new cat person. They took wonderful care of Taco Cat while we were away! The daily update with pictures was perfect and Taco was happy as can be when we returned. BoneAFide pet care is perfect for the week long pet care with easy scheduling online. Hillary easily won over Taco’s heart and they were playing together in no time. She took great care of the plants and house, too, above and beyond what we expected! Professional and personal all at the same time. We have already booked future services for Taco!

Bone-a-Fide Pet Care has taken care of our 2 cats multiple times and I cannot say enough about how amazing they are! Bone A Fide was amazing. They did a great job of giving us daily updates as well as pics. The portal and app they use are fairly easy to use as well. Each of our pets (4 bunnies) was just as healthy and happy as we had left the. I really appreciate the care that was taken of our pets, our property, and the pet's areas. Will definitely be using them next time we travel.

We have been boarding with Lynn for over a year and are so fortunate to have found her! Our fur baby comes home after spending time with Lynn and it’s like she was never away from home. It’s hard leaving your fur baby for an extended period, but with Lynn she makes it much easier and we never worry. Lynn is an amazing, trusting, knowledgeable caregiver who puts dedication and compassion into her care.

I’m so happy that we found Lynn. She’s been extremely trustworthy and reliable for our Bernedoodle puppy and has a been a great source of knowledge for first-time dog owners as well! Lynn was fantastic! She came in last minute and took great care of our senior dog for a weekend. She was very professional but sent such nice updates on texts with sweet pictures. Would definitely recommend her!

Lynn had been supporting our family for over 5 years and has taken care of 3 of our 4 legged golden retriever children. Lynn checks in while at our house and provides tracking of their walks with pictures. Lynn has taken care of our dogs in the house, let out for potty breaks, taken on walks and pet taxi to and from boarding. Our dogs love Lynn and are sooo excited to see her when she comes! We thoroughly trust Lynn with a key to our home and with our animals. Lynn is amazing and we would highly recommend to anyone considering her services!!

I love Lynn! I've known her a long time and rarely have had to use her services. But last year when I had my hip replaced and was left in a real bind by another person walking my two big dogs, Lynn didn't bat an eye and fit me into her really busy schedule. This is what I call great service! Professional, dependable, reliable...just a great person. Lynn loves the animals and they love her. Plus she taught me a thing or two in the process. Although a long-time Raleigh resident and dog owner, until May, 2023 I had never used a pet sitter, and it took me a considerable amount of time, online research, and several extensive interviews before I was fortunate to find Lynn's Compassionate Pet Care. And while my pet care needs were not for the typical reason of vacation travel, but rather due to a scheduled surgical procedure and post-op recovery at home, my experience offers an especially accurate assessment of this professional's level of expertise, since I was present during all of her visits! Moreover, having two adult Salukis not at ease with unknown humans and requiring considerably more daily exercise than the average family pet (they are known as THE athletes of the canine world), I had ruled out several perspective pet-sitting companies before interviewing Lynn, who was the only candidate who understood that if a sighthound manages to get loose, chances are slim that it will survive automobile traffic due to its speed and desire to chase small wildlife. Her rapport with my two aloof girls was miraculous, and there was never any doubt that they were safe in her care. It is no exaggeration to say that I would have cancelled my surgery if not for Lynn's Compassionate Care!

We have had Lynn care for our three cats several times. She is professional, trustworthy, caring, and goes above and beyond. We were able to be away from home without worry. Lynn spent time playing with and grooming them. We received updates and photos every visit. Lynn also was able to give our diabetic cat insulin injections. We couldn’t be happier with her services, and highly recommend her.

I have two dogs, one of which is a chihuahua who can be very nervous with new people/unfamiliar surroundings. They have stayed with Lynn multiple times and she is top notch. Safe to say he does not do well in boarding at the vet or pet hotel. I trust her with my dogs 100%. My chi does great with her, She goes above and beyond - they get loved on and played with the whole time, after drop off she sits with them/loves on them to help them get comfortable after you leave, I get picture updates this whole time. It’s so worth it knowing they are well taken care of in a loving home while I’m gone and she does and amazing job. 100% recommend!

Lynn has been my beloved pet sitter for two years, but she is so much more than a pet sitter to me and my cherished Australian Cattle Dog, Arwen. She is a true friend and beautiful person in all ways. (Lynn came to comfort me the night I had to say goodbye to my best boy Merlin, my once-in-a-lifetime Australian Cattle Dog she also cared for until his death.) Lynn makes communication a priority, and her pictures and updates really ease my mind when I have to be away from my dear girl. Lynn helped raise and train Arwen as a puppy and continues to love her through daycare services and boarding on the rare occasions I can bring myself to be away from her. 😆 I can't imagine trusting my girl with anyone else.

