Kim, Erin and Kristin could not have given better care than what they did. I had an emergency with my cat while I was out of town and they totally took care of everything so I didn't have to worry. I would definitely use them again and would strongly urge anybody else looking for a pet sitter to give them a try also. Five stars all around!

Used the for the first time and couldn’t be happier. The visit updates gave us peace of mind and we were thrilled to see our dogs happy during the visits. The app makes it easy to schedule, communicate and pay. We love the variety with the options for visits so that we can choose the time lenght that best fits our needs. Kim did an amazing job taking care of my pets. She sent picture confirmations of each visit, marked them as completed in her system, sent me notifications, and communicated how each pet was doing. There's a level of comfort to having Kim take care of your furry friends.

Kim and her crew are always so wonderful with my cats while I'm on vacation. When my dad would visit with his senior dog they were great with short notice dog walking. They have great rates and easy online scheduling. They always send updates while you are away and take care to note any changes or potential issues. They really care about your fur kids and it shows. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for in home pet services.

I have been using Fur Babies for several years. Kim is amazing! She takes great care of my dog and 3 cats! I love how she sends pictures and texts after each visit , it helps my anxiety when we are not home. I know my dog Paige looks forward to her time when Kim comes to hang out with her! Kimberly is absolutely the best! She takes care of our fish and also our 16 year old rescue kitty. Our cat, who usually won't let anyone else touch her LOVES Kimberly! She allows pets, chin rubs, tummy rubs, and brushing from Kimberly, and purrs the entire time! Kimberly sends pics and texts after each visit so we're able to see how happy our senior kitty is! Kimberly is extremely reliable, trustworthy, and professional. We feel confident and at ease when we know Kimberly is providing her special care for our feline and fish pets when we're away from home!

Furbabies is amazing! It's hard to leave your pet behind, but we no longer have to worry. Their care goes above and beyond. We love the detailed updates and pictures on the mobile app after the visits. It's so easy to get in contact with the owner (who is awesome) and the person caring for our pet through the app. You can easily book or modify appointments in the app as well. After a friend who watched our dog moved away we had always stressed over who was going to watch our dog. That is no longer the case! I'm so glad we tried Furbabies!

Amazing service, best pet sitters we've ever used. Kim is great to work with and they took care of our 2 kitties like those cats had won a lottery. Our little shy cat warmed up to the pet sitter better than we've seen her with anyone. Highly recommended!

Paws Up did a great job with my dog! She had to board for a week soon after we moved, and had a great time. The owners paid attention to specific behaviors I mentioned in the boarding info. They sent really good photos of her during her stay, much better than ones I take myself! Will definitely use again!

We feel so lucky we found Paws Up! We were able to visit the home first before committing to boarding. During our pet’s stay, communication was frequent and we even got picture updates which made us at ease. Each picture we got, I could swear our pup was smiling! She came home healthy and happy! I will recommend to my friend dad and family!

Your search for someone that will treat your furbaby like their own is OVER! We boarded our little girl with Paws Up and couldn’t be happier! We received daily updates and pictures! They even offer a meet & greet before you make any decision and I’ve got to tell you, this is an amazing place! Luna was able to get a bath, run, play and socialize with other dogs. Upon picking her up, we received a report card and a handwritten thank you note! I’ve found my new boarder and that’s a statement in and of itself because we are so discriminatory when it comes to our little girl! In you’re straddling the fence, hop on over to Paws Up Paradise and you will NOT be disappointed!

Our dogs love staying with Trish and Dan ! I am so happy I was referred to them when looking for somewhere to board my two dogs that had never been boarded before. They took time to get to know my boys and assured me that they were going to get lots of love and affection. Trish keeps us up to date on how they are doing and sends photos during their entire stay. They are reasonably priced as well!

Trish and Dan are both absolutely amazing people and took a great care of my dog Minnie. She was there for 10 days. It was our first time booking with them and they were excellent with providing pictures and videos of my dog. They made sure Minnie was comfortable with them since it was her first time being away from us for this long. We are definitely planning on booking with them again in the future and we highly recommend them.

