Catalyst for Joy
From the initial contact all the way throughout the sit, Marie was great. She communicated effectively, was prompt, and was just the sweetest person you hope to meet. The animals took right to her. In fact, I think our Molly was a bit sad to see us arrive home and missed Marie. Marie did an excellent job dealing with a few issues that popped up. The fridge began acting up and ahe notified me promptly. I was able to get a repairman out, and it was fixed. Then there was a little leak under the sink, and thankfully, Marie caught it. My son was able to come over and fix that. Then there was the issue of Rascal wanting to take walks with Marie and the dogs. Our cats try and follow us on walks. Anyhow, Rascal walked along a little farther than normal and did not return with the group. Marie notified me right away, and I posted his pic on Nextdoor with the situation. A neighbor reported seeing him in the bushes and gave the address. I notified Marie, and she and the dogs walked over and retrieved him. He came out to her and stayed close to her and the dogs as they walked home. She is quick to notice situations and handle them efficiently. We arrived home happy healthy pets and a garden bursting with veggies. Marie kept everything alive and thriving. Our home was clean when we arrived and let me tell you, after being in an rv for 6 weeks, that is such a comfort to come home to a clean house. We hope to be able to have Marie sit for us again, she is one of the best.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.