I wish my dog was as happy to see me when I get home from work as he is to walk in the door here for daycare! His his excitement when he arrives says it all; this place is great! They know my dog by name, and he always leave a happy, tired boy at the end of the day. Highly recommend! My only wish is that they opened a little earlier, like 7:30a, and had weekend hours, because sometimes my husband and I both work on the weekends. But hey, as long as this place keeps my dog happy, we will keep bringing him!

I have been taking my 8-year-old greyhound mix Harry to PDO for almost his entire life. We had a few breaks because I moved but then moved back to Raleigh. This place is amazing. He gets excited every time we arrive at the location and cannot wait to go in and hang out with the staff. Some of the staff has watched my dog, Harry grow up. They treat my dog like their own. I am so grateful to have a safe place to take my best friend when I need help. PDO has helped me so much in caring for my dog, Harry over the years. highly recommend!

We put our puppy in Pup's Day Out for daycare when she was six months old because we wanted her to be properly socialized. She loves going so much that we've kept taking her to daycare for the past 3 years! Our dog loves the staff, and the owner and manager are always super helpful and friendly. They go to great lengths to make sure all the dogs are up to date on shots and and it's a safe, clean environment. Our dog is totally exhausted when we pick her up. It's the best doggie daycare in the triangle and we 100% recommend!!!

Absolutely awesome doggy day care! They best part of Pup's Day Out is they DO NOT have a crate policy. It is very hard to find a day care in this area that does not crate/kennel your dog for 2 hours a day. If I wanted my dogs crated I would have left them home! The staff are always very pleasant and my girls are good and tired when I pick them up. This is the only doggy day care I trust to take care of my girls while I am away. Keep up the good work!

I've been taking my older bully breed to this location for grooming the last 3 years. I've never had a bad experience and I've always been impressed with the staff's sincerity and kindness. My dog didn't pass the temper test for doggy day care (aggressive play), but the manner in which they informed me was very professional. I wasn't 'put off' and inquired on other services. I didn't know they had grooming. After his first visit I realized his previous groomer was not as good as I thought. I do see very happy dog owners picking up their dogs every time I visit.

We love Pup's Day Out. My Shar Pei has been going there on a daily basis (mid week) for 3 years and we've used their boarding services and grooming services on and off during that time too. So in the 1,000+ days she's been there, we've never had any issues or incidents. I have a few friends that also use the facility with no issues whatsoever. I like that the dogs have their own stalls and are not crated for boarding. I really love the staff there and they treat my dog as their own. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for dog care or boarding. I'm very surprised to see any negative reviews here, they seem to stem predominately from users who have dogs with behavioral issues.

the first time that I went to this place, the services were good. I had my dogs groomed and they did a good job. The last time I brought my dogs in to be groomed I got them back and noticed that the next day there was blood all over the floor that looked like my dog paw prints. I discovered that both dogs had raw and bloody skin in between their pads and all over both feet. It is now a week later and one of my dogs still has this issue. The other issue I have is that one of the dogs also broke out with a huge, pusy sore on the side of her neck, face and ear. She is at the vet today; I tried over the counter medications and apparently it will need antibiotics and needs medication that is stronger than I can purchase. These issues didn't happen until I brought my dogs to this facility this time and I have had luck in the past. Maybe I got a bad person? Not sure, I just wanted to put my bad experience out there as far as grooming goes. They could be great when it comes to the daycare option. I have emailed the company to let them know in hopes that they will take care of these issues for their other clients. As a side note, I emailed Pup's Day Out personally before posting this review to let them know about the services received and I guess hoped they would make it right however they didn't bother to respond.

The crew at Pup's Day Out always do such a nice job with grooming and my pup comes out so happy and looking great! By far the best value and quality services when it comes to bathing and nail clipping. The staff is also so friendly and I know my dog is well taken care of while he's there. Thank you!

I knew this was a good place as soon as I saw my dog's reaction the second time I left him for boarding. My dog has never liked staying at boarding places. He would always try to follow me out the door when I left and would never want to go with staff. The first time I left him at pups day out he acted the same way. Which I figured he would since he had never been there. However, the second time I left him there he immediately went to the staff, tail wagging, and didn't even look back at me! I knew then I found a great place. The staff are incredibly friendly and you can tell that they care for the dogs as if they were family. I would definitely recommend this place.

