This was our very first time using the service and we were absolutely blown away by Dian's approach from start to finish. Being a highly-rated and experienced cat-sitter, Dian reached out to us in less than a day and make the process much easier for us. Recognizing that we were new to the world of cat-sitting, she guided us through everything and even arrived early to help us out. We returned to find two happy cats, a spotlessly clean apartment stocked with fresh groceries and meals ahead of our arrival. Dian even put her own plans on standby to stay longer just in case we got delayed in returning home. She went above and beyond our expectations and we were absolutely delighted to hear that she enjoyed her time cat-sitting for us. Dian is a genuine cat lover. The feeling is mutual -the cats loved her instantly and she dedicated her time to lavishing attention on them. She found inventive ways to get both cats to participate in play even though one of the cats overshadowed his shy brother and wanted all of the attention. It was very reassuring to know the cats were in such good hands and she did everything possible to make them feel relaxed. Dian is very thoughtful and proactive always anticipating future needs. She selflessly shares her experience and expertise when it comes to cats, she observes each cat and knows how to keep them stimulated. Personally we learned so much from her about the best types of toys and games to use to keep each cat entertained and she sent us photos and videos regularly so we could see what our cats were doing in our absence. Clearly we missed the cats more than they missed us and that in itself is a testament to Dian's great way with cats. She prioritized the happiness and well-being of the cats even above her own plans and chose to maximize her time with them. Dian gave us a great recommendation for a lovely hiking route in our area, left us some thoughtful notes about other things the cats would enjoy and even left us a little gift to thank us for trusting her to look after our cats and our home. It goes without saying that Dian is 100% welcome to come back to us and we would wholeheartedly recommend her as the cat-sitter of choice.

Geert and Ella were absolutely wonderful to our dog Beau and our home. They took such good care of Beau, taking him on long walks every day. They even trained him to sit calmly for his food! We got picture and video updates daily and were never worried about Beau at all, we could tell he was very happy. Geert and Ella also took very good care of our home, and it was very neat and clean when we returned home. I would highly recommend Geert and Ella as sitters - they are lovely people and we would love to have them again!

Maartje was fabulous! They took excellent care of Naboo who loved spending time with them. They were very communicative and sent lovely messages with video and photo to show the adventures they were having together in my absence. Everything was spotless and organized when I returned and I was so happy with the care and concern that they had for my home and my pet! I would definitely book them again for another sit. Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!
