She sent daily updates with photos and sometimes with funny stories. She gave them lots of attention. She kept an up to date food log which helped us all determine what they were eating and when. She was sensitive to our request to no more than 6 hours away from the house at any one time. The house was neat and clean when we returned. We would welcome Róisín back to care for our cats anytime. From the moment we met Sheila and Gareth we knew that our 2 cocker spaniels, Josh and Oscar, would be in capable hands and we left the next morning for our holiday knowing that we didn’t have to worry about them. I had a positive experience with Sinead as my cat Mia's pet-sitter for a 6-day period. Sinead approached her role with great responsibility and was helpful throughout. She brought a friend along, as we agreed, making me feel assured that Mia would have the attention she needed. Sinead's flexibility was evident when she arrived a day before the pet-sitting began. This allowed her to familiarize herself with the flat, and more importantly, get acquainted with Mia. I appreciated this extra effort, especially as I had an early morning train to catch the next day. The initial nights proved challenging as Mia was hesitant around a new person. Despite the unusual meowing during the first 2-3 nights, Sinead persevered and eventually succeeded in winning over Mia's trust. It was heartening to know that she cared enough to make the extra effort, and it paid off as Mia became more comfortable and content. Upon my return, I found a happy and normal cat, a testament to Sinead's dedication. Additionally, the cleanliness of my home was maintained, reflecting her thoroughness in both pet care and housekeeping. Overall, I highly recommend Sinead as a pet-sitter for her commitment, flexibility, and genuine care for the well-being of my beloved cat Mia.

Joanne and Paul were just wonderful sitters for Freya and my home and it was so nice to have a bit of time to meet them, and share a dinner the night before as well as having them drop off and pick me up at the airport! Freya was obviously so well cared for as she didn't even care about me coming home! The house was spotless, and they even had to rally through a couple of household bumps for me with absolutely no complaint and such helpfulness that it made it a relief for me to be away, knowing my cat and home were in good and capable hands. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues.