The groomer here is amazing! She really makes the best out of any condition you bring your pet in or request for style. When I pick my pups up, they’re excited but not anxious, and that gives us a huge piece of mind. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! Customer service is the best- very prompt with inquiries and questions, excellent daily communication thru email updates, walkers communicate via text for prompt communication. Ine time my dog was found to be ill when the walker arrived she contacted me, helped coordinate care and sat with my dog till the issue was resolved. It's been 2 years and I can't say enough good things about this company!

We love Hooman on Demand. Steele looks forward to her daily walks. They do an awesome job providing feedback on her walks and photos throughout. I love not worrying about her during the day when I'm working. I know they will take good care of her. App is super is easy to use and convenient.

I can’t say enough good things about the service Harley provides. I think a Blue and Gold Macaw provides a fairly challenging and maybe even scary experience for any pet sitter. Harley takes such good care of him when I’m gone. Not only can I tell by the wonderful pictures and reports she sends me, but also from his behavior when I return. He is truly happy when I come home and not just to see me. If he was not completely spoiled while I was away, when I I did get home, he would be angry and he would let me know it. Aside from how well she cares for my pet, she is also very reliable. Has never let me down yet! It has been a long time since I left the above review and Harley has taken care of my Macaw several times since then, as well as my dogs on occasion. My opinion of Harley and the service that she provides has only been reinforced by those experiences.

I am so thankful for this wonderful service! I go out of town frequently and it’s very tough leaving my fur babies behind. It gives me great comfort knowing that they will be taken good care of by the loving staff of Hooman on Demand, Michael went above and beyond during his last visit when my air went out during the heat advisory. Not only did he try to troubleshoot for me , he completely set up a mobile air unit that I had delivered. This is the next best thing to having them with me, I never worry that they won’t be loved while I’m gone. Thank you 🙏🐶

This service has been great. Our girl never did well in boarding and when we heard about HoD we figured we would try them. We got daily updates and photos at every appointment, they took her for walks, played with her in the yard and in the house, gave her whatever supplements we left and gave her treats. They also respected our home and our pup, made sure doors were locked and alarm was on after every appointment. We have cameras and were able to see them treating our pup so well. We will be using them again and we will surely be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you to all the walker’s (Jillian, Kiki, Lizzie, Rae, Karolyne, and a gentleman whose name is unknown to me) who gave our girl love while we were away. Money well spent for peace of mind.

My Dog Zoey loves Harley, she gets so excited when it's walking time with Hooman on Demand. The hoomans are very responsible, on time and always respond quickly whenever there are any changes in the reservation.

I know my dog is in great hands with Hooman on Demand. My dog is soooo incredibly happy to see them. This is the only place I trust to take care of my dog. They give immediate feedback of how the visit went, feed her and give her tons of pets. They also take adorable, high quality pictures of my dog during the visit which is automatically posted to the app after. It’s so nice to go on a vacation with peace of mind knowing the puppers is in excellent hands.

Aroo takes a while to warm up to folks but he's gotten is really comfortable with Kevin, and Kevin respects his boundaries. Barbara and her husband are the MOST AMAZING people at Wag the Dog! They're the only people we honestly trust our 10 year old corgi and 3 year old Schnauzer with. Having them take care of our babies makes our vacations so much better! They send us photos and updates everyday to let us know how our dogs are doing which is so comforting. Amanda's Best Friend took care of my cat in June for a week, and they were fantastic! They took such good care of my kitty Mickey, and it was such a joy to get a write-up of his status, what she did, and several cute pictures of him every day. Taylor was awesome. Prices are great, scheduling is easy (they were able to add another day for me at the last minute!). Really can't say enough good things about this company and will hire them any time I need a pet sitter in the triangle :) they really love animals and the service feels above and beyond.

Amanda's best friend take amazingly great care of my fur child! They love him almost as much as I do! My dog is a little high maintenance and they help provide the extra care he needs. Amanda's Best Friend has been a life saver! My work schedule has been very sporadic and Amanda and her team have been very accommodating. The communication is great. My favorite part (other than knowing my dog is getting taken care of) is getting the email updates from Katie with how the appointment went with pictures of my dog!

You know what’s wonderful? Being able to go out of town and completely trust that your furbaby will be perfectly taken care of. This company does such a great job of keeping pets safe and happy, while also providing thorough communication that you can access as you’d like to be assured your little loved one is doing well. I’m so impressed with the owner, Amanda, as well as one of her employees, Jessica (these are the two that have taken care of our pet. I’m sure all the employees are awesome!). Triangle Pet Sitters did a great job in taking care of our 2 cats during a vacation. Melissa was friendly and professional during the meet and greet and my cats took to her right away. I received lots of pictures and it was evident that she spent time playing with them on top of taking care of all the food/water/litter essentials. Triangle Pet Sitters came to my home to stay with my boxer kid for a weekend. I was sent texts with pictures and videos of my boy. I’m pretty sure he loved his vacation as much as we did. Great communication and you can see the love for animals!

