Eleanor was just the best sitter and the loveliest person! A very interesting and intelligent woman, I would have happily chatted with her all night! (I’m quite a shy, solitary person so that says a lot about her warmth) It was all very last minute as Peggy was due to go and stay with a friend but she had an accident and had to have an operation so I thought it was better she stayed at home. Eleanor looked after her beautifully, followed all instructions diligently including giving medication. Peggy was very taken with her, Fiesta too who apparently brought her a delightful present of a mouse! (A good sign whether you like it or not!) Eleanor is the perfect balance of sensible, practical, caring and affectionate with the animals. She even comforted them both during a storm. The house was spotless and all the laundry done. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her wholeheartedly. Eleanor I so enjoyed meeting you and I hope you’ll come again. Thank you from all of us x

We really feel like we landed on our feet having Kimberley and Dean look after our ‘little boy’ Huw. We were newbies to having a house/pet sitter, but Kimberley really held our hand taking the initiative to set up an early meeting and responding quickly to messages. Meeting early really set our minds to rest. At handover we agreed every other day updates on progress which included a photo and a couple of sentences and this really helped us to feel much more comfortable that Huw was being well looked after. It was clear throughout that Kimberley and Dean had considered our profile details, taking Huw to some of his favourite places and also on some new adventures too … including introducing him to a Hollywood star! Their experience with animals, but especially dogs, shows and this helped hugely in understanding Huw’s personality leading to him having a great time - when they left it was clear that he was upset that his new friends were heading off. Kimberley and Dean took great care of our house which was left immaculately clean. Thank you both so much for befriending and looking after Huw.

Francesca and Jonathan were fantastic! Given their proximity they came to visit us and the cats before we went away to ensure the cats were comfortable around them. This allowed us an opportunity to walk them through the house and routine which amazing and a first for us. The house was immaculate when we returned home and the cats were so relaxed. We were also blessed with a lovely little gift from Francesca and Jonathan which was so generous. 10/10 sitters - we highly recommend.

From the moment we met Ellie and Sean we knew they were going to be very conscientious and caring whilst looking after our dogs . Major, their own dog came to stay also . He is a well trained , easy going dog who blended easily with ours . Ellie and Sean have strong attention to detail and gave us confidence that they could manage Cillas medication and both her and Douglas’s routine . The videos sent regularly and photos illustrated how content the dogs were and how they had bonded with Ellie and Sean. Our home was respected and cared for . All my house plants were healthy and they helped to store our large crop of apples. We do hope to see Ellie and Sean again and think they are great house sitters !

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.

She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Linda was an awesome pet sitter for my doggie Brodie! She gave him so much loving attention… he has some separation anxiety at 9 years old & she never left his side! Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit.