Trish and Dan are amazing! They are incredibly knowledgeable and flexible for all the personalities that dogs have. I boarded my little girl, Shira, with them for a week while I was traveling. Communication was superb and Shira was very happy. They sent me very cute pics also! Absolutely 100% highly recommend.

Trish and Dan are WONDERFUL! I've never felt comfortable leaving my pup in boarding and for this reason I often bring him with me on vacations. However, it's not always ideal and for certain travel destinations he can not always come along. Fortunately, I found Trish & Dan who offer a wonderful in-home boarding experience at affordable rates. Takes the intense stress of typical boarding away. Trish also sent me complimentary updates to ease my overprotective mind 😊 I'm very thankful I found Paws Up Paradise! Gunner had a blast!

We just moved to Orlando with our 80 lb dog that’s nervous with new people. He doesn’t like daycare, but we had an event out of town we couldn’t miss. Thankfully we found Paws Up Paradise online. Trish and Dan took time out of their Sunday to meet us and Baloo, gave us a complimentary 4-hour day care trial on Wednesday to see how he did at their house, and Baloo stayed there for two nights over the weekend. Trish sent pictures and updates each day to let us know how well he was doing. We weren’t sure how it was going to go, but our nervous dog made friends with the other dogs and even left the cats alone (which he has not been great with in the past). We are so lucky to have found Trish and Dan and can now feel comfortable knowing Baloo has a warm welcoming home to stay in the next time we need to leave town!

Trish is such an amazing, kind, and great person with pets. She took my reservation easily when we had to book a last minute, out of state trip. Our dog Chloe was so happy and seemed to have such a wonderful time while in Trish’s care. 100% recommend and will continue to use Paws Up for any other times we need a pet sitter. I’m lucky we found Elaine. She took care of my 2 dogs while I was on vacation and they were very well taken care of in her home. My dogs usually have anxiety when they are in a new environment, but they became very comfortable with her. She will also get whatever is needed for your dog such as treats, etc.. my dog needed a new harness and she took care of that issue. She gave me piece of mind by sending me updates and pictures. Highly recommend Elaine, she’s an angel!

I very rarely write reviews but this one has never been more well deserved. We have been using C3 Pet Sitter for the past 3 years; we board our dog Cookie with Elaine and Paul whenever we go away on holiday. Cookie is totally at home there, and probably even more spoiled than she is at home!! Our dog is quite needy, she doesn’t get on well with other dogs and being a Weimaraner, she suffer from separation anxiety. Elaine and Paul only board one dog at the time, allowing them to give full attention to their furry guests. As ex-petsitters ourselves, we know how difficult it is to find a good petsitter, and it is all about building trust. It can be very difficult to know who you can trust and who you can’t. I can tell you this: Elaine and Paul will NEVER let you down and will go out of their way to help. The difference being a good sitter and a bad one is how they handle difficult situations. Dogs are dogs and accidents will happen. We would have been totally lost if Elaine and Paul did not come to our rescue a few weeks ago: unfortunately we had to leave our dog with another sitter, and our dog suffered terrible injuries whilst in the care of that other sitter. We had to put an emergency call to Elaine and Paul who immediately accepted to take her in. They have been absolutely wonderful: they totally took over her care, took her to the vet every single day, followed through with her medical treatment (medication, ointment, having to wear the collar of shame!). Cookie made a full recovery thanks to the amazing care they provided. Unlike many petsitters out there, Elaine and Paul are in it for no other reason than their genuine passion for animals. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog receives at Fancy Pets! The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Every time I drop off my pup, I know they’re in safe and loving hands. The facility is clean, well-organized, and truly caters to the needs of the dogs. My dog always comes home happy, well-exercised, and tired from all the fun activities. It’s clear the team genuinely loves what they do, and that makes all the difference.

I just got my little Chihuahua, Chickens, his nails trimmed for the first time in his whole life. He has been completely terrified of us touching them ever since we had a mishap with clippers when he was a puppy. But the team at Fancy Pets in Lake Mary not only trimmed them quickly, but he didn’t seem shaken up when I picked him up. The team also gave him a bath and an ear cleaning, and he left with an adorable little scarf. I know he’s not thrilled with the unknown, but I can tell he’s in a good mood overall. I definitely recommend the quality and service of the team at Fancy Pets! Five stars!

