After getting let down at the 11th hour by a confirmed sitter, I reached out to Ian and Tracey who had saved my sit previously to see if they could help. Tracey responded very quickly and following a call the next day, we were able to confirm that she would do the sit alone. Tracey was extremely organised and communicative throughout and arrived first thing in the morning to ensure that the cats were not on their own for too long. She sent regular updates about the cats and the fact that they were more focused on getting in the garden when we returned home rather than having a fuss was a sign that they were very relaxed. We arrived back to a spotless house and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea after our journey. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Tracey on this occasion however I hope in the future that she and Ian can be tempted to sit for us again. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracey to look after your home and pets.

We really feel like we landed on our feet having Kimberley and Dean look after our ‘little boy’ Huw. We were newbies to having a house/pet sitter, but Kimberley really held our hand taking the initiative to set up an early meeting and responding quickly to messages. Meeting early really set our minds to rest. At handover we agreed every other day updates on progress which included a photo and a couple of sentences and this really helped us to feel much more comfortable that Huw was being well looked after. It was clear throughout that Kimberley and Dean had considered our profile details, taking Huw to some of his favourite places and also on some new adventures too … including introducing him to a Hollywood star! Their experience with animals, but especially dogs, shows and this helped hugely in understanding Huw’s personality leading to him having a great time - when they left it was clear that he was upset that his new friends were heading off. Kimberley and Dean took great care of our house which was left immaculately clean. Thank you both so much for befriending and looking after Huw.

Isabell took wonderful care of Venus. She was quite attentive, and won Venus over quite quickly which is always a good sign. We got updates almost daily show a very happy and content kitty. Isabelle was easy to connect with, happily joining an initial video chat, and very responsive with texts. We felt confident in her ability to care for Venus and apartment- regardless of what happened. We would gladly welcome her back again.

Wow, what can one say, Shay and Rick were brilliant. We arrived home to very happy dogs, horses and chickens, the garden had been watered and the house immaculate, nothing was too much trouble, I couldn't ask for more. So lovely to have Sue & Adie to look after Daphne and our home again (2nd stay). We really enjoyed catching up with them for dinner the night before we left. As ever, we enjoyed regular messages and pictures updating us on Daphne’s exploits. She seemed to have a ball with lots of lovely long walks, ball games and swims in the pond. We greatly appreciated Sue & Adie staying much later than they had planned when our flight was very delayed and also leaving the house immaculate with a very kind personalised note and a “pick me up” after a long day’s travelling. Sue & Adie went way above & beyond. We would have no hesitation in inviting Sue & Adie to sit for us again and we would be pleased to recommend them to others.

Ellie, Major & Sean. Pet loving home-sitters!
From the moment we met Ellie and Sean we knew they were going to be very conscientious and caring whilst looking after our dogs . Major, their own dog came to stay also . He is a well trained , easy going dog who blended easily with ours . Ellie and Sean have strong attention to detail and gave us confidence that they could manage Cillas medication and both her and Douglas’s routine . The videos sent regularly and photos illustrated how content the dogs were and how they had bonded with Ellie and Sean. Our home was respected and cared for . All my house plants were healthy and they helped to store our large crop of apples. We do hope to see Ellie and Sean again and think they are great house sitters !

Recently had the delightful Audrey complete a 2.5 week housesit in our home to keep our two cats company. Audrey kept us updated throughout her visit with regular e-mails. Our furry friends where happy and relaxed on our return and our home was immaculate. Our neighbours thought her wonderful. The added surprise of supper left in the fridge was a real bonus after our long journey home. Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Bard and Kim were super easy to work with, efficient, self-sufficient, and considerate. They took immaculate care of my home; it was definitely cleaner after they left! Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
