House was in the same condition or even better, than we left it. There are very personable and interesting to talk with, enjoyed our short time together very much. Connie and Mark have taken care of our home twice. They are wonderful people and very caring for our home and dogs. The second time they sat, they were gone from our home a little too much. We had lost a dog in early December and rescued another dog at the end of December. He peed in the house at least 5 times, acting out due to being left alone too much. He should have been put in a cage when they left. The house was very neat and clean when we arrived home. They even had food prepared for us when we arrived home. Sheets were washed, bed remade. Couldn't ask for more. Connie was great sending photos of our 3 dogs on a regular basis. I highly recommend them as a zeewoi couple to house and pet sit. Wonderful people and would have them back again. They now have their own dog and we have 4 dogs so probably will not work for us until our Australian Shepherd passes.

Emilie was a great house and pet sitter. Hugo took to her immediately and she took excellent care of him. My house was tidy and clean on my return and I enjoyed getting to know Emilie. Definitely recommend her to care for anyone’s pets and or home.

If you are lucky enough to have John apply to do a sit for you - don't hesitate, just say yes. First of all, John really helped us out of a "pickle". He was kind, really good with Rocky. He came for a meet and greet with his notepad and treats in his pocket for the dog. He kept in touch with us daily - with pictures, and just the kindest, notes/messages. When we got home, there were flowers on the kitchen table, in a vase, which he wanted us to keep. The day after we got home, he brought a flash drive with pictures of his stay, along with a book he thought we might enjoy, and he asked that we pass it on, or donate it to our local volunteer run thrift shop. He left the house very clean and orderly, the towels and sheets appear to have been laundered, folded and left in an appropriate place. There was nothing out of order. He is a great communicator, which was appreciated very much. He actually lives near us., and we hope we run into him in our day to day life, and that we get to spend more time with him. Rocky was happy and engaging with John both before we left and when we got home! That's what we always hope for. Thank you so much John - it was such a delight to meet you and host you in our home with our Rocky.

They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Walked them every day and would even sing to them (-: I am so very grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting Elaine and I would recommend Elaine to anyone wanting first class care of pets and home!!! Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. They are awesome detailed sitters and will make your pets feel loved and secure!!

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. I would recommend her to anyone! :) and hope we can have her house sit again for us.

Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.