They are the absolute best! They take such good care of our babies every time they visit. They have the cutest photo props for every occasion. The toddler and princess beds that the pups sleep in are just adorable. They recently had our babies during hurricane milton and they kept us updated the entire time and gave live updates on social media. So appreciative.

Fancy Pets has been an absolute blessing for our family! We started bringing our puppy when she was 5 months old. She has now been attending daycare for about 2 months now and the changes we have seen in her are incredible. She went from being a shy and cautious puppy to being social and extremely friendly with other dogs and people. They were incredibly kind and understanding with my puppy's needs and helped so much when we first started struggling with seperation anxiety. She also gets baths biweekly and always comes home super fresh and beautiful! We are so grateful for all they have done for our girl Penelope ❤️

Thank you Fancy Pets for taking wonderful care of my senior doxies! One of my seniors is almost totally blind and deaf and I had so much anxiety about boarding as we had a weekend tournament. Betty and Brian put my mind at ease as well as their very kind receptionist. One of their long time clients happened to be picking up her baby when I went for a tour and her rave reviews also put me at ease. I picked up my boys today and one was snoozing away in his cozy bed. They both smelled wonderful and were happy. I feel so much relief that my boys will be well taken care of when we board them. The videos are wonderful too!!Thank you to EVERYONE at Fancy Pets!! One of the best days of my life was finding your shop. I've had a few bad experiences with inexperienced groomers, in the past, so I was nervous about trying a new place. Now you've changed our life. I can go out of town for work feeling comfortable that you will take care of my baby as good as I can. When my family comes to visit and I need to have my baby out of the house to stop from my aunt's allergies I can relax knowing that you will play with her for the day. Her fur has never looked better. Your treatments have completely cured her itchy skin. Even the vet is impressed. Thank you so much being the greatest place for my buddy to be safe.

Just found this Groomer by driving by. Brian & Betty were great. Betty groomed Tiny Tot so well. He was so happy and so was I with our first results. I've already rebooked Tiny's next appointment. WELL DONE. ☆☆☆☆☆.

My dog, Cecelia (CiCi), absolutely loved their grooming session at Fancy Pets! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making both of us feel at ease. CiCi came home looking and smelling amazing. Her coat is so soft and fluffy! I was really impressed with the attention to detail and how well they handled my dog, especially since it was her first time to a groomer. I highly recommend this grooming company to any pet owner!

When we got a beagle puppy we were recommended to Fancy Pets by our dog sitter who watches our elderly dog. They have 3 dogs and had nothing but great things to say. We wanted to get our puppy used to grooming and boarding so trips would be more manageable. We've used Fancy Pets 4 times for boarding and grooming. The first and second time we took our puppy they encouraged us to just have her washed as she was still young and wanted her to get used to being cleaned. On the third visit they asked if we wanted her tail trimmed. I didn't know how to answer them as I didn't know how it would look but told them whatever they thought. They did an amazing job. The fourth time they did a great job as well and they even managed to do her tail which looks hysterical. Totally looks like a little rat tail and now we understand why they always ask. The last two visits to Fancy Pets our puppy was very eager and interested to get inside and then get into the back with the other dogs. We are very happy and will continue to use Fancy Pets. Absolutely love this place. I would never take my Rocket 🚀🐶 anywhere else! It’s a mom and pop place so they think of their clients (the furry ones) as part of the family. Plus, they are willing to accommodate if you have a particular issue you need for your pup. I love this place and hope everyone gives them a try. Here’s my Rocket enjoying play time. Can’t say enough about Dogtopia Sanford, my dog has been coming here since she was 4mo old, she’s over 1yr now. She had her first birthday celebration here with all her pals. The dog coaches and manager are all fully engaged with the dogs and make daycare a fun experience. I have numerous pics from themed days and events. My pup has also boarded here several times. She gets to play with her friends during the day and then sleep in a safe, comfortable environment. I completely trust the team here with my girl! Love Dogtopia in Sanford immensely!!! My only recommendation is that they upgrade their cameras to show more a panoramic view of the playrooms.

