Wilhelmina was looking after our two cats over two weeks and was super reliable and appreciated by our cats. Luckily, we had the chance to meet her before the sit and could show her around. Carol was a wonderful house sitter! We were very happy to get to meet with her a few weeks before her sit for us, since she was already in town, and we did a little tour and she got to meet the cats. Despite dealing with some personal family issues while we were away, Carol was an attentive house sitter and she sent us regular updates about the cats. Our house was very clean and tidy when we got home, which made for a lovely homecoming. The cats were clearly happy and had been well taken care of. We'd be happy to host Carol again any time!

Kevin took great care of our two cats. He quickly got into their routine of meal times and was happy to let them in and out during the day. He kept their litter trays clean. He sent us photos morning and night time so we knew all was going well. When we returned home after our four days away, the house was immaculate. We’re both honest , kind respectful tidy hardworking animal lovers.
Megan and Derek were excellent house/ pet sitters. They took our two dogs in their car to go on lovely long walks and administered medication to my older dog. My dogs were obviously well taken care of as on my return they were relaxed. The house was left spotless and they even put on laundry for linens they'd used. Megan sent photos and videos of the dogs on their walks and they took on their role of pet sitting with professionalism. I certainly would recommend Megan and Derek.

Katrien and Tony came the day before we left so we had plenty of time to go through all the ins and outs. It was clear from the start that they would have no problems with Bodhi, our dog, and our four cats. They kept us updated and sent pictures so we knew Bodhi and the cats were in good hands. She was easy to communicate with before and during the sit (very responsive), and made time to do a walk through of our house/intro to Rosie prior to the sit. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