Triangle Pet Sitters is an excellent dog sitter. In addition to being very professional, they take personal care of your pets. While my husband and I went to Ashville they sent us at least 10 photos and 2 videos. My pups looked so happy. They have a fenced-in yard and a screened porch that my pets loved sitting and playing in. They have kept our dogs several times and will stay with them in the future.

Our family has used Triangle Pet Sitters twice for overnight stays while we traveled. I feel comfortable leaving my pet knowing that they have years of experience especially with rescue beagles. I can relax on my trip knowing that my dog is being cared for and loved on in a family setting where she can nap on the couch and run in the fenced-in yard, just like at home. I also appreciate that Triangle Beagle Rescue sends me daily updates including pictures.

I highly recommend Triangle Pet Sitters! My dog, Chloe loves to go there and is always so excited to see Melissa and Jason. (Plus, their beagles, Dash and Woody) There is plenty of couch space/dog beds to nap or cuddle and a fenced in backyard to run and play. Melissa has 25+ years of experience In fostering and boarding and has literally fostered and help find homes for hundreds of dogs. They all adore her. She just has ‘the touch’ 🐶🐾

I have a super senior dachshund with special needs and he’s my world. He’s 14, has had IVDD surgery, epilepsy, and is deaf. He takes medication daily and has to be carried up all stairs, etc. Needless to say I’m very particular about his care and usually only have family members or close friends watch my little dude since he has so many quirks. I had to take a 5 day trip and was agonizing about finding a good pet sitter for this extended time away. I called my vet for recommendations, scoured Google, and was freaking out. My husband found Melissa and called her, and after meeting we felt comfortable with choosing her services. Let me say that Melissa is AMAZING! She sent so many pics and video updates and I could tell my boy was having a blast. My dog ended up chewing his feet because of seasonal allergies, and she sent me pics and videos of his paws and washed his feet and applied medication after we talked about it. She also noticed my dogs IVDD was acting up and kept an eye on it (it ended up being OK he was just tired). Melissa absolutely went above and beyond, and did so much more than was originally anticipated as far as medication and care. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about animals. I cannot thank her enough and we have officially found our pet sitter!

During my travels, Melissa & Jason have taken great care of my dog many times over the years. They always treat my dog with lots of love and pampering. And they text me updates and videos on his activities & welfare. Most importantly they are dependable, reliable, and very caring.

Melissa and Jason are great! They have watched our beagle twice so far. They send frequent updates, pictures, and videos. Since we have found them I never worry about our dog when we go away because I know he is being well cared for!

Melissa and Jason have watched our lab mix Arbor for over a year. I appreciate how much they love and understand dogs. Arbor regularly goes to doggy daycare at their house and also boards with them when we are out of town. They send me videos and photos during her stay and I love to see her playing with other dogs or just chilling with their family. It's nice to know that when I can't be with her she is in good hands.

I love that they will bring in my mail & water plants as well! They take the time to not only clean up after and feed my two cats and dog, but they spend time with them so they're not so lonely when I'm away! Highly recommend Ark Angels Pet Care for your pet-sitting needs! We have 2 cats and have used the service on multiple occasions, with one of the fantastic pet-sitters, Jennifer, coming to our home to take care of our fur babies. They are trustworthy, our cats LOVED Jennifer, she always provided us with daily updates via text so we knew how the cats were doing, and provided an information sheet for when we arrived home with detail from each day we were away. She spent time with our cats ensuring they not only were fed and litter boxes cleaned, but she played with them, brushed them, gave them treats... some nice TLC they needed while we were away. I never felt concerned when Jennifer was watching our cats. Ark Angels Pet Care is professional, caring, punctual, and I have absolutely zero complaints! Nancy, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and super responsive, as well!

I love Ark Angels Pet Care ! My sitter is so good with our pets ! She even spends extra time with our older dog who needs a little help getting up and down the stairs. She sends us pictures and text updates to let us know how they're all doing . And when we got delayed on our return she responded immediately to our request to add on visits. These folks are professional and our pets adore our sitter!

Our experience with Ark Angels Pet Care was great and our two kitties were taken care of very well. The process was smooth and their staff was very prompt with scheduling and organizing around our ten-day vacation. While on vacation, they sent daily pictures and videos of our cats which we looked forward to every day. When we came back the litter was cleaned, water was full, and food bowls were clean too. For two cats it came out to ~$20/day which I thought was reasonable. While I can't speak re: dog-sitting, we would definitely recommend this pet sitting service for any cat-owner. In fact, we will be using their service again for an upcoming 5-day camping trip.