I cannot overstate how much this place has impacted my life. Our puppy is so happy and excited to hang out while I am working and free play with her friends. We keep the feed on just to smile at random parts of the day in the office because it is watching something so joyful and our puppy grow into a happy and healthy dog. Amazing. The people are kind, attentive, and true animal lovers. I feel immensely confident that they are taking care of and training my puppy to be the best that she can be. Truly a "best day ever" situation each day for her. Also, they are so caring about diet, enrichment activities, and socializing safely. It's the best investment I have made into this part of my life. Seriously.

This staff is the best we’ve ever seen! Brianna is so absolutely sweet to me and my mom, and handles our pup so nicely! Wouldn’t want our furry friend going anywhere else for the day!! Definitely try them out!

The staff was amazing and very welcoming from the moment we walked in to the Sanford location. They took care of our Bella like she was one of their own. The staff gave us a nice report card and even sent us home with nice home made treats that our Bella loved! We look forward to continuing businesses Dogtopia!

Spacious rooms for dogs to make new friends. Staff is always very friendly and eager to greet my pup at the door. The best part is that you can access their doggie cams from their app and that my Cooper is pooped at the end of the day!

Before taking my dogs to Dogtopia for daycare, they used to sleep all day and stay up all night. Now when I take them to daycare, they play all day and come home suuuuper tuckered out! I see them playing with bubbles and dancing with the canine coaches on the cameras, and my girls Sadie and Bella always have a blast! Every time I leave the house, they get excited about going to daycare- regardless of whether or not they’re actually going. They always run to the car instead when I take them on walks. Highly recommend this place!!

We can't say enough on the service Dogtopia provided our 2 boys while away for 7 days. They were incredibly amazing with their care and communication. Made sure our boys were comfortable. Amazing all around!

We just started taking our 2 year old Australian Shepard to Dogtopia in Sanford a few months ago and I cannot say enough GOOD things about this place. Beautiful, modern, clean and AIR CONDITIONED facility! My Aussie being outdoors in the Florida heat is something I worry about A LOT because he gets hot quickly with his undercoat. I am so grateful that this facility is so nice but the staff is even BETTER! They truly care about the dogs, they remember them by name each time they come in and do crafts with them for holidays and events weekly. They treat your fur babies like children which they are to me!!! If you’re thinking of taking your dog here do not hesitate!! They even do photo shoots for the dogs during holidays.

I absolutely adore the staff. This past Saturday was Leila’s first visit. How they handled her, and the steps they took to get her acclimated, was brilliant. Getting her report card, and the WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER HER FIRST VISIT pamphlet, was extremely helpful. We will be bringing her back. Honestly, five stars 🌟 isn’t a high enough rating. Thank you for making this experience for her, and us, such a positive one!!!! She was exhausted when we got home 🥰

The staff is amazing. My pups have been there about at least 5 times so far and they have always always remembered who my boys were. They have gone above and beyond when they saw a possible health issue. And honestly have just always been so friendly and really made me feel liked they cared about my babies. The boys are always excited about going to daycare and always come home nice and tired. I was so sadden by fact that I had to cancel our weekly membership that my son got the boys and I 20 weeks of daycare and we have already began to use it. I'm so thankful for a safe place for my boys to go to play and get out some of their energy.

Fantastic boarding experience for our 6 big dogs at fair prices! We fly 8+ weeks a year and have to board our dogs during these times. We know they are loved and called by name here. They are treated kindly with their individual quirks in mind. In photos, they look happier than they've ever been at other boarding places. The staff, especially Shelley, are super caring and professional. We highly recommend this place and will continue to use them.

One of the best Doggy Day Care places around. The staff is friendly and my dog loves it there. When we pull into the parking lot he gets so excited and drags me to the front door to go play with his friends.

My dog was so scared of groomers and getting her nails trimmed. Now she loves to come in and be pampered by these wonderful groomers . They do an excellent job and go above and beyond to care for my furbaby! Thank you to everyone that helped my doggie enjoy her baths and nail trims .

Initially brought my niece dog here about 6 years ago for boarding and she has been a doggie daycare (and occasional boarding) client ever since. The whole staff is kind, caring, and treats the fur babies like gold. Also having the groomer onsite is also very convenient. We can't say enough good things about the Pampered Paws facility.

Peanut always loves coming to Pampered Paws!! A group of people who actually get to know and love your animal is all I could ever ask for in a place like this. I love that she isn’t in a cage all day and gets to play with her friends. Getting Report cards and being able to see the cameras is so awesome!!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I would not recommend this place. My senior healthy pug Yogi was only 13.5 years old. He was very healthy and active. My veterinarian was even surprise to hear the unfortunate news. He died while being boarded. I believe he passed away due to a heat stroke because he is an indoors type of dog. I’m sure the staff genuinely care about the animals however are very understaffed. I decided to board my pugs here while I was out of town for 5 days and on the 4th day I received the worst news ever over the phone. One of the reasons I decided to board my pugs there was because they advertised doggie cams. My pugs were kept in an area that did not have a camera so I was very disappointed. I recommend hiring more staff in order to have more one on one care for all animals there. Overall my experience motivates me to open my own doggie day care that will not neglect the animals.

J.J. loves Pampered Paws and is always taken care of by top quality staff. They made room for him last minute, and he never wants to leave.

My dog absolutely loves this place! He is so excited to go there and never wants to leave. I love that I can watch my dog anytime through cameras on the internet. I can see how much fun he’s having. They have a large yard for the dogs to play in. The staff is always so good with our dog. They are happy and excited to see him each time. They are also very flexible with boarding schedules. I have called with a 1 day notice to board our dog and they always accommodate us. I love the late pick up the next day without adding another day’s charges. I’m not charged for him playing with other dogs, like some places have charged me. You may not think the front of the kennel looks that special, it’s nothing fancy, but it is one of the best spots in central FL to take your dog for daycare needs or boarding!

Your staff was negligent in every aspect of taking care of Tuffy who was our family member. How in the world can you call your self professionals? Your whole staff should be ashamed and learn from this incident. At this point, we are going to do whatever we can do to make sure that Tuffy’s story is known, and to make sure that this doesn't happen again, No one should every board their loved ones with your business. RIP Tuffy…

We love Hounds Town. Our dog has been coming here since she was vaccinated enough as a puppy, and as her anxious aggression has evolved this is the only place we can take her where she enjoys being (no dog parks, etc. work for her anymore). The trainers here are the only people other than our family who she can be around. We are so grateful for the love and care they show her. The pictures after each daycare day are so cute, the facility does amazing events, and the director Chelsea keeps everything running smoothly and always updates the pet parents. Our dog comes home socialized and tired which we love!

Most friendly people ever. My pup and I felt welcome and like family immediately. I was explained everything step by step. We could really tell they loved their jobs. Bruce was so playful and happy. Very reasonably priced and no pressure from staff. The one thing I wish differently……I’d like to see camera’s and livestream put in!!!!

Hounds Town strives to meet needs of all parents and pets! They work with anxiety prone animals and always keep your pets health in mind by grouping by attitude and size. Every time we pick our pup up we get a report about things she did, as well as a boat load of pictures! Location is clean,indoors and beautifully new. Staff is LGBT friendly and very inclusive to all families I have seen! Safety gates and double doors are in place to keep pets safe. We thank the whole staff for helping our pup become the best she can! In just a few short months of going our pup is out of her lonely funk, let out her energy, is no longer afraid of men or new places and let’s her personality shine constantly. Bless houndstown for their proven results in being a great day care that actually has the pets interest in mind!

Awesome boarding facility!! We've been boarding our 5+ large dogs here multiple times a year since 2021 and it's been a great experience each time. Staff is super sweet and friendly, facility is clean and modern, boarding program is well-run and competitively priced, and location is great. We love seeing photos of our happy dogs posted each night! It's clear whenever we drop off or pick up our dogs that the staff love each one of them, and that the dogs enjoyed being there. We recommend HoundsTown to all our friends and family!

Hounds Town is a great and reliable place to take your dog for either daycare or boarding. They share photos daily in their fb group, which makes me feel so better about leaving my pup. They are responsive on fb messenger which I love. I can't always call while at work to make appointments, but being able to message them is so convenient. We've tried many facilities and found that HT is the best one in the area. Although it may be a little more pricey, I know my dog is in good hands when he cannot be home with us.