A great service! I recently had Holly look over my four rats while I was out of town. Holly provided me with daily updates and was excellent at following the care instructions I provided. It is such a relief to know that my pets will be cared for while I'm out of town! I would recommend Ark Angels Pet Care to all pet owners.

Very professional service. We were referred by a coworker of mine to take care of our cats and they went above and beyond to follow all of our detailed instructions and even send me updates and pictures of our cats every visit! They also kept our apartment clean from litter and did some extra things to make our cats as comfortable as possible.

I was nervous having to leave my cat behind for a 2 week trip, having just moved to Raleigh and with none of my local friends nearby to look in on her. All Critters Petcare stepped in and handled everything perfectly. I received daily emails with photos to keep me in the loop. Joey was excellent with my cat, and she clearly got along well with him. I'll definitely be scheduling service again for my future trips.

Unfortunately, Google does not allow to give less than 1 star otherwise I would because this 1 star is extremely generous. They never stay the whole time at visits, sometimes they are no shows! It's obvious they do not care for the critters they claim to love. I will be taking my business elsewhere and, for the critters sake, I hope many follow.

Melissa, German, Taylor, Logan, and Kathy did a fantastic job handling my two larger dogs. It is such a relief to be able to trust people to take such great care of them. I appreciated the thorough journal and pictures.

All Critters Petcare has done an amazing job with taking care of our senior kitty. Our cat is on several different medications and All Critters Petcare has no problem with making sure our cat gets the medications he needs when he needs them. We also sincerely appreciate the daily updates which include photos of our boy enjoying being spoiled! We were able to enjoy an extended trip of 3 weeks knowing that our cat was being well taken care of by Melissa and Joey! I can't recommend All Critters Petcare enough!

I've used All Critters multiple times now, and they are great to care for your pets while you are away. They are very flexible and send you updates in a nice report with descriptions and photos. Highly recommend them.

This place left my pets outside for nearly a whole day (20 hours) without giving them any food or water. It’s absolutely shameful and please do not leave your pets here

I am soooooo glad I found All Critters Petcare! They really take extra special care of my cat Emily when I am away traveling. I get pictures and notes from them every time they visit. I also had to have a home visit before they took me on as a client, as they wanted to make sure they got to meet Emily and understand what I needed from them. I love to hire small local businesses and these folks are the best. So impressed and happy with their service.

I was very impressed that they were great with sitting for my cat, Mali, while I was out of town for a week. They were very professional and REALLY cared about giving quality time to my "baby" while I was gone. I am a little over protective about my "baby", so I was delighted that they took the time during the initial visit to really get to know Mali and get a little bonding time before I left. I have recommended them to friends and family and would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a great quality pet sitter to take care of your pet while out of town. GREAT JOB GANG!

All Critters Petcare has been a lifesaver for me! I'm always a little worried about leaving my two rabbits behind when I'm out of town, especially because one of my rabbits often needs to take medication, but Melissa and her team have always done such a great job giving me peace of mind by sending pictures and updates on the regular. They've always been incredibly flexible and accommodating to me and my schedule, and they just exude dedication. In fact, one time I hired All Critters Care to look after my rabbits while I was visiting family, and Melissa got into an accident and cracked a couple ribs, but she still went to my apartment to make sure my rabbit got her meds that night. I absolutely would have understood if she couldn't make it or had to have someone else come in, but she wanted to ensure that my rabbits weren't made nervous by a stranger, so she went in to care for them personally. I can't express enough how much I appreciate All Critters Care and the work they do, and I'm proud to be a customer of this lovely small business

This was my first time hiring a pet sitter that wasn’t just a friend doing us a favor. I was anxious leaving my cats with a stranger, but it ended up being one of the best decisions I made for my trip. They scheduled a meet and greet consultation before I left and that’s how I met Savannah. She was absolutely incredible with my kitties. She sent daily updates via email with a detailed report that included tons of pictures and videos, managed to tackle the unique and challenging feeding needs for each of the cats, give my asthmatic kitty his inhaler, play with the cats, clean the litter, water my plants, and she even checked my mailbox and brought my packages upstairs. I have cameras in my home to keep an eye on the cats when I’m away, so I was able to see how great she was with the kitties and how much the cats enjoyed seeing her when she was around. Savannah brought me so much comfort knowing my cats had a friend to care for them while I was on vacation. I will be using this service for all of my future pet-sitting needs!!