My dog LOVED her boarding stay at Hounds Town Sanford. The dogs stay in play groups most of day, and just go in their “town houses” for meals and bed. My 9 year old sassy husky turned into a puppy again, loving every second of play groups and was joyfully exhausted when I picked her up. The 300+ pictures a day of all the pups playing is also a huge perk.

I brought my three year-old Siberian husky in not spayed And apparently they can neither trim her nails or wash her and she’s up-to-date on all her vaccines and she’s the sweetest little dog Don’t waste your time here like I did Pathetic business

Hounds Town is the best dog daycare we have ever been too. We have 2 Dobermans with tons of energy and when we pick them up from hounds town they are exhausted. They are so good with our puppies and they love going to daycare.

First and most important, the staff actually loves our fur babies. The facility is clean and organized. If my babies can't be with me, this is where I want them. The entire staff ALWAYS creates a safe and comfortable place for my girls.

I wanted to wait to write a review because it is easy to just write something as soon as you get out of training with your dogs. It really depends on the owner to continue the training. I brought 2 dogs (Snickers and Brownie) into Pet Paradise Board and Train for the 28 day program. Snickers really was a good smart dog and was really doing training for foundation and an emotional support dog for Brownie who had no faith in humanity as she was beaten and thrown from a car and ended up finding us. Then we found Caroline. Snickers was a star student in owner training days and with Caroline Brownie, not so much. After coming home and continuing training and learning about Brownie and her behavior triggers thanks to the foundation set by Caroline we are at greater than 90 percent back to loving humans. It’s been an incredible learning experience and and even more incredible journey all laid out by Caroline. If you think your dog will be “fixed” when you get them back you are wrong. You have had a strong foundation set by Caroline and YOU must continue that journey of consistency and love to support and build on what has been set for you. Never forget you must be listening to her as much as the dog listens. Doing that, it is more than worth every penny paid.

Staff were amazing. Took amazing care of my sweet boy. He had so much fun he immediately passed out as soon as we got home. Special shout out to the beautiful young lady who checked me in & out & entertained my son. Diesel Vin had a great time! :)

Incredible facility with incredible people who love animals. From the Vets to the Groomers and the Trainers. Excellent and trustworthy. Absolute highest recommendation.

We put our puppy Jack Russell Terrier Stella who is 18 months old in Sanford, Florida Pet Paradise! They give dogs 30 or more minutes to run around with other dogs her size. Pet Paradise has cameras in the play rooms…day before yesterday a young girl employee watching the dogs….this girl put her foot under Stella’s belly dropped kicked her belly and raised her off the floor…yes we saw it happen. Today a different lady would put Stella in a time out into a tiny cage. We had Stella in a VIP Suite.

I have been using Pet Paradise for about 11 years with my dogs. I ALWAYS have a great experience with them. The staff is awesome. I take Beau in at least once a month for baths too. I love this facility

I have an extremely anxious dog. Loud noises scare her; it takes her awhile to warm up to strangers; the list goes on. With all of her quirks, we love her dearly. So trusting someone to care for her while we’re away on vacation was always a fear. I have now boarded her several times, and she always seems happy and playing with other dogs on the camera. The second time she went for overnight boarding, she happily went inside. The staff called me if there was any issue, took my worried phone calls, and reassured me she was doing well. This place has been amazing. It’s so nice to know she is safe and happy while we’re away. The staff really seems to enjoy their jobs. I even watched one of them get into the pool with the dogs at playtime. It gave me a good laugh! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Nice, clean environment. My pups loved the interaction with other dogs and they match up their personalities in order to place them with the correct temperament of the other dogs. I would highly recommend this Paradise for your furry family. This is the perfect place to take you dogs and feel like they are at home.

With the grooming, the only requirement I had was to blow dry my Golden’s fur straight. Unfortunately they had ignored my request (which I told verbally, written down on the grooming sheet, and submitted on their website). It’s really not hard to do since I typically do it myself at home. The first picture is when I picked her up from boarding & the 2nd pic is when I groom her at home. The boarding facility itself was great. Lady LOVES the water and would swim all day if possible. However, she is also very well trained so she needs the “okay” or encouragement by a person in order for her to jump in the pool. I mentioned this at check-in, and it seemed like this didn’t get communicated because when I loaded the webcam, she spent her time circling around the pool, looking at the humans, waiting for someone to give her the “okay”. At pick up, I asked about the pool and one caretaker did say she got in once during the 4-day stay but just stood in the shallow end. That’s not like her, so Lady probably felt uncomfortable like she was breaking the rules or something. I usually don’t give reviews, but this was just a mixed experience given how luxurious the facility is. I wanted to take her to a top-dollar place so she could get the best care! I think if we try Pet Paradise again, I will schedule for more individual plays so the team can get to know her better.

We've been bringing one of our buddies here infrequently for years for day camp and for acute vet care, and we just recently started bringing one of our other buddies for the same. Both the boarding side and the New Day veterinary side have been consistent and dependable over the years. I felt compelled to (finally) leave a review today after coming to pick the boys up during playtime (it just happened to work out like that). The lobby looks directly down into the play area, so I got to see all the dogs out playing and to watch the process of recalling them to checkout. Seeing the dogs genuinely having so much fun and seeing the human staff be so attentive and coordinated was moving. I'm so glad we've made the choice to trust Pet Paradise's Sanford location for nearly a decade.

I love the attention my dogs receive at Parc Pet Suites. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The owner helped me to plan an evaluation day for my pups. I have no concerns when they go to board and can watch play days on the Webcam. To to it if, they have holiday parties for pets!

I am forever indebted to Jill and her wonderful staff for their care of my 2 rescued Great Pyrenees. Both were undersocialized and shy when we started taking them to the Parc for daycare and boarding. The staff understand rescues and how to go slowly with the shy ones (my girls are not aggressive just undersocialized.) My girls LOVE going to the Parc. They love seeing their friends (human and dog.) They have really come out of their shell so much. I cannot thank Jill and her staff enough!

We highly recommend Parc Pet Suites! The owner, Jill, and her staff are very friendly and have genuine concern for our fur babies. My kitty just spent 12 days here and it was great. They gave him the attention he needed and you could tell he was well cared for. It was my first time using a kennel and I will definitely use them again!

We’ve taken our pup Sully here a couple of times for daycare, and he usually enjoys that despite his shyness. Anyway, we let him stay one night for boarding, so he could get used to overnights. Well, we *just* picked him up from his overnight, and the moment he got in the car, he was not happy to be on his way home lol. So that means he had a GREAT time, because he is always happy to be home. So happy we found this place for our pup, and I’m even happier he enjoys it so much. I feel secure knowing I can leave him in great hands, and he can make great friends.

I recently moved, but drive across town to have my cat boarded here. All of the staff is so personable and I can tell they truly love animals. Reservations are super easy to make- I e-mail them and they respond promptly and professionally. When I walk in, they remember my cat and celebrate him being back. I strongly recommend them as a pet parent!

My dog LOVES going here. As soon as I start packing up her food, she gets crazy excited. I cannot recommend this place enough! It’s clean, safe for dogs, and communication is always thorough. We’ve tried multiple places and my dog has chosen this one to be the best!

We had our pup there this past weekend and when I dropped her off I met with Jill. She explained their hours and how they work. How they separate the dogs, etc. We felt very confident leaving her on good hands. When I picked our pup up this morning she was of course happy to see me but I could tell she enjoyed her stay. We have a few more trips planned and we will be using Parc Pet again. Thanks Jill!

I absolutely love The Parc Pet Suites. My dog, Kenya, always has a great time and loves the staff there. She gets so excited when we arrive and is always sleepy when I take her home, which is how I know she had fun. I really like their lobby system, as it makes the visit stress-free if you have a more excitable pet. I feel so assured to know that I have somewhere to take my best friend when I am out of town. The facility is clean, safe, and the staff are so friendly and make the checking in/ out process a breeze. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to board their pet.

We LOVE this place. Everyone is super sweet and really gets to know your dog. They even gave us a report card on our first visit. We are really over protective over our little dog and we trust Parc Pet completely. Prices are great too! Thank you guys for taking care of our little angel. I wish I could give them a higher review :)
